All this time I tried to find out any info about my order, the lady always promised me a tracking link and didn't send it. After five weeks I finally got a link, they gave my order to UPS. The UPS guy didn't find my flat or something and sent it back. So today I had to get it after all that. So what do you think? They sent it again to the wrong address. I just got an email that says that my order is delivered. The address in the email IS NOT MINE. So somebody else has my rings. PUKKA does not reply. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Jonah Feldman: Beware! The employees will evade and dance and do everything to avoid telling you they do not offer refunds on purchases. They will tell you that you can "return" your item to any shop in Germany within 30 days and not to worry, but when you ask for clarification they'll change the subject, offer to show you another piece, or assure you it is a beautiful piece and there's no need to worry. They tell you they accept RETURNS but will avoid telling you they do not offer REFUNDS. Just be aware that you cannot get a REFUND for your purchases here, no matter what the sales reps says to you. They are either trained to avoid telling you about the "no refund" policy or they do it on their own, but you will need to be direct and ask multiple times for clarification on the fact they DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. They will offer exchanges, but not refunds. They will use the word "RETURN" to confuse you, but they do not offer Refunds. Beware! You can exchange the purchase for a KaDeWE voucher that can be used at any shop in KaDeWe, but no where else and not online. Be careful of their shady sales tactics.

Robin Boudon: The costumer services and staff at the store are absolutely dreadful! I’m a regular client from Tiffany’s stores, of different countries, and I have never, EVER, been treated as poorly as I’m at Tiffanys in KaDeWe. The sale-girls are completely uneducated on the pieces, and show zero interest in attending you. There is no interesting conversation that leads one to actually make a purchase, nor a sit down or a coffee is offered, which happens to one quite often when shopping at Tiffany&Co in Champs Elysée, for instance. You have to do all the research yourself before choosing a piece, call first to make sure they have the piece in stock (which in itself feels like an absurd thing to do for a high-brand as this is supposed to be), go there, not be greeted, **go after** the sales-person, ask for your piece, pay and then leave, while the security guard guilts you abusively with stares, regardless of your appearance and age. It always feels like the sales-people are there to take your order as if they work for McDonalds and you’re passing through the drive-through. This store, in this particular location, is more like a tourist attraction, where people walk-in to shop the brand cheap silver pieces, while travelling to Berlin using the day to tourist its ancient shopping mall, KaDeWe. The frequent costumers of this branch’s biggest intention is just to post the happening on social-media, and the staff of this location is very suitable for this type of passerby costumer, so if you’re a “proper” client of Tiffanys, and you enjoy high-class jewellery shopping or high-quality-brand staff behaviour, then let it be known that this is NOT the store for you. As you can see, the positive reviews here are from passerby costumers, travellers, visitors, never regular clients. Also, FYI, if you are in Germany permanently or for an extended period of time, and considering shopping online with Tiffany.DE, DON’T!. They ship the pieces from London, the german online store is not connected to neither KaDeWe location nor the Hamburg branch, and they will seriously tell you to handle your online order issues with the general Tiffany’s Costumer Services, which is a toll-free number, where you will wait on the line for more than 30mins, at any particular day, just to NOT have your issue solved over the phone, but per email, which is always very untrustworthy and lengthly. Do choose another branch instead of KaDeWe, do not shop at Tiffanys.DE and be aware of the type of service in this particular location.

When I went to the shop for replacement they just gave me a new chain and I thank for that. However, now I've lost the necklace since this morning because probably the chain was broken again who knows where it fell. The ring is broken as well after several weeks of wear (see photo). I've never experienced this from any shop and am very disappointed that 80 euros for all these happenings was a waste...

Rowena Johnson: Poor customer service. I wanted to buy some earrings, they were under 12€ so the store wouldn’t accept card payment. I asked for them to be put aside so I could get cash. The owner said yes. Then I decided to try on a dress, I really liked it too and told the store owner that I’d come back for both. She said “ok, don’t worry we’ll be here”. When I came back she had sold the dress. When I asked why she just shrugged and said “do you know how many people say they’ll come back”. No apology. Instead she just turned her back and went on with her phone call. Very weird vibe. I won’t go back. Update: following the below response from the owner, I’m pleased to say we were able to resolve the problem. I went back to the store today and although the owner wasn’t there she had made the arrangement to order the dress again, as she mentioned in her response below. I dealt with a very lovely woman who apologised for the mistake and assured me they’d call once the dress arrived. I’m delighted to have this resolved and look forward to hearing from them. Brendan Kidulis: There are loads of jewellers shops in Berlin, I'm sure many of them are great but none of them quite like Rheinfrank as far as I could see. It's a cosy shop, the service is old school, the selection by definition unique. The ring size was altered with apparently great pleasure. You just don't get that kind of experience with your average high-street jeweller, nor, for the money, the individuality. No-one else is walking around with a ring like this. We love it, and for me, i don't really see the point in going anywhere else.

Uta: The service and advice from the young employees are very good. She is a goldsmith, which comes into play when providing advice, e.g. when making jewelry. There is beautiful jewelry. A major shortcoming lies in the organization, which is the responsibility of the headquarters in Leipzig. Production orders sent there were processed promptly. However, the jewelry was not initially sent back to Berlin. Eternal questions and excuses. Repair order remained in the store and was not picked up for the workshop. Nevertheless, it is worth a visit if you want to buy special jewellery.

Andreas Schork: Super service - special request was processed immediately and made possible. Delivery was on the second day after ordering, nicely packaged and a handwritten greeting from the company boss. So at any time I will shop here online again, or in the shop in Berlin.

When asked in a friendly manner whether one could go to the shelf for a moment (the saleswoman was just sorting something there), instead of a simple "yes," there was only a shrug of the shoulders and no real answer. Another customer was also treated very unfriendly at the checkout - she didn't speak German. I preferred to leave the earrings there - I don't want to shop in a store like that. The saleswomen should first learn what customer friendliness means.
