Chris Zhu: Good selections of basis and toppings, fruits look fresh. Don’t really like their outdoor seating but for a ice cream shop I am happy to take away. Even sometimes look like quite some people are waiting but it’s rather fast.
Dhia Abbassi: I usually don't like frozen Joghurt, but this one changed my mind. It's really good. I liked the different flavors they have. The taste is quite authentic. Additionally you can decorate your Joghurt as you like from the different fruits and sweets available there. The price is also very acceptable compared to the quality and the quantity they offer. They have 3 different sizes from small to big. I can only recommend it. The personal are also very nice and welcoming.
Justyna Komuda: So first of all they have my favorite frozen yogurt. The best one is the natural taste, other ones not my type. You can choose as many toppings as you want. Second of all they have a bubble tea (one of my favorite drinks) and this one which I choose was really good. Service is helpful and smiling. I will keep this place in mind. The sweet look really suits to the concept of the place.
Linda Heyd: You can’t self serve anymore, which is ok. The toppings are not fresh at all, I couldn’t even recognise the Kinder chocolate, it has clearly melted and sat there for ever

David Pacheco: Amazing place in the heart of Berlin where you can enjoy this wonder of delicacy. Recommended for the sweet tooth of the city, you can enjoy a waffle with any type of base (nutella, white chocolante ...) and the best, you can add anything for free, both supplements and syrups! amazing. In addition to Waffle, you can enjoy ice cream of up to three sizes to relieve your hunger ... although believe me you will repeat !!
Pascal Cabos: Cool place. Design your own frozen yogurt with a huge variety of yogurts and toppings to choose from. The prices are appropriate.
Juko Juko: Worst bubble tea i ever had. Both we tried Tasted only like sugar and the tapioca was rock hard. Big Ew wasted money

Solomon Wilkinson: Did I enjoy CODA? No. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't go. It's super inventive and like nothing I've experienced before. With a restaurant this high concept, it's not going to please everyone and the style wasn't really a match for my palette, but I am still glad to have been. I did really enjoy the drinks pairings and the aubergine dish. Personally I don't think the four bites at the start added anything and I could have lived without them. Service was good and everything was well explained.

Chonky Foodies: We had so much fun at Coda, it was quite an awesome experience. Flavours and textures were really something else. There is nothing really to complain about. While it’s not my place to give a Michelin starred restaurant feedback, but if you incorporate coffee in your menu, I would like to suggest to check out Rozali Coffee. While Bonanza is a good roaster, Rozali roasts exceptional coffee that might be a better fit to Coda. Other than that, it was amazing.

Linnea Karlsson Harris: We were very excited to dine. Really nice and professional staff, would say that the food looks impressive but definitely playing it safe when it comes to flavor. Not what I would expect from a 2 star dining experience (very bland compared to other Micheline places) and sorry to say that I would not recommend it to friends/family for that sort of money.

Robin Flamant: Awesome experience! We arrived at 22:30 pm for the 4-course menu. We took an appetizer and added a 5th course to the menu and the whole experience was great. There is a lot of attention to the design of each plate, which look like desert although they're a smart mix of salt & sugar. Staff was friendly as well. I'd recommend!

Ondrej: Late night indulgence with creative pastries and top notch booze. Came here the second time already for the late evening slot as I simply love the concept. Your reservation gets you four plates of dessert and some snacks paired with shot sized drinks. You can add up to two more plates - This upselling is done in a transparent way, so if you don't want to pay more, just don't do it. We took one of these supplements and it was a glorious cheese waffle, so well worth the extra buck. Note that the pairing is really just one or two sips, so a good bottle from the wine list seems imperative. Focus here is on sake, champagne and sweet/off-sweet Riesling. Many interesting or aged bottles and markups are generally friendly. My only point of concern would be that I could not feel any distinguishable improvement from my last visit when the restaurant held just one Michelin star to the two it has now. But maybe this is more a criticism towards the Guide than the restaurant.

Nick Day: So, a disclaimer from the start, this was our first fine dining experience and our first Michelin starred restaurant. Appearances from the very start, were incredible. An undisclosed entrance into a delicately lit foyer and straight to our seats of this very small but personal restaurant. Everything felt tailor made for the experience and the staff were all brilliantly professional and knowledgeable. This latter point is where I would have appreciated a little less formality and something more akin to a chat, as the servers instead jumped straight into explanations and descriptions that meant little to me as a novice fine diner. The food looked incredible, totally unique and visually appealing in every way. The attention to detail was fascinating to pick apart and the level of craftsmanship was clear to see. Every plate had multiple textures and sensations and the experience of this alone was worth it. The flavours I found less incredible and underwhelmed me a little from what I was maybe expecting to taste - but this is likely my lack of a trained pallet.

Moshé S: The seven-course meal was a surprise for each of our senses! Disruptive flavors and textures for our palate! Without a doubt an unforgettable experience! Thoughts: There is a very thin line between feeling in a cozy and intimate environment and being in a noisy packed place. 1 unisex bathroom for 25 guests is not enough. The chairs could be more comfortable, especially since the experience lasts up to 3 hours.

Lucinda Viljoen: Celebrated our 10 year anniversary here this evening. And what an amazing experience! Each dish was spectacular in its own way. Flavors delicately selected and combined , and each course served with its own cocktail which brought out the best flavors in each dish. The Eggplant followed by the Cheesecake was my absolute favorites. The olive covered chocolate at the end was a delightful surprise. The fact that so much effort and thought goes into the construction if each dish is mine blowing. Tonight we ate art and loved every single bite.

Kitchen Insider: The end of the day is what sorts out good ice cream from the pretenders. In a city where pretending is a virtue, this place is as real as the flavours they hit you with. Regardless of choice, you get flavour by the truckload ina convenient, ice cold cup/cone. Rare in this town, they make a product worthy of a European capital city.
Sumit Patidar: Comfy shop with huge variety of flavours especially the vegan ones. They served Umami flavour in the berlin ice cream week. It was unique and amazing, never tasted something like that before.
Ariane Morassi Sasso: It was a good ice cream but the line was a bit too big. I had the pistachio and the biscoff caramel. I liked the pistachio better 😋.

Jeroen Sipsma: Great place. Went there the third time and I was never disappointed. Creative cuisine where vegetarian is the standard. Great tastes and combinations. Wine is a thing they understand and bring to life with their dishes. A great non alcoholic variant is offered which is home made and pairs with the dishes. Service is natural and honest. Nothing is a problem which can't be fixed. When you enter you feel like entering another world. Should go for a special night out. Vegetarian options: All vegetarian with easy access to full vegan menu.
Wesley Wong: Cool atmosphere, great service and that's it. Maybe it's an off day, but I'm wondering how they got a Michelin star. We got the course meal without wine pairing. The dishes were either ok or a miss, nothing to rave about. And for that price, water really should be included, instead they charge 7.50 euros for a bottle of water. Overall it was a very disappointing experience, I do not recommend.
Lars Arnvig: We had a great night at Cookies Cream when we visited Berlin in December 2022. We "settled" for five dishes incl. the wine menu and everything was perfect: the food, the wine, the staff and the setting. It was a really good tasting experience. And worth every euro. We left full and happy and hope to have the opportunity to come again another time.
Leonard Wossnig: Fantastic food, of course only vegan, exceptional service, and kitchen staff who (like everyone else there) enjoys their work! Highly recommend the 7 course menu, it’s well balanced and both pairings are a great fit (wine and non-alcoholic are available)

David Hacker: I don’t like writing bad reviews and generally i believe in “If you don’t have anything good to say, don’t say anything at all”. Well, so let’s start positive. The experience leading up to the dinner is fun and exciting. The concept is something i like as well: this industry needs to innovate and try new things. The restaurant space itself was quiet disappointing to me. The rugged and industrial “designed” restaurant felt more like an afterthought to a warehouse. Very berlin i guess. It is also quiet cramped with very limited space in between tables. It was packed with customers and very loud imo. It was also quiet warm in there. These are all things that made me feel especially uncomfortable considering we are in the midst of an pandemic.They did only let people in that got tested, but i still think it was not necessary to fill the space like this. Even without corona this would have been an issue. The food was overall disappointing to me. The dishes overall lacked flavor and expression. I felt at times basic seasoning was missing. The presentation seemed excessive compared to the overall result. Besides the beet root dish i did not like much. The wine pairing was only good. Service seemed stressed and rushed with the dishes. For me a no-go! After mentioning it they slowed it down. Food was introduced and that’s it. I missed a feeling of passion and proudness for their trade in their overall attitude. Overall very disappoint considering the price and prestige coming with a star. The quality was just not there. This is purely my opinion and based on many visits in all sorts of fine dining venues around the world as well on my education in this industry. Casual fine dining is a niche that can be done a lot better.
Valentina Paetsch: A great experience; friendly and attentive staff, quick service, tasty and unique dishes...we got the 7 course menu with wine accompaniment, we got one vegan and one vegetarian version and both were exquisite. Would highly recommend for a special occasion!

Walt N: Arguably the best in-department buffet/foodcourt. Although presentation is just ok, the quality and the portions definitely delivered. Try the schnitzel, I concur it’s one of the best Schnitz viewed food bloggers online. Lived up the expectation! Average deserts although looks very nice! Not cheap for a foodcourt experience alas it’s situated on top of the largest department store in Europe. Make sure u get to enjoy the city view sitting by the window too, might get have some value back. :p
Wayne: 1 Star is too much! This is the worst food I’ve had in Europe. It’s cheap buffet food that you pay for by weight. It ended up costing 50 euro!!!
Start Stay: Very tasty food, because it's quite expensive, not very crowded.
ANETA: The food was all right. What I hated about this place, is that you have to pay for using the bathroom. I find it very disgusting, that probably most people who are dinning there, are skipping to wash their hands, because they have to pay for it 🤢 As a tourist, I didn't have any Euro coins, because I always pay with card. When we wanted to wash our hands, two African looking guys welcomed us, and made sure to keep an eye on us, to see if we payed. ( I payed with a few coins from my country ). It made me really uncomfortable, also because they are probably not being paid by their employer. I think that KaDeWe should pay their employees the salary, especially because the food was quite expensive. I will not recommend this place, Berlin has many other awesome restaurants.
JJS 16: I live near this place and will NEVER eat here again. Probably the worst food in berlin for the price you pay (maybe worst in berlin full stop). it all looks good but the quality and taste is beyond poor. some dishes are a straight up price but quite a large amount of options are available by weight which is a total rip off. finding a table is a nightmare and you have to pay for the bathrooms.
Robert Pipkins: Had a delicious meal in nice surroundings. The rinder rouladen was tasty, coupled with the kartoffeln and rot kohl. Price was good and plenty of seating. You pay for some of your food by weight. My rouladen plate was a set price of 16 €, and enough to feed 2 people. My wife's salad plate with some chicken breast slices, whole button mushrooms and some salad was weighed and cost just 5 €. We shared a .5 liter bottle of Sodenthaler mineral water that cost 4.25 €. The mineral water is overpriced.
Tuğbek Ölek: A buffet with so many tastes, impossible to choose from, and all of them look so good. Prices are not bad too. Add a few euros to banhof kiosks. Service is good (Buffet? Service? Somehow). An oasis for tired shopping feet.
Job Verboon: 1 piece of salmon 320grams priced at 139,50Eur/KG damn dont go here its a trap. It didnt even look that good. And paying 11,50 for 2 orange juices. Nope. Not eating here again.....

Devar Beckford: The waiting list said 50 minutes but we were seated after a 10-15 minute wait. We had a seat right by the front glass. We loved the layout and design of the restaurant. We decided to give the vegetation meals a try and they were beyond amazing. The dishes were well put together and we did not have to wait very long for our food to arrive. Overall the service we received, the quality of the food, the look, and feel of the restaurant made this a very memorable visit. We definitely recommend this restaurant for breakfast while in Berlin.

Ivana: Came here twice before writing this review. Both of times quite a lot of things from menu was already not available and we had to wait long for our food. Which I can understand as it’s very busy place. Not sure if the food was worth waiting (first waiting to be seasoned, then for food to arrive). Eggs were bit tasteless and pancakes were not fluffy. In overall was our experience not bad but nothing I have to do it again.

Aslı Özcivelek: This is a nice breakfast option. There is a waiting list and the wait time can be up to an hour. The space is cosy and very casual. Not too spacious and the table heights with the chairs were a bit uncomfortable for proper eating. The menu has Turkish influences and offers a good variety. The staff was nice. There was a mix up on our second round of coffees but other than that it was a good experience. I’m not sure if overall it’s worth waiting for an hour. It’s not a exceptional place.

Mohit Jain: Definitely over hyped and not worth the price and the wait! While waiting time is outside their control for being seated but running out of food options (mushroom, tofu etc etc) and then long serving time with questionable portion size that leaves you wondering if it’s worth the hype & the cost ! The food in itself is good but not different from any other decent vegan restaurant which are good enough in number in Berlin. Dessert is a good saving grace.

Mo Hazem: All you can eat for 17.99 Euro 💶 food is good and they have a very good variety of salads, fried chicken, noodles, soups, sushi, mini cakes, fruits. Attached are the pictures of what I have tried. Gave them 4 stars instead of 5 as Its not the best place have Sushi however the fried Sushi is recommended. Other than that all is super. A side note, they also have clean and neat toilets in case you need them as I did :D Overall, totally recommended and I will go again whenever I have the chance. Gute Appetit 👌🏽

Jillaine Schock: This may be the first time ever that I will rate a buffet 1 star. First of all, on the weekends and holidays per person it is 17.90€ and then weekdays 11.90€. Card is accepted as payment (over 10€ though). Firstly, if you leave any food on your plate you get charged 10€ (which is fair but an fyi). Secondly, the food is dry, cold, and stale. Tastes like the food they served a few days ago. The chocolate fountain looks pretty, but it is cold. Not warm at all. The only good stuff in my opinion was their pineapple in the dessert section. Ruchira Bafana: Very nice café with a wide range of mini cupcake varieties that taste really delicious. And because they are so small, you can try several :) The staff here are super friendly and there are also some very nice seats in front of the shop in the green. Overall, highly recommended!

Thiago Tietze: A bit overrated by the reviews. It is not as good as people say. Ok mini Cupcakes, with nothing special. From the 3 flavors we got, one was good, one was ok and the other (lavender, if not mistaken) was not that good.
Darby de Bies: Good good good good good cupcake shop. Lots of flavors too choose from. All flavors are sensational and totally different. The texture of the cake and icing changes depending on the flavor. A very good sign, because it means they use real ingredients in the cupcakes and you can taste it aswell! Unlike most cupcake shops that just use artificial flavors and coloring. It reminds me of Van Ness Cupcake in Amsterdam. The macarons have nice flavors and texture as well. It's a small and cozy shop and they only have mini cupcakes (it's a good thing in this case, because you can try more flavors). I would definitely recommend visiting this place and try out some flavors.

So if 2 people share 6 tigertörtchen you pay 7,40€ in total; which is in average cheaper than 2 regular Cupcakes. We understood that we have to work on the communication of the price / quality / handcraft relation in the future and we are very thankful for this hint. About the music: That is a very hard challenge, cause we are not good in finding "the right mix"... It is very easy to play to much Christmas songs, to much Jazz, to much Pop. It has to fit with the weather, the mood and the age of the customers. It should be played at a comfortable volume... Bryndís Hafliðadóttir: Supertasty tiny cupcakes! We visited in the late afternoon and they still had like 12 types of cupcakes available. We tried 6 different types, they were all very tasty and so was the coffee. The setting was nice and they have very comfortable chaird. The staff was also friendly and the location was easy to find.

Lothar: Brunch Sunday We went to Brunch at the Park Inn on Sunday. On the website is something of the hottest brunch in Berlin, why was not clear. There was some music on the website, it was not there either. They should change their website or inform the guests. Was opened at exactly 12 o'clock, three minutes before would have been nice, but it is a matter of taste. The included Prosecco was unfortunately stale, because first stood for a while until we got it. Coffee was included in the price, but we had to get ourselves, as well as the cups. The other drinks had to be bought. The prices were reasonable and not overpriced. The service is up, too often we had to say that we still wanted something. The food was exceptionally good and the cheese plate outstanding. Due to the service, I did not have the impression to be in a 4th star hotel, which relativized the good food unfortunately. So I would not go to the Park Inn at the next brunch.
Silvio Pietschmann: After Christmas Eve 2016, we also spent Christmas Eve with the family at Humbolt's Restaurant in 2017. We were seven people and loved the rich buffet. Nobody had anything to complain about. We enjoyed the time from 6pm to 10pm. Many thanks to the hardworking staff who have made this Christmas evening more beautiful.

Nina Evardone: The New York Cheesecake is the best! Not exaggerating but it tastes heavenly! It tastes sweet tangy and creamy and has a soft texture and even if you carry it in a box (when you buy the whole cake), it is dense and firm that after carrying it, it is still intact.

Lisa Beuter (Lola-Berlin): This cake is really amazing, we had the „no solero it is passion“ and the lemon custard cheese cake and the caramel one with almonds. But we were a bit disappointed, that we could not try the mango one, because people who came after us ordered it before we had the chance. So my tip is come early if you want a specific kind of cheesecake. You also have the option, to buy the cake as take away. This is perfect for everybody who loves cheesecake and please bring some time, the service really does there best, but there are not enough employees.
S: Been told that you can find the best cheesecake there. It’s a café - you go there to enjoy cake and have a coffee on the side. So, an average cappuccino is enough, you don’t expect high end espresso, coffee or other drinks. Unfortunately, the cheesecake was out. The other cakes were good, but not that excellent. So, all in all, this kind of marred the experience. And I still don’t get that after 20 minutes, when we just ordered something else, they brought in new cheesecake. Sad story.

Kitchen Insider: Think about fame in food. McDonald's, subway, domino's..Fame guarantees nothing, and in this case, it guarantees the look. The pretence here is as precious as a Panda cub. But each time I visit (thrice in 6 years), I realise what they don't realise; how to run a place for customers. The cakes here are the same fluffy bland base as ever, and the service as frenetic as an Amazon sorting centre. Maybe the owners should focus on supporting staff and training, not rude google responses (wanna know my name? Whats yours "princess"?). The whole place is eclipsed by wonderful patisseries next door and nearby. Which is where you should look...

Adam Lang: There was a well-placed sign on the corner of a street that said "ice cream sandwiches." We made the right decision to follow the sign. Pick your cookies, pick your ice cream, and voila - an amazing ice cream sandwich. Staff is super nice. We probably will be back even though we only have 3 days in Berlin.

Sathya Nambirajan: We had mango ice cream, chocolate ice cream and a hot chocolate. The ice cream tasted great with natural flavours and the hot chocolate was a bit thick - just like I wanted. Great place to relax for a hour or two with your family incase if Mauerpark is too crowded - which is what a happened in our case. The American lady who runs the place was friendly and courteous. Easy relaxing place to enjoy 10 cookies, a slice of cake & a coffee 🍊🎂🤗 Another delicious cake! Pistachio, lots of flavor. I liked the decoration, of raspberries, pistachio', herbs, and a light dusting. Best part was the taste 🤗🤗 Lemon chiffon cake with caramelized fruits on top, and herbs. Delicious! Thank you baker of super tasty cakes! Must try, Karl's erbeer becher! Its in season (May - June) a must try with a coffee or a beer.

Nicola Corti: Lovely place on Mauerweg just a couple of minutes walk from Mauerpark. The place is mostly focused on cookies (as you might guess from the name :)) which are delicious. They have a dozen variety, some of which are definitely worth a try. Totally recommend the dark chocolate and chili one if you're into spicy. You can definitely spend a great afternoon noon here as the atmosphere is really cozy and the coffee is also really good. Just note that if the place gets busy you're requested to leave the table after 30 mins (as the place is really small) The service was extremely polite and really professional which is a rare find.

Romain Torres: Very nice french crêpes restaurant with tasteful meals as if you were in France. I'd say it's even better because they have a lot of vegan and vegetarian options which you definitely don't have in France. The place looks authentic and is quite nice and the staff is very friendly and speaks English, French and German. I ordered a Monsieur Seguin which was delicious with great cheeses, I also had a bowl of cider and for dessert a crêpe with homemade chocolate 🍫 that was also really good.
Pruthveshwar Sakunala: I wanted to try crepe for a long time. Being an Indian, I never tasted that dish. So I searched for places that offer this and came here. I wasn't disappointed at all. Had a cinammon crepe with black coffee. The service was swift and there was plenty of room available when I visited. The prices are moderate for the taste they offer. Delicious! Will definitely visit again sometime. Although I didn't try other dishes, I would like to try them too. Like all other Street Cafes in Germany, the ambiance here is great.
Lisa: A colleague with a French boyfriend brought me here so it must be authentic. A couple of sweet and savoury galette options. The decor is a bit kitch I’m a cute French way, little sequin cushions, small table flowers contrasting with the dark wood and young cooks. Fairly priced and nice service.
Constantin: I had a wonderful time at Melt. The salted crêpes are everything you can want for breakfast/brunch and with extra fresh ingredients. Also, whatever they put in the Grand Café au lait, it makes me happy every single time. And the cakes are out of this world delicious. Staff are extra friendly and always on hand. The staff were perfectly pleasant and I’m sure the other food is delicious, but €6 for a very grainy and bland cheesecake is not ok and I know they can do better. If it was €4 then I might think twice about writing this but I feel totally robbed because nothing about it was good. I ate it only because I was hungry. Bakeries should really try their products or test them with a range of people. I can’t believe I’m having to write this about a self proclaimed “patisserie”. Poor.

Adrien Pierret: Great little gem that opened a couple of weeks ago. The owner speak German, English and Spanish and super friendly. They accept cash for now but within a couple of weeks the card machine will work! Food is excellent with pastries imported from France and specialties from Colombia! Coffee is really good too and prices are very decent for this neighborhood. For now it's not very full so enjoy until it starts becoming popular with a line outside! There is also space to sit outside.

Τριανταφυλλιά Καρδάμη: Delicious, dreamy waffles at affordable prices compared to their size and content. I liked that there were some suggestions in the menu with interesting combinations. Staff was quite friendly and smiling.

Bryan Hanna: Really good waffle and a decent price. The toppings selections are quite extensive but be prepared for sugar overload. Try splitting the waffle between two people rather then going all in yourself. Remember it is cash only though.

Jovan Bojovic: We had extremly unpleasant experience today. We asked lady to "wait for a second" so we can decide which waffle to choose and instead of trying to help us (since we were here for the first time), the lady just disappeared without saying anything which was very rude. After waiting for couple of minutes for lady to show up we decided to leave the store and visit another. I strongly suggest the owner to think about changing the person who works there and therefore avoid other people to be disappointed like we were today.
