Daniel Bryant: I had a fantastic experience at this praxis for a general skin check and small operation. All my appointments were done so in a timely and punctual manner. From the receptionist, assistants and the Dr herself, the level of professionalism, understanding and politeness was outstanding. Yes I speak a relatively good level of German but all members of staff made an effort to communicate in English especially when I was struggling to finely words. I would and already have recommended the praxis to others.

TELEVISION ROCKS: Dr. Hasert is an excellent dermatologist and very kind. I highly recommend him. The only drawbacks are the rude young lady at the reception with aggressive attitude and the general organization at the entrance, which is very chaotic, leaving patients with appointments waiting outside on the stairs.
Jon-Luke Cogger: the busiest practice in berlin i have ever visited. we had to que for 30 minutes after our appointment start time with the ques going up the stairs just to speak to the reception. after that we had to wait 30 minutes more. once we were eventually seen by a doctor, we were rushed and could only mention one theme that concerned us. We estimated that we only had 3 minutes each with the doctor and was told to book another appointment to talk about anything else. this is ridiculous since we already waited 3 months for our individual appointments and then an hour of waiting since we arrived. I will be complaining to my health insurance provider since the appointment contact time and attention did not meet even basic standards. avoid this place at all costs!
CW Manley: All 3 times I went I was unhappy. The queuing on the stairs to begin with is a joke, 30 people all queuing up the stair case when you have an appointment and have to wait an hour to be seen after your appointment time. Then you are greeted by rude staff on reception. Lastly the female doctor that saw me last rushed through checking my moles which didn’t fill me with lots of confidence and then seemed to think I had mold on my back which I had to correct her and say it was acne scars from when I was about 10 years old. Did these people even go through medical training? My friend who left a bad review recently who had similar experiences had his comment removed and the practice wrote that he wasn’t a patient there….WRONG! Definitely don’t waste your time there is all I can say!
Alexis Lejeune: Showed up on time at my 11AM appointment, only to see 30 people already waiting to be seen. I left after 30min waiting, nobody from the waiting line had been picked up by the doctors at that time still.
Pao Poi: I am patient since years and I am very sad to say that, competence apart (medician and nurses are super cool) there are few very bad things that I would suggest to fix because, these make the experience of booking an appointment, very unpleasant. 1. Is truly hard to get answered to the phone.The phone number provided, just put me in wait forever. 2. Patients await on the stairs for also more than 30 mins sometimes, before being welcomed into the studio and then wait again. 3. Booking an appointment is a "lotto win" if you can catch one on doctolib, maybe you have one in months. I wish there were the possibility to speak with someone to manage the appointments better.
Prinita Naidoo: I visited this practice for the first time and saw Dr. Norah Kabbush, she was excellent, she took her time and listened to all my varies concerns. I felt heard and well taken care of, highly recommend her and will definitely be back.
F. Salazar: This place is a terrifying butchery! Do not go there! The doctor botched my face for a small cosmetic surgery which caused severe scarring and serious side effects, after that he was suddenly unavailable whenever I try to talk to him. Yet he dares to threaten suing me for sharing a review here! They exploit being an expat and not knowing the German laws and try to make you feel scared and force you to delete the review in which one is talking about their horrible work!! The worst experience I have ever had in my entire life! THIS PLACE IS DANGEROUS! AVOID GOING THERE AT ALL COSTS!
Ammy Varela: I booked the appointment just the day before and everything worked fine. Personnel is super friendly and helpful. My only “complaint” is that when I made the appointment Doctolib said that this doctor spoke English and that really wasn’t true. However, she did understand quite a bit and we managed to work it out. So I still recommend it if you can speak some German

Binita Kakati: Dr. Reytan is patient, kind, knowledgable and helpful. Not only does she listen carefully to the patient but she also takes time to actually help them choose their best options when it comes to their treatment. Even the ladies at the reception are polite and lovely. I don’t speak German but they helped me in filling my form and everything else. I would highly recommend her practice although it’s private and hence not covered by insurance.
Ricardo Keibel: Best experience ever! Dr Reytan is absolutely amazing, she is not only really professional, but is also caring. Had a great experience, plus also great English ! I really recomend her !
Dr. Jens Kühnemann: At 45, my skin problems have finally been under control for about a year. Miss Dr. Reytan takes his time and explains everything very well. In my case, the therapy is easy for me to implement and no glucocorticoids are used.
Lutz Meier: You are forced to put on a mask when you enter and then disinfect your hands in the bathroom. Then I was allowed to sit in the waiting room and wait 3/4 hour (despite having an appointment) and the skin cancer examination was done quickly. However, if you look at the bill completely different picture. €155 will be charged for 25 minutes. Consultations and examinations are calculated at 3.4 times the value because they took so long?? A consultation lasting more than 10 minutes is calculated (3.4 times), only a short sentence was dropped next to the treatment. A vegetative functional diagnosis is calculated, which I probably overslept, and for 18€ you get a meaningless report for the garbage can. Everything is optimized to make a lot of money in the shortest possible time.
Carola Amschl: Miss Dr. Reytan, is an excellent dermatologist. She is very empathetic and patient. She answered all of my questions in detail and took my fears away. She explains every step of your treatment in detail. I am very happy with you. The entire team, whether assistant or receptionist, was also very friendly and courteous. The practice makes a very good impression! I can recommend it only. Thank you for existing.
petra: I had a hydra facial for the first time a few days ago. I was really a bit skeptical that it would really bring as much as I heard from a few friends. But I have to say: Wow! My skin really felt fresher, more moisturized and firmer afterwards. The glow that I had only ever heard of was suddenly really there :) I felt very well looked after and was given wonderful advice and tips. I will definitely come back... I can only recommend the practice and the treatment!
Maja Reiter: I have come all the way from North Rhine-Westphalia to be treated. Nobody works so professionally and natural result. I get Botox injections regularly, I always feel well enlightened and advised.

Karishma Govind: I have been a sufferer of Eczema my whole life. Originally from New Zealand and my husband and I are travelling around Europe. I was experiencing a flare up around my mouth, wrist and neck, which has been on and off for the last 2-3 years. Coming from New Zealand most doctors visits, resulted in antibiotics and different steroid creams for prevention, which always worked in the short term and Dermatologist consultations that lasted less than 5 minutes and provided me no help at all. I came in crying to the Dermatologikum Berlin as my eczema had become very extreme. Dr Uwe Trefzer, spent 20 minutes examining my eczema, providing me a thorough consultation, with a treatment plan and a long-term solution. I was also requested to come back for a follow up consultation after using a few creams, and then provided a maintenance plan for my eczema. I have never felt happier and more at peace knowing I have now found the correct help to prevent and manage future flare ups. By far the best help I have ever received. Thank you so much Dr Uwe. I highly recommend this dermatologist here in Berlin. I came all the way from New Zealand and have received the best care.
Kirill Pronine: Always very quick during the appointment almost pushing you out the door claiming that there is a line waiting. Happened twice with our family. Feels like a money making operation and not a doctors office that is interested in the patients wellbeing. Last straw was the cancellation of an appointment via sms two hours before the appointment without a call or an offer to reschedule or see another doctor. UPDATE: and they have hired a shady lawyer to take down bad reviews. Tough to handle the truth.
A S: I would like to specify that the receptionists mess up a lot (i.e. not passing you to correct doctor, timing, etc.) but there is one good doctor at Dermatologikum in Berlin, and that is Dr. Prof. Kämpgen. 5/10 would recommend him as a doctor for serious issues such as psoriasis or eczema. The first doctor told me that I had backne, but I told her that I was told that it could not be backne. When I requested to see Dr. Kämpgen, be confirmed that Backne was not the issue, but that it was indeed a different skin issue. I would say the clinic is good if you go to the good doctor. The only real problem is that they can’t help with treatment for the serious issues…
Jeff Feiereisen: Amazing clinic. Their English was fluent which was important for me since I was visiting Germany. Clinic was so clean and modern looking. Huge space too. I came in due to a rash and met with Prof. Kämpgen. He was incredible. He was friendly, he listened, he was patient, and most importantly, he knew exactly what to do. He built a plan of attack and provided follow up actions. I really felt safe, heard, and helped.

I was at Dr. Agnes Richter and she always took time to explain and answer any questions I had, was compassionate, humble and truly interested in solving my issue however best possible. Hyeri Shin: He doesn’t care about patients. He didn’t even try, was trying to get rid of me asap, got me a prescription for the cream you can buy without prescription. total waste of time.
Annie Kirchner: We‘ve been with Dr. Mendez since 2016 and very satisfied with him. The doctor speaks very good English, understanding and professional!! Even my mom flew from Bangkok to see him and get his treatment! Dr. Mendez was really lovely and kind to our 4 year old son The receptionist lady was also nice although she doesn’t speak English but that‘s totally ok with us 👍 The waiting time was average around 30-40 mins. Overall, we‘re very happy with him! Highly recommend Dr. Mendez!!
Ante Jurlin: Doctor Mendez ist nice, but never actually takes any time for me. I´ve been there several times and he was always in rush and never properly listened to me. But my 2-star rate is not becasue of him, but because of the communication with the desk, which is not possible at all. You can never reach anybody on the phone and on their website it said you can write them an E-mail. I did so so many times, but it was the most frustrating experience ever. They never answer the E-mails, they just call back or totally ignore me! By call back, I mean that they try to call you back once and if you cannot answer the phone, that´s it, you missed your opportunity since they never bother to reach you again. And since I cannot answer the phone calls while working, the communication with them was not possible. And I wonder why do they have an E-mail address if they don´t answer the messages. So now, even if I would want to go back there, i can´t because my last two E-Mails trying to get an appointment were totally ignored for months now already.
Diana Jensen: Really really bad experience. I wait for one 1 hour!!! I had my appointment at 9.30 and they called me at 10.30. // The doctor not even check properly my skin... I ask to do regular blod test to check if I have food allergies (since he told me that last year...and he did not want it to to anything... just gave me the same cream than one year ago. He say: you just have stress! // Is not a good doctor for sure. I would not recomend to come here.
John McSpedon: Terrible reception. Cancelled multiple appointments without calling beforehand, apologizing, or offering to reschedule. Doctor could be okay, but only 1 of my 3 scheduled visits actually resulted in speaking with them. Complete waste of time

Ayush Manandhar: I had been suffering from an eczema rash on my hand since September 2020 due to all the hand washing that I did because of the pandemic. The medicine my Hausarzt prescribed did nothing to cure the rash, so finally she recommended I see a dermatologist. I came across DERMATOLOGIE des WESTENS and booked an appointment with Dr. Strucl. The process was relatively easy and they accepted my public insurance. Although Dr. Strucl looked quite young, he was compassionate and took his time to diagnose the problem and explain to me why it was happening. Apparently, such rashes were common in the pandemic era. He answered all my questions patiently, and the medicine he prescribed ended months of suffering in less than 2 weeks. I hold Dr. Strucl in the highest regard and express my sincere gratitude towards him.

capitals76: Absolutely top and recommendation in every respect. In contrast to many other doctors I know, the dermatologist is neither aloof nor arrogant and she does not lack empathy. She responds to needs, takes her time and makes you feel really comfortable. In addition, the practice with its pompous waiting room, in my opinion, looks great and leaves a good impression. As with all doctors, there is of course a waiting time, but I think it is absolutely reasonable. Absolute recommendation and 5 stars without ifs and buts!

Juri2711: Although you actually have to make an appointment and I came without one, I was still admitted, examined straight away, diagnosed and prescribed appropriate medication, which obviously helped me a great deal. The pain from shingles remained minimal and completely subsided after two days, so my fears of real pain, which I read about on the Internet, actually remained the worst part of the disease. Multicultural, competent and very friendly. 5 out of 5 stars - would get shingles again at any time with the service.

Nadine Müller: Outstanding professional practice, in which I have been competently helped for years with minor and major ailments. I recently got an appointment for the acute consultation online on Sunday for Monday morning, which was ideal for me and only involved a 5-minute waiting room. The doctors Rossbacher and Spickermann are really great and the assistant doctor Chatziliadis who treated me last fits in here. It should also be mentioned that the practice team does an extremely good job and even if it is stressful, the mood is still good. You have to do it under continuous fire - respect for that. Many thanks from Schöneberg to Friedrichshain!
Jérôme Klusacek: Absolutely worst doctor visit. I have been there 2 times, the first time I was given very incompetent advice and not taken seriously and the second time I was only sent away for an appointment the next morning which turned out to be cancelled. Still, I had to go there to find out. Extremely unfriendly staff who arrogantly laugh at you when you ask if all of this is correct. I was then given a new appointment 4 MONTHS! offered later.

James Norman: Very friendly service from both Doctor Nüket and the nurses. It is not often you are greeted with friendly customer service in Berlin and I can confidently say that this is an exception. Dr Nüket was both friendly and professional during the consultation and surgery and I will start to do my regular check ups here each year.

Günter Grotheer: Miss Dr. Schumacher-Stock has been my dermatologist for many years. She is a very experienced, meticulous doctor who thoroughly considers the various treatment options and discusses them with the patient. In addition, with her very thorough examination, she saved me from having to endure unnecessary interventions. I am very grateful to her for that and can only recommend her.

Julie: I booked an appointment through the phone a day before my visit, was there on time and waited for around 20 Minutes. Dr. Lieps was very polite during the session. He listened to my description carefully and responded to my questions one by one with patience. It was all in English from booking an appointment to picking up the prescription. Very nice experience. Thank you! 😊

Everything was very well organized, from the appointment to the registration and the waiting time (I sat in the waiting room for less than 10 minutes!) to the doctor himself. dr Falk took his time for me (I had experienced this very differently with various doctors) and examined me thoroughly. He seemed very competent, professional, incredibly friendly and approachable. He answered all my questions and encouraged me that I was not a "hopeless case". After two weeks, the skin on my face was much better, so I no longer had the feeling that I had to hide. I am incredibly grateful for his help! I now know only too well how some different doctors work. And I can say that this practice is definitely one of the best dermatology practices in Berlin! I can recommend this practice and Dr. Really recommend Falk!
