Agata: Dr. Myndiuk is supervising my pregnancy. he is extremely thorough and makes a patient feel reassured. The additional bonus is that he speaks so many languages, so I am able to communicate with him in Polish. I would highly recommend this praxis. Also, the receptionists are quick, helpful and very friendly.
Leraaa Moiseieva: I am completely satisfied with the medical service at this Praxis. The Doctor speaks Ukrainian and German, is competent and attentive, there is no unneeded talks or diagnostic. Assistants speak Polish, Russian, English and German, they are also very attentive and kind. Yes, there is always a waiting line even with the appointment, but it’s a common thing in Berlin as I see.
Elizabeth Lewis: Easy to book & get appointments on short notice, with multiple languages spoken at the practice. You do tend to wait a bit (e.g. your appointment might be booked for 12:30pm but you wait until 1pm to see the doctor) but they are efficient and helpful
K deol: Worst receptionist ever....they are so illiterate to even speak English. I wonder if they even have any kind of qualification at all or the doctor is doing a favor to give them a job. Anyone wants avoid this Dumb receptionist, pls avoid going there, especially on Friday morning.
k em: my first doctor OB in Berlin. Staff and doctors are nice. Efficient and fast. Waiting times long yes. But pro tip always get the first slot around 8am. The doctor and staff are always on time, its just that other patients take too long, have a lot of questions hence the waterfall effect. I had booked first, mid , and last, pretty much the first slot of the day is the best. Staff are friendly and they try their best to keep everyone happy, I gained a little confidence in my German because they dont speak english except the doctor so I practice my dialogue and questions I ask. They are patient as well if your german is not good. So far, all good..
Софья Сухинина: Very good doctor, speaks several languages (German, English, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian). Asks a lot of questions to understand the story of the patient. The doctor is also responsible for pregnancy (I have seen a lot of pregnant women there). Pretty long waiting time (I have waited for 40 minutes though made an appointment through Doctolib), but it is worth it.

E R: I have been treated by Prof. Ebert for many years and feel that I am well treated and in good hands. He takes his time, listens and treats both the patients and the staff in the practice with respect. I can only recommend him and the entire practice (especially with regard to endometriosis) :)
Ninsha rina: Unfortunately, I can neither assess the treatment nor the specialist knowledge of the practice, as they have now canceled my appointment for the 5th time. Due to the cancellations, my transfer was no longer valid, which is why they wanted 200 euros for the treatment (in my opinion, transfers can be submitted later or the referring practice can fax the transfer) The receptionist is condescending and rude How the suffering of patients is dealt with here is ridiculous

Jessica Guzik: Seeing a doctor at Meine Mitte is like seeing a very chill aunt who happens to be a gynecologist. I felt totally comfortable speaking with the staff and doctors in English. The doctor even offered me a robe to change into--unheard of in Germany, but more common for Americans. So friendly!
Orit: I can’t recommend Meine Mitte enough. The staff is professional and kind. Dr. Dakkak was with me for my daughter and she was super knowledgeable, sensitive, professional, and patient. I always felt in very good hands. Also, they speak good English which is a plus!
Séverine Bruwier: Great practice for pregnancy as you can do all monthly check ups and échographies in the same place. The doctors and nurses are all friendly and professionals, they also all speak perfect English. They respect strict hygiene rules during the COVID pandemic.

Pamela M: I have been a patient at this clinic for a few months now and today I just wanted to write about my experience getting my tubes checked. I had read up a lot about the test and heard horror stories about how incredibly painful it can be so of course I went in with my nerves through the roof. To make matters worse my regular doctor is on maternity leave and my new doctor was off sick so I was not sure what to expect. Needless to say I just worried myself sick for nothing. Dr Halis herself took over my appointment today and she and the nurse were just amazing!!! She performed the test as gentle as possible and talked me through every step. They both did their very best to lighten the mood and make me feel comfortable which I really appreciated. I did not have any pain at all only a bit of discomfort. All in all, it was a very good consultation. I hope i never have to do it again but if need be, I know I am in good hands with them 🌻

mamgeesha: This doctor speaks "at" you, not with you. She rattles off canned information at lightning speed, not stopping to ask you questions and actually seems not to care if you understand. If you dare interrupt her monologue to ask a question, there is a sense of impatience and agitation. You feel as if she wants to get you in and out as fast as possible. The facade of this practice is beautiful but it means nothing if one does not feel truly heard or cared for by the doctor.
Jade: Rudest and coldest doctor I ever met. She blamed everything on a language barrier but tone is interpreted in all languages. A Fraunarzt practice should be a safe and helpful space. I felt not only deeeply hurt but embarrassed here.

Initially chose her because she speaks French too and I was not disappointed. Very professional and empathetic. Ashok K: Had book an appointment through Doctolib there but when we had visited them the receptionist informed that the appointment was only for a French women not for others ( which was not even mentioned at the time of booking)and told us that they couldn’t give any new appointment. Just the waste of our time going there The receptionist was rude and not even explained the reason for not allowing us to see the doctor. In the App it was showing doctor speaks German and English. Worst experience ever. In case of medical emergency don’t show your attitude and bossy behaviour to the patients!

A very attentive and professional doctor and her team is just as professional as well. Since I found her, my faith in gynecology has been reinstated - we just need more like her in this domain.

Mehrdad Dastgir: My wife and I chose Vivantes AVK for giving birth to our daughter. Being first time parents the whole process was very new and stressful to us. All of the staff were amazing during our stay (4 days). Hebammes were extremely pleasant, friendly, and always went above and beyond. The nurses, doctors (Dr A.M) were also amazing despite being busy with patients. Thank you, we will never forget the moments we spent in the hospital and will always cherish the memories
BLUEPRINT: After a brutal broken heel injury my foot became badly infected. If it was not for the doctors, surgeons and nursing staff at Vivantes Auguste Viktoria Clinic, I could very well have lost my foot due to the infection. Very grateful to all at the hospital for saving my foot!!! Bless you all who work there!!

Cosmo Valentine: I see many bad reviews for the hospital but this review is for the Kreißsaal (baby delivery rooms) and and recovery area for after birth. These facilities are in Haus 35. We were there for around 3 days. All the staff were amazing, very caring, extremely helpful, 24/7 support for us in this crazy process. The facilities and rooms were nice, all with a good view out into the surrounding trees. All round a great experience 💜

Gabriel Cerrato: I helped bring in a patient with a bleed to the emergency room around 6pm. they made us wait. Then after 30minutes they finally decided to evaluate the patient and severity. Then they finally directed us to a doctor on the second floor. No assistance whatsoever to a patient who was in pain and couldn’t walk. Once upstairs, we had to wait still for hours to finally sit with a doctor. No medication was given or infused. We were sent at midnight to no pharmacies open and the ones that were open told us they needed the medication to be ordered until the next morning. The patient had to go through a rough night and bare with pain.

A Ahmad: I can say without any hesitation that this hospital has great Surgeons and Doctors. My wife had peritonitis which due to some reason was hard to be diagnosed. Here, doctors immediately diagnosed it and did an emergency surgery. She was in ICU for a week but eventually came out fine. Dr Butner and Head of the surgery were amazing. They were super skilled, kind and so nice. I highly recommend this hospital (specially in complicated situations).
Yasin Melon: Wonderful experience with St. Joseph Krankenhaus. I was here with my 2.5 years old daughter as she was severe sick and we were admitted here for 4 days. Doctors were wonderful and the staff was always helpful and kind. It’s rare to find doctor & staff that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. Joseph Pentland: Very nice and supportive staff. The COVID restrictions made the initial labour process orders of magnitude more difficult than necessary. But after moving to the birthing room everything is normal and performed well.
B. Conway: Avoid if you do not speak German. Some of the staff were incredibly rude and made an effort to make me feel stupid. Refused to xray my arm when my cast was taken off, despite me still having a lot of pain in my wrist. This meant I had to go to a different(more competent) hospital to get an xray. No clear instructions on how to follow up with wrist injury. Terrible experience.
Tushar Nallan: We visited the emergency room 3 times. And all of the times, we were just waiting for 5 to 6 hours as the doctor was unavailable. We then decided to drive 15 minutes more to another hospital rather than wait for such duration. They either are badly managed or badly staffed.

Nathalie Daoust: I did IVF in boston, in london and in berlin by Fertility center. The only place that got viable eggs was in Berlin. (in berlin I did 3 times and each time it worked. In UK and USA, didnt work and I was younger then the two last time in Berlin). Berlin they removed the eggs earlier then in UK and USA. seems like that worked better with my body. I highly recommend the doctors at FCB
D K: I can thoroughly recommend the FCB - i felt in very good hands with Dr Tandler Schneider and the whole staff there throughout my treatment, never had to wait for an appointment and always had a friendly ear whenever I phoned the clinic with one of my questions or worries.

Simone Friedrich: I was very fortunate to be admitted as a patient by Mrs. Tabor-Wessel after my gynecologist retired. I feel very well received in practice! The whole practice team is very friendly and accommodating!
Patti Matti: Miss Dr. Unfortunately, Tabor-Wessel is constantly on vacation or on further training (which is also legitimate and necessary). Unfortunately, the representatives are absolutely underground and partly unprofessional. At one agency, the language barrier was so great that communication was almost impossible. Miss Dr. Tabor-Wessel itself is very good and you get good care during pregnancy.
Muhammad Ali: Ms. Tabor Wessel is the best gynecologist in Berlin. She really takes her time and cares about her patients. She accompanied me very well through my 2 pregnancies and accepted all my wishes. The only thing to complain about this practice is that the waiting time can sometimes be long, but to be examined by such a competent and experienced doctor, I would even wait the whole day.

Jasmin Buchwald: Super great doctor! Both personally and professionally! I was looked after by Ms. Tabor-Wessel during my third pregnancy and I always felt that I was in good hands. Ms. Tabor-Wessel is a very thorough doctor who takes fears and worries very seriously and prefers to look too much rather than too little. Miss Dr. Astrid Kim took away all my fears that were triggered by my miscarriage at the time. She was very gentle and open to my questions. The examination was great and totally relieving! I am totally happy that my fallopian tubes are permeable and that this examination could be carried out so easily and without any problems. Beatrice Denisa: Had an emergency and they were very attentive and caring. No question was a wrong question even if I was in a very bad state. Very friendly staff that’s taking care of you from the minute you walk in. Not only the doctors but also the nurses were speaking English very well and they were always by my side at every step until I went out. Other hospitals should definitely take notes from Helios. Thank you for everything guys, you really are a blessing!
Sally Underwood: Absolutely excellent. From the treatment I received as an emergency patient to the surgery, to the care on station B2-12 and the physiotherapy. I was impressed with, and had complete confidence in, all the staff I met. Even the food was fine. I have a Trimalleolar fracture - it looked like nothing - hardly any pain or swelling after the accident, but the CT and X-Rays showed multiple fractures which had to be pinned together. In my case, they used a protocol of immediate weight-bearing after surgery, which felt very scary, but there is a lot of research to say that this leads to a quicker and more complete recovery. The physio team inspired the confidence and strength I needed to start healing as fast as possible. Huge thank you to everyone on B2-12 (Accident-, hand-, and aesthetic- surgery ward) who took care of me.
Dylan Castillo: They kept me waiting for over 6 hours. At times the ER waiting room was pretty much empty, yet they would take over 2 hours (you could see the time they took on the screens) to call the next patient.
Mohammed Safwan Al Hasan: I had a slipping femur 12 years ago , had my surgery done in this wonderful hospital , the surgeon was really cheerful and helpful , the staff in general , the nurses and my physiotherapist they all made my 1 month stay there better. Thankful !!
Marc Bauer: unimaginable on how many levels the aftertreatment for surgery is bad in this facility. Starting with grumpy workers and as a nose surgery patient I got almost only milk products for eat which are known to be bad with respiratory issues. Also I didnt get the medication I needed for the night but instead a pain medicine that caused allergic reaction. Im not talking about the surgery itself but If you wanna heal don’t go here or just leave as fast as you can
Hassan Ghasemzadeh: I performed a parotidectomy operation in the "HNO" section and stayed there 5 days to recover. The staff were very kind and care about patients. Most of them are able to speak english too which helped me a lot. The Klinikum have a nice environment. Free high-speed Wifi is also available. The quality of foods were good as well.

Chukwuemeka Duaka: Top notch medicare. Very functional operating system. Professional and friendly staff. Excellent hygiene. The doctors here are world class. The hospital is located in a high end commercial hub in Berlin. Very close to Stadtmitte train station. I would recommend this clinic anytime, any day. I had the best medicare here.
Gonzi: Came here twice. Had to wait more than one hour and thirty minutes to be attended each time on floor 5 even though I came in 10 minutes early. Some people were even sleeping there. The costs were almost 1000€ for some simple blood tests. I don’t get why people come here, they’re clearly optimising on revenue and the care quality doesn’t justify the price and waiting. Won’t be coming here again.
Bolaji Kassim: The nurses, receptionist and doctors are very professional and very respectful. They speak English for expats like me. Their service is perhaps the best in the whole service. You need to be on private insurance or self-paying.
Maxim Dozier: We received wrong information from the service desk when booking the appointment. The Arabic native doctor then still wanted to hold the appointment even though he seemed little motivated as it was early evening. He lied about the price and charged 169€ for a 15 minute baby check up. Not recommendable and not where you feel like you want to bring your child.
Zainab Ghaderi: I wish i could give the doctors a 0 but that is not possible.. read that Dr. Kiwit is a good doctor and i wanted an appointment and said that i only wanted to come to germany from norway If there is possible treatment for my sick mother, he saw my medical report and when i went there it took him a few seconds to tell me What i already knew from the Internett. He is very rude and talked soo badly with me. I have been to so many doctors in the world and i honestly think he is one of the worst ones to talk to. Told me NOT to look for treatment and that my mother would just keep getting Worse and Worse but she is now beeing treated by the best dr and is just normal and healthy. Just lost a lot of money and time to travel in a busy day to talk to him worst ting a human could ever do.

Daniel Taylor-Fowles: I was very happy with the dermatologist I saw. Very good English and was very friendly and supportive. Gave me his contact in case I had questions. I deducted a star due to the receptionist. Not the friendliest and tried to tell me I had my appointment time wrong, despite the fact I had an email confirming I had the correct time. No apologies for the mix up or correction. Other wise friendly clean and efficient
M. Kelly: My recent experience at the Meoclinic was very good. Everyone there was friendly and helpful to me. My doctor was Dr. Steiert and she was very nice and professional. Even though my flight was delayed, Dr. Steiert stayed later to accommodate me! I also felt she took my throat pain seriously and did not make me feel incompetent. She also gave me some great advice on how to prevent my condition in the future which I thought was great! After the long day, on my way home, I lost my prescription and they promptly sent me another one with no fuss! I highly recommend this clinic! They were very attentive and overall it was a great experience!!
