Sonia Kovacevic: I came in as I spilt some coffee on my laptop. While I followed all the steps online and dried/turned it off immediately, I was really nervous as I really needed to use it ASAP but didn’t want to turn it on prematurely. The gentleman at the store was super helpful in telling me options and opening it to check for water damage. He didn’t see any and advised me accordingly. When I asked how much I owed, he didn’t charge me, which I thought was very kind as it was still his time. Would highly recommend. Lovely staff member and very fair. This was a super positive experience.
JJ Demko (SonOfMan.online): Positive: ProfessionalismMy HP Revolve had a broken CPU Fan. I went in there. They found a watter damage. Open it completely. Took everythink apart. Cleaned everything. Replaced the FAN. At a most reasonable cost with in 48 hours I had my laptop back cleaner, faster than before! REAL PROFESSIONALS. I left a 5euro Tip and some Chocolate! ;-)
bruno langle: Great Service! My experience here was very successful. The guys who took my computer (MAC) were really friendly and explained to me the costs and the procedures step by step. After I left my computer with them they told me it would be ready between 1-3 days, but it was actually read to pick up the next day. Fast and quality service. My computer is as good as ever now!

Maxime Favreau: My computer unexpectedly shut down when researching data for a project(a student’s worse nightmare). After frantically rushing to the store, I felt a calming presence from the employee in the shop letting me know that I needed a simple battery change and that it would be ready in 30 mins for a nominal fee. Soo thankful for their help and for how quick they were!

I brought it here and I was impressed how quickly they fixed it, on the same day. Price was good. Everything was good! Thank you!
Gabriel Garcia Bustos: I fixed my compute 2 times here and the results were great. Fixes included hardware changes and software installation (from scratch). The staff was always kind and answered my questions, explaining what was and wasn’t posible. I can easily recommend this store as I will be coming back if necessary.
Horst Fock: Charging port on my thinkpad became loose and slipped inside the chassis, making charging the laptop impossible. They fixed it for around 80 bucks or so. Unfortunately, a few months later the charging port became loose again. Both times this happened through normal usage, I dont ever bend or pull on the charging cable.
Nguyen Tuan: Irresponsible! I came to repair my laptop. I paid for the service. After one day, I picked up and they said the only problem is battery. So, I got a new battery. After few days using the new battery, my laptop got the same problem. I called them but they insisted that the only problem is battery. I came again after a while, asking them to see what is wrong and can they fix. They took me one week to figure out that the problem was exactly what I described. Took such a long time and did not even call or inform me after the diagnosis. Waste of time and money for 39euro.

Dominik Koller: I had an issue with charging my laptop. I told them that it was likely the power adapter. Indeed, when they tried one of their adapters it worked. They told me that the used one as well as the new adapter for my laptop would be 40 Euros. Trusting them I took one of their adapters, obviously they gave me the used one. At home I realized that the charger was a 45 W one that costs only 21 Euros on Amazon, while the original adapter for my laptop was a 65 W adapter. Since they are dealing with those issues on a daily basis I think they were perfectly aware of that, therefore, the one star review is well deserved.
