Sofiane Fessi: Wanted to shop with a specialist store instead of giving money to Amazon. Instead had to deal with a rude and unpleasant person. Interesting when dealing with what you would think a happy and colourful business to be in. Sad clown vibes I guess. Emailed with questions about purchasing 1000 balloons for an event, thought it would be good business worth being nice but no the person on the email was just plain rude and unpleasant, just bad energy and actually mocking my questions.
Katarina Becic: The woman who works there is so rude and impatient both over the phone and in person. Tried to understand how their whole balloon offer/helium rental works but she just couldnt be bothered…i dont understand, its as if these businesses in Berlin dont want customers. In the end I gave up on buying anything from them and figured out another solution. Its such a shame, ultimately their customers are kids and they dont even try to smile. edit as a response to the owner: I also spoke German with her. and she was still rude. And you dont need to speak the same language to smile and be nice. think you should think about who is your sales person and how is it damaging your business if you dont want honest reviews like this one. at 72 most people are retired, let alone people who work in a business that deals with young kids and parents.

Unbelievable what you rate here, the shop is in Germany so it is not necessary to speak English! Whether a person retires or not is up to the person to decide and it shouldn't be their problem!

When I picked it up, I was running out of time, but the two women stayed there and waited for me so that I could pick up my order. The balloons kept as promised and would certainly have lasted longer. Happy and satisfied all round! Thanks very much :)

jenny Heinze: Bought 2 helium balloons on Thursday, unfortunately after 2 days they are already hanging their heads and are getting thinner and thinner. In addition, it is very expensive with 25 € for 2 balloons. Not really recommended. For comparison, 4 weeks ago we bought a helium balloon somewhere else, which is still buoyant today.
Friederike Menge: Great little shop with beautiful self-sewn baby things, individual orders are also possible. With the huge selection of helium balloons, I have always found the right balloon for every occasion. Great advice, reasonable prices.
