Michael 500EXTC: The service has actually not been working for a long time. The hotline is often unavailable with waiting times of more than 30 minutes, online reports are simply not processed and although urgency is set for the property due to people in need of care, ambulance transport cannot take place over the course of a day because even the simplest faults cannot be rectified. The company is currently giving the impression of a concentrated listlessness and helplessness, despite full maintenance and emergency call contracts.

Mad Max: Otis should internalize the customer service of its employees and explain what customer service means. My 83-year-old grandma is forced to wait in a wheelchair until the next day (from 5 p.m./ June 24th) because ""2"" elevators have failed and she lives on the 7th floor. And have to wait downstairs. And now ?????

Mizz Berlin: Worst service ever. I live in a 7-storey house and the elevator was broken from November to mid-December because you were too stupid to order the right parts in Poland. Now it has been defective again since Saturday and of course no information as to when something will happen. Before that, there were also permanent failures and only minimal work was done. The competition is better and more reliable.
Beate Andree: We just moved into a house where there is an elevator. But it has been shut down for 2 1/2 weeks because the light is not working. I myself am disabled and there are a few other people in this building who rely on this elevator with walkers and prams.

Due to the large number of visitors, he and many other road users were asked to park on the required lane. Of course, he would not have put himself there without that express permission. Our employees are also 'only' people who are allowed to use the car in everyday life outside of working hours, and they do so in a very responsible manner. S. Hampf: One of two elevators has been permanently defective for 4 months. The second elevator also broken for several days EVERY week. Sometimes it drives for 2-3 hours after repairs and is then defective again. In a residential building with 18 floors! Repairs are carried out sloppily, and there is a constant lack of spare parts. The on-site staff is unfriendly and verbally attacks the tenants (who are now justifiably frustrated). Addendum June 8th 2021 According to a notice, the elevator should be ready by April 23rd to be repaired. Then the first appointment passed, a new notice with a new appointment, this passed again and also a third. The elevator has been repaired since May 26th, so it took 5 months for an elevator to be repaired by this company. In the meantime, the contract has also been terminated by our property management and another company has been commissioned.

CC CC: We have 2 "historical" systems in Berlin Kreuzberg serviced and repaired on an ongoing basis. In the event of a fault, Herz Elevators come quickly and repair it at fair prices. And at the beginning of the cooperation they found a mistake that a large group elevator company could not find for a long time. (The housing of a switch in the system was broken and thus disrupted the function of the switch) Of course, it helps that the technician responsible has known the systems for many years. But from the offer to the order to the invoice, everything works smoothly. We are satisfied and happy to recommend.

Andreas Lehmann: I was there on October 18th, 2021 and had to back up with my bucket 🚚 know the company and have to maneuver. When you are standing: Pump up the truck, open the tail lift and the forklift brings you the pallets (sometimes heavy and long) and the goods roll in almost alone with the pallet truck. Uncomplicated company, friendly and 5 minutes for a conversation is always possible. 👍🚚
