Ming Dynastie West Berlin: what do users think?

Canny Chiang: Authentic Chinese food They specialized in spicy food. It tastes very good. The serving is very efficient and friendly. We like especially 毛血旺 and 干鍋肥腸. They are kids friendly offering kid chair and they prioritize kids food, serving really fast. However, it was a bit warm at where we sat so we were sweaty. It’s a pity that it’s quite loud there so quite different to chat. Otherwise, it’s a good restaurant with good food.

yw17: We came here for celebrating the lunar new year 🐯. The food has a good amount (way more than enough) and the price is very reasonable. We are 9 people in total and they gave us a spacious table that we can have enough space to enjoy. The service is also very friendly. The toilet is clean. The best hot pot I’ve ever tried in Berlin! Definitely recommend!!!!

J. Renx: Based on good reviews, I finally tried this place for a business lunch. Although my customer quite liked his duck dish, I really didn't like my fish dish. Ingredients are are Frozen fish balls and some convenient food that anyone can buy at Asian supermarkets. I couldn't understand what a waiter was saying at all. They were all in a hurry and didn't pay attention to details

Diana wenjie Gu: The location is good, very close to the zoo, on the second floor of the shopping mall, the store signboard is very big and you can see it from a distance. The portion is large, and the taste is heavy with rice. Although it cannot be compared with domestic Sichuan cuisine, it is very good for satisfying cravings. The hot pot set meal ordered by the Vietnamese friends who lead the table is also good.

L H: The most authentic Sichuan Food I ever had in Germany. I’m saying it as someone who lived in Chengdu for over 4 years. And the service is absolutely great. I’d totally come back again.

Suryansh chauhan: We tried a bunch of dishes - Mini spring rolls -8/10 Fried chicken with vegetables - 7/10 (The chicken wasn't flavoured well and a bit greasy) Spinach dumplings - 9/10 (Would recommend) Vegetarian stir fried noodles - 8/10 (It was decent, nothing special) Apart from this, the service was quite disappointing. Some dishes took 30 mins to arrive, had to flag the waiter multiple times to make them take the order and get the bill. Vegetarian options: A decent selection of vegetarian options.

Darius Chira: One of the restaurants I returned to several times for good chinese food where the portion sizes are perfect. Good atmosphere, staff is always in a rush but they speak good english and are happy to help. Highly recommend

Huiming Sun: To me Ming Dynastie has the best taste of Chinese food in Berlin. I visited both branches and all of the dishes we ordered taste exactly like authentic Chinese food. Basically it would be quite safe to order anything on the menu! The staff are very friendly as well but it would be best if you could make a reservation since it could be quite packed at dining time:)

Feiyang Wei: It‘s my first time to eat here and the place was really great, the food taste so good. Then, the waiter and waitress were so friendly. I give 5stars and will surely be back here with my other friends.👍👍👍😊😊😊

Chaoyu Shi: Best Sichuan flavor restaurant in Berlin! Very nice environment and service too. Portion of main dishes are generous :)

HuaTing China Restaurant: what do users think?

Gabriela López: The place has a nice atmosphere both inside and outside, we came on a sunday night past 9pm and it still was open and served us. Staff was very polite, friendly. Bathrooms were super clean. Prices were good, food portions were big and vegetarian options are good. Would def come back.

Emma Bishop: First off, loved all the fish tanks that this restaurant had. The food was very good and filling. The portion sizes were really good for the price. I went with some friends so we were able to pick and choose a ton of dishes and split everything. Worked out to be a high quality dinner that also gave each of us a variety of food.

Mikolaj P: Amazing food, prices are reasonable and the portions are big. If you couldn't eat the whole portion they can pack the rest of your food in very handy box so u can eat it later.

Quinn Liu: Amazing food, great service and nice atmosphere. The roasted duck dishes are exceptional! I will definitely come back again.

Maria Mischie: Delicious food, very nice stuff, the decor is very interesting with 2 aquariums :xSo many diferent options for food.

Koren Thomas: Great atmosphere and location. Food came out quickly and was very good. Good sized portions and price was good. Staff was friendly and did their best to answer any questions with the English that they knew.

Hems Kumar: Excellent service. Food was pretty good and came promptly. Prices were reasonable as well. Overall would recommend.

Keven Lee: The environment is good. The taste is also good. But, the choice is really limited, and no surprise, especially for Chinese guys. If you just want to find a Asia restaurant nearby, then it is ok.

Nelly Pourmehr: Fast Delicious Kind waitress Family friendly so weekends are booked and children even running around 🙃😁 Why 4 star?!just because of the air ventilations, if sb near ur table order the grill plates , its getting so smelly which really bothered me !! And couldn’t finish my plate afterwards!

Alison Keen (Commanderkeen17): Great food. Friendly service.Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Maggie: Fantastic authentic Peking duck 🦆 with freshly made pancakes wrappers!! Must try if you are a duck fan and in search for real Chinese Peking duck. Best duck I had due a long time across many countries including United States 🇺🇸 laces like new you’re or San Francisco. The fresh ginger tea was really nice and yummy shrimp dumplings as well as hollow Chinese vegetables with garlic sauce. Must visit in Berlin if you like Chinese Peking duck. Price us a bit higher than bit than Asian places but worth it😋😋 with Peking duck😍 (outdoor seating is also available with even blankets to keep you warm. Very thoughtful ☺️)

Bhavya Linganna: Very professional looking ambiance and the great price at the great place. This is just behind the museum island. The best part is, it’s near the very famous tourist attractions as well as the offices in the city center Berlin. Business lunch was very affordable and delicious. I heard my friend saying the Duck meat is the specialty of the restaurant one must try it.

kamalita mitra: We ordered Chicken dimsums, egg chicken noodles, egg chicken fried rice, lamb with onions and beans , chicken with peanuts. Everything was prepared well if not extraordinary. The portion size of the main course is good enough to share between two people. Not cheap but the overall experience was pretty good.

Travelforfood321: this Chinese Restaurant located in heart of Berlin 3-4min walk from U-MuseumInsel. Great atmosphere, professional and friendly staffs awesome hospitality very tasty fresh foods. Best Dim sum. Loved it. very much recommended….

Kelvin Chin: Came upon this restaurant by chance and initially was hesitant cos there were mostly white diners. The menu looked good, so we took a chance and was very pleasantly surprised. There is a page written in Chinese in the menu with dishes for those who can read Chinese. There were items on this page that were not mentioned in the German-English sections. We ordered from the Chinese page. They served mostly northern Chinese dishes I am familiar with, having lived in China. The 3 dishes I ordered were like what I remembered them to be. The food was great and service was tip top. I will come back.

Tamara Menéndez: Chinese restaurant in Mitte that offers delicious fried food. Complete menu full of starters (spring rolls, gyozas or dumplings) to main dishes (duck it's their specialty, but you also find chicken or beef) to side dishes (rice & noodles). In our case, we went directly from the starters to the side dishes and it was simply perfect. Price and quantity are very well balance, service is very nice and the restaurant is quite spacious. Probably what I like the most is the fact they have an open kitchen so you see how they treat your food!

Diego Alfonso Ballesteros Villamizar: Amazing experience! We had a sharing meal for three people and it was just wonderful. Such delicious and abundant food. Everything had an outstanding taste and texture, and the staff was so nice and friendly. It was a delightful experience. The dessert was also delicious at the end, perfect close. And the prices are just so affordable.

Xuan: They saved my stomach while I was visiting the museums intensively. A few steps from the museums island. The restaurant is big with space and terrace. The service was efficient. Their weekday lunch menu is great value. They have adapt to the western style a little bit and have influenced by south Asian food. They don’t have a big range of different dishes, I tried their Duck menu and was happy with it. Though it’s not exactly authentic Pekín duck, we Chinese won’t be happy with any Pekín duck outside Beijing, they tried their best to give everyone the opportunity to enjoy it, they offer one person Pekín duck menu of 32€ ( soup, dim sum, duck and dessert) the dessert was good also which is rare in Chinese restaurant out of china.

Sabri Kürüm: They have very good deals for lunch. I really like braised duck with mushrooms and pekin soup (10 euros). I was not a fan of hefe (a different type of dumpling). If you are in museum island area, this is a good option.

Canny Chiang: Authentic Chinese restaurant. We ordered mapo tofu and sichaun beef (both are spicy). Jelly fish salad as starter. I love the jelly fish salad and I think it’s the best of all three. It requires technics to make dried products into the food and they made a good job. It’s a bit salty jn terms of the flavor but I still like it. Mapo tofu is quite good as well, spicy yet not that salty. I’m happy about it and probably would order it again at the next visit. But the price is a bit higher. Sichuan beef is a bit salty but overall pretty good flavored. It’s not as spicy as mapo tofu. The only possible improvement is the services. We were seated after a bit waiting. Child chair was brought probably 10 mins after seated. And the order wasn’t promptly delivered, we had to actually remind them and order again.

Lucky Star: what do users think?

Hind Sabanekh: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. We saw a lot of Asians enjoying their meals so we thought if locals like it we must Try it. And this did not fail us at all! We ordered the all you can eat pot where they bring you the stove with 2 broth of choice and cook your own meat. It was fabulous, highly recommended and very tasty. Do not order more than you can eat or you will pay, however, start small and keep asking the servers for extra and they will serve you with a smile.

Adrian Weitzel: We read about this place in a food magazine. It was super delicious!! Price is quite okay for hot pot as it is something special. Service and staff have beef super super nice! ☺️ We would love to come back. Only suggestion would be to add more options :)

Yangbo Fu: Two stars for the €18.8 all you can eat hotpot. The soup base is not really nice and the dish category is limited. The essential spices for the hot pot is extremely limited with mixed sesame sauce and hot chilli. Maybe this is some other style? The service was fine but a bit slow tho :)

Gunvor Bjertnæs: Very service minded staff and excellent food! We all had Hotpot and the variety and freshness of everything was just great. If we go back to Berlin we would eat here again!!

Mahmoud Kraiem: We went for a hotpot in June. The flavors bestowed upon us by the mass of spice grains dancing in the pot were savory although a little rough. The meat was ok and the vegetables were good. We ate to our fill and were sweating from the heat, and the chili 🌶️. The food experience wasn't impressive but it was certainly solid. And the owners were generous and welcoming. Overall, I recommend this place for a casual hotpot with friends.

Mohan Pannirselvam: They will charge for the things that still on the hot pot Just keep that in mind. We had ordered some foods for the hotpot and managed to finish all. There were some left over in the soup and the waiter warned us that we will get charged. I mean understand the true intentions not to waste food. But you could tell in a nice way. Please tell it to customer before taking order and don't blackmail them with extra charge. We are your customers not you obligated money givers.

Sebastian: It was alright. The tables are awkward for larger groups and the waitress refused to provide us with more than two hotpots for 8 people. The meat isn't cut as thinly as in other places, and the platter includes raw chicken (weird and a borderline food crime). Fish balls were tiny and just as the rice cake and noodles extremely few. Of course you can order as many refills as you want since it's all you can eat but you'd have to get a hold of a waiter first and then wait a bunch for them to bring it to you. All that being said, the place is clean, the staff was friendly and the drinks were nice.

Max Schumacher: Interesting combo of Cantonese Dim Sum, Sichuan classics and hot pot. The Sichuan was pretty solid, but my favorite was actually the char siu stir fry with snap peas. We'll be back to try the other stuff.

Anna Tommasini: This place was such a surprise! We came by accident and were so lucky to find a table (not so easy apparently on a Friday night).Woooow!! I had shrimp wantan soup. The wantans are so good I could cry. Definitely recommendedFood: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Sreekanth Ganesh: A very good Chinese Restaurant. Food tastes nice and is has good spicyness and flavor to it. A nice place for a quick lunch.Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 4/5 …More

Ho Lin Wah: what do users think?

Allie V.: American Review 🇺🇸 - Probably some of the best Chinese food I’ve ever had! Everyone loved it, would go to Berlin just for this again. 😆 Smaller place from what we could see, so it possibly could be busy at times.

Daniel Wishnia: Very good Chinese restaurant. The food was very tasty and TRUE Chinese! The place is very special and the service very gentle. The prices are fair. I very much recommend this place.

Sriparna Tah: A hidden treasure within the big cafes near Zoologischer Garten. I loved the food here. The perfect Chinese I have been searching throughout Berlin and finally got here Hot and sour soup, with Spring Rolls, Pork Momos, Fish with vegetables, Squid in Oyster Sauce. Everything is so good and tasty, fresh from the kitchen and so very authentic. A must visit and highly recommended.

Audrey Rose: Service Top! She does an amazing job. The food was great.. so far the best Chinese restaurant that I’ve been this year..

Boris M: China restaurant Ho Lin Wah is situated just behind the famous Kűrfurstenstrasse Berlin. Food good as expected, price litlle bit high, ambient so so. All together for 3 stars... 🍲🥣🍽🥢🍺🍵

Shane Glaister: I eat here several times when visiting Berlin, overall the food is amazing and the people that run it are fantastic. If I could pack this place up and take it back home with me I would.

Sen Sui: Enjoyed a nice beer after the marathon run and the early dinner at 5pm is a wonderful meal just like home! Very generous portion and the ingredients are fresh. Well services and comfortable restaurant. I do enjoy the sound of frying and cooking while eating my food!

Klaus Koschinsky: Tasty food, friendly and fast service, clean restaurant, quiet background music. Can definitely recommend this place for a nice meal.

Sunny Choi: It was very good.👍I ate wan tang soup, fried rice with shrimp, stir-fried Squid with vegetable. A waitress was so kind. If I have a chance I really want to visit here.

Frank Löwentraut: Great service, authentic sezuan food and other Chinese dishes. Please note, you have to be a member or be a guest of a member. Location opposite from the holocaust monument *****. Interior design is stunning. Cigar room, meeting rooms, library, bar and the restaurant are well suited for business and pleasure.

ירון מרץ: Nice location, the rooms in the first floor much nicer than the main restaurant hall, which is lack of atmosphere. The food is ok and service very professional.

Lychee: what do users think?

Fabienne Seiam: Soup was delicious, however the noodles tasted like oil and fat nothing else. The service was good and the atmosphere as well. I would give it another try but definitely not the noodles!

pronins: Just ordered delivery from Lychee today. Both the sour spicy soup and gongbao chicken tasted fine. However, this is a very overpriced restaurant! The amount of soup was ridiculously tiny, literally a few spoonfuls on the bottom of a small container, and it cost almost €6! The gongbao chicken was ok portion wise but I’ve had the same dish of similar or better quality at other Chinese restaurants in the area around €4-5 cheaper. They also charge a delivery fee. I’d recommend to dine at the restaurant since the food is decent, but don’t order delivery because it’s a bit of a ripoff.

Yosuke Itoh: An interesting mix of regional chinese fare (as in some sezuan, hokkien, cantonese including dimsum) and the finishing touch is ok, but like many venues ere in Berlin, it is a well concocted mish-mash, but a master of none. The service tends to get sloppy when crowded, but then again, this is perhaps not the venue to expect impeccable service. Hard to say if I will come in again, but credit the establishment for a hoard of regulars - they certainly seem to love this place.

kim chen: Lunch menu -price is good with main dish along with choice soup or spring roll. Spicy sour soup is not spicy and taste not good. Food gonbao style is not good, the gravy is very thick cause of tapioca powder. 😅 My colleague ordered sichuan art chicken and it’s better. Dumpling is very normal, it’s not impressive at all. I was quite impressed with the review and quite excited with the food but I was quite upset :(

R DELILKHAN: Very good selection of freshly made food, nuanced and tasty. Slightly upmarket as far as the prices go, worth a visit.Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Naoise Mulligan: Excellent restaurant with high-quality ingredientsFood: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Glenn Warren Most: An excellent Chinese restaurant with a great variety of food and courteous and friendly staff on a quiet corner of Wilmersdorf. A little jewel!

ARA HAN: The paper soup cup ripped and the soup spilled. also they missing to deliver my dimsum as well. NOT good taste, wrost of wrost service. It was a terrible experience.

Nina Bailly: Food was delicious and authentic! Especially the xiao long bao were super tasty! Can also very much recommend the fried eggplants with potatoes and the squid. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The interior design is also really nice (the ceiling light strip's light color is a bit cold, but otherwise looks amazing).

Abdew62: Food is excellent and the lady staff is very helpful and friendly

Jing Yang: what do users think?

pronins: With so many Chinese restaurants around, Jing Yang isn’t exceptional - it’s just a decent option if you’re in the Rathaus Steglitz area. The wonton soup broth was under-salted to my taste. The dumplings were ok, although I’ve had much better in Berlin. The spicy beef dish was a big portion and tasted fine, except for a few slightly undercooked pieces. The service was ok but quite slow. Prices were slightly high, in my opinion.

Binoi: We were looking for a new experience since restaurant Selig (Kantstr.) Has closed and Tian Fu has "optimized" price value ratio. The restaurant offers fresh self made noodle but not during the holiday season so we could not try it. Nevertheless the food that we tried (chinese basics: cucumber salad, dumplings, sichuan cold chicken) was very nice and the servings were nit too small. Price was reasonable and the service was friendly. The restaurant itself is not big .. so you better have a reservation for dinner - lunch on monday was ok. Recommended!

Daniel Yosia Shantiawan: Authentic Hunan style chinese food, friendly service, familiar eating atmosphere! definitely would come again to try another menus😍

B. Yan: Special good for dumpling-type food, different kinds of Dim Sum. Wonderful taste!

Madeline Cain: Absolutely delicious dumplings. Service was so friendly, nice ambience. This place is fantastic!

Jonathan Eckstein: We were here 3-4 years ago, and the menu has shrunk a lot since then. But the food is still authentic and very good. It's still miles better than what usually passes for Asian food in Berlin.

Stamatis Vretinaris: The best Chinese restaurant I have been outside of China. Everything was cooked to perfection. Food was as good as it was in China. 5/5 with no hesitation.Good service, very friendly people and amazing food. 我爱中国人

Jody Wright: The best place in Berlin. No matter what you order, your tastebuds are in for an authentic treat. The owner is also very friendly and it is just as much a pleasure to see her as to eat the amazing food.

Adrian Piontkowski: Some of the best and most authentic Chinese food you will find in Berlin. Fairly priced Hunan style cuisine. Remember to make your reservation beforehand as the place is somewhat small. Nice calm and minimalistic furniture and decorations. 湖南美食,真正的中国菜。 我觉得这一家属于柏林最好餐馆之一。

Dryad 96: Best Chinese Restaurant I've eaten in so far. Everything's fresh, tasty and cooked without glutamate! Plus the service is super nice! I will definitely visit the restaurant again!

Marylaine Dujunco: Highly recommended. 6 stars! Staff very friendly and efficient. We had our late lunch after a 4 hr tour. Value for money. Large serving size. They said they are open mon to sun including holidays. Vegetarian options: A lot of vegetarian options Kid-friendliness: They have hi chairs and an aquarium eith goldfish and janitor fish which children would love. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible

Nofar Panibepal: A very recommended place to dine in, very cozy, the food is tasty, a little bit expensive but still very tasty and worth the price 😋Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Siniz Kim: A decent Chinese restaurant with a reasonably priced yet good dishes and kind staffs + a robot only serving the food but also singing the birthday song! 🤣

Moremi Chinaka: Very cozy atmosphere and child friendly. Went there with my family and my daughter really enjoyed sitting by the aquarium and watching the fishes go about their business. the deep fried shrimp in sweet and sour sauce; Singaporean style noodles with beef, pork and shrimp, rice with beef and beef dumplings were really nice. will be going back for more.

Sophie White: One of the nicest chinese food meals we ever had! Great value for money.

Reily Station: We went there for a lunch. If you are here from Monday to Friday from 11:30-15 (?) -without holidays- you can't get dinner for a few euro, my chicken sweet sour was for 8euro, not for 17! Plus extra small soup. Portion are very big, one plate with meat, second with rice, amazing. No photo, because we was solo hungry. Delicious food!

Tamir Bahar: The foos was great, and the service absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful meal and a great time!

YQ G: Great food, big portion with good value for money. The service was very welcoming and nice staff. Good and clean environment. Highly recommended!

Julian Duke: I love this place. I come here monthly. The food is amazing, lots of Chinese guests which I take as a good sign and they have a robot server that sings for you when it’s your birthday! A++

Ming Dynastie Jannowitzbrücke Berlin: what do users think?

Son Tung Pham: One of the best dim sum / Chinese food places I ever been to. Very good quality. Love the round table. If you come here, come in a group of 10 people so you can sit around the big table and share different dishes. Friendly staff and good location. Prices are quite okay. Higher than other Chinese food places in Berlin. But it’s totally worth it.

dog: I love their food, fresh and spicy, they even serve you fruit plates after the meal! Alcohol is a bit pricey also a pot of tea cost 11 euro 😳They get pretty busy, better book a. Table in advance!

Aja Jane: We had a great experience here! The food was really fantastic and worth the price. We got a wide variety of dishes and they were all delicious. The only downside is that the alcohol is a bit overpriced. The service was excellent and friendly.

TEA LITTLE: This is the most authentic Chinese food I v ever had in Europe! Peking duck is even better than what I had back in China, tender but not oily, flavoury but not strong-tasted, soft yet crispy. Strongly recommend restaurant in Berlin.

Bow K. Techataveekijkul: I was very craving for Asian food during my 1-month trip in Europe. This place fulfilled me big time! We ordered their Mala Xiang Guo and it was very spicy (which we wanted!). There other food were also very authentic.

Melody Chen: The food is authentic, tasted great. The location is so good! It’s especially comfy to side outside by the river in a hot summer evening.

Piotr Zawieja: The good: Food at this place is delicious! Good quality ingredients, portions are generous and everything is sooo tasty. The bad: we were waiting ca. 40 min until the ordered spinach dim sum arrived at our table and another 10 min until we got chicken gong bao arrived at our table. I will come back to try the other dishes too, the beef ones looked really good. Hopefully I get the ordered food faster 👍

Alina Rudya: Food was good and the portions huge. Peking duck was ok, not the best in the city though (try Jolly instead), on Friday night the place was packed, a lot of Chinese people dining - I guess that speaks for the authenticity of the food at the place. The atmosphere was what I expected from a traditional big Chinese restaurant - which is not my personal taste, but it felt very authentic.

Lisa: The restaurant by the embassy. Finally got to try it after Kraftwerk visit. We usually like to sit outside but the inside seemed way more interesting. Old fashioned Chinese decor, reminds me of the Bruce Lee films. Very friendly staff. As I ordered in Chinese he let me choose original or westernised hot and sour soup which was thoughtful. A lot of options and very generous portions. I loved the Jasmin tea. In the end they gave us some fresh seasonal fruit. They also offer 2,4 people menus that ends up being a bit better value but a la carte was better for us.

Gal Shalitin: Reward of the worst dish of 2022: This dish was basically not fully cooked eggs with some tomatoes. Tasted it and immediately realize I can't eat it, couldn't replacement it (asked the staff ). If I wasn't there with my boyfriend I will just not pay for this... Had a horrible dinner experience and highly recommend you to look for another place

Natalia Filvarova: Absolutely delicious dumplings! The prices are very reasonable for the area, at about 5-6 euros per portion of 5 dumplings, and there is a huge selection of both vegan and meat dumplings! There is also lots of cocktail options including non-alcoholic ones that are delicious and pretty :)

Mimoza Istrefi: Super prices and incredible variety of choices and fresh dumplings. A must visit place if you are in the area. The staff is friendly and easy going and the place itself is very cute.

Joshua Holmes: Amazing dumplings with great service. Small place so I suggest a reservation. Also they only take cash. But it is so worth it. The food is delicious and you can tell they are freshly prepared. Definitely worth a visit! Highly recommend!!!Recommended dishes Dumpling …More

Geraldine G: Best Dumplings in the city. Prime quality ingredients, everything fresh and very good executed. The place is tiny and usually full so you’d go better doing a reservation. The service is very kind and attentive. Cash only

Stefania Santarcangelo: I definitely love this restaurant. I always go there for special occasions. It's the right place to soften the mind, drink a good tea and eat the best dumplings in Prenzlauerberg.

Alina Rudya: Loved the dumplings! The interior is very cute and the waitress was very helpful and friendly! I loved the cute tea cups as well😀

P Z: Some dumplings are not handmade, it’s from the supermarket freezer, better ask before ordering. Cash only, or the restaurant detain your ID card until you withdraw cash.

Leitha Matz: Excellent dumplings, whether you choose varieties with meat or the vegan ones. I was particularly impressed with green bean appetizer with pickled mustard greens as well. I’ll definitely be back. The table next to ours also got cocktails decorated with little bear ice cubes… they were adorable.

Lina Outri: Good service and good food. Had the tofu soup and it was delicious and the kurbis and peas dumplings. Yummy!

Alek Korneev: Nice place with kind staff and delicate service. Dumplings were nice and they had a wide choice for meat eaters and vegans.

Panda Q: Berlin's DimSum choice is really quite limited. They offer a good variety of authentic DimSum here, steamed pork ribs in black bean sauce is one of my favorite, wish they serve Chinese BBQ pork puff pastry!

Aleksander R.: Oldschool Charlottenburg Chinese restaurant. It has a certain touch. I like the atmosphere and the food is also special. I like it's charming imperfection.

Julieta: OMG!! What an experience I recommend this to everyone!! I was so lucky to go with a Chinese friend of mine and she ordered for all, everything was so delicious and the dumplings... Ugh I tried literally every type, they are also very nice. Will comeback for sure!!Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Sonia Ran: It's not easy to find good Chinese food in Berlin and this place definitely hit the spot. Bring friends or family so you can share! The Chinese broccoli and bok choy were great veggie side dishes. The shrimp dumplings were tasty! The salt and pepper tofu was great.Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Vedran Maricevic: China noodles are absolutely fantastic. I will visit the place again for sure. The Dim Sums are first league, and there are many different ones to choose from.Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Samuel Gustafsson: If you look for Hong Kong style food in Berlin, this might be an interesting choice for Dim Sum or traditional Chinese dishes. Food is overall good, they got some nice specialities like Steamed Eel on the menu which are worth trying. Dim Sum are overall good too, some are really good but other also good. Service is not on top, but still typical for Hong Kong (so not worse than any other Hong Kong restaurant, but compared to other Asian there could be room to improve).

Binoi: The food was good and the service very friendly. Now due to Corona measures they place a lot of tables outside. The filled Tofu Dim sum was delicious and fried Noodle with beef was also very good. Radish Cake was deep fried unfortunately. The price value ratio is good.

S: Delicious!Loved the plum wine & stir fried cuttlefish

Anindyaningrum Chrisant Rystiasih: Love how late night this place is. Dimsum is great. Mains not as great but still scratches the itch and not bad for Berlin. Only ever found Suigiaw (prawn dumplings) here.

Jonathan H: Best traditional dim sum and cantonese food I’ve had in Germany. Seriously great food.

Steffi M: The restaurant has really good atmosphere, like a cafe. The owner and waitress are friendly and fast. The food are authentic Chinese & very delicious. The price is decent

Andre Neubauer: Definitely an insider tipp if you are looking for authentic Chinese food in Berlin. Interior is simple but dishes are so delicious, especially Dim Sum! (And prices are comparable low.)

Kenneth Chin: The 12 piece dim sum selection was good for Berlin standards but only 3 by international standards as it was some what “Germanised”. I have a personal preference for traditional dim sum as i have travelled extensively through Asia and so I found the selection a bit limited. I went on a Saturday in April and it was not busy and could immediately get a table. Otherwise pleasant and chilled atmosphere. Friendly staff.

Burak Atsu: I got dragged to this location 3 times thanks to my companions and I will never let that happen again. I ordered 3 different dishes from menu hoping they will taste different. They all are oily bland tasteless mushes. How this place is so full is beyond me. The beer was warm and without gas. How can you mess up serving beer in Germany? All the broths taste the same as do the spices. There are cheaper much more delicious options. Never ever again

Levin Song: Nice and spicy Chinese food here! Visited twice and both are good times ;)

SABIN: 👎not a nice service. Welcomed with displeased face. As a waiter of Restaurant, should welcome your guests with smile and warm welcome feeling. Also pork rib in a sweet sauce was too sweet, can’t eat it, Gongbao jiding wasn’t real, something which reminds taste of it. In addition Draft beer 🍺 was warm 🤯and with almost no bubbles. I have no idea, how this place have so much stars ? Never again to this place!

Channa Wolven: Real delicious Chinese food that is fresh and authentic. The staff is very friendly and the chef also knows Sign language! ( Gebärde Sprache )Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Hansana: Best Chinese food I've tasted in Berlin. The service was a bit stressed maybe because we were 11 people and ordered half of the menu 😂.. Every dish had a different taste to the other one. Overall a very good experience.. would go there again.

Joriam Ramos: I absolutely love this food. Their gangbao chicken is unparalleled. Alas, one of the workers here (a middle aged woman, who's here most days) is probably the angriest, most digusted-by-client restaurant workers I've ever seen in my life. She's always in a dreadful mood and treats all her customers with the same level of spite. After just being mistreated yet again, I think I'm gonna have to stop eating here. The dumplins place just next corner is just as good and nobody scowls at me :/

Marina Ferrando: One of the best chinese food experience I've ever had! Every dish was well cooked and very tasty. The dumplings were my favorite thing! And the price is very good for the quality and the attention. Dumplings, Wantan and beef with bbq and rice plus 2 teas, costed 28€. We will come back to try more dishes for sure!

Shaniu's House of Noodles: what do users think?

JAY BHATT: It was a delicious food. Good value for money. We came at Sunday evening, without an reservation, was really busy and small team still was able to manage all that crowd. Menu has large variety of options for every one, which can match your own expectations: spicy, crispy, fried, vege. There are a lot of choices. We was helped by older gentleman, he did not speak English well, but he did his best service, didn't want to get a tip.

Longlifting Lars: we had a blast at this restaurant. we reserved a table up front which was waiting for us all cleaned and ready to go. there was a line waiting for tables but they were asking for reservations an brought us right to the table. we felt well treated from the beginning on. the waiter was nice, chatty and checked on us on every of his rounds. food was delicious! price is right! service is right! they also are open to explain you foods and recommend possible fits. one of the best restaurants I've been to within the last months. it's a cozy chilled environment with all kinds of people in there. from students to business man. a little music is playing, they have an aquarium. we had a mix of openers and main dishes to just try things out. the Korean sweet and sour chicken is a must try. Vegetarian options: various options. we had a vegetarian with us.

Dylan Filkins: This is probably the best noodle place I have been too. It is by far the best in Berlin. The staff is well equiped and fast service. They check COVID quite strictly which is nice to see. The food is beyond good. In the photos you will see duck, spicy noodle, a beef noodle bowl, and green tea ice cream. You can tell that the chef takes his time to ensure the quality of the food is always high and that you leave happy. I will always wait longer to ensure the quality and here a long wait is valid. Please try this place out!

Sissi Y: Cheap and fast, they didn’t serve any other dish than their lunch set during lunch time. The noodle was ok, the other two dishes we have ordered are not so good. If you just need something for a quick cheap lunch, maybe an option.

Filipa Choi: Authentic nice food! P1 and P2 are really good. But can be a bit spicy (I love it tho). P3 is not too authentic, but still alright. Anyway, it’s a lovely place to go. Good price quality ratio. 👍🤤

Arekusu: First night in Berlin feels more like the time I stayed in Xi'An. Amazing spicy beef soup and outstanding fried dumplings with pork and Chinese cabbage. The staff is truly amazing and hospitable, whilst at the same time also patient while I tried to speak a little mandarin. Anyone should come here at least once. I highly recommend it.

Shreyas Gore: Recommend reservation for dinner, the place is almost full. The service is quick and fast. Must have is Korean fried chicken and Spicy beef noodle soup.Food: 4/5 | Service: 4/5 | Atmosphere: 4/5Recommended dishes Korean Fried, Spicy Noodle Soup with Beef, Spicy Beef Noodle Soup …More

Samuel Gustafsson: Good food in a high tempo place! Shaniu's is very popular, sometimes hard to get a table without a reservation ahead, but it's worth trying as there might be free slots - we got one early evening on a Sunday. Many of the foods are really excellent, for example liked a lot the Mapo Tofu and Korean Fried Chicken. Also Gongbao Chicken was pretty OK. Service is quick and polite, albeit quite casual - but it's worth mentioning that staff is very observant and noticed quickly for example our additional orders. Food comes quickly and it all works surprisingly smooth. Atmosphere is more dynamic than quiet, this is not the place for a silent dinner, but still a pretty good atmosphere. They have both German, English and Mandarin menus and it seems to me that staff speak all these languages well. Payment works fine both cash and electronic. A small plus is that they actually offer powerbanks for those guests that want to charge phones, while a small minus is that Telekom 4G/5G coverage not that good (of course not the fault of the restaurant).

z k: Disappointing! We got this place recommended by a friend and when we came we ordered the only two vegetarian main dishes on the menu. The food was disappointingly mediocre and for a price around 10€ each we expected way more! The vegetables weren’t fresh and the sauces weren’t that good also one of the dishes was served cold which wasn’t mentioned in the menu :// MAKE YOUR VEGGIE DISHES BETTER

Santa Clause: Planed to eat noodles here. But I felt kind of surprised to see sour fish(酸菜鱼) in the menu. It’s been a year that I didn’t eat it and I miss it. It tastes good, and you can ask the waitress to give you more rice if one bowl is not enough. The tea is kind of normal and it is better to change the tea.

Yvonne G: Food was tasty and, so authentic. comparing to many other Chinese restaurants in town, this one is more refreshing - not that oily/salty.Staff were friendly and welcoming as we came on Christmas Eve.The only downside is that the portion is a little bit less considering the price.

Alik: Very good and tasty Restaurant. The food felt authentic and have some nice things on offer which include dim sum. The main dishes were served with a large portion, so careful when ordering appetisers as you may over eat.The service was also good and quick.

Yi-Ting Chen: Food: We had braised spareribs and tofu for main dish and cucumber salad for side dish. Both main dishes tasted good and authentic. But the cucumber is too sauer for my taste. I would love to try the rice-noodles next time! Interior: The place is decorated in traditional Chinese style, which is a bit too much for me. The restaurant not spacious but filled with a lot of seats. Also the table is too small for dining. Service: The lady who served our table was really friendly. But she seemed too busy dealing with all the table alone. It was a bit hard to caught her attention.

henry cheng: This is probably the worst rice noodle I've had in my life. trust me. I had a lot of them when I was in Yunnan. The soup base tastes like water with some chilli... Nothing else. Probably served with 4 pieces of meat... That's all.... I seriously can't believe restaurants like this can survive in Berlin. If a Chinese restaurant like this can survive, then all Chinese people can open restaurants here. I mean how hard it will be!! serving noodles with pure water!!!!

Carlo Bongiovanni: The price is totally worth and the quality is great. A very typical Chinese restaurant. The menu has been revisited recently and you can appreciate any of the proposed dish. Well done!

Jason Wu: We tried the pork cutlet, tofu and cucumber. The pork was really good. Tofu was great as well, it came with lots of vegetable inside, which is awesome. The cucumber I would say it was a little bit too sour compare to what I have tried in other restaurant. And we sat at a tabble right next to the heater, it was a bit to hot for us.But overall the experience was good. I would love to try the rice noodle soup next time.

Carmen X. K: Extremely rude lady boss. Had high expectations but the food was mostly either too sweet or lacking in taste. They got our order wrong and we waited for an hour to get it replaced before we simply ate what we got and left. The owner was also pretty curt with her staff and put a downer on our dinner. Some of the food looked like it was cooked days before and reheated. Only dish I would recommend is the chicken feet starter.

Nino Shi: Compared to other dishes in the restaurant, their rice noodle is forever the Nr.1 in Berlin! Love, love and love it! It worth monthly/weekly visit :)

Martin Sznapka: I have been here many times and I was always very satsfied with food and friendly staff. The noodle soup is delicious, recommend! Last time I also tried cold noodles Xian art and it was very authentic.

Christian Wimmer: For me since eight years the best and most authentic Chinese restaurant in Berlin. Awesome food, nice people and the most chilled Shiba Inu in town. Chapeau!
