Mervyn G. Maistry: I have been waiting for an appointment with this laboratory for 8 days. The person I spoke to answered with the name Friedric/, federick/ but then refused to give me her name. She then put the phone down on me. This was one of the most unprofessional calls I have had with a health care service provider. This involves a patient with an acute condition with requires blood test results. Absolutely disgraceful.

However the previous colleague insisted I give her the name of the person I spoke to last week. She then accused me of not haven spoken to this laboratory and then put the phone down on me. This was one of the most unprofessional calls I have had with a health care service provider. This involves a patient with an acute condition with requires blood test results. Absolutely disgraceful. This laboratory is owned by Sonic Healthcare. Sonic Healthcare Limited is a Sydney-based, stock market Australian company that provides laboratory services, pathology, and radiology services. Biljana Đurđević: Waiting for my results for more than 10 days is just outrageous. They replied to the email that they sent them 2 days after the blood was taken, and I am still waiting.
Anna K: The staff can’t sort out appointments and constantly lose your appointment in their book. Then they offer you to come and see you (which is nice!) but they don’t ask why are you need to be seen. You spend 1.5 hours one way to get there just to find out that you require a special appointment that can’t be done off schedule and you are actually in the book!! Such disrespect for peoples time!
Jessica: Very competent and friendly staff. Where other labs usually need at least 3 attempts to find my veins this time it was found on first attempt, it was painless and quick. Staff has also been helpful when I needed assistance to get back into my jacket due to a hurt shoulder. Can only recommend.

J K: I made an appointment online, was greeted very nicely, and the procedure was explained to me in a friendly manner. The process was super professional. Ok, with my number of test requests and 4 tubes of blood drawn, a "hickey" can sometimes appear on the arm. 😉 But still gladly again! The results came in the mail within 2 days.
Max H.: Blood can be taken without any problems after booking an appointment in advance (online or by telephone). Prices can be taken from the price list for patients beforehand (e.g. online). I feel in good hands here. Blood is taken super quickly and painlessly and I find the staff to be very friendly.

Annette Aus-Berlin: The laboratory was highly recommended to me for histamine diagnostics. The people from my HIT self-help group only reported positively how nice and competent they were informed. Unfortunately, I had Mrs. W. on the phone today, who told me very harshly that she would not explain anything at all, that a doctor would kindly have to order the test and also know which tests are carried out during a flare-up, on an empty stomach or whatever. Neither does the self-pay test. Explanation, if she advises me wrongly (and the test therefore does not bring a result) I could get the idea of not paying for the test - very confidence-inspiring!!!

Manny D: I have to say I’m highly disappointed and shocked. This practice it supposed to take clients from Praxis an der Kulturbrauerei when they are closes and on holiday leave. First issue, this praxis does not state holiday hours on their site, so when arriving at a time they state to be open they are closed! As they are only open 9-13 during the holiday season. Second issue, when arriving the receptionist decides rather or not you get to see the doctor, and wants to send you away as they don’t welcome clients that have been referred from the other Practices. So when I get there today 28.12.22 at 11:30 the receptionist think it’s not worth it for me to see the doctor with covid Symptoms and wants to send me home without a sick note for my work, when asking how will I explain to my work I’m sick without a note her answer is “ I don’t care “ my response I need a doctors note I could loose my job without a proper documenting my health and reason for being unable to work , her response yet again “ I don’t care “ . If you referred here AVOID! Highly unprofessional front desk staff, what kind of receptionist gets to decide my health status or if u get to see a doctor or not.
Ali Boff: They communicated the wrong date to me via email for my monkeypox vaccine and consequently, I missed an opportunity to get a vaccination. Asking if this could be taken into account by those managing vaccinations and to alert me when more spaces were available, I was told to just keep calling back. Reception staff are very friendly.

Having had a bad experience once 6yrs ago , I never thought of going to a praxis again but this place changed my perspective for the better. Today had to go without an appointment. Super nice friendly Receptionist to begin with and i was already impressed. A doctor who listened to me patiently. Overall a very nice first Hausarzt experience. Would definitely recommend.

Iryna Zhovtobryukh: Fast queue, easy to access place and an attentive doctor, who really took time to answer all my questions and gave clear recommendations. For papers, wating, doctor time and blood test I needed 30 min all together. One may need to wait to get an appointment, but the place seems to be quite popular, so that’s ok.
Alan Martin: In summary = very efficient! I was informed beforehand about the sequence and duration of my PSMA/PET and MRT-Becken scans and everything ran smoothly to that plan. All of the ladies I came in contact with were professional and mostly very friendly, even if at times I had a little trouble with the Berliner accent and the high speed it is spoken with :-). The Doctor (Peschel) was very friendly and took time to explain the (good) results of my scans.

Marie-Claude Léveillé: This is the first clinic in Germany that I’ve gone to in 3 years where I’ve felt listened to, understood, and cared for. The doctors take the time to talk to you, and explain what’s going on as well as your options. They have always been extremely friendly with me.
Zee: I visited them to consult a gastroenterologist. This clinic is well organized and have educate and trained staff. They only accept self paying or privately insured patients, probably that’s the one reason of poor reviews. Later, my wife also consulted a skin specialist in the same facility and she also pretty satisfied
Liana Khapaeva: This praxis is a scam. Doctolib says they accept general statutory insurance and lets you get an appointment. But when you finally come to the doctor, the receptionists say that they only work with private patients and they know about the mistake on Doctolib so they can give you a discount.

G. Tudyka: dr medical Mansmann is a very incompetent doctor. Who, during his so-called follow-up examinations, if problems arise with the patient, refers to his non-competence. After legitimate and written criticism from the patient, you are thrown out immediately. With all problems you are left alone as a patient. Very poor follow-up examinations in the MVZ. Not recommendable.
xooM miJ: Friendliness is very important from the moment the appointment is made. Here, the various specialist departments work hand in hand without making the patient wait unnecessarily, i.e. in an optimal time sequence. dr Job takes plenty of time to discuss everything necessary with the patient in detail.

Liviu Bulea: My experience in this medical facility is positive, the doctors along with the entire team helped me with every problem I had. I highly recommend going to them, I felt safe and treated without prejudice. Thank you for everything.
Caleb Young: Praxis Jensen is like the McDonald‘s of clinics. You go there to get a fast STI check, a fast prescription, and a fast doctor‘s note and nothing else...the key is to keep your expectations very low.

Jireh Tan: I came here because I had a monkeypox exposure. Dr Arne Jessen treated me with the post-exposure prophylaxis. Throughout the entire process, Dr Arne was sweet, kind and reassuring. He thoroughly explained to me what kind of side effects I might experience. I was feeling extremely scared to the point of having a panic attack. Dr Arne put my mind at ease. I wholeheartedly recommend this Doctor to anyone. My only suggestion is for Dr Arne to update his picture on the website as his new glasses make him look like an architect. 🤓
Bettina Sabarly: My experience there was very bad. The doctor I saw was extremely rude, did not agree to speak English and when i was not sure of a word in German he would literally roll his eyes up. I didn’t care about this until I asked him what could be the cause of the pb I had which he answered “that’s a good question” and did not even try to actually solve it. So this was a big waist of time. This person should not be doing this job with so little empathy for other human being.
Adam Abualkean: If you’re interested in experiencing racism and xenophobia then you found the perfect place. I highly do not recommend going there, even tho me and my friend had private insurance they still refused to offer, or to be more specific, the lady we spoke to on the phone booked us to appointments and when we arrived the clinic was closed, and instead of another worker apologizing to us she started accusing my friend of lying, moreover after she found that she actually was wrong she was still rude and brushed us off like our time’s worth is nothing. Afterwards when we got to the test that usually costs nothing to 50€ (but surprisingly in this clinic it’s 250€ bc it’s a “good test” according to them 😂, they didn’t agree to transfer the invoice to our private German insurance unless we pay at first (it’s obvious to you that a student doesn’t have money to throw 250€ for a clinic right?) most likely because we do not accord to their white standards
x yosf: Completely unprofessional. I made an appointment, arrived on time and sat with the doctor who made me do various unnecessary tests that cost me a hefty sum of money. They affirmed that my test results will arrive on email and i have never received anything. I tried calling no one picks up. I tried emailing no one responds. This is just totally unprofessional and unempathetic. Save your money and sincerely go to another clinic.

And not even doing that in person is incredibly sad and, above all, disrespectful. Not a work environment that I wish on anyone.

Emanuela: I went here during ET my last month of pregnancy for messages and acupuncture. I’m sad I didn’t go earlier! I loved it, and I believe it really helped me to arrive well relaxed for labor. I hope I’m going to be able to go again soon now that the baby is here.
Paula Pelegrin: I had a really nice experience at Praxis Lemm. I went first for the massage and acupuncture, which was really good and helped me with some hip pain that I was having. The people that work there are really kind and friendly, making me feel welcome. Dr. Vesna Lemm is a really good professional, very kind and understanding, we had a good talk about not just my exams. She made me feel like I was more than just another patient. I did a blood test and other exams and felt safe after talking to Dr. Vesna Lemm about the results, she gave good feedback and a more natural approach. I highly recommend Praxis Lemm.

I visited them whole my pregnancy and had such a lovely care , I highly recommend all services that Lem Praxis is providing, acupuncture, massage, medical care for pregnant women. All stuff is very kind and qualified, midwives are amazing, so the care is best possible. Vesna is also amazing doctor, so 5 stars are not enough. If I could, I would give them 10.
Katarina Becic: Wish I had discovered this place earlier in my pregnancy, as I really enjoyed the treatments I got there, the massage was super relaxing and it smelled really nice there of citrus oils. The staff was attentive and friendly. the only thing they need to fix is the answering machine on their phone as its quite hard to leave a message when you cant get through to them.
Mira Medojevic: Praxis Lemm has been the best clinic I have been to! No doctor has ever come to the bottom of my chronic fatigue for nearly 20 years. Dr Lemm did not only find the cause but I was fixed with heavy metal detoxes and vitamin infusions and I have never felt so energetic! I which there where more such doctors in the world that really look at the cause of the problem not just try and feed you pills. I was also cured of my depression so now I live a lot more energetic and happier life thanks to Praxis Lemm. I would recommend them to anyone! My friends have even flown to Berlin to be able to be treated by her.
Karin Riklin: Great place for pregnant people. I got the birth preparation accupunkture treatment and it was really great. Especially Maja, the acupuncturist, which was so gentle, kind and sweet. I felt amazing and very relaxed after every treatment. I highly recommend this place.
Sam Huybregts: Dr Lemm is the best doctor and the team is so friendly and caring. She helped with my back problems with acupuncture and TMC and helped me cure my health issues with nutrition and detox therapies. Praxis Lemm is my favorite functional and holistic clinic with so many divers diagnostics and treatments. Recommend highly!!!
Roxy Vélez: I’ve lived in Berlin for 4 years and through this time I’ve gone to recommended doctors. Always felt okay. Until I came to visit Dr. Lemm and she clearly knows what she is doing! I felt amazing after only 7 days! Never felt better in a long time. I don’t know about the other reviews, but I was not rushed at all. They were very patient with me, everyone took their time. And I felt completely welcomed.
