Nevertheless, you could make the best of it and go shopping. I was with a friend in the LP12. It was pleasantly empty and one could endure it well everywhere. Except in this store. I would have loved to move in there. So much choice and such a nice, cheerful and courteous saleswoman. You really didn't know where to look first and what to take next. The worst part was finding a healthy balance between wanting and needing. After detailed consultation, I decided on a tortlett silicone set and the Thermo-Linchpot Ellipse in rose and gold. Unfortunately I had to leave the rest there. Anyone who likes to tinker around in the kitchen should visit there. This is kitchen utensil heaven.

Small, but a treasure chest of many kitchen tools. One item I've been trying to find for a while was a BÛCHE form. I found it there. The prices in my view are very competitive. A major factor when buying odd kitchen items. Please keep in mind when shopping there that the shop has to sell stuff to exist. One particular complaint I read was that "she felt they were walking behind her polishing stuff as she went along". Well, let me say this. If they polish their ware it says to me that they care about the goods they sell. By no means did I feel shadowed or followed. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. I will definitely return for more of their treasures. We'll done.

Stephanie Pearson: A kitchen wonderland! Browsing here is the best Saturday activity there is. Lots of inspiration, and only top-quality items - just right as I've learned to trade cheap and disposable for slightly higher prices and lifelong use. I've got THE roasting pan from here, THE mixing bowl, THE bottle brush - you know, the kitchen basics of such quality that they will outlive me. Plus lots of cute small stuff that's great for stocking stuffers or little packable presents. Not to mention some of the nicest, most helpful personnel in the land!! They expanded into the neighboring storefront with a very select set of drink paraphernalia. As usual the selection is to die for. Try the monk's rum from India and the silicone XL ice cube trays - you'll be converted.

My husband and I stopped in to buy some kitchen staples while we wait for our arsenal of kitchen supplies to arrive in Berlin from the U.S. They had practically everything we needed to hold us over and rivaled the kitchen stores I frequented in New York City. The owners/staff were so helpful, kind and welcoming, and offered a broad selection of reputable and high quality cookware.They also gifted us a bottle of their house sparkler as a welcome gift which was a delightful touch. Chris Domroese: Lovely local kitchen shop that I came across from a recommendation ofa colleague of mine. Checked out the website, as visits weren't possible due to Covid. Nicely designed and easy to navigate and saw some items right away that I just had to get. Payment methods are offered plenty (CC, bank transfers, paypal, direct credit etc.). Something which is awesome and remarkable! Yes, we live in the 21th century but this is still Berlin / Germany after all, where cashless payments are being snortet at. I went for pick-up instead of delivery, which was also offered, as I needed to stretch my legs for a cycle. Handover and pickup was lovely, with the staff being super friendly and helpful. Also not necessarily a given here in Berlin ;). Oh, and I also had to call a couple of times to get help with my b-card voucher and that went great too. The support was patient and knowledgable. All in all, I will buy more stuff in the future. Thanks again for a great shopping experience.

We were able to do much of the work by telephone and by e-mail because I was not in Berlin during this time. Yaron Goldstein: It's a trap! My mom bought the a laundry machine in 2017. She insisted on going there to buy "directly from Miele". This shop is a 3rd party who specializes on Miele, not part of Miele itself. The technician, sent by this store, didn't install the laundry machine correctly, s.t. it made mind blowing noise. Only an official Miele technician was able to fix the problem. Next time, we'll order at Amazon and part an independent expert to setup the machine

Shortly after ordering, we got the call that all the devices would not be available until March or April, whether we still wanted to keep our order. Since I have been very satisfied with the Miele appliances so far, we decided to wait. In March we were informed that the order was being delayed, June is now being targeted. We stayed patient. Now the news, it would be mid-August. You can't do anything about these circumstances, delivery problems, a problem at Miele. Between 2016 and early 2020 a dryer, dishwasher, combination steamer, warming drawer, hob and oven were purchased. Delivery and installation was always quick, punctual and carried out by competent specialists. Small modifications to the kitchen, such as a larger section of the worktop for the hob or changing the water connection under the sink (more connections), as well as electrical work were carried out very competently and nicely! The installation team was really great! A rusted baking grate was simply replaced on site without much bureaucracy. My salesman at the time even came by shortly after the installation, when there was a small installation defect and solved it himself. negatives: In the event of defects during the warranty period, the company stays out, doesn't answer e-mails and brushes you off on the phone. Reference is always made to the Miele Repair Service. In my case, it was completely overloaded. My steamer (DGC 7845) was defective from November 2020 - February 2021. I was only able to put an end to the whole thing with a long complaint email to various departments at Miele. Even when I was not satisfied with the quality of the stainless steel front of my dishwasher for €299, no solution was sought with me, but I was simply referred to Miele support. (But small thing compared to the steamer problem). I would have wished for much more support from my contractual partner, Primus Küchen und Hausgeräte GmbH. My conclusion: I will no longer buy any products from Primus. Really a shame after my very good experience. But the lack of after-sales service is simply a NO GO for me!

Vatrus xXx: I had a very special encounter with the rudest branch manager ever. About the history: The in-laws chose a WMF roaster from Amazon on Christmas morning and asked us to order it. Since we are very good WMF customers, we promised them on December 27th. to go directly to the branch in the Schloßstraße in the morning and to look for the pot. We like to support retail. Said and done. We found the pot on site to be very small, took several photos, sent them, made phone calls, compared them with the larger pot, consulted the in-laws again and bought the small pot in the shop for €159.99. Incidentally, it is available from Amazon for exactly the same price of €159.99. When we then drove to the in-laws, they found out that the pot is actually quite small and the dimensions given do not correspond to the surface of the plate but to the complete size of the pot (including the rather large handles). Say: He is too small for them. It's no problem at all, WE THOUGHT. Let's exchange 🤷🏼‍♀️ THIS BRANCH MANAGEMENT sees things differently. 2 days later, on December 29th. I wanted to return the pot. NOT POSSIBLE 👌🏼 On Tuesday, when we really left a lot of money in this store, the customer was literally king, but when I wanted to return a small item (€159.99 pot from a bulk purchase of several €100), the customer was just annoying . One was rude, derogatory, incompetent and the comments were beyond inappropriate. First of all it is not possible to return a 2 day old, unused, unpacked item and get your money back. Then I immediately decided to take a more expensive item (189.99€) with me. The branch was not able to read the 2-day-old receipt to offset the €159.99. It seemed to be a huge back and forth. In order to loosen up the atmosphere a little, I then said "If I had ordered it better from Amazon, I wouldn't have a problem with the exchange now" (just a reminder, the pot costs exactly the same there, down to the cent 🤷🏼‍♀️). The branch manager then says to me with an undertone that would make hell freeze in my mouth: "They're doing that now anyway because the pot is cheaper there". I then had to prove to her that the pot there costs the same 🤦🏼‍♀️ Thank you for nothing. The next thing I said was "Hey, there's at least 5% off the raclette, since we've been premium customers since Tuesday". She just said snippyly, "No, you're not, because you're now returning the expensive item and basically starting from scratch with the premium system!" I remind you again, we bought several hundred euros, the pot was just a peanut 🤷🏼‍♀️ But well, then no 5%, it doesn't matter. When I said goodbye, I only said, "An apology would have been appropriate for your completely inappropriate comment (that I'm now ordering the pot from Amazon anyway)!"... Her nasty "YES YES" as an answer then showed me that working with people is not everyone's forte. You really can't recommend this store to ANYONE, we have other nice WMF stores in Berlin where friendliness and helpfulness don't go away with attitude. 👌🏼 Too bad you can't give negative stars, I would do it here.

BERND B. (Tat2bln): The charm of old West Berlin lives on here. Very friendly, competent ladies serve the customers with almost endless patience, even intensive searches on the computer and catalogs to find a spare part for 4 euros are done just as friendly as selling a piece of cutlery for 700 euros. You feel well advised and in good hands here. Especially on the Schlossstrasse, other shops can cut off a big slice of it, that's how customer-oriented works!

Hjoni Moon: Worst customer service ever. No communication available, workers trying to avoid the responsibility to others. I ordered 900€ worth oven plus accessories, in total I paid 1200€ approx. Informed that will be delivered in 4-5 days, ordered a two weeks in advance. Until one day before the delivery date I wanted, I didn't get ANY information form Smeg. So I called to the store and only information I could get was "the delivery company will get you in touch". And couldn't get any phone calls. Of course the delivery guys came later than promised date, without accessories. And now got a phone call from "Rhenus Home Xpress" and the person who I talked to me were extremely rude, so I decided to write this here. Such a great money to invest for the worst service, now even hate the brand itself, even I was using this same oven in my country for years.

After repeated requests for an assembly appointment from the stove, man is simply ignored. After each call, it is said that we will call you back in ten minutes. When trying to call again, the line is somehow busy all the time. The staff apparently always have time for all other concerns, but unfortunately not for my concerns, maybe because I have already bought and paid for it. Toasters and kettles in the store after Rabat are still much more expensive than at höffner. I would love to give everything back!
