The store has great connections. Whether by public transport, by car or on foot. The staff is very friendly and competent and has an answer for almost everything. Hartmut: Is a good deal for paint and equipment. Large selection. Nice service and support when needed. CO² and commercially available ammunition for CO² and spring-operated weapons is on offer. Unfortunately not for gas and blank firearms. But that's what the name says, "Paint Supply". In my opinion, you're in good hands there if you practice this sport. Pan R: I can't find the words to express the disinterest in customers that one encounters here. Most paintball shops are run by extremely dedicated and friendly players, paint supply is probably too big and the owner has become too fed up to even pretend that his customers are interested in him anymore. If the customer has a problem, his only option is to take legal action, complaints are laughed away or ghosting follows directly. Sure, anyone who puts €2000 on the table for initial equipment is welcome, but please don't expect service. In 15 years of paintball I have never met anyone who runs the shop as a pure money printing machine with so little interest and so much contempt for their customers. updated: I would like to make an addendum to the owner's answer here: - Anyone who writes something negative here will immediately "make bad" and assume bad intentions. It is precisely this lack of customer orientation through the externalization of problems that leads to such evaluations in the first place. - Of course, no one complains about such amounts, but it would still be the only way. The "fact" that, according to his own statement, no one has yet taken legal action is not exactly something that one m.M. after should brag. - Satisfied customers like to write positive reviews, actively collecting them is easy for every store -- delivering good service through the bank is not. So I always stick to the critical ratings and you get more from them than just mine, although the average player will hardly bother to write negative reviews (i.e. another bias which leads to mostly good ratings in every store). The time for good service is before the rating, there was an opportunity to do so. You should be in a larger group on site, otherwise you have to look for other groups in the hope that they will let you play. Otherwise great staff, very nice and friendly. Food was delicious, drinks very cheap, so that you are well looked after here. Toby Herbert: We celebrated a young boy's birthday there - organized as a group event. Everyone had a great time, thanks largely to the friendly staff on hand. They are helpful and pragmatic. The group left having had a very good time, the kids were happy. We can recommend the "Spaceship"!!
Jozef Kolarovič: Went here with a big group and it was really a lot of fun! I wasn't a big fan of laser tag before but this place changed my mind about that. Everything was in clean, in good order, and the staff member on duty (Ivan) kept everything running smoothly. Had a great time here.

Loan Anh: I was really excited when I found the place with arcade games. It's so unexpected when it has arcade games in Berlin when its only popular in Asia. . but when i went there only few games and same are broken down.
Response: WE are sorry for disappointing you. The Arcades are the only ones in Berlin and Sometimes WE do Not get spare parts in time to keep them all functional. AS there is Limited Spacey and only few Machines available IT was logical that WE are Not a full typical big Arcade Location. WE are mainly Lasertag With About 10 additional Arcades. Just saying this to prevent further dissappontments of Future visitors.

Carolina Fernanda Rojas Callejas: We made a booking online and they replied very quickly, we also modified it twice and everything went smoothly. Finally, we had a team event yesterday and had a great time! The whole staff is very friendly and always very willing to help. For all of us it was the first time we did Lasertag and we were very happy, we laughed a lot! It was a lot of fun! I highly recommend bringing a change shirt as they suggest on their website. I recommend it and would definitely do it again. Thank you very much for all the organization and for the nice time!

Leia507: Definitely not the best lasergame I've been to, but not bad at all. The hall, that you play in is very big and fun to explore. It's quite cold tho, so I wouldn't recommend going with very light clothes. The ambience is the biggest reason that I'm only giving 3 stars. It just wasn't a happy or energetic atmosphere that made me want to play or anything like that. A little gloomy tho I can't pinpoint why.
Response: Thanks for your review. So Generally speaking you prefer Disco vibe blacklight lasertag over our Jungle Style Arena. That's okay and Just a Matter of taste. So technically, Service and everything was good but you did Not Like the Style. Our other Arena in Berlin Looks completely different though. So you might Like IT more (No big use of blacklights though).
Amy Chancay: Don't forget to bring a Clothes change It was pretty funny, we had the birthday pack, played for 1,5h multiple games with multiple outcomes so everyone could "win" based on the skills. Afterwards we were so tired that everyone went home though the plans were others Definitely recommend and kudos to the staff that was really helpful and friendly

Mostafa K.Attia: Very nice experience. Instructions are given in clear English and German, Q&A before the game and we were set in no time. The games were really cool, It’s hot even in the winter so I advise to play in a t-shirt (preferably black so you can hide in the dark) and bring an EXTRA t-shirt so you can change after the game!

Zhen Wang: Very nice place, we had an hour and a half of fun and we weren't done yet. The staff was very friendly and nice and the equipment was new. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Anne Lombard: I booked my son's birthday there and 3 weeks later, I still feel furious and humiliated about the staff rudeness. As I wasn't a player but just there to watch the kids, I didn't understand that I also needed to do a covid test. Even though I'm fully vaccinated with booster (and ok to wear the mask), I was denied access and had to stay outside as, according the young lady, "the rule is the rule". Fine...Suddenly, a young man goes out and tells me that "I'm allowed to quickly come in to pay". I guess the rule isn't the rule after all. As I was ready to stay outside for one hour (duration of game), a gamer got hurt, an ambulance had to be called and games postponed. To conclude, I had to wait outside for 2 hours outside and NO ONE ever proposed a chair or even a glass of water or hot drink. It's been a very long time I haven't felt treated in such a rude manner. I know that unfortunately businesses in Berlin have no clue how costumer service is, but that one was something.
Response: o first of all sorry for making you feel furious for 3 weeks - that was definitively not our intention. Our intention is to make our players experience as good as possible. So we inform EVERY group that the have to be tested to enter our location (which by the way is still the law that WE did not make). The reason why you have not been tested when arriving is not clear to us. By the way I personally have not been onlocation - this would possibly have been dfferent then - but our staff members had a FULLY booked day - plus some extra trouble as you described - so please mind that their focus is on the playing and tested guests. Why did we let you in to pay? Well it seems somebody had to do the payment and our register is inside. I bet you had to wear a mask when entering - as only tested persons are allowed to be inside without a mask. The accident that happened was handled professionally by out team - game was paused and we tried to give all players extra time as compensation - bad luck that it happened in your waiting time. This is a very rare moment - we do have accidents every few months - so really a coincidence that normally should not happen. As for the outside waiting with no chair or drink - I bet the staff could have done better here - but as I said - fully booked, fully stressed by ambulance situation and so on... I can understand that a bit. It was not on purpouse for sure. Now - one last question: If you had 1 hour to wait for sure - and it turned out to become 2 hours - why did you not get a test around the corner - get in, have a seat, have a drink and anjoy your kids having fun? I think they had - and THEY would not have given us a 1 star review. So the only person that count here as a 1 star review was you - and you have no idea how our place is as you have only seen it from outside (because you where not tested - because otherwise we would have welcome you warmly) ... so please everybody who reads this - we do not feel like this is a fair review. It will surely not be removed - and we feel sorry for the situation. But we did everything in advance to prevent this plus we made the kids have a good time. Sadly they did not give us a review.
