The head of the clinic, Dr Kurten, was especially great and went above and beyond to help me on several occasions. He is also quite fun and relaxed. I did get markedly better. The herbal services they offer are by far the best I am aware of in Berlin. Highly recommended!

Narges Ab: Awful - Never again: Going there was my worst experience ever. I went there, came back with huge disappointment.They do not care about your time. If you are looking forward to be disappointed, it is a good place to go. To my view, they are NOT competent, they do NOT act professionally and they are UNFRIENDLY and RUDE. It was real wasting time and money for me. For instance, after being told that Doctor is going to see you in 10 minutes, I had to stay there and wait for 3 hours and finally had to leave without seeing the doctor. They kept me waiting for three hours without showing any respect to me as a patient. NEVER EVER AGAIN! Think twice if you are planning to go there.

Dr Mätz was the only one who conect the Psoriasis to an infection ether in my lungs or in the large intestine. Dr Mätz treat me with Akupunkter and Cheineese Tea. after several treatmeants the body and the imuen system back to function and to get reed of the white skin and healing proccess started. His very unobtrusive, pleasantly calm manner has contributed to the fact that I really prefer to go to him now than to the orthopedist.

Around 99% of our patients have no problem with this and should a billing question arise, we are always willing to help. However, if payment terms are exceeded for a long time, the corresponding patients receive a payment reminder and after a first and second reminder on our part, a written letter from a lawyer unfortunately follows. A normal accounting process! After receiving such letters, which incur additional costs, the negative reviews appear. It would be easy to have such reviews deleted. However, we like to sit down with our patients personally and would therefore like to ask you in closing: React, talk to us. You save yourself and us costs. A solution is always found together. Benjamin Pahl: Unfortunately, this has nothing to do with professional medical advice. Prescribing expensive food and making imaginary findings based on a simple blood count, which any family doctor can commission at no extra cost, is simply dubious. The so-called technical discussion was completed over the phone in 15 minutes and invoiced immediately, just a cheek for a service not rendered, never again!

Thomas Ricken: From my own experience, with this review I refer to comments made by the head of the Theraklinik (e.g. by a reviewer named Duncan who can be seen here) on "billing errors" - to all appearances, the billing system between employees and the Reception which creates the bills in your house suboptimal. Because I was billed twice for products at different appointments for a chelation therapy (heavy metal drainage), which (actually necessary for therapy) were missed, not administered - Furthermore, a product that was not used on that day was billed once - it was just right in the middle listed! Only through my intuitive check "Follow-up check compared to previous" appointments, I spoke to the surprised-looking invoice creator. Especially since these bills always have to be settled locally! In the consultation (which I demanded) with my therapist who was then summoned, they apologized, but trust in the correctness of invoices/applications, as well as in the non-transparent listing of the invoice, gave way to distrust. Irrespective of the gigantic hourly rates of the therapists treated - but I knew that beforehand and "swallowed the toad"!v Furthermore, calls back to the clinic management, which I arranged via the reception, did not materialize after more than 3-4 weeks. ZERO FEEDBACK - It seems to me that the organized system of this clinic there "needs repair"! As the person responsible, I say thank you to Dr. H. for this experience! Kind regards Thomas Ricken
