Maximilian Beyer: One of the best flower shops in town. I always get my floral bouquets here as the florists know how to assemble flowers and they do their job with great passion and attention to detail. The Flower Factory offers a versatile variety of flowers for different occasions. The interior is modern and well-designed. They also offer gift cards and pralines. Evgeny Ignatik (Jack): Amazing place. Staff speak English, very polite and helpful. They helped me to build a big bouquet and find a vase for it. Also gave me some sort of powder to mix into the water with flowers that should give the flowers more time to stay fresh. Staff know their business, they know a lot about flowers and care of them, as well as they are absolutely great in composition. On the photo below it’s a bouquet they gathered for me (for my significant other to be precise, and she was thrilled).
Preußische Prinzessin: This is a flower shop with a good but overpriced collection. The customer service is extremely unfriendly. The owners of the shop remind me of perpetually uptight butlers (who serve the upper class but are not of the upper class themselves). I uploaded an image of a 60 euro loveless Weihnachtskränz from 2018 (which shows how out of touch with reality the owners are). It has a radius of 19 centimetres and four torn ribbons with usual candles. I did not buy it because it felt silly to do so, but instead went to the flower lady across the street to create my own Weihnachtskränz. To see it, please scroll through my reviews.

Today I called to ask about opening hours and as I was about to ask if they had a particular item, the woman on the phone told me the store was full and she didn’t have time for my (30 second) call. ** I suggest that you do not pick up the phone then ** We won’t be back anytime soon. Too bad. 3 stars for the flowers themselves.

Aleksey Shustov: The shop is well located, has huge range of flowers and works on Sundays, however flowers there are mostly stale. When I asked which flowers are a bit fresher saleslady said that all of them are fresh and the result was that flowers where dead 2 days later.

The environment makes the difference - shapes the offer and vice versa. In other branches it often looks like a "sale".

MichelleDLFH: I don’t speak german and they ignore me… even I try to communicate they didn’t make any effort. I guess it is better to buy online.. The shop looks very nice but I will not try to go again…they were very rude.

Elke Moldenhauer: Practically belongs to the inventory of the center! Beautiful flower pots as well as bouquets. What I like very much are the small pendants that are available here, made of different materials, and so I stop by every now and then, especially because of the knick-knacks. Nice shop, not that big anymore, nice staff, which advises very well.
