Makiko Hollburg: If you are planning to fly to Japan, do not go there!!!!! On the certificate they have written the sample was Gargle water by mistake. I told them that Gargle water is invalid in Japan but they have refused to revise the certificate. I had to run to the another proper service provider to have a sufficient certificate just before the flight. I cannot recommend them at all.
Inigo Sarmiento: The staff on the site were efficient. The customer service via email were prompt and helpful. All communication was done in english. Highly appreciated as I am new to Berlin. Longer story: I tested positive via self test. I came here to do PCR, the staff offered me to do a rapid test so that I can have the PCR test for free (refused the offer because I am already symptomatic) The pcr test result first came as negative, which is surprising and confusing because I tested positive in rapid tests 4 times. A few hours later they issued a correction: that I was indeed positive. I did not know this can happen. Then, I noticed I have the wrong date of birth in the certificate, customer support were kind enough to fix and re-issue the test result.
James Helgeson: Well, we‘re out 200€ (400€, actually, 200€ each) having missed our flight 50 hours after we were told we would have their results in 24-36h. A dozen people at the gate in the same situation. Avoid these people at all costs. Update: my test arrived last night; 3 hours after my flight left and 53 hours after I took the test. My partner‘s still hasn’t arrived, and we are coming up on 64 hours. We could have left this morning, but no. Other test finally came at 67 hours (note that PCR tests are generally only good for 72 hours).
Maria MG: Awful experience! We received the PCR results 60h later (when 24-36h was promised), and lost our flights as a consequence. We couldn’t reach them out via email or phone, not even when we received an email 36h after the test saying our results where ‘delayed’ without any time estimate. We even went back to the test center, where they also couldn’t help us. Stay away from this place, they don’t take any accountability if they don’t meet the conditions they promised.
massimiliano pes: Im waiting 36 hours and still the results didnt come that tests center is horrible i lost my flight because of them . I am. very disappointed. i think because it is only 50 euro they let us to wait longer than 36 hours in purpose to do the expensive tests im waiting in the aiport 20 hours just to get to my destination and still nothing i suggest no to do any pcr test there take care everyone ....
Kevin Tong: Pleasant experience doing my ART test here. Was served by 3 staffs (at different point of time) and they were very polite and speak good english. They directed me to registration. During the test, it was pain free and just a tad uncomfortable. Swab was done in about 3 seconds, results in 20 mins. They send you emails on the test registration and result, with full details of the test.

I P: I booked an appointment online, checked the opening hours on their website, arrived on time, only to find that the test center apparently doesn’t exist anymore! They also don’t answer the phone. So irresponsible!!!
Alessia De Santis: 85 euro for a PCR horribly done. I went there with a positive home test and symptoms. They did some gentle cuddles to my throat and nose, once I received the negative results I did immediate one more schell and of course was positive. Then I went to the test center in Auguststrasse where they did a proper collection and of course is positive. I want my money back! 85 euros!!!! 85! How many positive u missed for this lack of preparation? You have a great responsibilities.
Xin Hai: DO NOT GO THERE!!! Never received my result! I went there again in person and the guy took my ID card then 2mins later he said are u sure u were here? I was here 2hrs ago. Then he said u must leave wrong email address. I said not possible. I have received all other information!!! But not result. I asked if I can do another one now as I have an appointment in one hour. He said no.
Lukas Beisteiner: Going there almost everyday. Easy and fast. Friendly staff! Avoid peak times (early in the morning, right before they close) and you will have a good time.

Lisa: It was the first test center I have been too back in November 2020 and it’s always friendly and efficient. Even when other competitors are closer, I always prefer them. Aesthetically pleasing space too, doesn’t feel só medical. Results within 20 minutes by email.
Magaye Tochtrop: Warnung! Bad company, stay away. Couldnt board my flight because the test from Schnelltest isnt officially recognized. I call Schnelltest and they said I would get my money back but of course they are now not responding to a single email. Do yourself a favour and stay way!
Charitha Omprakash: The website falsely advertises the standard RT-PCr test costs 50€ on the website(also mention this complies to international travel standard) however they charge 10€ extra to have your passport number on the test result. The staff were inattentive.
Marike Strasheim: Quick and easy if you need a test for travelling (for me less than 12 hours from PCR test to result). Staff are very friendly and the test is professional. A bit annoying that you have to wait in line even if you have an appointment, but in the end it was only 5 or 10 minutes (Thursday morning 10 AM).
Helin Ulas: I have been here twice. Once they charged me for adding my passport number on the test result and did not add it in the document. Second time I tried to pay with a bank card and they told me the payment did not go through and I had to pay with cash. So I did the payment in cash. Later when I checked my bank account I realized that the payment did go through form the my bank card as well. That I have paid twice for one test. I tried many times contacting them about the issue but no one replied. So they in the end, they took from me 200 EUR for 99 EUR PCR test. Which I am pretty sure goes in the lines of being scammed.
c ema: Staff is not only friendly but also helpful. For me it was more of an in and out experience. The test took about 5-10 min to get the result. And they expalin everything in detail and help you keep calm (given a stick goes up your nose)

Since they are not secured, local residents probably confuse them with those in the house. As a consequence, the employees simply dump the garbage in the courtyard. Furthermore, people smoke diligently behind the house. What an ashtray is does not seem to be known either. Pity
