Kateryna Gundrova: I like this shop very much! I have XL size and find always nice clothes here. And there’s a very relaxing cafe in the garden, highly recommended!
Ozde Hamarat: A really nice and cosy cafe at the back. You can sit and enjoy prosecco as well. One must certainly check it out
Yusuf Hadi: The cafe is a must visit if you are in the neighborhood. It’s a quick escape to your busy shopping day. Love the place, specially in the Autumn season.
Lisa: I will give a five star rating given the fact it is an H&M. Nicer interior with cute caffé and garden, nicer selection(less is more) and many lifestyle corners from third party brands, books, vintage items and cosmetics. Like a cheaper &Otherstories.

Sir Snapr: This store is huge and offers a lot of different styles. The collections changes regularly and every staff member I met so far was friendly and happy to help me out. During the weekends, also with the tourists strolling around the Ku’damm, it can be very packed.

Nusaiba Beg: Yesterday, I specifically called the customer service number provided by Google for HnM and asked if they take in-store returns of online orders. The customer service representative was very nice and he checked to make sure if the branch at Wedding was open and ensured in-store returns were indeed possible for online purchases. So today, I went to the shop to return the products and the man at the Kasse said I have to return via Hermes. When I told him I spoke to customer service yesterday, he said yes I can if I want to. I told him I want to but did he not only take the returns he asked another colleague of his to show me where the Hermes Paket Shop was! I was so so SO disappointed with their behaviour! I have never been treated like this at any HnM shop ij Germany. What a shame!

Marina Moshnogorskaia: Love H and M, predictable medium quality, stylish options for me and kids. Spacious clean store. Unfortunately some cashiers don’t understand basic English. Someone could say that here in Germany we should speak only German, but c‘mon, English is elementary school subject and world business language.
rym bensouf abidi: Got a couple of minutes early there, right before they open, the door was half open so i thought that they already opened. As i got in, one of the sellers got very rude and started yelling telling me that they open the door themselves, he came by and he almost kicked me out even-though i did not actually get in, his female colleague started laughing very rudely and unprofessionally. Cheap staff, bad ethics just like their disposable clothes. No wonder they are bankrupting. Never buying from them again.

Ayah Alsawaf: Terrible service. They scanned a tshirt twice and overcharged me 20 euros and acted like they dont speak English when I asked for a refund. Terrible branch doesnt live up to hm standards.

Mohamed Elakouri: Good quality clothes for all ages, with the best price especially when they’re on sale.
Viviana Vivetti: I was there last week and I have been looked after so well from the sales assistant at the till she helped me to download the up and followed me step by step for me to get the 10%off. I was very impressed and specially in Berlin its hard to find this kind of service. I did not ask their name but I know that I would definitely go back and ask them 😊 very well done!

Maria Häuser: Finally there is a store like this in Berlin. Not only home accessories but also beautiful rare flowers which you can get in their own “flower shop”. Wouldn’t expect that kind of quality from a chain store. The staff is very helpful too. Highly recommend!
Selma Chachia: Very bad experience today at H&M Home shop. The seller did a mistake and charged me more than 100€ extra. I only realised when I got back home and checking my receipt, so I had to go back in person. They of course refunded me for that but no commercial gesture for their mistake or my time wasted in commuting. Definitely the last time I by from there.
Dan: Good store, although very limited stock compared to online (understandably). For example, they only had two options of cultsry sets.

Daniel: H&M Home on two floors. On the ground floor there are cutlery, flower pots, cutlery and more. In the basement there are bedding, things for children and for the bathroom. Prices are a bit higher but the items are of good quality and great looks. The staff were very friendly, much better than in the other H&M stores.
Kilian H.: I think everyone will find something nice for their apartment here 🙌 On two floors you will find all kinds of decorative items from bed accessories to lamps and soap dispensers. I also thought the baby/kids toys were cute. In contrast to the h&m clothes you have the feeling of getting something "luxurious". The quality of the store and the items is top. Worth a visit ☺️

In the basement you will find current items for women. You can always find something trendy on sale here. You can also save with the H&M app. Simply inform at checkout.
Herr Lustig: Unfortunately, you can only find clothes here for various people or people who feel like they belong somewhere else. The possibility of getting something suitable for everyday use in the "normal" size XL is impossible. But the nice salespeople only wear xs it from me 5 🌈.Peace to the world✌️
