Oliver Dhir: Great fun for young and old! They have tours in English and in German, all staff speak both fluently. The staff were all lovely and helpful, particularly when we had some issues with the new ticket system. Use the Welcome Card to get a 25% discount and it is definitely worth your while. The tour lasts just over an hour and is very entertaining!
Rosanne: Actors were good at their job and great storytellers. The decor and rooms were fully immersive, 10/10! No COVID restrictions anymore and there was a woman coughing her lungs out during our tour, but no one said anything about it. That wasn’t great. Everything else was definitely worth the price!

Matt Werbin: Great car and very nice staff working here. Very easy drop-off with no hassles or the annoying checking over the car with a flashlight like you get at some of the other rental companies. My only complaint was there was a long 40 min queue when picking up on a Saturday, so best go early if you need the car to get somewhere on time.

Part with actors is too small And some of them are not very similar to real people (at least less similar with the same actors but in films), but some are very good.You can take free pic of one statue near entrance.

Alain Perkaz: The WORST car rental experience EVER. Avoid at ALL cost! I had to spend +3 hours to pick up a car that I had already booked, I had to switch car 3 times, and they ended giving me a car with the wrong fuel level (it was supposed to be full, but was empty instead). The employee "Jaqueline Laufer" offered a gas refund for the trip (in writing), and I am still waiting for any response after sending the receipts by email more than 2 weeks ago. Unprofessional and a complete joke, rent somewhere else.

Rinforzato: The car rented from Alamo B/Budapester Str. had such a broken gear knob that it fell off while driving! (sic). From about 5 p.m. no one could be reached by phone in the shop, after all there was no goodwill nor was there a refund, much more at the end there was an attempt at fraud with the tank filling on top. Conclusion: Please give this dump a wide berth!!! Actually, you should be able to deduct points for this... - Edit 13.12. (!) Call from the branch at 6:46 am. Cannot call back because "outside business hours". Called back at 10:07... - the young woman has no idea about anything. How should one understand that - telephone terror because of bad rating? I blocked number. Legal protection insurance and a lawyer are available. Take care!

Otto Terrell: Fantastic location, clean and well equipped apartment. Being given a keycode and phone access to the apartment was a great way of avoiding having to share and look after keys amongst guests. Check in and checkout was really easy. My only big reservation was we chose this property as our departing flight on our last day was not until the evening. ElPilar stated they had luggage storage facilities. When we tried to access these, the door was locked and the check out email advised we needed to get it unlocked by a member of staff. There were no staff members to be found at the property, no contact address to email and the emergency contact number went straight to voicemail. We were therefore forced to get a cab to a nearby luggage storage locker and pay to store our bags.
Chris Stockmann: Everything works fine. Little soundproofing due to the double windows, but the 2 rooms with beds are at the back. Rooms are so clean. Furniture okay but a bit worn. Am satisfied. Kitchen has "only" a Nespresso machine. A filter coffee machine is missing.
Toby Baier: The only good thing is the location. The room was quite a catastrophe, there was a packed fridge lying around, little things broken everywhere. Okay, we could sleep, bedding and towels were there and clean. But feeling good is different. And good luck if you want to turn on the light above the table.

Ibraheem Seyam: Our transaction happened in September We were charged for automatic car booked through the website, while given a manual transmission car, same rate, non negotiable. We were charged extra for fuel. When we complained, the customer service rep acknowledged this fact, and promised a refund of 40 €. That promise was never fulfilled, despite several follow up calls after, last of which 29-October, new promise, no transfer. Emails are not answered. Furthermore, today I have received an email from the agency, asking me to pay 27€ admin fees for handling a traffic violation. This is not the amount of the violation, this is the amount that the agency charges me in order to give the authorities my data. Terrible experience.

Phil John Smith: You get what you pay for - in my case, they didn’t have the car I had booked and paid for already. As others have said, you’ll find out about this only at the very last minute, in my case when I came to pick up the car (not even a phone call some hours before, as you would think would be manageable). My only option at that point was to either take an alternative car or end up without a car. So, becoming angry at this point wouldn’t have helped my problem. Now, to top it all, I was charged an additional day of rent despite returning the car on time. Because this outlet is closed on Sundays, I left the key in their dropbox, only to find out that Enterprise claims I returned it too late (allegedly, 12 hours later when I was fast asleep in my bed). Apparently, without stating anything about this in my contract or the T&Cs, I’m supposed to provide proof that I returned it on time. I wonder how Enterprise can prove that I returned the car at a time when I was in bed. I’ve used Enterprise a number of times, also in other countries, but I don’t think I need to be treated like this. Thank you and goodbye, Enterprise. I’m not going to spend a good amount of money, only to be treated with unprofessionalism and dishonesty. Oh, filling out the post-rental survey won’t help anything, either. I gave my feedback and was promised a call from customer service, which, not surprisingly, never happened.

If the shop is closed, there is an option to drop off the keys if u come little late. Nice place to rent a csr, highly recommended

Jock Petersen: We had everything scheduled months in advance with Hertz and first, they were closed when we had a scheduled pick up, then, when we went to get our car the next day, they said we could not drive into UK (as we had told them ahead of time we were planning to do). We walked across the street and met Steve at Enterprise!!! He understood our situation and was very generous, nearly matching the deal we had with Hertz and helping in so many ways. He saved our trip and helped us realize our Gold status at Hertz means nothing! Enterprise Emerald all the way!!!
Abhijit Agarwal: I made an online booking with sunnycars. At the Hertz counter they added a fuel refilling service without asking me - I was only told that it will be a hold on my credit card. I returned the car with 3/4th of the tank still full, but they charged me for the full tank anyway because *I* have booked a fuel refilling option. How is it fair that they refill 25% of the tank but charge me for 100%, because of an upgrade that I didn’t ask for? The woman at the counter is amazing at scamming people out of their money, adding upgrades they don’t ask for.
Christoph H.: Great experience, met my special request at no charge. Brand new car and customer service was awesome. Could store my bike at a designated area in the building and they accompanied me. Plus I got a super cheap rate. What else could you wish for?
Ron Scozzafava: Renting a car here was Slow as a walking through molasis. At least 15 minutes per person and there were 6 ahead of me. I waited over 1 hour to be served. And although I am an hertz gold customer, it took them 15 minutes to figure my reservation. I would not recommend this location.
E T: First they talked me into insurances I already were covered for via my travel agency, then the car had unregistered damages I had to point out, and when I returned it they said all was done -without checking it together- only to charge me minutes later via email for a supposedly new, minor dent!
Owen Huynh: Booked a car for a few hours and we got scammed for a crack in the windshield. Processing/admin fees costed more than the damage. I guess their trying to recover losses from covid. In any case, Hertz has lost a gold member.
Igor Gonikhin: The car we booked online was unavailable, and they had almost no cars at all and none with an automatic gearbox. The desk person was rather rude in telling is this news.

Jane Dmtrv: Don’t recommend! Do not return the deposit for a very long time! The support service promises to return, but nothing happens. When we call again, they say that there is no information in the system. I also want to say that responses to reviews here are a formality. No one is going to respond to your emails.

Andreas Kirchwitz: Very friendly service, uncomplicated process, questions are answered competently, so car rental is fun. The entrance is clearly marked, but it is advisable to check Google Maps or similar beforehand, otherwise you will drive past it and it will be difficult to turn back afterwards.
Sven Berlin: Disaster to the power of 5. Vehicle had more defects than anything else. Was not roadworthy (rear light completely destroyed) and then in retrospect I am accused of damage that was already there. The existing damage list was already cubits long. I have now filed a complaint on suspicion of fraud. Obviously, Sixt is trying here to charge for damage twice or three times. Once and never again. Apparently Sixt is trying to make money with Schottautos. The vehicle was broken inside and out and nothing worked

vovcha666: Fantastic customer service! Very quick pick up and drop off with no delays! Lady from a rental office basically walked us all the way to the car. Car was basically brand new and we enjoyed driving it, I returned it with a full tank of gas as per agreement. Return took a few minutes only and a staff was super friendly and helpful. Absolutely will be renting again from an Enterprise in Berlin!
Pieter Verstraete: I booked through Check24. All was correct as booked, no extra costs. The employee at the desk was very friendly and helpful. She gave very good and reliable information regarding insurance and how to bring the car back. Upon return, it went all very quickly and I got an email within the hour that all was fine and the car in perfect condition. Super service, good value and no unexpected, extra expenses like in other, more expensive car rental companies.
Senja Ljamkin: Never order a car from this company, they deceive their customers.Rented a car, agreed on a price. Passed the car without defects in the position of time. When I received the deposit payment, 80 euros were missing. I called to the company, they said that the money was taken for exceeding kilometers (I could only drive 300 km a day). They knew the place where I will leave the car, but no one warned. Be careful !!! PS. A week ago I left a complaint on the official website of the company, so far no one has answered.

Prathesh Thamotharampillai: Booked a standard car (wich i paid a premium for compared to lesser classes) well in advance with cartrawler. We went to pick up the car at the specified time. After 10 minutes waiting we were promised a car in 15-20 minutes, there were several other customers there waiting on their cars. After about 30 minutes i was offer a Mitsubishi Space wagon (small car) or a Clio (compact), the clerk used a well known tactic of giving me two alternatives where one was really bad, thus the Clio seemed like a steal. No mention of the standard class i booked. I mentioned this, and he said I had to pay, because they only had standard cars with automatic transmission. I politely declined, and said I wanted a standard car with manual transmission as i booked well in advance. Long story short, after 1h 30 minutes i finally got a compact car, even though I had booked a standard class. The clerks were not good to deal with, they lied several times and acted patronizing. They would not compensate me either, even if i got a smaller car than i booked. luckily i paid with credit card, so I can make a claim with them. Would rather pay 100 euros more and book with Sixt or one of the other car rental companies, get the car i paid for and decent human customer service.
