Mallory Brown: I took my dog (a mischievous beagle) here nearly every week day for 2 years from when she was 3 months old. She absolutely loved going here every day and I would trust this team with her unreservedly! I also used the overnight services frequently and was quite happy. Undine speaks English and German and is one of the people I miss most after having moved away from Berlin.

Eric Willinghan: Best dog camp in Berlin... great staff. Convenient to S Bahn Schonenberg. Another year of spectacular service and a wonderful new location. Caroline Bensryd: Great place! Had my lady here over a weekend, really great communication with daily video updates and she was absolutely worn out and content for days after :) Good place for anxious dogs aswell as relaxed and easy ones. Nice facilities, and the dogs staying over night sleeps in the same room as the "staff" aswell so it feels very homely and safe. Will definitely use again if needed!

Ralph Loeffler: Excellent place to leave your dog for some hours, over night and even holidays. Our dog loves going there. When we meet the pack while on a walk he greets the team like they are old freinds. Undine just loves dogs and is an excellent host.

Anne Binkley: My dog Moris loves spending the day here. The staff is very experienced and friendly. Undine ensures that a potential newcomer will ‘fit’ to the group so that all dogs can have fun and play well together, whether inside or out. Rain or shine the dogs are taken out to a large, nice fenced area where they can run, roam and play. I highly recommend this doggie care center!

Jenny Levine: Excellent attention! It would be better if they posted more pictures of the dogs, for example, in the rooms or eating. But I think they give good care of the dogs and their hotel looks pretty good.

Kathrin H.: We were in Berlin on business and had our dog with us. It was no problem at all to hand over our dog spontaneously, although he had never been there. There is a trial day, after which you get information in the evening whether everything went well. We gave him up for 4 days from morning to evening (9.30 am to 6.30 pm). Great pictures of the day and the dogs are online every day from 8 p.m. on Facebook. The staff is very nice and I could leave my darling there every day with a clear conscience. In the evening he was exhausted from the beautiful day and the way he played. I would take my dog there again and again. 5 stars 🌟

Nick Stenning: Oliver is reliable, an excellent communicator, and kind and predictable with the dogs. Most important of all: our dog loved him to bits and was eager to go to the forest with him every time.
Lauren Merrill: We’ve had a fantastic experience with Oliver. He’s very reliable and responsive, and I trust my dog is very well taken care of when she’s out with him and the pack. Oliver takes care to clean up the dogs before bringing them back home, especially when they’ve been in the mud. We’ve also used his overnight care services - our dog always comes home happy and exhausted! 😃🐶 Highly recommend Oliver if you need someone to help get your dog more exercise, socialization, or time away from home while you’re at work!

Karyn Corrigan: Our dog loves going to the Hundehotel. Once she knows where we are going she becomes excited and greets them happily. We always get photos of her enjoying herself and when she comes home she is tired for a day from all the fun she has had. The Hundehotel has helped her with her social anxiety and attachment issues also. 100% recommend them if you need a safe environment for your dog.

Carmen Dowling: Took really good care of our greyhound! He’s a bit anxious but they made him feel super comfortable and helped with the adjustment period with a 2 hr and then 1day stay before we booked in a longer one. The staff are super professional and the space is clearly well maintained and looked after. Would definitely go back!

Rafael Vidal Pichó: Me and my girlfriend have two dogs (Labrador and Labrador/collie) and we travel pretty often. We found Frau Kramer’s Hundepension last summer and she’s been a lifesaver since then. Polo and Lua couldn’t be happier every time they come here and she makes us feel safe knowing that they’re in good hands. Also to be mentioned is that Polo is a big and strong dog, and she has him under control! Thank you Frau Kramer!

Meenakshi Rana: Our 5 month old Shiba stayed with Frau Kramer for 5 days during our holiday. Since she is a puppy, Frau Kramer was very kind and let her stay inside the house. She gave us regular updates about our dog. In the videos which she sent, our dog seemed to have a really good time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants their dog to be in a safe n happy place during their holiday.

Vivi Rvt: Our dog was with Mrs. Kramer for 2 weeks. It was the first time we left him for such a long time and everything went very well. We feel that our dog enjoyed his time at the guesthouse. Flavia Galacho Córdoba: Mimi is great! She walks my dog since early 2018 (she was already working with many other dogs). With her my main thing is that I can fully trust her. I trust her to take care of my dog, I trust that she is amazing at her job and I trust her with my house key. She knows what she is doing and she loves our pets. I could make this a super long review. But no. IF YOU NEED A PET SITTER SHE IS THE ONLY GOOD OPTION.

Aron S.: Foreword: To be honest, I initially had my doubts about putting my pet in a boarding house. Like many others, I had many questions and, of course, worries and fears. After I had phoned Mrs. B. and all my questions could be answered very quickly and competently, only this animal boarding house in the Berlin area came into question. Conclusion: My pet was given a lot of love and attention as one would wish and imagine. My ideas and expectations were even exceeded. I am very happy to bring my pet back here. Niclas Kramer: Different from what is shown on the website. It is not a pension, but a normal Berlin apartment. Above average expensive. 14 euros are charged for one cat per day. The lady was nice and made an effort, but we clearly decided against the "pension" for the reasons mentioned.

My animal care deliberately differs from other pension models by the domestic atmosphere and integration of the cats (max. 4 animals on 70 square meters) in our small family. As also stated on my website under "cat care" in the service description. This form of animal care is very much appreciated by my customers. Anna-Margarita Papadakes: Alex and his team are one of the most professional friendly and experienced dog walkers that I have ever encountered. Watson loves being with the pack and even though he sometimes struggles on leash in the city he is calm happy and engaged with Alex and his walkers. They are super reliable, very trustworthy and great people as well. We are so glad we found them l, Watson goes 3 times a week and is happy, socialised and exercised. We love cookies !

I checked out several options in Berlin and couldn’t have made a better choice than training with Alex. My puppy loves the training with him and he simply works magic. I learned so much already and look forward to every session with Alex as they are fun and truly helpful. Carolina Ivarsson: We tried a few dog trainers but non were giving us as quick results through practical advice as training with Alex. You will learn the most important areas to train and get easy tools and tricks to teach or handle your dog, from a puppy age and up. We are super happy with our training and have many of the great qualities of our dog to thank due to what we learned here. It has also been good to have someone to contact whenever we had a concern or question, and Alex is always there to support and then we work on what we need for our dog in the sessions we have. We can only recommend!

Stephan Kemper: A great team. We know both Valerie and Nicole and are very excited about both. Even our dog (a very active Labrador) feels at home with both of them and always goes with great joy. In addition, the two are very competent, if you need tips. From us a clear recommendation. Oh, and what you have to mention absolutely: You will always be kept up to date, what the dogs do. Photos, videos, short (or longer voice messages) or just 2-3 short sentences.

Ro Ad: When we were looking for a dog sitter for our Holly seven months ago, I can only say I am lucky that there was a flyer of her on our lantern. Her cheerful nature is not only reflected in the photos, Paola is also a warm, cheerful and very committed person with a big heart for dogs and yet the necessary education and discipline when it is necessary. When Holly is out with her, it never gets boring. The walks are always varied, many different places are visited and if it fits, she finds a real playmate for Holly and there is plenty of romping. Again and again she sends a picture of the activities with the dog. In the afternoon we get back a satisfied and exhausted dog. We have a very good feeling when Holly is with Paola and are very grateful that we have Paola for our dog. We appreciate them very much!
Kita: Paola does a great job and is very reliable. My dog is happy every time she comes and is totally relaxed after the walk. 🐶 Your photos are great too!

Kayleigh Mizon: Our dog has 2 visits a week and we are super happy with the care and love he receives! He is a dog with a past and thanks to the help of Tom and Maxi, has overcome his fear of new humans and is in general much more confident. The pick up service is great and very practical with full time work. Our dog arrives home happy and healthy each time. We get little updates on his day with videos and pictures that show the awesome range of extra activities the guys set up for the dogs. A paddle in the pool, trainings, zooms around the field with rest of the dogs to name a few! Recommend to anyone looking for a practical and affordable day care solution for their dog!

Andrea Gómez: We recommend Tom ´s Daycare for Dogs, our puppy is very happy with them and loves Maxi who is part of Tom´s Professional Team and is doing an excellent work with our dog, he is really happy every time he sees her approaching with the car to pick him up. He goes twice a week with them to play for the day and we are really relax knowing he is well cared by them. Tom is also really flexible and help us a lot when we need to be cover because of work even though it may be at short notice. Maxi and him also give us helpful tips to try with him and also a very good feedback about our dog´s behavior so we can catch up and improve the daily training. Thanks!

M Wepunkt: ...actually you could also call him the dog whisperer. Tom trains both sides of the leash with a lot of love, understanding and patience :) And even if I have to travel for work, I can let my mastiff male "Samson" spend a short vacation with his buddy "Joey".
