Monique Scholz: I bought diving goggles and then changed my mind after a week and wanted to return them unused with a label and everything. However, this is only possible with a voucher, you will not get the money back. I would have liked to have known that beforehand. Especially since the product is apparently €20 (38%) cheaper online with a 30-day return option. Therefore, even a private resale is only possible for me at a very high loss. I was allowed to test the size of the glasses beforehand and the advice was very friendly, hence 3 stars from me.

I have not received notification of completion. 3. The revision was not completed on the specified date. 4. When I asked about the booth during the opening hours of the shop, it was said that the revision had been completed. However, collection was not possible because the operator was not in Berlin that weekend. As a result, I had to rent equipment for diving on Sunday for a fee. I had brought my equipment over two weeks beforehand. 5. I only received the maintenance protocols on request. I have always received this from other service providers without asking. This should be a matter of course for safety-relevant equipment that needs regular maintenance. 6. The dates are missing from both logs. I think this is problematic because it is essential information, e.g. B. to be able to schedule follow-up maintenance. I have spoken to the operator about the above points. Once upon collection and by phone the next day. When I picked it up, I provided him with written evidence of the previous costs and offered additional evidence. He didn't want to meet me in terms of price. From my point of view, it would have been the least thing to meet me with 20 euros for the rental fees. That would have been enough for me. My recession is not about the money, but about professionalism and fairness. For the sake of fairness, I gave it two stars, because I think the operator is generally nice.

Jessica Appleseed: Attention all English speakers and nervous people! Today I went here to have my Scuba Review as it had been a couple of years since I had dived, and I had asked if they could possibly match me with an English speaking instructor. Well, they matched me with an instructor called Ronny and I could not have been happier! We had such a great afternoon! Ronny was a wonderful instructor and was able to explain everything really well in English. He was so encouraging, had so much knowledge, and took time to make sure I understood everything properly, repeating exercises if I needed so I felt confident. My last dive was 2018 and I didn’t have a good experience with that instructor, so I was really nervous to get back into a diving centre, worried about what would happen and what the instructor would be like - but within about 2 minutes Ronny had me comfortable, feeling supported and energised and ready to get into the water! If you’re looking for an English speaking course or review then these guys will have you covered! Thank you Ronny and Tauchzentrale for making me excited about Scuba again and for all of your encouragement. I now can’t wait until I get to dive, and will be in contact again soon!

كريم قنديل Kareem Kandiel: I finished my OWD course on the 28th of July 2019. Although the course was in Berlin and diving in open water took place in a lake with bad visibility, it was an extremely good experience and I even think it was even better than learning in a good visibility open waters. Now I think I am fairly well prepared (if I don't stop practice of course). My instructors were simply amazing to say the least. Thorsten Klettke and the renowned Ralph Schremmer... both are simply as good as it can get when it comes to being diving instructors. The took all their time with is and the never left an exercise till they made sure we mastered it. They are friendly competent professionals that really love what they do. It was great. The confined water lessons took place at the 3.5 meters deep pool of the Tauchzentrale.de which is nicely maintained and the equipment was really good as well. I think after practicing OWD a bit I will go for AOWD and may be deep diving speciality after that. I can strongly recommend the place!

Moritz Gekeler: Trying out freediving was on my list since a while. I wanted to learn how to be more relaxed under water, in order to improve my SCUBA diving skills. The AIDA 2 course showed me how amazing freediving is. I now want to learn more about it and do it regularily. Communicating with Daniel and Enrico was really great. They were very friendly and willing to cater for all special request we had. (We changed the dates several times due to the Corona situation.) Enrico FREEDIVEcoach: Did my beginners, advanced and pro course in freediving here. The success of their students speaks for itself. It is a great school and Daniel a great instructor. They teach in a calm, secure, fun and overall professional way. I want to point out that they do the courses also multilingual besides German also in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Equipment can be rented as well. Recommended! Most courses they do at Helenesee near Frankfurt/O. (Easy access by train within about an hour).

I am very satisfied with my equipment (I put together vacuum housing, rail, flash and accessories here after advice) and would also buy here again.

I first came into contact with Hydronalin in 2019 because, as a layman, I still wanted to take one or two pictures under water. I have to say from the first contact to the last 3 weeks ago, I have never received such excellent advice and my wishes and needs in my life. Andreas Voeltz took an unbelievable amount of time to advise and support me with everything from the first contact, i.e. before the first euro was paid - much more than I could have hoped for. He describes all the possibilities of a small setup up to a large neutral and describes advantages and disadvantages. I even got the support I needed via chat while on vacation and found an individual shipping solution shortly before departure so that my omission could be compensated for. All in all, I can unconditionally recommend Hydronalin for anyone who wants to take even the smallest picture. The advice support and his commitment is a unique experience for me personally. Returns are also processed without hesitation and even after the 14 days he is open to a solution. Thank you very much and gladly again!!!
