2malaika1: We recommend. The location is easy to reach by all means of transport and even on foot. Great rooms in the Holmes Palace. Afterwards you can, if you want to take a shower right there. A big compliment goes to the dance coach. Although she is younger than most participants, she knows exactly what she is doing. She has a lot of patience and shows each step so that he sits in the end. All in all, but in a pleasant way, so you feel really comfortable. I enjoy every time I can go in the evening. Everybody is integrated by the trainer so that everybody gets together with everybody in a dance part. The music selection is very good. Come along and see it for yourself at a trial lesson. :)
Hafize Özsari: I've taken a few dance classes and never had so much fun! I learned great choreography in a dynamic group and with the coolest music. Absolutely not a mainstream course, because everyone is treated and trained individually here. The trainer can motivate everyone and integrate them into the group! I'm totally happy!

Fizah Nahwi: Huge and spacious studios, dedicated and talented coaches, variety of classes. The main reason they don’t get a full 5 star review from me is because of their deteriorating customer service (which used to be quite efficient before summer 2022) Just hope and pray that you don’t encounter any glitches because if you do, then be prepared for endless back and forth emails, unanswered calls to customer service agents and the app that seems to be having a lot of issues lately preventing you from booking its classes. And unauthorized deduction from your bank account.

Narkissa: Beginner classes are not for beginners. I have a background in competitive ballet, and dance regularly, and neither me nor my friends (some of which were attending a dance class for the 1st time) could follow the fast choreo (commercial dance). The teacher didn't bother explaining the moves in depth, or slowing down the song even when seeing that we were struggling. But the worst part was the woman at the counter, horrible customer service. 15 euros wasted - avoid this studio if you are a beginner!

Zachy Mast: Went last week there. I had booked a place for Hip Hop dance with Urban Sports Club. When I arrived, they let me know that I cannot attend because the class was full! For some of you who may know, I had a "booking" for this class, it wasn't "scheduled", thus I was supposed to be dancing! So, I've been "kicked out" politely and guess what, I have a "no-show" now! When you have a "no-show" in USC you are supposed to pay a 13 euros penalty (it was my first ever so, I wasn't been charged anyway). I still try to resolve this situation with USC because apparently it wasn't my fault... I give 2 stars and not just 1 because at least the girl at the front desk was polite and later when I sent an email to let them know what has happened with USC, they replied fast

S L: Dancing at Flying Steps is a lot of fun. I like it very much. Unfortunately, I'm afraid to come more often because the ventilation isn't good. The studios are extremely full and I find lessons after lessons without ventilation totally dangerous for all participants. There should be at least a small break where the door is left open.

Ivy Clayton: The teachers are professional, but in my opinion the overall vibe is pretty hostile for adult recreational dace classes. I get it if you train professionally, but even the beginner classes were extremely tense, and given that there are so many studios in berlin that are a lot nicer, making it more fun to dance, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Sandra Neugaertner: I have taken part in the Power Yoga course several times and looking back I can say that it was the most efficient "training" I have ever done. Since then, I have never noticed such major physical changes during the course anywhere else. You feel great after every session - not only physically - but also mentally/psychologically.

Marcus Roediger: The dance teacher takes enough time to respond to each individual and has fun making sure that learning to dance works. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the bar invites you to linger.
Conni Dreßler: The dream dancer dance school is highly recommended! The dance classes I took there were all great. They were led with heart and everything was explained and shown very well. My daughter is taking the hip hop course and is absolutely thrilled too. So far, all employees have been very nice and helpful.

Margareta Gramlich: Family and lovable. Very friendly and dedicated teachers and students. Great atmosphere. Trainer, especially Jessy, promotes individually and comprehensively. Children, if they have the level, are allowed to dance with the older ones. The trainers land many great events. We are more than satisfied there and have been members for several years.
Christina Kriz: Totally unfriendly 'teacher' in the children's dance group (3.5 year olds) She didn't respond to my son at all. She only asked his name and he didn't answer, then she looked at me that he didn't understand her at all. No feeling for children. He didn't know her at all and he was shy, then she immediately kicked him out of the dance room after a minute because he didn't want to sit down. She didn't even try to talk to him in the first place since he's new and doesn't know his way around. Then she was totally rude to me and said that she didn't have time for a child like my son. He doesn't even hear!! When my son came into the dance hall again because he was very interested in joining in with the other children, she completely ignored him and then kicked him out of the hall again. The other parents who noticed this were also shocked at how they dealt with us. She then came back to us after the end of the lesson and apologized, but we will never go there again. Sheer cheek to treat us like that. .
Maxim Hoadrea: I've been at this dance school for 6 years now and I still think it's super cool there. You can get there easily by public transport or by car. The teachers are all super nice and you make a lot of new friends. In the beginning it was difficult for me to settle into a group, but once you've made it (after a short time) you've found a second family, so to speak. The dance school offers many different courses and teachers, all of whom are very good and friendly. You can see that, for example, that several groups have already won championships. However, the annual highlight is the Samuels Dance Hall summer camp. You're there almost the whole day and you really always find new friends. The price offer is more than good. For people who want to start dancing, for people who already dance and for people who have been dancing for a long time, this is the perfect dance school. You always learn new things. There is also a shopping center next to the dance school where you can spend an hour as a parent. With school you can do everything, you have enough time for school as well as for dancing. So the Samuels Dance Hall is the perfect dance school for big and small.

I love how the rooms are that one can really see yourself in the mirror (only in one other studio in Berlin I ever been it was the same), there is even AC (super rare practice in here as well). The teacher was great too! Definitely coming back.

Marién Quattrocento: I went there some months ago for a pole class and I didn't come back again. We were around 25 people in the room and just one teacher with three poles available. We couldn't even fit for the warm up. The levels were so mixed and the teacher couldn't check on the students. It is not safe being 25 students and just one teacher, you can really hurt yourself in pole. Also the studio is in several floors of a building and dressing rooms are on one floor and the pole studio on another, so you had to go with your very light pole clothes all the way up till the room. Never again.
Darya Sudas: I love this school. The staff was always helpful, the coaches are fun and creative.
Valentine: Don't fall into this overpriced trap of a "Fitness Studio". Schedule is completely unreliable : in three months and with an allowance of one class a week (for the same price, you can have unlimited classes in most gyms, by the way), I've been walking back home 7 times because of classes being cancelled. This is unacceptable, given that this is the ONLY service I am paying for. And this is only for classes that were not announced as cancelled on Facebook (which would be the MINIMUM in these circumstances). It seems like the main focus is dance classes, and that fitness classes are merely an extra that can be skipped and dismissed any time without a care. For instance, they were completely cancelled an entire week-end because of a gala, with no warning whatsoever. You can also feel it in the care given to the infrastructure to support these classes: gear is missing (there are most of the time not enough weights for everyone, same goes for yoga blocks, mats are permanently dirty), sometimes teachers have to look for a free room, or to teach a calm yoga class next to a super loud Zumba class (and it's not like space or rooms are missing, it would just take a better organization). Teachers are nice, at least, it's a pity to waste their energy and talent with such poor organization and total lack of customer respect. If you're a pure dancer and you care about overpriced "star" marketed classes, maybe you'll be starstruck happy with it. If not, really avoid the place. To the school: If you care about keeping *all* your customers (not just the dancers), please focus less on brand marketing and posts about how awesome your stars (that I've never seen in the studio in 3 months, by the way) are, and provide at least basic communication and updated schedules on all platforms (it's ridiculous, your studio schedules and PDF schedules have been outdated for 3 months!!! Do something.) - A very disappointed customer.

Joana Kleiner: Wer es mag in lockerer und angenehmer Atmosphäre ein paar Tanzschritte zu lernen, dem kann ich diese Tanzschule wärmstens empfehlen. Nicht nur die Tanzlehrer, sondern das gesamte Team sind immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. So macht das Erlernen von Tänzen gleich viel mehr Spaß! Weiter so - ich werde immer wieder gern hier den nächsten Tanzkurs buchen. I can warmly recommend this dance school to anyone who likes to learn a few dance steps in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Not only the dance teachers, but the entire team are always friendly and courteous. This makes learning dances a lot more fun! Keep it up - I will always be happy to book the next dance course here.
Birgit Alsdorf: Endlich wieder geöffnet und auch wieder mit kleineren Veranstaltungen am Wochenende mit begrenzter Teilnehmerzahl. Hygienekonzept wird gut umgesetzt. Absolut empfehlenswert für tanzwütige Paare und Singles. Die Tanzlehrer mag ich dort ganz besonders 🤩🕺 Finally open again and again with smaller events at the weekend with a limited number of participants. Hygiene concept is well implemented. Highly recommended for couples and singles who love to dance. I especially like the dance teachers there 🤩🕺

Hans-Joachim Grassmann: Bin seit 2015 in dieser Tanzschule, Vom Grundkurs bis Goldkurs und weiter im Hobbykurs habe ich sehr viel bei Heike gelernt. Sie ist sehr bemüht die Schritte beizubringen, auch wenn ich immer etwas länger brauche bis ich es kapiere, sie verliert nicht die Geduld und wiederholt die Schritte. Ich tanze auch als Gasttänzer in anderen Kursen und auch da sind die Tanzschüler von Heike begeistert, deshalb tanzen auch so viele nach dem Grundkurs weiter bis zum Goldkurs und später dann in den zahlreichen Hobbygruppen. Allen macht es sichtlich Spass. Wer sich mal überzeugen möchte, kann auch gerne samstags ab 20 Uhr zur Tanzparty kommen, die meisten die dort tanzen haben das im Traumtänzer gelernt, da kann sich jeder von der Qualität überzeugen. Auch die DJs auf den Tanzpartys sind top, nehmen auch gerne mal ein Tanzwunsch entgegen. I've been at this dance school since 2015, from the basic course to the gold course and further on in the hobby course, I learned a lot from Heike. She tries very hard to teach the steps, even if it always takes me a little longer to get the hang of it, she doesn't lose patience and repeats the steps. I also dance as a guest dancer in other courses and the dance students there are also enthusiastic about Heike, which is why so many continue to dance after the basic course up to the gold course and later in the numerous hobby groups. Everyone is obviously having fun. If you want to see for yourself, you can also come to the dance party on Saturdays from 8 p.m., most of those who dance there learned it in the Traumtänzer, so everyone can see the quality for themselves. The DJs at the dance parties are also great and are happy to take requests for a dance.

Mad Max: Ich bin jemand, der ganz selten eine Bewertung schreibt. (Und vor allem keine negative.) Mein Erlebnis mit der Tanzschule Träumtänzer hat mich verärgert. Im Internet habe ich mich über Tanzschulen informiert und bin ich auf die Tanzschule Träumtänzer gekommen, wo eine Schnupperstunde für Singles und Paare angeboten wird. Also bin ich hingefahren und habe bei der netten Damen am Empfang nach einer Schnupperstunde für Singles gefragt. Daraufhin legte man mir ein Schriftstück zum Ausfüllen vor. Ich ging davon aus, dass es die Anmeldung für eine kostenlose Probestunde sei. Am Ende habe ich einen Vertrag, unwissentlich, unterschrieben für einen Kurs über 110 €. Die Probestunde habe ich nicht wahrgenommen und dachte, die Sache sei somit erledigt. Nach Erhalt einer Mahnung hab ich Kontakt aufgenommen und darum gebeten, mir den Vertrag per Post zukommen zu lassen. Die spätere Kontaktaufnahmen war irritierend. Am Telefon gab es unterschiedliche Aussagen, welcher Kurs gebucht sei. Den Vertrag bekam ich erst nach ca. 2 Wochen gemailt. Ich fühle mich sehr schlecht beraten. Ich kann diese Tanzschule nicht empfehlen und nur jedem Raten, sich den Vertrag genau anzusehen und sich eine Kopie aushändigen zu lassen. Eigentlich würde ich gar keinen Stern geben aber das ist hier über google nicht möglich. I am someone who very rarely writes a review. (And above all, no negative ones.) My experience with the Tanzschule Traumänzer upset me. I found out about dance schools on the Internet and came across the Traumänzer dance school, which offers a trial lesson for singles and couples. So I went there and asked the nice lady at reception about a trial lesson for singles. I was then given a form to fill out. I assumed it was signing up for a free trial lesson. I ended up signing a contract, unknowingly, for a €110 course. I didn't attend the trial lesson and thought the matter was settled. After receiving a reminder, I contacted them and asked them to send me the contract by post. Subsequent contact was irritating. On the phone there were different statements as to which course had been booked. I only got the contract after about 2 weeks by mail. I feel very badly advised. I cannot recommend this dance school and would only advise everyone to take a good look at the contract and ask for a copy. Response: Sorry, aber das ist für uns alles nicht nachvollziehbar. Wir haben nichts davon, jemand zu einem Tanzkurs anzumelden, der gar nicht mitmachen möchte. Gerade bei Singles ist es wichtig, dass alle Lust haben, tanzen zu lernen und neue Leute kennen zu lernen. Schnupperstunden bieten wir nur für Paare an, da wir für einzelne Stunden keine Tanzpartner organisieren können. Zuschauen beim laufenden Unterricht ist von der Bar aus natürlich jederzeit möglich. Sollte es wirklich ein Missverständnis über die Anmeldung zu einem Tanzkurs gegeben haben, hätten wir das bei der telefonischen Bestätigung, nach der eMailbestätigung, zum ersten Termin oder spätestens beim Nachfragen, warum Du nicht zum Termin erschienen bist, klären können, wenn wir Dich erreicht hätten oder Du auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert hättest. Wir verstehen nicht, warum wir Dich nicht erreichen konnten und warum Du nicht mal zu der gewünschten Probestunde gekommen bist. Es ist nicht leicht, für jeden Singlekurs ausreichend passende Tänzer zu finden, damit jeder einen Tanzpartner hat. Leider mussten wir zu diesem Termin schon eine Dame enttäuschen, weil ein Herr ohne Abmeldung fehlte. Egal ob Anmeldung zur Probestunde oder Tanzkurs, wenn das Interesse doch verloren geht, erwarten wir schon aus Rücksicht und Fairness gegenüber den anderen Singles eine Info zu erhalten. Sorry, but all of this is incomprehensible to us. We don't benefit from enrolling someone in a dance class who doesn't want to take part. It is particularly important for singles that everyone wants to learn to dance and meet new people. We only offer trial lessons for couples, as we cannot organize dance partners for individual lessons. You can of course watch the ongoing lessons from the bar at any time. If there really was a misunderstanding about registering for a dance course, we could have clarified that when we confirmed by telephone, after the e-mail confirmation, at the first appointment or at the latest when asking why you did not show up for the appointment if we had reached you or you would have reacted to our messages. We don't understand why we couldn't reach you and why you didn't even come to the desired trial lesson. It is not easy to find enough suitable dancers for every singles course so that everyone has a dance partner. Unfortunately, we had to disappoint a lady on this date because a gentleman was absent without signing off. Regardless of whether you register for a trial lesson or a dance class, if you lose interest, we expect to receive information out of consideration and fairness towards the other singles.

Vom Anfängerkurs bis zur Hobbygruppe haben wir alles bei Traumtänzer am Ku'damm absolviert und werden auch dabei bleiben, so lange es geht. Es macht einfach Spaß und ist sehr lustig. Uwe Sahl: Tolle Tanzlocation. Direkt Halensee mit einem Tanzsaal, der mal nicht nur quadratisch, praktisch gut ist. Genial. Ich tanze lange schon Hobbykurs und es macht genauso viel Spass mit abwechslungsreichen Figuren wie zu Beginn. Unsere Tanzlehrerin Cindy macht das Klasse. Vielen Dank !! Great dance location. Wir dort viele liebe Menschen kennengelernt auch ausserhalb unserer eigenen Tanzkurse. Wir empfehlen den Kudamm jederzeit weiter! Yasemin Ucan: Not only are they brilliant dance teachers, they are also perfect educators! I don't know of any crew that is as passionate about what they do as the trainer heroes. They have a broad view of the whole and catch everyone where it is required. They were already well prepared in the first lockdown, so that the courses continued online without any gaps. That's why 5 stars are not enough at this point!

DH: Seldom met someone who is so personable and motivating. Denny always has a smile (that's so nice) on his face and manages to pull his participants away. He is my body and soul in it. And for him it is not about commerce, but only about having fun while dancing. As a mom, I always sit on the couch and watch and always have to pull myself back so as not to get up and not join in. pawel kan: A great dance school. My daughter and I take part in the age-spanning hard dance (shuffle & jumpstyle) and really enjoy it. Communication with Dennis is great, the dance teachers are also very helpful. The premises are good but a bit cramped. Dancing outdoors in summer as an alternative to corona restrictions was a great idea! :-)

Martina Sommerfeldt: The children take the various courses with a lot of joy and fun. A variety of courses are offered. Nowadays, there is hardly a selection that is great for young and old. Dances to current songs are always rehearsed. The children have a lot of fun at different appearances where the Ranzscgule performs. Acceptable course fee and great dance instructors. They work with children and adults. They are always with heart and soul when dancing, very important. There are hardly any left these days. Particularly noteworthy is the dance teacher Dennis, who teaches children to dance with a lot of patience, effort and discipline. All kids feel in good hands with him. Highly recommended, keep it up.

Scarlett Copfer: Our children have already attended one or the other ballet, jazz, cheerleading, hip-hop course, but now they have finally found their place at Dancemasters Berlin. Felix Rubisch: My son's coach is very committed and teaches the children a lot. He goes into their abilities and encourages them. Can only recommend this dance school.
Jess: The dwarf was at the trial and quite happy that he learned so much so quickly there. He was super proud. Unfortunately, he said days later that two children had been bothering him the whole time - which the teacher would have liked to have noticed. I had a feeling of uneasiness while watching, but the main thing is that the kids have fun and learn something from it. Plenty of choice, great times for full-time students too, and friendly staff.
Arthur Lödöse: Our little one was there twice. Breakdance, wanted to learn... However, he threw in the towel pretty quickly. Too many course participants who are mixed up in terms of age. Small children are sometimes teased by the older ones without the teacher noticing, let alone counteracting it. Conclusion....less could be more...at least for the kids
