Klaus Gläser: A top clinic, connected to the best doctors there are. My wife has also become a patient here and is with Dr. Jentsch in very good hands. I am now a patient of Prof. Hey, absolute professional. Just for info, we are from Magdeburg. We are fans of the clinic and would also accept further distances.
Stephan Brylka: Very friendly doctors, students and staff. The doctors can hardly be reached by phone to cancel or rearrange appointments, it would be better to ask for the respective e-mail addresses right away so that you don’t have to search for them laboriously and cumbersomely on the net. Everything is explained very well here, and time is taken for the patients. So the fear goes away a little. You are very cared for and reassured. I felt very comfortable with dentists.
Le Lekloko: Was just there and waited 5 minutes I was taken care of directly, free dental tips and useful information as well as a vaccination recommendation were given upstairs for free. I really recommend not to be influenced by some negative comments, this clinic, whose doctors and students take their work very seriously and with a lot of heart and professionalism.

Ingo Döring: Competent help at fair prices. Thank you for the good work. I only gave 4 stars because I find it a pity and not up-to-date that you get so little information outside of the telephone office hours. You can drive there on suspicion but if you are unlucky nobody is authorized to make statements. You could definitely become even more customer-oriented. After all, no one likes to wait in the dark until 1 p.m. the next day when they have to leave their half-dead animal there so that they can call and ask. In the future we will donate money monthly so that the operation of the small animal clinic can be maintained, even against the austerity pressure of the Senate. Thank you to all staff and doctors.

They encouraged me to have so much work done that I did not need, and now I have had to go back to another dentist for the next month to fix the work they did badly. Having my wisdom teeth out was like going to a fleischerei. Plus they were 90 minutes late for an appointment.
Paul Kut: Been there serveral times unfortunately. This dentist has terrible time management as some others already noted here. Even if you are the first patient you have to wait minimum 30mins for no reason... The treatment is very mediocre at best.

He is very professional doctor, who takes care of his patients, listens carefully the problem and explains everything in detail. The entire staff was very friendly. Atiq: Since nearly two months I am going to this clinic because of my one tooth problem. First time I was directed to forth floor to a Doctore, then after checking she told me to follow two guys for teeth ex ray, the guys were new and they used the X-Ray 4 times but still were not sure. Then come back to next appointment and had always pain after 5 appointments. today again I was lead to the same doctore in fourth floor and she asked for another X-Ray and again the new worker used the X-Ray 3 times but didn’t take a good photo, and I go back to the doctor and she checked and said follow the guy for fourth time X-Ray in one day !!! Then I asked here why should I do it again ? He used it already 3 times ! I told her I need all my appointments history with your clinic to know what is wrong ! Then she said ok don’t go to X-Ray and She was very unfriendly and told me to make a new appointment with another doctore. That is how bad some stuff and clinics are in Berlin. They used 6 times X-rays on my teeth and still I have pain and need another appointment 😷! Not recommend to anyone even if you have pain.

Hakan Dogan: I have waited 50 mins in waiting room and was taken to a treatment room where no doctor appeared for 45 mins more! When i lost patience and went out to ask, also for a toilet, one secretary started shouting at me recklessly. Disgusting and full of hatred behaviour to me. How on earth do you find the right to scream at people and burst all your negativity? I believe keeping patients in the treatment room that long even when no member of staff is present is probably illegal. I was harrested for no reason, subjected to unacceptable behavior from the staff.

Rugile J: Strongly recommend this clinic! Extremely polite, helpful and friendly staff members, from receptionists to dentist. Experienced horrible tooth pain and few sleepless nights over the weekend. Went to the clinic on Sunday morning around the opening. Registration was smooth and took around 10 minutes. Another 10 minutes later dentist assistant did first screening and an took x-ray. 1hour later left I left the clinic after root canal treatment and temporary filling.

Trebor Adanac: My experiences with Medeco have been largely positive. The dentists have been friendly and competent but there does seem to be a high staff rotation. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this practice to foreigners or others looking for a quick solution to dental problems.

This facility, the dentist, the clerical staff and the dental hygienist made us feel comfortable and were able to explain everything we needed to know. The filling is still holding 6 months later. Very pleased with the service and the staff.
Tia Hardy Robinson: This isn’t normally my dentist but I went early on a Sat. for emergency tooth pain and the dentist had found and fixed my problem in 15 min. I found the reception and dentist both very friendly and didn’t feel like I was being rushed out to see the next patient. Also the fact that they’re open on the weekend for urgent care is in itself fantastic! Im going to change to this dentist now.
Maryna Cherniavska: I used this place three times for urgent fillings, always on Saturdays. They make appointments for weekdays but on Saturdays work as a walk in clinic which for Berlin is a unicorn. I was always treated by English speaking doctors, very professionally and friendly. It is hard for me to understand where bad reviews come from.

Fatuma Ali: I went for a dental cleaning this afternoon and had the gentlest dental hygienist. She explained everything she was doing from start to finish. I usually have sensitive teeth and have had bad experiences with dental practices in Berlin, but here I felt in good hands and had a painless service. I will definitely come back every 6 months for a dental cleaning. Thank you very much!

Alexander Sommer: I scheduled a teeth cleaning here and when I arrived was told that I needed to book another appointment that is longer. The doctor looked at my teeth for 5 minutes and said I had no other issues despite the fact that I know I had a cavity from an inspection last year at a different place. When I went to the front to book that appointment and leave they charged me 40 euro for a “basic assessment.” Absolutely ridiculous business practices to exploit a customer like that and not even do your job properly.

Such a wonderful experience to enjoy the good vivid during the consultation and clearing. To the founder : If all the clinic in Germany got a graceful team like that, I guess the experience of visiting a dentist will be our most expected self care reward ever
Cassidy Coy: Extremely kind and personable experience- would recommend to any English or German speaking friend. Every employee I encountered in the office was fantastic. I was very lucky to get a quick appointment for a toothache. The extremely competent dentist identified the issue, explained it to me, took the time to ensure I understood the cause and possible solutions. She took care of the issues and was so, so, so great. I can honestly say I look forward to visiting the dentists again.

Marc Teepe: Went for a professional cleanse in February. Generally the office is great and most of the staff is extremely nice. The doctor also seemed knowledgeable and friendly. However, I was unsatisfied with the results of the cleanse. Considering the high price for a cleanse, it was quite the disappointment. They told me, the person who usually does was not there that day, so one of the doctors had to fill in. I am not sure if that was true or not, the result was awful nonetheless. I will not visit this place again and have decided for a different doctor for a second cleanse this year (usually I barely need to have one). I would therefore not recommend this place, due to my bad experience.
Bode Champagne: Friendly and knowledgeable staff which has made transitioning from the U.S. dental healthcare system easy and comfortable. In my experience the examinations and cleanings are thorough and they do not suggest work you do not actually need. I also appreciate the staff speaks English well and allows me to practice my intermediate German with patience. Highly recommended for Ex-pats in Berlin looking for a dentist.
Abdelrahman Alkadi: Very very very impolite secretary on telephone, she hung up on me, if there was a minus, I would have rated this Praxis even less! She should never have worked in dealing with people, because she lacks every skill in doing so! I told her that my tooth was broken,that it is an emergency, and I cannot eat, she told me that I should have called earlier. Like you can plan when your tooth is broken! At the end she hung up on me !!! My teeth was bleeding and in pain! That is even inhumane! I called on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at 10:08 am, horrible!

Daria Levina: I really recommend this Praxis! Dr. Christina Erdmann is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Also had a very good experience with Dr. Julius Eberwein. All team is super kind, friendly, professional, understanding and speak perfect English (some of staff speaks Russian also). They will always explain your treatment in details and will make you feel very comfortable. I’ve never had such a great experience with dental care. Highly recommended!

Professional staff from the reception to the doctors. The teeth cleaning is done in a professional, detailed and careful manner. I recommend Frau Stauss which took care of my teeth cleaning and did a fantastic job.
Isabella F Thermes: Fantastic overall care! Suffice to say they rescued me after days of severe toothache and excruciating pain. Their endodontist department successfully treated a massive, serious infection caused by medical malpractice (in prior dental studios). Therefore I highly recommend it to those having root canal issues: their response is quick and efficient in accommodating emergencies. My experience with prophylaxis has also been excellent.

Chiara Schreiber: Lukas Laub is one of the best dentists I have ever been to. Treatments that would be very uncomfortable in themselves are carried out very carefully so that they do not hurt. He also applies sedation almost imperceptibly. He explains all ambiguities calmly, objectively and in such a way that you can tell that he knows everything. His predecessor was also very good, I am very satisfied. 👍
Ronny Scheibke: I come from far away, it takes me 1.5 hours to get there. And the appointment planning works excellently. I am an anxious patient and this is exactly why I chose this klienick. Luckily there was a great anesthesiologist for my two surgeries. Many thanks to Doctor Dimitrov. The team around Professor Schermer is a motley crew, but the good soul of the house is Mrs. Flieger. With her you can discuss and solve all problems. I hope that I will soon be able to greet my children at the day care center where I work with a beaming smile. I wish the colorful team continued success in research, but I also wish for a pain-free and aesthetic course on my long road to healing.
