Yousof Mardoukhi: It has been since 2018 that I shop my electronics at Cyberport. Mostly I do my shopping online, but there were a few occasions I did my shopping at this branch. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They are dedicated and pay attention to the customer's needs. I financed my products twice, and they spent almost an hour with me going through the formalities and explained to me attentively and carefully the content of the documents; patient and helpful. I must mention that they have excellent customer service in case your products malfunction.

Giulia Valenti: I just came home from a big shopping at cyberport and i had a great experience with Sasha , prepared , funny and so so so helpful!! Can't say about repair service (hopefully i won't need it) but hopefully will be as good as my experience with him at the shop ☺️ plus my order was fast available for pick up at the shop ! So i haven't experienced any delays or complications! I strongly suggest !

Roberto Bertinetti: Cyberport is the best. I went to several other stores but this one was really great. Besides the good offer I could find, the employee Sascha P. was really professional, gave me a lot of good advices about what Mac to buy, and most of all was really kind and polite. Janči Kapusta: Really great place. I usually shop here all my Apple products. It is 20-150 eur cheaper than apple official website.Stuff is very nice and quick. They print me full invoice for each purchase when asked.

Ernie Wang: I would not shop from them again. I bought two AirPods which were both faulty, which I ended up having to return them. I spent 30 euro on a screen protector for my iPhone (normally cost 10 euro) which was supposed to be "Good quality". It had an air bubble in 5 days then cracked in just over a week. I reflected this to the store manager who was extremely patronising with made-up statics saying I was "one in thousands who has this problem". He was basically shouting at me in front of other shoppers, trying to get me out of the store. It was a very bad shopping experience. I would not go here again.

Cristi Alexandru: Super friendly and knowledgeable English speaking people. Prices are very good. I went to them to repair my PC, for a supposed bios update and within 1h they provided me with the exact issue and a solution for my Ryzen 9 5900 system. Ended up buying a graphics card cheaper than listed on Amazon. Really recommend them for fast service, professionalism and good prices.

Aigars Mahinovs: This is my go-to shop for PC components in Germany. The processing and shipping are extremely fast (promised 3-5 days, shipped in the morning and delivered on the evening of the second day), packaging is flawless (with an extra Haribo surprise) and no hassle customer support. Their prices are very good and I would rather pay an euro more here and know that in case of a defect they will have my back than buy from some unknown shop and be stuck on my own in trouble.

I ordered it from a 3rd party website, and it took 2-3 weeks before my payment was verified. After that, when I finally received my chair, the armrest was damaged. So, I called the 3rd party website and they told I needed to send the whole chair back. Luckily the great customer services from CaseKing were able to send me a new armrest in a 2-3 days. Katharina Suckale: Excellent customer service! I go to to Gravis for the last 25 years, and they always consulted me very well regarding my computers, iPhones and any accessories. They are also very helpful in the technical service. Whatever problem I had, they always help if it was at their center at Ernst-Reuter Platz, Kulturbrauerei and in Friedrichstraße! And the advantage is that in other cities they have also a technical service! Just loving it. I would not go anymore to these huge MAC Flagship stores, which may look pretty but that's it. And I don't want to know what they spend on electricity and heating.... Thank you Gravis that you are there to support!

Benjamin Ahlers: avoid if you can.... terrible service, seemingly deliberately unhelpful. we ordered a macbook with our company account. now only our boss is allowed to pick it up cause he placed the order (with the company account). So since he is away we cant pick it up. no workaround whatsoever. like talking to a stubborn maschine. now we will be cancelling the order. what a waste of time. at least i feel better after writing this review :) Hope u guys can sort this out. soon.

F R: I went there twice. First I bought an Apple Watch and it was smooth and easy. Three days later I repaired my iPhone display and it took a day and staff was very nice and friendly and even sent me an email after my visit regarding a question I had regarding my Apple Watch with a possible solution in link form. Lena Grekova: I had experience with Gravis twice. First, when my husband needed to repair his macbook. There were a couple of problems, including the keyboard (few keys were sticky, it happens to some mac models sometimes). The repairing itself took around a week. He asked me to pick up the macbook and when I checked it it turned out that they have changed the keyboard to german! Previously he had english and when we handed it over for repairing no one asked about it! Of course, German keyboard is a no-go for us, I asked to change it to engl/international. They apologised and agreed to fix it. The lady told me it will last no more than a couple of days, in worst case scenario a week. Now it's already two weeks and they called only yesterday and told they ordered the keyboard. Second experience was with my iphone 5SE. The display was broken and I wanted to repair it. First they said it would cost 140 euro and it was okay, but then the lady ran to smn else inside the office and then got back to me and told it would cost 300 hundred euro! Of course, I didn't agree to it. Then I came to another service where make my phone repaired in 1 hour and for 80 euro only! The first impression about Gravis was good but now I won't recommend it and won't go myself there. They have the licences and all that stuff but it doesn't add nice service and speed, only the price increases.

Karan Tibdewal: The service was quick and reliable. However I had to visit two times before my Mac was repaired the staff was very friendly and they all speak English which is definitely a plus! They also tell you the rules and what is required before hand and mail you once you can pick your laptop up.

Alexander Gechis: Even when it is official mac store, they may not repair your stuff for free. Had a problem with my Mac and went to this service. After diagnostic they said that they can repair it for around 200€. I agreed and on the next day I got a mail from repair manager that there was a mistake and price for repair was increased almost two times. I found it strange and asked to return my Mac, so after it I went to official Apple Store and they fixed all problems FREE, including some extra problems which I did not know they could be fixed, because this components of my mac were still on warranty (it was a surprise for me because I used it more than 2 years). So if you need warranty repair better not use this place.

Anastasis Giannousakis: The service department returned my computer with a hardware error after a repair. When I brought it back to get it fixed again, they didn’t acknowledge their error and charged me with an expensive repair. Staff is friendly (apart from one person).

Priyanka Jain: Bad customer service. They have kept a lot of items for some reason behind the counter. Which means you will have to wait in the long queue to answer your queries regarding those products as you can't check them by yourself. The staff is also a bit lazy.

Seb Ur: I ordered to pick up in store as I thought it is faster but waited several days for my notebook to arrive. I would have better used the option Express delivery to someplace within 1 day. Then picking up there the next show as the invoice went to a company. A lot of bureaucracy if I am allowed to pick it up. Finally they notebook even came without any software and I had to change and go a third time to the store.

Till Krueger: Sure, they have great offers and process orders quickly...as far as customer service goes, my first experience with them was less than stellar, or so I thought, but upon my sending them the below review, they immediately contacted me to explain that the beamer never was at their Berlin store, and has to be sent from Hanover, so there was no way, in the first place, for me to pick it up personally. I did not know that, and really appreciate the fact that they did react to my concerns while processing and getting my order out the door within 2 hrs of receiving it. That is remarkable. Today, I ordered a display model of a beamer at a very good discount, of which only 1 was available, in the early hours of the morning, which I decided to finance, going through the rather bumpy WebID process, and while I was doing that, I kept looking at my shopping cart where I saw a warning that the projector would not be reserved for me until completion of the order. So I felt a great deal of pressure to be quick. After successful completion of the WebID process, I proceeded to finish the order, but saw that the only option for shipping given to me was HERMES, which would have taken a few days, today being Friday. Not wanting to take the risk of going back in my ordering progress, and thinking that by sending them an email to request personal pickup (I only live a couple of miles/kilometers from their store, here in Berlin), surely they would accommodate my request. After all, what human being couldn't understand that the weekend is a special time of the week, and for many, like me, the only time when I can really get into setting up and optimizing a big purchase like this, watching the Bundesliga, and getting acquainted with all of its settings. Well, instead, when they responded an hour later, they sounded more like the computer in 2001 ("I am sorry Dave, but I cannot do that.") I seriously cannot understand why a human being in customer service is saying that it is impossible to not hand over the projector to HERMES, now that the process has started. I didn't even want my money for HERMES refunded, as I can understand that with financing, the order amount cannot be changed. But isn't one of the jobs of customer service to respond to customer concerns/wishes, especially when the item was already paid for and I only minutes away to pick it up? While notebooksbilliger appears to offer great deals, and others seem to have great experience with their customer service, I am deeply disappointed in having been denied by a human that acts like a bot. No flexibility, no empathy, just copy/paste replies. It's 2001 in 2022.

Sha ko: Not bad store. Prices are good and personal is nice. But I'm giving one star because you can't trust this store. I wanted to buy laptop there and it was not available at store but i was told it will be delivered in 4 days, i ask twice about delivery time because i was leaving the country on Friday and ordered it on Monday so i needed to buy it on Friday. The guy who fill order told, me it will be there for sure. Guess what? It's not there and will not be till i don't know when. And they don't know when. So now I'm left without laptop because i trust this store, so yeah one star. That's very sad.

andrew G: had a montior from asus break (montior had purple lines across the screen) after 1 week. brought it back they said they would have to send it away and it would be a few months. they said they would not to an in store replacement I told them I was moving and to write me before the send it back. 4 months later I emailed them as I had not heard from them turns out they sent it to me Old flat without writing me or giving me a tracking number. and this happened 2 months ago the shipping company does not know what neigbour has it and I don't have access to the flat any longer.

DulceSeeker: Since u replied I am indeed using the mobo it was not faulty pins were not bent. I let my feelings speak for me so big sorry. I would like more support next time if you have a time. Problem was in 5v power on signal which was permanently in short circuit I have home made button. Post was and there is foto that mobo is tested. Prices are ok.

ursula springer: Can't post positive experiences. Already with the first repair (new installation of the Windows operating system) no clear statements and was repeatedly put off for a week with the completion date. In the second problem (screen remained black despite full function), an old display was installed with the note for this PC that there would be no replacement screen. Later found a new original display with delivery time of 1 day at a lower price by various providers on the Internet. No clear statement about diagnosis in the invoice. Am very disappointed.
Response: 07/17/2018: Of course I'm sorry that you were unhappy with us! Nevertheless, I would still like to comment on the content: Your first repair, in 2013, lasted only one day, the second repair (2015) actually took 4 working days, because we should try to back up your data! During the third repair (damaged display), they were only told by telephone that you could get the device back today with a used display, which you then accepted and got your notebook back in the afternoon of the same day! We never said we wouldn't get a new display, just that it would take a few days. Unfortunately, you declined our offer to exchange your display for a "glare type" again free of charge!

Caro M: That's why you buy your computer from Indat and not somewhere on the Internet: My wife's ASUS Zenbook 3 Deluxe gave up the ghost from one day to the next. With his extraordinary commitment, Reinhard Höhne from Indat made sure that the computer was repaired in the shortest possible time, even though there was a really serious defect. Brian Kessler: The Good: • The technician seemed friendly. • The technician did not try to sell me hardware I don’t need • I could resume use my computer after visiting Exero The Full Story: On Sunday 2021 May 28, Windows 10 took 5 hours to upgrade my desktop; afterwards it seemed fine, and I fell asleep listening to classical music on YouTube. The next morning, I woke up and nothing would display on either of my two monitors, not even the BIOS before Windows loaded. I tried using the video ports on my motherboard instead of the graphics card, but still nothing would display. I vaguely remembered there might be a setting in the BIOS disabling it when the graphics card is plugged in, but I could not see the BIOS to toggle this. I tried pulling the video card out, but I could not get it out and was afraid if I tried too hard I would damage the card or the motherboard. After work, I took the computer to Exero. The first thing I asked was whether the attendant spoke English. He said “a little”; I never actually observed any problems with his English, but as a former English teacher, I know fluency does not necessarily equate to good knowledge. Anyway, I told him the problem and thought he understood. He told me it would be €30 cash for diagnostic; if they could fix it and if I accepted their service, the cost would go towards repairs, which sounded reasonable (as other places also suggested €30 for diagnostic and in my experience, this is a normal policy towards diagnostic fees. After insisting he should reprint my receipt (as my name was spelled wrong), I left expecting to hear from him in a day or two. The very next morning, I received a message informing me my computer was already fixed and I should pay €69 (minus the €30 diagnostic fee) for the repair. They asked for my password to do more tests. There was never any opportunity to accept or reject this. I asked them what was wrong and all I was told was a vague “system problem”. I asked them to confirm all the ports were working on both the graphics card and the motherboard and told them I would type the password myself when I came to pick it up in the evening and we could test it together. The technician confirmed he could get into the BIOS and said it would be impossible to test it together because it could only be tested in the workshop and I was not allowed into the workshop. That evening, I paid the remaining €39 and tried to learn more about what was fixed and how but couldn’t get any useful information. I took the computer home and plugged it back into my monitors and still neither worked, though I new he had seen something since he had a photo of my login screen on his smartphone. Further correspondence through SMS revealed that he did not actually test all the video ports and he failed to understand that I could not see the BIOS. When he suggested I try a different monitor – and I was fortunate enough to have some handy – I was able to get it to work. I can’t say whether he actually fixed anything, but I can say (except for this suggestion) he did not fix the problem I went in with, which actually still remains. As best I can figure, the actual problem: The Windows Update contained an update for my Nvidia graphics card driver. The driver update contained a firmware update. The firmware update altered the HDMI handshake for the sake of HDCP. (I had not previously realized it could be relevant, but both my monitors are VGA connected through adapters which can’t do the handshake.) So far as I know, there is no fix for my problem because Nvidia won’t provide information for downgrading firmware or disabling HDCP. I leave it to the reader to decide whether it is fair or reasonable that I should be charged the additional €49, neither receiving the opportunity to approve nor a detailed explanation of the service rendered, or even evidence that anything was done to the machine at all.

Ding Dong: Unfriendliest person ever. Bad service. As if he was doing me a favor. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. This person clearly hates his job/life. Terrible.

Billy Clark: Wouldn't go back. Found the service both very unprofessional and quite unfriendly. Pricing isn't as transparent as it should be and I found myself questioning their honesty. Furthermore I was quite dissatisfied with the work done.

Kris K: Handed in my laptop to have the cooling fan replaced and got it back already the next day. Efficient, professional and friendly. I can strongly recommend Exero.

Hayat Mecmuasi: Visit "lowest ratings" first to skip sketchy ones! Sketchy reviews, sketchy processes! I left my laptop there for a cleaning, and suddenly they told me the fan is also broken. I tested all my hardware before leaving the laptop there, so I'm 100% sure that the fan was functioning quite well. However, I had to accept a fan replacement too as I didn't have enough time and wanted my laptop back. Then guess what? They didn't add the fan to the receipt, because it was a scam and not a real replacement. When I asked about it they offered me "no receipt" in exchange for a 50 Euro discount - but they didn't agree on adding the fan to the list. So they also avoid tax and stealing from society! I'm seeing many reviews from people whose original parts are stolen and replaced with cheap 3rd party alternatives. Be aware - this scam is very common and I'm very suspicious that this place is no different.
Response: Dear Customer, Please correct your rating. What you are saying here is absolutely absurd. I can't check whether you were with us with a Macbook or with a laptop somewhere else. We cannot assign the name. Either you didn't understand what you were told because of your language skills or you have other interests. You are telling things that were not said and are not true. Try to be something correct!

Maxime Favreau: My computer unexpectedly shut down when researching data for a project(a student’s worse nightmare). After frantically rushing to the store, I felt a calming presence from the employee in the shop letting me know that I needed a simple battery change and that it would be ready in 30 mins for a nominal fee. Soo thankful for their help and for how quick they were!

Utku Tavil: super fast service (half a day for a battery change) and price was only 200 euros; considering the kit including the battery+the tools you need costs 150 euros from ifixit.de, i'd say it's pretty decent pricing as well! staff speaks english, italian, croatian, turkish and obviously german and they're very friendly. i'd probably will be back in this shop if i had any further problems...

Ander Achotegui Castells: I brought a laptop that was shutting down too often. They told me I had to pay 69 euros in advance only to open it, and that it would take a week to see what was happening. If it was a big problem, they would tell me what was the price. 5 days later they called me, saying everything was fixed. I use my laptop again, and exactly the same problem. I go back there and they tell me I did not say that the laptop was failing, they only did the cleaning, and if I want to check something else I must begin again, and pay again. I had to suggest possible options, no kind of solutions offered apart from paying a lot of money or waiting 3 weeks. Conclusion: A lot of time wasted and 70 euros less, to solve nothing.

Johnny Peeler: ***BE WARNED THIS SHOP DOES NOT HONOR THEIR GUARANTEES ON LAPTOP BATTERIES*** I had bought a battery for my macbook pro online from this shop. With the bill I was send the terms and conditions stating the battery was guaranteed against defects for one year. After about 10 months the battery failed and swelled up. I contacted the shop and after they ignored me for some time I went to the shop in person. They claimed the guarantee was only for 6 months, also claiming apples policy is also only for 6 months (I later found out on apple’s website that they guarantee their macbook pro batteries for one year). In the end the shop said they would only replace the battery if I paid 50 euros more. I ended up going to a different shop and getting a higher quality battery, with a one year guarantee and for only 9 euros more. Lesson learned and I would not recommend this shop at all.
Response: You wanted your money back after about 9 months, this is not possible, we wanted to exchange it after checking and you didn't want that. What else should we do?

Upsidedown Insideout: My computer fell and didn't work anymore, so I brought it to this shop, they opened it and told me that my hard disk was just loose and not broken, so they fixed it in 5 minutes and asked for a free tip (I gave 10 €)THANKS FOR BEING HONEST WITH ME, YOU MADE SOMEONE HAPPY TODAY!

Adrian: Avoid this place!! I went there with my laptop. I went there with a small problem (fan not working) looking for a replacement. They wanted to charge me for 100 euros!, 30 for the fan (I checked in the internet is 18 euros) and 70 for the job ( when the normal price is 30 tops)because "they need to open the computer to fix it" O_0 genius.... like that was extra work for a computer repair shop...not something you have to do everytime pffff. Finally I went home, check a video on the internet of how to change the fan, open the laptop (easy eeeasy) and discover that the problem was a big ball of dust inside of the fun.... reading the other comments I am afraid they would have charge me for any other invented provlem.

Orit Sarfati: This lab is the opposite of honest, reliable and professional. I took my laptop to see if they can fix the issue i had with the screen. I told them specifically that i think there is something wrong with the display cable. After a few days they called and said the issue is with the display and the costs of the entire service (order new display, shipment and replacement work) will be 260 EUR!! I said thank you but no thank you and said goodbye to 40 EUR for the "diagnostic". As final chance, I've decided to try and replace the display (and on the way the cable) by myself. I replaced the cable, and what do you know? It works! And it costed me only 11 EUR. They cannot be trusted and they over charge for everything!

Alan Martinović: I bought a x220 Laptop from the shop. The salesmen was very nice and helpful and has spoken good english. I have never bought a refurbished laptop, still have to see how do they behave, the good part is that there is a 1 year warranty on the motherboard. I got a free mouse as a present 😊

Dong-Hyok Park: Great costumer service and THE place for Thinkpads (especially if you are a student, check out the edu discounts). BUT, consider the shipping time, besides of that nothing to complain.
