I work in an Integrative and Humanistic way, which means that I draw on different approaches based on your experience and what you wish to work on. In the sessions you will be given the space to think and talk about what is troubling you. You will be encouraged to think about your thoughts and feelings (and how you relate to them) and your life both past and present. We will work together to identify unhelpful beliefs that may be holding you back.

The relationship between client and counsellor is of the utmost importance and I hope to create a safe space in which we can tackle the issues that concern you.

It is important that the therapist you choose is a good match for you. At the initial session we will discuss further how the process works, and if I am the right person for you to work with.
