Schwarze Heidi Fondue Hütte HINTERM BERG @RAW: what do users think?

Skylar Cukier: Awful experience. I was very excited to try vegan fondue, but it felt like everything went wrong that night. We were sat outside inside this weird ski lift thing. The server was absent - had to open the doors to get his attention. The other server was outright rude to us, making sarcastic remarks and snapback comments on our questions. He even came back to rant about the tip! The food itself was mediocre. The appentizer, the only vegan option at least, was awful. Just tasteless and didn't go well together at all. The fondue was alright, but the bread was not good. We had to pay extra for anything beyond. For the price, for a dinner for 2, was ludicrous. Their website even said $26/person and we were charged closer to $32/person. Absolute sham of a place overall, and the worst fondue experience I've ever had.

Mariana Rossmann: The fondue itself is good and the staff makes sure to explain the technique to use to make the best of it. The vibe isn’t the coolest, but I guess I didn’t expect anything else. The interiors make you feel like you are on a ski trip but unfortunately when you get out it’s a bit traumatic 😂 The service was ok

Mika Mew: 2.5 stars. The food was good but just too expensive. Service was good and attentive but the music was so loud that the waiter couldn't hear us. Idk if I'm coming back.Food: 3/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 2/5 …More

Viktoria Bykava: Amazing place, amazing atmosphere, tasty fondue 😊

Akilnathan Logeswaran: Really cozy cottage atmosphere with a very limited but good cheese fondue, but also non-cheese options are available. The waiters were not that attentive and forgot some of our orders, as well as not being overly friendly. However the live music, the good food and the atmosphere made up for most of it. The prices are 24€ per Person fixed per fondue participant.

tingkui voh: My team spent 450 euros at this establishment - and the host really ruined the night by revealing his true character. The host pampered my team with free alcohol (which we did not ask for) and over the top service (which we did not ask for either, just regular normal service would have sufficed) - at the end of the night he felt justified to scold us for not giving him a huge tip in spite of the 450 euros he just earned from us. Such greed! The “good service” turned out to be just a charade that was conditional upon being entitled to a huge tip or you would - and I quote - “disrespect the host”. He even told us “not to drink schnapps next time then”. I feel compelled to inform the community about this incident - even though I do not leave bad reviews until something truly awful happens - such as in this case. Stay away unless you like being treated condescendingly and unfairly, I’m sure that there are other cheese fondue restaurants in Berlin that serve food and a sincerely good atmosphere without a side of condescension and appalling behaviour.

Noheir El Adly: A great winter experience. On the Haubentaucher ground close to warschauerstr. Until At least January 31.st, 2019. Give this place a try! We came for our Christmas get-together here, although I am not a fondue fan, I was increasingly surprised by how delicious the food and cheese fondue here was. We started with drinks. Appetizers were both for vegetarian and meat. Then we had three different type of cheese fondue, strong, mild and with truffle. I can speak only for the mild and truffles, both were fantastic. I thought the service was very friendly, the presentation was beautiful, the place is packed so reservation is a must. There is very WiFi. Life music. For the toilettes you would need to go outside and walk 70 meters, but they are very clean.if you find my review useful, kindly press the like button below! Thank you.

Audrey Haarsma: We were sent away. We were both vaccinated, however they said we needed to test for corona anyways. We traveled 1 hour to visit this fondue night together on our honeymoon. They were the only restaurant with these rules? Everywhere a vaccination is enough (2G). Quite strange to have special rules, without mentioning it on your website… Later on, we went to an italian restaurant, trattoria la famiglia, amazing restaurant, and no special rules. Real recommendation!!
Response: Hey Audrey Haarsma, Stay safe ✌🏽haha 🤣

Johannes M: Real swiss atmosphere. They have skies, cow bells, Heidi outfits and everything you need that take you on a travel to the Alps. Awesome food, nice staff, lovely owner. All in all definitely worth a visit!

Sorin Petrov: Great place, the sharing plates are a little small but otherwise an authentic experience. Staff is super friendly.
Response: thank you for your feedback. Hope to see you soon.

Anastasia Edsell: Came for the fondue on a romantic night and wasn't disappointed. It's a lot of food, so come hungry! And save room for the chocolate fondue, it's a simple, perfect way to end the night.Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Eyal Harris: We went here for my wifes birthday, and it was amazing. We had the Portuguese and Italien cheese fondues with some sides and they were both incredible. We also highly recommend the desert chocolate fondue. Vegetarian options: Most of the cheese fondues are vegetarian. I'm not sure if there are any vegan options.

Jacob: The cheese fondues are great, and so are the desserts. The new location is generally nice, but very, very far away from the city center. Staff was friendly. Overall, prices are decent (23€ per fondue) but the drinks are extremely overpriced (6.5€ for a bottle of tap water!).

florencia kobold: Recommended, although keep in mind you need a car to get there comfortably.Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5Parking space Plenty of parking Parking options Free parking lot …More

Olga Dryn: We didn’t try fondue here but wine was just amazing! Best Merlot I have tried recently :)

Iris van der Ploeg: We found it quite expensive, it was Xmas eve, for what we got. The cheese fondue was good but side dishes a bit simple, only bread and a salad that was doused in sauce. We would have loved to get more veggies and a healthy salad. For the meat fondue I would suggest you keep the raw meat and the sauces apart, to avoid contamination as raw meat can be tricky. Also we had to ask for plates to eat from as you can’t eat from a plate where the raw meat is served on. We paid 70 euro pp and think for this price you can expect a bit more exquisite on your table. The waiters were very friendly but the situation was chaotic, we had been asked 3 times if we already ordered the desert.

Grace Hung: Super delicious cheese fondue and desserts. They have a lot of different choices of fondue. Would definitely come again.

Kim Møller Rahlf: We booked on the internet got the approvel on mail. As we arrived there was no tavle because they said it is first aproved when they phoned us. We actually tried to call Them but did not get thrue. As we arrived service was rude an unpolite. But we were Lucky there was one table free. Great... But for the 2 hours we were there plwntynod free tables. 2 stars only because the food was ok, and a funny pisore.

Oleksandra Abramova: Great place for celebrations with a big company of friends and family. We tried swiss fondue and 'all you can eat' Fondue buffet. Both were delicious and when you combine the two of them together you wish for your stomach to be an endless pit, so you can eat it non-stop. The service was nice and friendly. Our waiter spoke English well and was attentive. Keep in mind that they only accept cash and PayPal (as stated at the entrance)

Melanie Golub: The waiters was super unfriendly. Got my name wrong, when I repeated it she got grumpy. The tables for two are super small and the elderly couple next to us was permanently watching us and listening to us, even while ordering.and they laughed when my boyfriend ordered in German (he is learning German)..so starting from this it wasn't going to be the best dinner..I expected a Fondue like you eat in France..but no. My Swiss fondue tasted only like garlic, no cheese taste whatsoever, and the gorgonzola fondue didn't have any taste neither, besides spinach..let's come to the wine..there is 4 different red wines to choose from and the Primitivo was good, as was the bread we got with the fondue..beware that in the menu the fondue is huge! We had each one and could have had shared one. It would be enough. Ah yeah, after the main dish, the nothing special fondue, It was standing on our table for good 45min before any waiters wanted to look in our direction to come clean our table and bring us dessert..The brownie tasted good tho. So yeah. There is some stuff that is friendly and those were male waiters when we visited, but the woman was a no go as service. I was deeply disappointed and will never go there again. I wouldn't recommend. You can spend your money in a better place and especially on a better fondue, cuz what we are it's a shame to call it fondue.

La Cantine d'Augusta Restaurant Bar à Vins: what do users think?

Lua Corujeira: Amazing! We were five and had a huge plate of different things and everything was super good. We didn’t even finish it and we ordered it as for 4 person even that we were 5. I don’t know a thing about wines but it taste super soft and nice for a non winery lover. Will come back definitely ✨

Christian Kmiotek: A bit of France hidden in Schöneberg. Be sure to visit this place for buying or for enjoying on the spot its fine charcuterie, cheeses and large wine selection. Simple plates served with a huge smile. We went especially for the fondue and were disappointed by the small portion for a comparably hefty price. Good that we had a sausages platter as a starter. But we will be back to buy some typical French cheese.

Ronak Ganatra: Fantastic place to enjoy a long afternoon with some wine. Very generous and delicious portions of fondue and raclette for more of a "meal". Definitely recommend the charcuterie plate with the truffle salami.

Georgios Diakonitakis: I don't think I have to say anything, this picture says it all. Amazing quality, everything was very tasty. The service is fast and extremely polite. Just brilliant. Merci beaucoup !

Mahshid Nouhravesh: We got the Cheese plate, it was awesome with a perfect white wine. The waiter was really helpfull and had great suggestions! This place is definitely a must try...
Response: Thank you very much. See you next time

Alexandra Toader: I had a great time here!We had a perfect fondue with a beautifully matching bottle of white.

Lou Cey: Best cheese platter I’ve had in Berlin. A super authentic atmosphere and lovley service. Can only recommend!

Daniel: Nice place, friendly staff, really good food

Leonie Proscione: We had a great raclette with really tasty cheeses.

Mary Manabat Barker: I had an incredible experience last week at their special wine and cheese tasting event for October! I can highly recommend it! I learned so much—Philippe and Alexandra shared their vast knowledge and true passion for wine and cheese, it was a very comprehensive tasting. We learned technical aspects of winemaking, which helped me appreciate the 5 wines + 5 cheeses even more. The interactive experience with the whole group was really valuable—thank you for the truly lovely evening! I hope to attend another wine and cheese event soon!

ShooLoongKan HotPot 小龙坎 老火锅 Chinese Fondue: what do users think?

Chia-chen Lehahn: A friend recommended this restaurant and the hot pot was really delicious. The staff here was very friendly and served food quickly. You can also drink the soup in the end. For me the medium spicy grade is too spicy. We should have ordered light spicy.

Nicha B: The best Chinese hotpot experience I’ve had in Germany by far. The broth was well seasoned (even if the spicy one wasn’t as spicy as I expected). The quality of the food was superb. The portion was bigger than I anticipated, so think carefully what you’re going to order. The service was lovely and very attentive. I’ll definitely visit again. Highly recommended 🌟

Andrea: If you looking for the real Chinese hot pot experience, that's the place. This Chongqing hot pot place is a chain subsidiary in Berlin and looks like it just was build down in China and built up here, fantastic! The menu is real Chinese style and you can get all the things you are craving for. Also they have good sauce station which is quite hard to get in Germany, especially when you are looking fir the real ingredients. The ambience, food and service, all super authentic and I loved it here. Great place, great food, great feelings.

Daily Chinese: Very delicious. The design inside looks exactly like in hot pot restaurants in China. Everything, including very small details is like in China. The place is 100% perfect, the stuff is very good and friendly too. I highly suggest everyone, who loves authentic food visit this place 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Thuy Mi Yang: If you are looking for an authentic Chinese hotpot experience then this is the place to go. It feels as if you are in China! From the interior to the service and to the food, everything is authentic. We ordered the soup base in tomato and the lowest level of spicy soup but it was still supeeeeer spicy (be careful if you can not tolerate that much chili). The ingredients were as expected and the sauce corner was lovely. They even have instructions on how to create a few popular sauces as a dip. It’s very hot in the restaurant though. So be aware that in summer you might sweat a little bit in there.

Panda Q: They have done a great job in decorations, so many interesting water features inside. Hotpot is authentic, food quality is good. On the pricy side, but the great services and "feel like I am having hotpot in China" atmosphere justified it.

becky cheng: We, 2 adults+2 kids, had dinner tonight, the restaurant was very crowded. We made the booking, but obliviously restaurant didn’t prepare for pre booked guests. We booked for kl.1900 and waited for 15-20mins to be seated, at the same time, other guests who haven’t made the booking also got the seat. We ordered 3 flavor mixed hot pot base soups, the spicy soup was very salty. The raw dishes for hot pot are all good, nothing to complain, but the dishes which need to be freshly made were quite disappointing, waited for almost 2hours for those 2 dishes, deep fried crispy pork was not hot and crispy at all, brown sugar sticky rice cake was not good either. The waitress is very kind and polite, but the restaurant definitely need more staffs to help. We spent 180 for dinner, that is not cheap price in German.
Response: We are so sorry for the bad experience tonight. Today is not normal at all, two of our staff are ill this morning and the others are on their holiday. We sincerely apologize for our organisation today and guarantee you will definitely have a better experience next time! We wish you merry Christmas and happy new year! Hope you don't have bad mood because of us. T_T Thank you!

Marco Pisanu: Very good, delicious, and authentic chinese hot pot. Friendly staff, and great air conditioning to offset both the summer heat and hotpot heat. 5/5 for food, but its a bit on the pricy side for what you get compared to food prices in Germany, so a 4/5 in total.

Lisa: Is it too bad that I didn’t know the chain? My sister took me to the one in Madrid and then I found out they have one in Berlin as well. Super discrete format he outside calm. But once you go in you enter a bright, homey village style Chinese place. You can stay in the main room or roam into one of the “private” rooms. Polyglot waiter who reply to Chinese, German and english. Attentive and nice staff. Very clear instructions on tastes, slickness, cooking time,.. The sauce bar could be a bit richer. The one in Madrid had more options and they give out mint gums at the exit. Will return for sure. 2 pax 65€

Anand Chouksey: Delicious food, quiet many options for Vegetarians, awesome ambiance, fast service and polite staff. I tried maximum spice level for hotpot and enjoyed it, as it wasn’t burning at all. Food is expensive though, hence 4 stars only.

Andres Capurro: Food Quality: Amazing cheese fondue. Great taste and texture. Portions: I would have had a bit more, but would have been a mistake. Portions are very well met, and leave a little space for dessert. Drinks: great selections of wines that were selected to be paired with the cheese perfectly. Price: $$$ price of fondue is per person and is quite decent for the quality. Service: very friendly and helpful. At some times a bit difficult to get their attention when the restaurant is full, but nothing too serious to affect the mood. Atmosphere: restaurant decoration looks very Swiss, nice relaxing place. Not too much noise and easy to have a conversation with your guests. Highlights: definitely the cheese fondue

Katrin Zimmermann: Yes! If you want real delicious comfortable Swiss food, go here! We stumbled upon this place by chance, because another restaurant we had wanted to go to was already closing… their Röschti Burger and „Chässpätzli“ (Käsespätzle 😍) saved our lives! So cheesy and delicious! We met the owner of the restaurant as well who is actually from Switzerland so you know food quality is on point. 😁 Cannot wait to go back!
Response: Thank you so much Kathrin

Einmalsauerbraten ohnefleisch: We went there as a group of 7, most if us(5) ordered a main course.all got a salad as a starter, which was a mistake by the servant. But we enjoyed it anyways,as the salad was tasty. The dessert was fantastic!!!! It was a nice atmosphere, although too loud to talk at a big table when it's too crowded.the service was alright. The prices are higher than most restaurants nearby, but for a special evening it's still worth it.

Alan Crompton: Dinner at Schwarze Heidi on Sunday evening was fantastic. I received a warm welcome and the service was friendly and attentive all the evening. The menu looked terrific and I wasn't disappointed. I thoroughly enjoyed a Carpaccio of Bündnerfleisch for my starter, topped with shavings of Tete de Moine cheese. Then for my main course I had the Zurich Gschnätzlets, a very tasty plate of sliced veal with mushrooms and onion in a creamy white wine sauce. This was served with some amazing egg spätzli, Austrian pasta-like noodles that are a little bit addictive! Then finally for dessert, I couldn't resist the delicious Toblerone mousse, which was very indulgent, and paired nicely with some cherry schnapps! Overall, I had a wonderful dinner at Schwarze Heidi, highly recommended, and I hope to visit again on my next trip to Berlin.

Sven Piechottka: Not cheap (one star off), but they know what they‘re doing. Still 100% recommended for a nice experience. Amazing food, good portions, outstanding friendly service (which is not self-explanatory in Berlin), clean and in the end totally worth the price.

vj vj: I had the rösti burger. Was excellent! One of the best burgers i ever had. You get some bread and butter with it, plus a nice little salad. Now that’s a great meal. And the waitress was very professional and friendly.
Response: thank you very much for your compliment :-) we would love to welcome you again!

Fernando Martínez: We made a reservation by phone, and when we arrived it was all set up for us, they welcomed our dogs (pet friendly). 💜 The place is full and the service great but slow. There is a chill atmosphere and the food was really delicious, we ordered the mild fondue ‼️The only thing I would advise is to keep in mind that the price listed on the menu is per person, so if you go for the fondue, for 2 people you will pay minimum 50€.

Ren Reiner: Great atmosphere with friendly staff. The food was great. Fondue on a rainy winter night was the right choice. Vegetarian options: We made a meal of the fondue and salads. Some beers as well!

Niusch Ansari-persaray: We had a great experience combined with nice food and lovely wine!

Mitch Van: I ate here last week with two friends. I chose the cheese fondue. Highly recommended. The service is very friendly.I recommend everyone to come.
Response: wow, thank you for you lovely review.

Henrietta Barkó: Best hotpot experience in Berlin ❤️ I loved that we could choose from various broths and dips. We tried 1 from all extras (mushroom, vegetable, meat, tofu, seafood) and I can not wait to return to try others. The infinite refill of tea is also a winderful idea.

pronins: One of the best hotpot/Chinese restaurants I’ve been to outside China. I’ve ordered 2 types of broth: Spicy Sichuan (there are 3 options from mild to super-spicy, I recommend the middle or normal, which is definitely hot enough!), and the mushroom broth. For the 6 dips I got chopped garlic, chopped chili, oyster sauce, peanut sauce, chili-garlic paste and coriander. I tried their calamari (amazing!), pork belly, lamb rolls, ribeye, homemade vegan dumplings and noodles, Chinese cabbage, lotus roots and oyster mushrooms. Everything was super fresh and absolutely delicious. The presentation was outstanding and the staff very friendly and helpful. The entire restaurant was extremely clean, even the bathrooms were sparkling. It is quite pricey so, for a party of two, be prepared to pay around €80-100 after tip. Nevertheless, it is definitely worth the money, given the overall quality and service. Highly recommended.

모이션 Berlin berlin: This restaurant is clean and nice . Also friendly staffs . The food good . Which really hard to find in Europe this quality food . But . We was 2 ppl and paid 157 eure without alcohol . The food is very little . Most funny thinks is my friend order of one Chinese tea so I just want to one class from my friend . But one of staff tole me when I trink my friend Tea I have to pay 6 eure . I was what !!!! However it is nice food and place but too much over price for it .
Response: Hello Mr. Kim, Thank you for your nice words & photos on our food & service. We would appreciate your understanding that nowadays it costs us much behind every detail and quality, but that's what make us differentiated from other hotpot restaurants. Although a personal average of 50-70€ is quite common with us, you are very free to decide how much food you want for a hotpot. As shown on the menu, our tea is charged per person, which is called tea fee (茶位费) as a very common form in restaurants in China - it means that once you decide to have the tea, you can always have your tea free refilled for the whole evening 😊We would suggest you have different teas next time so there won't be any misunderstanding. We wish you all the best!

Park HJ: Best hotpot I've been to outside of China, a hidden gem in Berlin. Beautiful ambience, quality food, friendly service, detail focused and clean air flow. For me it's a must-have every month.

Jana Parfinovica: We had a good hot pot experience. The broths were delicious ( just a heads up, we ordered mild spicy for the center broth and even then it was more on the spicier side). They have good options for meat, veggies, tofu and dumplings. The only improvement would be to have more sauce options. Also, the whole experience was slightly pricey, but worth if you’re looking to treat yourself.

Ronak Ganatra: Quite a good hot pot place with a wide selection. The duck, ribs, and tofu skin are particularly great with the Sichuan and beef fat pot. Deep fried pork as appetizers is a 10/10 choice!

Isa: Maybe too much for one single person (as it was my case), but the dinner was really good (for sure a must if you like Hotpots and go for a dinner with friends) and the service is really nice.

Joyce Lam: Authentic Chinese hotpot place is very rare to find in Berlin, we finally found it! The place is not so big, but well decorated. They offer different variant soup base, from one soup base to 4 bases. We picked 2 soup bases, one Sichuan normal spiciness and beef bone bases. Sichaun normal soup base was as expected at Sichaun level of spiciness. Really numb your tongue and lips, love it. Beef bone base taste also pretty good. There is a 3 folded sided list on Ingredients. We picked mashed shrimp paste, handslice beef rib, slice lamb and small vegetables basket. The mashed shrimp paste was really good. Both meat dishes were fresh. We end the dinner with a fried rice cake with red sugar desert. Delicious! Altogether with 2 small can Tsingtao each, 90 euro. It's not cheap but it is worth it for the authenticity.

Andreea Tatan: It was amazing, the staff was so nice and helpful, the food was absolutely amazing .The meat was so soft and nice, the vegetables were so fresh and tasteful, the sauces were so full with flavor and the broths were so tastefull and flavorful. It was an amazing experience and we will definitely be back. The staff was so sweet and nice. The atmosphere was mesmerizing, the music, the ornaments, the table arrangement,I trully felt like I was in Asia at a luxury restaurant.I only have good words to say about this place,I recommend it a 💯% with no doubts. The money was so worth it and I appreciate that they have a table big enough for more people,we were 7 and we still had space.I recommend with my whole heart.Trully amazing🤩

Hofmann Patrick: Had an amazing diner! Love the atmosphere and decoration. Staff are nice and helpful. Broths are tasteful and the sides/food/meat are fresh.

Ekaterina Khrushch: My favorite restaurant in Berlin. Cute French bistro with great wine selection and amazing food menu. The menu is very small but every meal is special. Their steak is heaven on earth, that sauce makes me cry every time 💔 The fries are to die for! If you want to feel like you’re in Paris for an evening, come here, you won’t regret it (but better book a table in advance because it gets very busy in the evening)
Response: Thank you Ekaterina :)

Dimitris Papadimitriou: Great cozy french bistro with a nice curated wine selection. The beef tartare was AMAZING. The escargot was good but i wasn't really thrilled by it, i would recommend other options from the entrees. The steak with the estragon sauce and fries was also very well made and cooked medium rare as it should. The staff were very polite and helpful and really recommended some amazing wine options. Will definitely visit soon and try more!

H JY: I came here for the second time, also to get my last dinner at Germany cus I love mussels and fries, but the second time, they gave me soft warm fries which was not heat and crispy at all, soooo sad about that...
Response: Hey H JY, we are really sorry that our not so good fries ruined your last meal here. 😟 usually we are on top of this… We truly hope you otherwise had a nice evening still. Thank you for leaving these pretty pictures with the post. We wish all the best!!! We’ll be back on track when you come to visit 😉

Set Aoc: Great food, I liked the options and the set menu format. Ate the tartare, and cheese for after. Friendly service, good wine options. Highly recommended.

Ben Kill: La Buvette is the perfect French casual bistro in Berlin. Excellent food, wine and hospitality at very reasonable prices. We had the saucisson plate and steak tartare for starters, and an amazing confit de canard and steak (rump) frites for the main courses. They offer a 3 course dinner for 30 euro but we were too satiated to take full advantage of the full menu - next time. Cannot say enough how much we enjoyed it. The wine list is perfectly appropriate with many excellent choices. I almost don't want to publicise it too much as I want to be able to get a table there again soon! Salut!

Wynn Chen: Fries are absolutely DELICIOUS! I've gotten the steak and duck and enjoyed both. Prawns I thought were just okay.

S H: Unfortunately when I came it did not live up to my previous visit.First time I had the chicken it was so moist and flavoursome, fell off the bone, this time it was dry, no flavour, no love. Sad.

Benjaluck Fai Yuttisee: A cozy place where my French friends seem to really enjoy. Good cheese, good wine, good service. The staff was very friendly. He explained and recommended different wines in a very nice and professional manner. The food was also very tasty. The portion is not big but it was packed with flavors. The price was reasonable.

Dimitris Andronis: Lovely French wine bar!We were satisfied with what we ordered. The owner was friendly and helped us choose a nice wine pairing our food. Good service, tasty food and nice collection of wines!

Joohee Kim: L’escargot was nice and the fries nicely cut and cooked. The steak however was not good - not sure what piece was used but nevertheless that (in pic) is not a medium rare. The foie gras was a bit too cold to taste (though this is a mistake by many restaurants) and also too salty. I really did want to like this place because I live right around the corner and the menu looked very straightforward/solid...

Lior Barak: It's was OK, tried two foundue dishes it was OK, the only minus was the ants outside

Fondette: what do users think?

Tré: Fantastic place to try your first Swiss Cheese fondue. Really novel food experience (first time trying this!) in a cosy but central location with great food and service. The little design details by the owners of the place make the entire dining experience a delight all the way through. Highly recommend you check it out!

Kilgore Zed: Fantastic! The Raclette was amazing, paired really well with the suggested wine.Staff super friendly, 5/5!

Dora Visky: If you love cheese and good drinks it's definitely the place for you. I was here with a group of friends. We tried both fondue and raclette they were really delicious. They also have a great selection of drinks that go well with the cheese, my personal favorite on was their riesling. Going back after Christmas for sure :)

Huw Thomas: Wow. Just left fondette about an hour or so ago and can't get the cheesy smile of our faces (sorry) really lovely place. We had the fondue and racellete as a sharer for two. More than enough for even the healthiest of appetites. Plenty of good choice beverages as well. Special shout out to our waiter Micheal who was great. Highly recommended

Ben Olayinka: I've had the raclette and the fondue and both are so delicious you end up eating until you can't eat anymore.. and then eating some more. The place is really cute too, you feel so cozy holed up with nice warm food, the staff are great and make you laugh.. highly recommended escape from winter!

Samuel Weckström: Great spot for a Swiss style dinner. I had the Raclette which was very nice (actually first time I had some Swiss food :)). Place has a wonderful ambiance, and the staff was very friendly and attentive.

Joppe Muller: Great place! For me it's simply the best Fondue in Berlin, quality cheese from Switzerland.

Mathilda Gentil: This place is really nice, Alpin style! But the service for a coffee was really bad, the choice was really limited and the hot chocolate was not good (was it with water ???)
Response: so sorry for your bad experience. the chocolate is of course with milk, don‘t know what happened, but will let our staff know. we'd be happy to invite you over for a better cup of hot chocolate whenever you find the time :)

Thaïna PIERRE: Coming from France, finally find very good cheese is very nice! Great time in this restaurant! I would come here again!

Frédéric Savioz: I come from the region that invented raclette, the beautifull Valais. And to my surprise this was no diffrent to home! Good job Fondette, keep it up!
