Thomas Pock: Nice auction house. For visitors, not for sellers. A picture of me has now been auctioned for 2,500 euros, and I was credited with 1,588.87 euros, which corresponds to a commission of 36.44%. Or else: the buyer pays 57% more than the seller receives. There is a “color illustration” item on the invoice. Probably the "costs" for the photograph and inclusion of the object in the auction catalog (ultimately, of course, at least in part a hidden commission payment). At my last sale around 1.5 years ago, 250 euros were charged for this "color illustration", which corresponded to 3.125% of the hammer price. Now 40% (!) higher costs (350 euros) have been invoiced, which then accounts for 14% of the hammer price. Oh well. If this continues, one has to assume that soon the costs for the "colour creation" will exceed the auction proceeds...

Zoltán Víg: For more than three years their General Terms and Conditions are unlawful (charging fee for card payment, i.e. payment by card is not possible in practice, but misleadingly it is contained in the GTC). I brought their attention to this fact three years ago, however, nothing has changed. They do not respect the fundamental principle of the German law that the parties must act in good faith (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch (BGB) § 242 Leistung nach Treu und Glauben).
dis tipi: Never before have I been treated so rudely by an auction house in Germany. My account is blocked without any explanation. In general, my experience is that German auction houses treat customers correct and polite. This auction house is apparently the exception. A very unhappy dutch customer. Apparently i am not the only one.
Ben B: THEY SELL FAKE!! I bought a couple of months ago an object supposedly old, that appeared to be a bad new fake. This can happen..I called them several times, emailed 5 times and NEVER GOT AN ANSWER!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AWFUL PEOPLE...STAY AWAY!

Contact Korso GbR: Incredibly rude staff. My grandma and I saw this store and walked in. It was somewhat busy inside but nothing out of the ordinary. The receptionist literally shouted at us for entering the store... I felt so bad afterwards....

13088 Berlin: Unfortunately had very bad experiences at the last auction! 1 lamp defective, another item incomplete and therefore unusable. Both were neither mentioned in the item description nor shown in the photos. My written complaint was not responded to even after two weeks. I was brushed off on the phone. I find it more than a shame how customers are treated here.

Catalogs are usually art literature and are popular with collectors. auction dates are not always customer-friendly.

philippe cassia: BEWARE !!!! I bought a pair of Russian malachite obelisk. It is a very fragile item and I trusted this auction house for the packaging and sending as they have sent me an invoice which included delivery. When I have received the package, one of the obelisk was completely destroyed, as the package was extremely poorly made and would never allow a safe journey. I have contacted the auction house whom after several days told me I needed to contact myself the French post office, as they could not do anything, not DHL in Germany. After 2 weeks, the French post office confirmed they will not do anything and that the sender (Kloss Auction house) did not even fill a complaint to support my case. When I have asked to speak to a manager, someone call me and said that he does not speak English and will call me back after 30 minutes. He never did. Instead, when I call back, someone had a message for me mentioning that no amicable solution will be proposed. At all !!! So I have payed the goods, a commission for the auction house, transportation, and after 3 weeks of battling alone, these utterly unprofessional people told me they will not do anything even if they have badly done the package. This is so unfriendly and unprofessional that I have decided NOT to accept this and go all the way to get a recognition of the mistake they have done and harm they caused. How can they even take a commission on good they have caused a damage on it !! And not assume ANY responsibility. And not call back !!!
