Lila Miller: Looks good, could use a few more features like cruise control, cup holder, usb port to charge cell phone, and head set to access nav or music from your phone, some more storage maybe some kind of saddle bags. Is it powerful enough to give a friend a lift? Then maybe a longer seat with a back rest. Also a bit more bump friendly suspension. Can't wait to see the Chanel version.

Torsten Sträter: Drive one in matte black. You scroost almost silently, you feel like Batman, even a fat person can travel 35 km, and the tires are not a problem in corners, but a real fun factor. Sure, costs a lot of money, but sweetens the summer like anything else.

Timm Kiesel: Just bought a small Niu MQI for me and my girlfriend. The sales team speaks English well, and since it is our first e-scooter we were not really aware of how maintenance should look like. But the guys could help us out and gave good hints. It was the first shop I've found and am happy about the customer service. Thx!

Roman: For me a real jewel among the Berlin e-scooter dealers. Friendly. Solution oriented. time for consultation. My Niu scooter was a real crutch that another dealer had broken his teeth on. After six weeks of repairs, the defects were already there again the next day. Six weeks in the summer that I would have much rather spent on my working scooter than on a NIU MQI GT with only one working battery. Anyone who has ever ridden with just one battery knows what I'm talking about. I was then promised that I should bring the scooter back to the workshop for anamnesis with an indefinite timeframe. That was enough for me, and I looked around for another dealer: E Roller Berlin. What can I say? A look at the vehicle. Error found. part ordered. Built-in. Finished. And that within three days. Without big tones. Without self-importance. Very easy to do. Class!

Carsten: I bought a NIU MQI GT here. I have to say that everything from the test drive to the purchase went smoothly so far! We have concluded a very individual purchase contract and I am very grateful to Mr. Bumiller for that! Sequel follows... :-)

Timur Veles: Bought a Niu NQI Lite a month ago and am very happy with how the process went. I was able to get a test drive at very short notice - with three different models, and then found the right one for me. The consultant was always very friendly and helped me a lot with the selection of accessories. I then took out the insurance right there, bought two helmets and a hook for bags. For me it was very important that not only the price is right, but also that the interpersonal communication is good and I feel respected for it. I was able to experience both at the E-Roller Berlin (in contrast to a few other shops where I knocked first). So a clear recommendation!

Maria Kuzminova: I was trying to enter the shop with my two small kids (1,5 yo and 4,5 yo) and a person working there stopped us at the entrance and said my son has to wear a mask. I said he is 4,5 yo and doesn’t have to wear a mask, this person said „Er atmet doch“ (But he is breathing“). To me this is a non-acceptable way to treat your customers and I will never come there again.
Response: Dear Maria, we are only concerned about everybody's health and well-being! We were even offering your son a special kids FFP2 mask for free. We have so far been able to avoid becoming a corona hotspot by applying more severe rules for entering our shop. And thus far, it has been a very good thing for everybody. As the Omicron variant is very contagious and still heavily circulating, and kids are the ones that are spreading it most, we have to be very carful in our shop as we cannot afford getting shut down due to quarantine. Christian Baumgaertel: Bought a pair of 70 euro wheels for my son's stunt scooter while visiting Berlin. We had ordered online from the store before and it has good reviews. However, after a week of use, the wheels started to de-hub. When I asked for a replacement, the owner said he couldn't help me because I had lost the receipt. Not happy with that customer service, won't buy there again. Two stars because they did shorten our titanium bars, after a one hour wait.

Akshay Tejeswi S V: From Test drive to After sales 🛵 - Test drive: I was given 2hrs to test ride which is good. But the seller told me that I was late for the appointment and told me to go drink something and come back later which I found it impolite as a customer. Maybe he could have said please take a seat and sent another colleague who was free. - Booking: I was not so happy with the overall approach but I still booked a electric moped because I need it. After some negotiation he offered 50% discount on accessories which was good. The other team members were friendly. - Delivery: I told I will come between certain time I came on time but he told I was still late 🤷🏾 which I felt bad. Somehow I wanted to finish the delivery process asap and run away from this shop. Finally I asked for an envelope for the documents received the person said why do you buy electric moped when you want an envelope and he gave me a plastic one instead of a people one. I should have asked him why do you sell electric scooters when you give plastic envelope or cover but I did not because I don't like to argue. - After sales: One accessory was not fitting my demands but they offered a replacement with another accessory which was good part from him. - Overall: I went to this shop based on YouTube video there it sounded nice but the company should improve communication skills in sales and customer service in terms of politeness and make opening hours maybe until 8pm so that customers don't have to hurry after work to get a scooter. That's why I have to give 3 stars ⭐⭐⭐ Servicing: I will make a new comment after my service

Chris U: I'm a little disappointed 🙁 On YouTube I received valuable tips for choosing an e scooter for me. I drove almost 600 km directly to the store, also because of YouTube. The first day with the brand new scooter was great. The second day, after the first store, wasn't that nice anymore. The acceleration felt slower right from the start and on a straight stretch I don't reach the 22 kilometers indicated on the speedometer so well, if at all. The battery voltage display swings heavily when switched on. I don't know that about lithium batteries. So back to the store. But there was just inventory and no one available. Unfortunately, I had to leave Berlin that day and therefore a comparison trip was not an option. The scooter has now covered 150 km and unfortunately it is no longer as lively as on the first day. Slight inclines, which were not a problem on the first day, are becoming more and more of a problem. The battery percentage display fluctuates from 100% to 80%, only to show 100% again after a few minutes and the distance traveled between 2 and 4 kilometers. Too bad. I see. One more thing. The shop is open on Saturday, but no one answers the phone. I think Frank is the name of the seller who doesn't like stress and acts accordingly. Addendum from July 2022... Late.. But better than never... 😉 Hello management. When I know that there is a lot to do on Saturday, you just have to organize yourself differently. Unfortunately, it is not enough to write that there is a lot to do, or I will change the information about it publicly, which you do not do. On the topic "We help uncomplicatedly" You had the chance to do that when I knocked on your door. Closing the shop completely for inventory confirms your deficit in the organizational process flow. Jonathan Renard: Worst company I have ever seen, customer service is deplorable. The mirrors fall off by themselves while driving. I had to change the battery and the new one is worse than the first one. The partner garage chosen in my city are incompetent because they would not order the spare parts. So I ordered the parts myself and UNU sent me the wrong spare parts twice. I do not advise anyone to buy a scooter from this company.

Y A: I am afraid, I have to join the people here who gave very low reviews... I usually do not give harsh score, but as the products this company sells are quite expensive, I have to alert the people who are considering buying the e-scooters. I will keep it short... Firstly, the product quality is not at high standard so you will need service often. There are always something gets broken :( Secondly, this is even worse, the after sales service is near non-existing. Your phone calls and emails get ignored often (recently it got a bit better to be fair). Also, they cannot provide proper spare parts. In Last september, we ordered a small electric cable to replace a damaged one. The part they sent us was damaged and cable covering was damaged, so we asked another one, then that was damaged too. They said quite frankly all the spare parts are damaged and we have to live with it. A shocking attitude. They trumpet that they have their after sales garage network in France, but none of the listed shops/garages near us (4 shops) work with Unu. I pointed it to the service to update the list, but they have never done so after 2 years. I can only guess the shops got fed up with Unu's service/parts supply and stopped working with them. It's a catastrophe. Just don't buy it.

Constantin M: To begin with - I strongly reccommend AGAINST purchasing an Unu scooter. Their batteries are a huge liability and you will be left with nothing but stress and disappointment! Let me explain my case: In January the internal batteries unloaded after just 1 week of not using the scooter. With Unus customer service being extremely slow and hardly capable of understanding the problem (told me to reset the scooter 2x after I had told them that I tried this trick without any success) a mobile technician had to come to replace them. Downtime of not being able to use my scooter was 2 weeks although I rely on it - no compensation was offered by Unu. Shortly after, one of the batteries was malfunctioning again so I had to take it to a Bosch service. Having picked up the scooter and not being able to drive it for another 2-3 weeks I was hoping for the issues to be resolved. However, again I recognised the internal batteries were not charging properly so (sadly) it came to no surprise that when I wanted to start the scooter it didn't turn on. To be mentioned here, I left it standing for just 1 day without usage! This was now 2 weeks ago. Since then I obviously again cannot use the scooter. A mobile technician arrived one week after the incident and tried his best but although replaced both internal batteries there is no signal. He said he will forward the protocol to Unu and they will get in touch to bring it to Bosch once more. Now, almost 10 days in I still didn't hear anything back from Unu and their customer service is unavaibable... Long story short - this Unu experience has been an absolute Desaster. You pay 4000€ for their product which does not work properly and they are not there to assist you when you need them. Do yourself a favour and STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

David: Unfortunately, I can’t recommend it. I own an unu classic 2017 or 2018. I don’t remember when I bought it. The model prior to the bosch motor. Very soon after buying I started to experience all sorts of problems to the point I have given up, and my unu is stored away. I don’t drive it anymore. I am going to buy a new one (obviously another brand) and came here to see if they had improved at all. Sad to see they haven’t. What was my experience with unu? Here the ones I remember: Very serious production fault in the rear wheel. I was driving and all of a sudden the rear wheel was BLOCKED. I was lucky that at that moment I was driving at very low speed (I was braking to stop). Don’t want to think what would have happened had I been driving at 40km/h. I contacted support, they told me to immediately stop driving and they sent someone to repair it. On another occasion, both mirrors fell off while driving. Yes, both. In a matter of 30 seconds. I was driving on one of these bumpy streets of Berlin (near Tempelhof) and the mirrors broke (split). I contacted unu and they sent me new ones without charge. Another day I was driving, about to turn, and one car started honking at me. I didn’t understand… until I realised my lights (including blinkers) weren’t working. Another visit to the workshop and the unit that sends energy to the lights, blinkers, etc was burnt. I think at this point I was out of warranty and had to pay for a new one. I could continue with more, there are more stories. This unit that sends energy to the lights burnt a second time and had to be replaced. The speedometer broke (i.e stop working and counting kilometers) more times I can count. Once the seat got locked and I couldn’t open it (so I couldn’t take the battery out and charge it). Back to the workshop. And the battery… We better leave it for another day. I was perfectly aware I was an early adopter when I bought the scooter. But the whole experience has been really bad.

Adrian Llor Ente: Probably the worst scooter-buying i’ve seen in my life. From buying to getting it: 2years! I still regularly receive mails saying it costs less now!! But all that would be forgotten if the scooter would work on demand! Prepare to be stranded if you don’t use it regularly! and if something goes wrong don’t count on customer service!!! it just doesn’t exist!

Nicolas Frevel: Poor product and service for a very high price. Delivery of the scooter did not work. The scooter was defective when delivered (steering did not work), so I had to bring it to a repair shop before I could start driving. Very poor support from unu with this. The repair shop was not excited about getting another unu, as they "break easily" according to them. When the unu was finally repaired, I was able to drive for 2 days before it suddenly lost all power while I was driving and showed me the message "Electrical failure - please stop driving". Again no support from unu. I'm stuck with a malfunctioning scooter now. While I'm a strong believer in the unu concept, I cannot recommend buying at this stage and would rather wait another few years for the product and service to improve.

Stefanie Beermann: I love my unu classic, but I wanted to try out the new unu Scooter, so this store is the perfect place to check out the new generation of unu scooters and take a test ride. I can also just recommend the store in general- the service is great (thanks, Felix!), the location very central, but very quite (beautiful Sophienstraße) and it's just a great spot to hang out and have a nice coffee while talking about unu's visions of urban mobility. Can recommend 100%!

Vincenzo Agnusdei: They wanted 200 euro to change the belt of an Xmax 250. The belt is 75 euro and it takes 20 minutes of work to do it. I did my TUV and the paper to import the Scooter from Italy to Germany there (I thought both countries were in Europe, but this is another issue.). They did not even check that there was no coolant and no oil transmission. Welcome to Yamaha Service.

Ivan Matveichuk: Extremely expensive, extremely incompetent, rude mechanics. They charged me 418 euro for the service which was never provided. And the original cost estimate was below 200 euro. They have never read manual for a front detailer but still had a nerve to say that it’s ok that half of gears don’t work after their service due to a cross chaining, when in manual it’s written that it should work. Even more, when I wanted to show them the manual they said “look at me when I talk to you”… right after throwing a chain from a cog on a carbon frame and spinning crank, which led to deep cuts on a carbon frame. Then they proceed to giving me imaginary dates like “the frame will be here in a week”, then in two weeks it’s “within 3 weeks”, then in 3 weeks there is no reply. And they can’t even tape a bar properly but still tried to charge me for additional 90 euro for it. Plus after that service brakes were still full of air and they told me that it’s ok. But after the second try they managed to remove air from the right brake when the left one is still loose. Whole summer is ruined due to this service and I still have no idea when I will get my bike. And all of this is “just” for 418 euro… and a ruined 38 euro bar tape.

Expat In Berlin: My brake cable popped out while I was driving so I ended at LiveCycle in emergency. I can highly recommend this place. Speaking English, good advice, excellent service and very cheap! The prices are displayed on the counter so you know in advance what you will pay. I was lucky they had in stock a brake that worked on my old vintage 80s bike and they fixed it directly. If you need to do a spring check-up, just book an appointment there. @ LiveCycle team: if you read this, thank you for saving my bike!

Paul Suares: I booked a service for Friday, 12pm. It took me an hour to get the train there with my bike to find that your employee wasn't there to service my bike. The other employee, who was going to lunch and could not help me, took down my name and number and said he would look at the bike that day and call me back. He did not. I tried to call later on Friday and again on Saturday as well as emailing the employee who responded to my booking but no response. As a result I had to cancel my Foodora shift on Friday and then rent a bike for my shifts on Saturday and Sunday. This has cost me 100euro so far. This morning I was on the phone for 20 minutes but no one would answer. Absolutely terrible service. No service at all really. My bike is still there.

Charles Grant: On 5 August 2019 I took my bicycle to LiveCycle in Berlin for a flat rear tire. The reception was not very friendly, apparently they had more important things to do. As I was about to leave, they said if I didn't want to wait I could leave it and pick it up later. So I left it and returned about an hour before closing time. I was told the problem was a tiny hole in the inner tube and that the inner tube was replaced. I paid 19€, but the next morning the tire was flat again. When I returned to the shop the following day, they were still too busy to fix it, but they said I could leave it and requested my phone number, so I expected a phone call when it was ready. But I waited in vain for a call back and nobody answered their phone. When I returned next day, I was again told everything was fixed, but I was charged €39.90 for a new tire. There was no clear explanation of why I needed a new tire. The old tire was apparently unavailable for them to demonstrate what was wrong with it. Even though they had my phone number, nobody called to tell me that I needed a new tire. But the store employee proudly pointed out that he had cleaned my chain. In summary, a flat tire cost me €60 and took three days to fix. Stay away from this place.

Dhewen: They scratched my bike during an inspection. I specifically asked them to fix a badly installed tire and they didn’t do it, I had to remind them during pick up and then they quickly did it but incorrectly. After a second attempt they got it right

edo Edoardo: After 1 month, and 1 rainy day, some components of the bike are already rusting. The seat gets soaking wet for days whenever it rains. Tried to contact support, they replied to make it dry in the sun. Funny. The bike is quite sturdy, but details are far from a 3.5k euros bike.
Response: Dear Edo, I am very sorry to hear that! The rust is just flash rust, which can be easily prevented and removed, but is quite normal with steel components. As for the saddle, it mustn't get soaked - this has never happened before. Of course, the saddle is damp after rain. This can be avoided with a rain cover. As far as I remember, you picked up your bike directly in Berlin. Just bring it in for a service and we'll remove the rust. Surely we will also find a solution for the saddle! Diogo Estevinho: My UDX 204 is acceptable, but more for the look than for the quality and performance. Bike makes a lot of noise when riding it, brakes are weak, battery has problems with the indication of charge after a month and little use, bike is really heavy and the tires mounted are not the type that I was told before buying. After complaining they would send the correct tires, which never happened. Meanwhile, the battery problem remains, all along with practically non-existent customer service or, when it rarely exists, it takes centuries to respond and only after a lot of insistence. On my view, if you buy online outside of Berlin, I don't recommend it, if you have the opportunity to go to the local store, maybe you'll be safer, but you certainly must count with problems regarding their desorganisation. I own two other ebike from different brands wich i presently ride with lot of satisfaction, therefore i may say it is better to bet on traditional brands and with guarantees given.

Boris V: I bought a UDX Panza which a received in February. Overall the bike is great, it has a few minor drawbacks (see below) which aren't avoidable in my opinion. Pro's: -The bike looks absolutely awesome! Everywhere I go people are complementing me about it, turning their heads, asking me questions about it - Handling is really good. - It feels really firm and strong. - I took it apart several times, because I modified it, had to change the tires, etc. And what I can say from that is: This really is German engineering! Everything is attached really well, brackets are really strong, every where possible stainless steel bolts and nuts are used, accessories and bike parts are all from well known, good quality manufacturers,... Long story short I don't think the build quality can get any better. Con's, this is more nit-picking than anything else, but nothing is perfect and I want to give my honest review here: - The pedals are placed quite low, so it's very easy to hit them on the street in the corners (easier than with other bicycles). - The fenders are prone to rust, so maintaining them well and cleaning them often is advised. Would be nice if they could offer plastic or aluminium fenders. - Communication with the company can be difficult at times and there is definitely room for improvement. I had several discussions with them through e-mail, there have been misunderstandings and mistakes have been made. However they went the extra mile to set things straight and in the end I am a very happy customer. - As last, this is not really a con, but more like a warning to feature customers: Don't be fooled by the fat tires and the full suspension on the bike, this is not an off-road bike (hence the name Urban Drivestyle I guess). The suspension is quite basic but works good enough on the road. Edit, Reply to Urban Drivestyle: -The suspension I have got is UNI MK suspension. Good to know that alternatives might be available, I might upgrade in the future. - I haven't really build any custom parts, the modifications I made can be seen in the picture. I guess the biggest changes I made is: A bigger front gear, schortened the rear fender and fit the front light where I had to build in a led light to get it to work.

Anna Solveig Schneeberger: Amazing bikes, the riding feeling is so diffrent from normal bikes. It is super hard to describe it so you have to try!

Carlo Federico Mileto: After buying the bike they'll just ignore mails and phone. If and when they'll pick up the phone (after calling 30 times), they'll just make fun of you by saying that "Hanna will call you back". 3600 euros bike and this is how you are treated. I'm frustrated and speechless. Reply: that's not true at all, you don't answer to emails after the purchase. I wrote you from multiple addresses. You just ignore them, like with the calls. The only way to get you pick up the phone was to select the "new customer" option. After 3 months my bike is still not here. I even got an email some time ago (in German) saying that "your bike is on the assembly stand". Small team? Hire people. You're selling a 4k bike, people expect decent customer care.

Silke von Rolbiezki Salon: We love the Unimoke! It's our all-purpose vehicle we use either for our hair and beauty salon but also to take the kids to school. Nathan Cleary: I ordered a bike like 6 months ago in Scotland. Still no bike, Urban Drivestyle is ignoring my emails. DO NOT BUY!!! Edit: UD has finally agreed to process a refund after over 6 months of waiting and complaining at multiple levels. Their response here is a perfect reflection of the customer service I've received from them over the last 6 months- rude, evasive, and rude. At no point in time have they tried to help me, simply blaming others and yelling at me. Obviously, I will not consider removing my review until at least the long-awaited refund has been placed into my account. Worst customer service I have ever experienced here.

Plus the Unimoke community is getting bigger. Owners of the bike help you also alot by posting on Facebook group or in YouTube, making things a little easier also for those of us that are far from Berlin headquarters. So far a nice experience hope it will continue. The bike is one of the best fat bikes I tried so far.

uwe7165: I was able to pick up my motor bee yesterday and now she's humming like Maya again and doesn't stutter like Willi. She has never been so well adjusted, drove so calmly and pulls much better than before. Nice team, always time for a chat. That's how it should be. Real Berliners as you wish for them and miss them more and more often.

Uwe M. Hörning: I can't because of the bad reviews not understand rudeness at all. By Berlin standards, the Schruteks are almost overly friendly, - possibly times at it think = how to call into the forest... I'm in with a flat eScooter rim the store, was at a tire shop before they said i have to buy it new that can never be repaired properly. Well, that's why the Schruteks don't have anything to do with it eScooters have to do is about 5 minutes for a then bulging tires really great. They didn't want money either, of course I did done something decent in the coffee fund.

Celina Gretzschel: Picked up my Kymco scooter today after the 10,000km inspection and overall I'm very satisfied! I bought the scooter used 5 years ago and nothing has been done since then apart from refueling and air pressure - so I expected the worst. The inspection went quickly, I was able to pick up the scooter the next day and the price was more than fair in my opinion. I also found the advice to be friendly and competent - I will definitely come back.

If a workshop notices something like that, then I know they try to fix other errors. That is what distinguishes a good workshop. Great job guys. I'll come back for the next inspection.
