I brought my m51 fishtail parka which was huge on me but I knew would be very complicated to make the alterations to fit me, the guy who owns this place did an amazing job! So happy because I had this coat for ages and was always worried of it not being altered correctly, I finally took the plunge and I’m very happy that I did! Will be coming here again.

Chef Mishimish: Terrible quality work. Looks like a child was playing on the sewing machine. 6months ago we had many good quality alterations at a reasonable fair price. But we recently took a new dress to be shortened and she ruined it and charged €50 to do it. Did they sell the business? Never trusting my clothes to them again.
luca pomer: Professional service. I altered my wedding dress there. It took a week longer than expected but the end result is highly professional. You can’t even see that the dress was altered.

Max Szymaniak: I would have given my leather jacket to the silkworm so that the interior could be replaced and various minor repairs carried out. Completion has been postponed twice for another week, but has always been put off. When I was finally able to pick up the jacket, the interior was done as I imagine, but the minor repairs were completely ignored. Had to wait again on site so that everything was done quickly. Ps: I had paid 80 €. If everything had gone well and on time, the price would have been OK. But for that?

PAULINA'S FRIENDS: Nice in itself and courteous on the outside (after all, they made me the offer to repair the goods) BUT: technically completely incapable. There are dubious characters working there (obviously drug addicts or alcoholics) who are trying to teach the customers a better thing. Too bad! I really gave them 3 chances, but I will never do it again. Stay away from this shop! I have heard from other customers that some of their shirts etc. are completely lost.
Paosso Roli: Shirts are washed here without a hitch - only when repairs are made do people dawdle and lie as much as they can. At least I got my money back after eight weeks of delaying the last attempt. Better go somewhere else.

Martin Bornholdt: Origninally big fan of Nudie Jeans. But just wanted to let repair 2 of my jeans - not possible. Currently they accept only 1 jeans at a time and it will take 2 months for repair. So far it was the main reason for buying Nudie and they still advertise with „free repair“ but apperently they cannot live up to that promise. Sad and annoying since I now have to come twice and wait forever.
Tarapalita Tutaev: Excellent service all round. I had a complicated issue after impulse buying jeans that didn’t fit properly while I was abroad. They could easily have said it wasn’t their problem and it would have been fair enough actually but they did the opposite and helped me. The sales assistant was great, he was knowledgeable and had the perfect balance of genuinely helpful advice and leaving space to make up my own mind. And I am really grateful to the manager for helping me out and making a difficult situation good. Great customer service. Thanks guys.

So far I have had a pair of jeans tapered (the leg is too narrow towards the end) and my work clothes have been modified (2x long trousers shortened and 2x short trousers narrow [waist; waistband]).
