Rugile J: Strongly recommend this clinic! Extremely polite, helpful and friendly staff members, from receptionists to dentist. Experienced horrible tooth pain and few sleepless nights over the weekend. Went to the clinic on Sunday morning around the opening. Registration was smooth and took around 10 minutes. Another 10 minutes later dentist assistant did first screening and an took x-ray. 1hour later left I left the clinic after root canal treatment and temporary filling.

Trebor Adanac: My experiences with Medeco have been largely positive. The dentists have been friendly and competent but there does seem to be a high staff rotation. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this practice to foreigners or others looking for a quick solution to dental problems.
Kirstjen Lorenz: My boyfriend was seen while we were on vacation from the US. This facility, the dentist, the clerical staff and the dental hygienist made us feel comfortable and were able to explain everything we needed to know. The filling is still holding 6 months later. Very pleased with the service and the staff.
Tia Hardy Robinson: This isn’t normally my dentist but I went early on a Sat. for emergency tooth pain and the dentist had found and fixed my problem in 15 min. I found the reception and dentist both very friendly and didn’t feel like I was being rushed out to see the next patient. Also the fact that they’re open on the weekend for urgent care is in itself fantastic! Im going to change to this dentist now.
Maryna Cherniavska: I used this place three times for urgent fillings, always on Saturdays. They make appointments for weekdays but on Saturdays work as a walk in clinic which for Berlin is a unicorn. I was always treated by English speaking doctors, very professionally and friendly. It is hard for me to understand where bad reviews come from.
atique rehman: they are slow and not friendly at all. The receptionist didn’t follow the queue and ask to wait for no reason because another german woman was there.

Niall Machin Fallon: Do not go to this dentist. They encouraged me to have so much work done that I did not need, and now I have had to go back to another dentist for the next month to fix the work they did badly. Having my wisdom teeth out was like going to a fleischerei. Plus they were 90 minutes late for an appointment.
Paul Kut: Been there serveral times unfortunately. This dentist has terrible time management as some others already noted here. Even if you are the first patient you have to wait minimum 30mins for no reason... The treatment is very mediocre at best.

He is very professional doctor, who takes care of his patients, listens carefully the problem and explains everything in detail. The entire staff was very friendly. Atiq: Since nearly two months I am going to this clinic because of my one tooth problem. First time I was directed to forth floor to a Doctore, then after checking she told me to follow two guys for teeth ex ray, the guys were new and they used the X-Ray 4 times but still were not sure. Then come back to next appointment and had always pain after 5 appointments. today again I was lead to the same doctore in fourth floor and she asked for another X-Ray and again the new worker used the X-Ray 3 times but didn’t take a good photo, and I go back to the doctor and she checked and said follow the guy for fourth time X-Ray in one day !!! Then I asked here why should I do it again ? He used it already 3 times ! I told her I need all my appointments history with your clinic to know what is wrong ! Then she said ok don’t go to X-Ray and She was very unfriendly and told me to make a new appointment with another doctore. That is how bad some stuff and clinics are in Berlin. They used 6 times X-rays on my teeth and still I have pain and need another appointment 😷! Not recommend to anyone even if you have pain.

Hakan Dogan: I have waited 50 mins in waiting room and was taken to a treatment room where no doctor appeared for 45 mins more! When i lost patience and went out to ask, also for a toilet, one secretary started shouting at me recklessly. Disgusting and full of hatred behaviour to me. How on earth do you find the right to scream at people and burst all your negativity? I believe keeping patients in the treatment room that long even when no member of staff is present is probably illegal. I was harrested for no reason, subjected to unacceptable behavior from the staff.

Chiara Schreiber: Lukas Laub is one of the best dentists I have ever been to. Treatments that would be very uncomfortable in themselves are carried out very carefully so that they do not hurt. He also applies sedation almost imperceptibly. He explains all ambiguities calmly, objectively and in such a way that you can tell that he knows everything. His predecessor was also very good, I am very satisfied. 👍
Ronny Scheibke: I come from far away, it takes me 1.5 hours to get there. And the appointment planning works excellently. I am an anxious patient and this is exactly why I chose this klienick. Luckily there was a great anesthesiologist for my two surgeries. Many thanks to Doctor Dimitrov. The team around Professor Schermer is a motley crew, but the good soul of the house is Mrs. Flieger. With her you can discuss and solve all problems. I hope that I will soon be able to greet my children at the day care center where I work with a beaming smile. I usually have sensitive teeth and have had bad experiences with dental practices in Berlin, but here I felt in good hands and had a painless service. I will definitely come back every 6 months for a dental cleaning. Thank you very much!
John Oliver B. Monghit: I called them at 9 AM and got an appointment for 11 AM on the same day. The staff were really nice and accomodating and the service they gave me was really good. I am scheduled again for a dental cleaning. Thank you so much and more power!

Alexander Sommer: I scheduled a teeth cleaning here and when I arrived was told that I needed to book another appointment that is longer. The doctor looked at my teeth for 5 minutes and said I had no other issues despite the fact that I know I had a cavity from an inspection last year at a different place. When I went to the front to book that appointment and leave they charged me 40 euro for a “basic assessment.” Absolutely ridiculous business practices to exploit a customer like that and not even do your job properly.

The dentist has thoroughly examined your teeth and given you treatment possibilities. This procedure is covered by the most health insurance. Since you do not have a valid one, we needed to charge 38,04 EURO for a medical treatment and advices with a very well educated and high professional dentist and her assistance. Such a wonderful experience to enjoy the good vivid during the consultation and clearing. Cassidy Coy: Extremely kind and personable experience- would recommend to any English or German speaking friend. Every employee I encountered in the office was fantastic. I was very lucky to get a quick appointment for a toothache. The extremely competent dentist identified the issue, explained it to me, took the time to ensure I understood the cause and possible solutions. She took care of the issues and was so, so, so great. I can honestly say I look forward to visiting the dentists again.

Elizabeth Delfs: I have visited Kottident 3 times now and each time was a great experience (considering it is the dentist!). The receptionist is very friendly and all the staff there were very kind and patient. The dentist I saw took time to answer a number of my questions after the treatment. They also speak perfect Engilsh. I totally recommend their practice.

Lothar Skorupka: Everything works well from the start but than I ordered my retainers 4 month ago, I still did not receive them, the whole experience was and is aweful, no one can help, you have to explain your issue over and over again and the answers are always the same and not helpful. They only care about new costumers. Cannot recommend and I am honestly speechless.

liza iakovleva: I had my appointment of IPR before starting my treatment. On Monday 21/11 at 8am was my first appointment which at the end happened as a disaster. Women with middle length dark hair who was responsible for procedure was complete disaster. Very rude, didn’t explain anything before starting the treatment. The only one question she asked was - do u have any questions. And I obviously didn’t have any because how can I ask questions if I am not a professional in this topic and in my previous experience dentist was always explaining me what’s steps we have, why we are doing smth and so on. This doctor started really hardly doing me this procedure. I thought I will loose my brain, it was painful. I asked her to stop 2 times abd then asked her to give me a mirror to understand at least how big halls she is doing. I never did this procedure so I had no idea what to expect. Then!!!! She ran away from room and refused to come back even after I asked her because going back and forward wasn’t in my plans. But she didn’t finish and now I am very happy about it !!! Because she is really bad and lazy doctor ! Also separate good words I need to say to girl, which is working there as a receptionist. She was really nice to me, tried to calm me down after this toxic communication with this bad dentist. I was crying after this bad experience because this type of behavior is not common for me. Receptionist girl she gave me new appointment with another doctor. On 23/11 I had another appointment with another doctor but the same procedure. And I am really happy that previous doctor didn’t finish her work ! Today I had men, short dark hair and he was a real professional! He was really good person, he understood me and treated me as good, as I could start to trust him ! When u will decide to make appointment - don’t go to this women, she is not mentally stable. She was doing the same procedure really bad abd with using machine from the beginning and believe me, it is really uncomfortable feeling. But at the same time men dentist firstly did everything manually and just at the end he used a bit of his equipment! I am really recommend him !

Sam Loft: Customer service is a mess, terrible advice from people who do not know what they are doing. They also did not check for my wisdom teeth which a dentist has advised they should have checked before giving me a treatment plan. I would not recommend them to anyone. I have had my aligner for a year and a half. I have had to pay more to extend my treatment and they initial said it would only take 6 months. They also offered a friend of mine the same treatment length for 1000€ less and when I spoke to them all they said was sorry. No one has helped me and now I feel lost. Go to your registered dentist first before going for the "quick option".

ranishok: I came to a "free" consultation Meeting with a goal to fix the upper teeth only. very quickly they let me know i will have to do their premium plan, which is the most expensive one. although to the opinion of other dr. my case is not difficult and i also asked only for the upper part. right after they told me that if i want to have the simulation and the more details about the plan ill have to pay 250Euros. so not much of a "free consultation Meeting". i left there with no more information than i had before. everything they told me i knew already online. i just felt this whole place just scream money, this is the only thing they care about, and now reading the other comments here i see im not the only one who felt that way.

Philippa Parmar: The initial scan and communication with Dr Smile was good and I was excited to start my treatment. However since then, there is virtually no communication. Once you have agreed to treatment, they add you to a Facebook group. Some of the messages are very helpful and give you tips on the treatment. However, I read daily messages about the lack of communication, and people running into problems with their treatment - with no help from Dr Smile. I have a very uncomfortable feeling about my treatment now and am just hoping nothing goes wrong. Finally, when they send you the care package, they also send you cleaning tablets for your aligners. My treatment is 14 weeks long, and yet they only send 13 cleaning tablets. I am paying thousands of euros for this treatment, and they cannot even give me sufficient materials. It just seems very cheap.
Kayla: I’m very happy with the service. You are seen regularly by an orthodontist for all your appointments and the app they have is also very useful. The only thing I would change would be to possibly add a timer within the app ,so you can track how long you take out your trays for.

Dave Pass: Lost a crown from a front tooth. Called at surgery and was given a lunchtime appointment. Dental staff spoke English and were very friendly and efficient. Dentist made a superb job of cementing crown back in place. Charges very reasonable. Excellent customer service.

Es We: After the professional teeth cleaning with Ms. Terting, I always feel refreshed and absolutely spearmint-clean in the mouth area, because she treats the teeth so well and makes them shine again. I can only recommend everyone to treat themselves to this care at least once a year.

Philip K: Trust me, Ive been to many dental clinics around the world and this clinic is by far the best one. Staff is very professional and friendly. The treatment which was performed by Dr Brauner was painless, gentle and pleasant with the most up to date equipments. The place is so clean that it almost feels like a brand new clinic. (Staff speaks perfect English) Highly recommend!

Abdallah Elkalash: They are very kind, they speak english and they are very friendly and polite. I had pain for the whole night, I called them before the working hours in (Sunday), they told me to just come. They accept cash if your insurance card is not working which was my case. If thier is more stars than five I would give them. Highly recommended and you can trust them :)..

F B: What a luxury to live in a country where you can get quick help for a toothache even on a Sunday. I felt treated kindly, sensitively and competently. Thanks a lot for this! When it comes to health-related questions, it is difficult for a patient to assess whether all of this was really the best treatment in the long term. With the amateur knowledge that I have, I would assume that I was treated very well here. If, contrary to expectations, the opposite turns out to be the case, I will write an update here.

Curtis Mills: I felt very comfortable the whole time. Mark was very friendly and explained everything without making me feel uneasy about the bad state of my teeth.I would recommend this dentist for foreign travellers. They speak perfectt English too!

Míra Ha: I had really painful Toothache, came there and they were able to help me the same day. Very kind nurses, I was not stressed at all.
Paul Bell: Really quick service, nice staff, visited twice now, first time had a filling and x-ray, all in 45 minutes, highly recommended, and easy to get to.
stefanie j. blue: Advantage: open 365 days a year, on weekends until 6 p.m., during the week until 10 p.m.! Disadvantage: Many different dentists - I have never had the same one twice. But all very nice people. Waiting times are limited. And as I said, very helpful especially at the weekend - and dental emergencies always happen when no one is open... So - thanks for the help

Katharin Friedrich: I was there as an anxious patient. I was very spontaneously admitted to a pain consultation and received very sensitively by a pediatric dentist. Unfortunately, the treatment could not be continued due to a move, but I can only recommend the clinic. 👍
GaGa: On Friday afternoon I went to the Ost Dental Clinic with pain and was very lucky to be treated by Ms. Lepadatescu. She immediately initiated treatment, which helped to significantly alleviate the pain the very next day and has already led to almost complete freedom from pain. I am very happy to have been treated by her. The entire practice team was also very friendly and empathetic. On Saturday I went to a necessary follow-up treatment. Everyone there was very considerate and I was helped quickly. The lady at reception was the friendliest on Saturday.

Alice Revel: Dr. Grieme is my dentist since I moved to Berlin one year ago. Best experience I had so far with a dentist. He is very professional, gentle and caring. And the whole team (assistants and receptionists) are all very nice and helpful. Totally fine if you don’t speak german. I can finally say that I am not scared to go to the dentist anymore :)

Joao Candeias: Best service i ever had!!! Im 28 years old and dentist are my nightmare. But not here anymore, very friendly staff, very helpful and i was done in 5 minutes!! I lost 2 liters waters sweating on that chair, but no pain, was just nervous but all went away very fast with the good mood and sympathy from all the team!!

Thomas oder so: I would say that he is the best dentist in Berlin, the fact that Dr. Grieme is also a dental technician, which makes him the perfect contact person when it comes to dentures. I was allowed to dr. Always experienced Grieme very honestly, even in the event of difficulties, a solution was always found purposefully. His dental assistant was also able to shine with professional competence. I am totally satisfied.

S-Beats: Great customer service and very good value for money. I had implants done and am super happy with the result. Clean hotel and luxurious clinic. Thanks to the interpreter, I was able to get along well with the doctors. I also had time to visit the city of Istanbul.
