goodies deli (vegan, vegetarisch, Café, clean eating): what do users think?

Kitchen Insider: Remember when you had no idea why vegans wanted to live? Good times. And then we watched them live longer, and decided to add actual vegetables to our diet. Ironically, vegans are now putting so much processed meat substitutes into their diet, they might wind up killing their advantage, so to speak. This place was ground breaking back in the day. Now it's palate breaking. It was so now. Now it's so then. The acai that lifted purple to the top of the food pyramid is now buried under it. If sugar is the enemy, acai is Putin. The wrap is a flabby piece of plastic with veggies pureed and ready for a geriatrics last meal. The coffee is mid quality for Berlin.

angelina: really nice and aesthetic setting, they had no english menu but the workers were more than happy to help translate for us. Great staff. We got the smoothie bowls and they didn’t hold back on the peanut butter (😍). Their fresh tea was really good too and their dark chocolate was great too. we also loved that their products are fairtrade and vegan 10/10 their outside area and inside area are also very nice.

Philipp Koch: Tasty bowls and wraps with fresh and vibrant ingredients. Try their superfood hot chocolate - it's divine! Prices are a little high but well worth it.
Response: Thanks a lot Philipp! So glad to hear you like our goodies and thanks for appreciating our quality. :)

Vintageena: I ate 3 times at Goodies, each time was a very unhappy experience for me as a consumer. I do have some constructive critiques regarding the portions, would be so much better to add more salad not 2/3 leaves and a piece of lemon to balance too oily veggies. As it is a clean eating restaurant, frying them in oil won't do it for me and overall it is too greasy and not enough raw veggies to enjoy the salsas! Hopefully you will read these comments and get inspired to improve the recipes! Best of luck
Response: Hi there! Thanks for your honest words. Would be interesting to know what goodies you've chosen. Because our bowls do have a lot of fresh salad with tomatoes and cucumbers and also the lemon dressing gives just the right amount of a sour note in our opinion. But we'll check what we can improve here. Regarding our veggies, I think you've chosen our Antipasti Pita as it is the only one with "oily" veggies, I can tell you that we're using olive oil which contains secondary phytochemicals and unsaturated fatty acids which are beneficial for your health and not comparable with other fats typically used for frying. If you're looking for raw veggies I recommend you to try our Lunch Bowl which contains green aspargus and fresh salad, our avocado hummus superseed bread, one of our salads with beetroot or carrots for example or even one of our green smoothies! Thanks again for your feedback we'll think about your points in the next meeting!

Eli 엘리: Last week I decided to have a spontaneous Sunday brunch with a good book and this place was perfect for that. The coffee and food were really good and I liked the overall vibe. Will definitely come again to taste all the delicious looking foods and drinks^-^
Response: Thanks for your words Eli! Made our day :))

Katiie9999: Best food I’ve had since I’ve been vegan. Find it quite hard to find healthy food in Berlin. The food was lovely and the service was excellent! Recommend!

Andrew GottWorth: Great place for vegan and gluten free options. I love the vegan tomato, pesto, mozzarella sandwich. Good desserts as well! Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere.

Anna Geddes: Amazing wraps and toasties, friendly service despite my severe lack of german! Went for a late breakfast/early lunch, wraps are filled with delicious goodness. We had to try the sweet treats too as they looked so delicious. Really reccomend the caramel chocolate bar and the double chocolate cookies. Everything else looked great! Would have tried the whole menu if we could.
Response: Hi Anna, thanks for rating us with awesome five stars! :) So happy to hear, that you liked our goodies. We hope to see you soon again so that you can continue trying our menu :)

Vedat Dicleli: Staff: Friendly, polite, kind, lovelyDecor: Beautiful Scandinavian style minimalist and modernFood: Hot lunch bowl is quite tasty with quite well cooked potatoes and nice hummus and fresh avocado
Response: Thanks a lot Vedat :) So happy to hear your lovely words :)

Martin Niebl: Goodies Akazienstraße is my favourite cafe in Berlin. The staff is helpful and friendly, the coffee tastes amazing and the food is vegan, delicious and nutritious☀️😍 Thank you guys for being my oasis of well-being ❤️
Response: What heartwarming words you've chosen! Thanks a lot Martin, we feel honoured being your favorite cafe. :)

Montse Pf: Everything was perfect. The staff is super friendly and polite. The food super tasty. We got two different options, which basically were the same soup but one with rice and the other one with udon. The soup was really good. Subtly spicy. A good amount of food for the price. They are also really fast to serve. Well located within the city center

Romain Torres: I ordered dumplings (Dim Sum) 🥟 that I loved, they were delicious; and I also ordered Summer Rolls that I liked a bit less, felt like they were not soft enough. 🥢 For the drink I had a Red Sensation that was really really good and also I feel like it was a huge drink compared to other restaurants, which was great. 🍹 For the desert I had a Chuoi Hap that was also delicious, I just wish I had more, could not get enough of that hot banana with coconut milk. 🍌 The place was really cool with nice interior design, some plants and a cosy vibe overall.

Eline Hulspas: Great food! Great prices! Loved it! The staff was very welcoming and friendly and the interior looks beautiful. I enjoyed my lunch here would definitely recommend.

Jeff Howard: Great Vietnamese vegan food in a very convenient location. We enjoyed the tofu/kimchi/rice bowl but the Pho was the star - it was outstanding. The broth was so rich and delicious. We might go back one more time before we leave Berlin because of the location and because there are other things we want to try on the menu! NOTE: CASH ONLY.

Dan Dewey: Excellent food at a great price. Me meat eating friends loved it too. Great flavor in everything. Fresh veggies. I like their stone bowl dishes too.

Paul McGuire: Excellent quality and inexpensive. Though I've had many excellent Vietnamese and other Asian style vegan spots in San Diego, this is up there with the best. The flavors in the steamed udon dish were exceptional and lots of vegetables. Make sure you bring cash as they do not accept cards.

Ecaterina Litvinova: Food is good, but the place has very bad ventilation. After visiting my clothes smelled enormously, almost like I spent all day cooking in that place. So if the smell is important to you as to me, better order delivery or a take out

Cris Charneca: Just when I thiught I foind the best vietnamese restaurant in Berlin at lunch, I found this at dinner... Excellent taste and ingredients, doses are enough to satisfy. Space is not that comfortable and a little small but people are nice. Cash payment only. Fully vegetarian.

Tristan Witzigmann: Likely one of Berlin’s best Vietnamese-Vegan spots in Mitte! There isn’t a single item on the menu that doesn’t sound delicious. Highly recommend trying the soy Vietnamese iced coffee!

hannelore heynen: Very delicious fantastic vegan food! Good portions! Very friendly staff and clean place! Very cozy to sit. We loved it!!!!

HOLY FLAT!: what do users think?

Quynh Nhu To Tuan: The service was exceptionally warm and friendly - I think one of the most genuine and welcoming smiles I've ever see in a restaurant. I appreciate it! I had the super tasty Fiesta bowl, with guacamole, corn, black beans, nachos. The sourdough bread that came with it was not the best. Outside seating was simple, clean and lovely. I'll be back for more bowls!

Maria Hock: Very tasty vegetarian food. They have a nice variety of bowls and flats. The price is a bit high but portions are very generous. I also love the no waste to-go containers in partnership with VYTAL.

Zoe Williams: Has to be one of the best vegan meals I've ever had. Sooo gorgeous. Went for my birthday on the 18th of Nov and it was such a good choice, made my day extra wonderful. Had the Mexican bowl and couldn't fault it. The waitress was lovely and there was an English menu. My friend, who isn't vegan, said I was also one of the best vegan meals he's ever had. He had the one with tofu and I agreed it was amazing when I tried a bit. 10/10 for both of us. And the restaurant itself was nice. 100% recommend that all people, vegan or not, try it out.

Lior Weizman: What a nice casual restaurant, with AMAZING vegan food, great service, reasonable prices, quite, super clean. Just perfect. Thank you! ❤️

Atreiu89: Food was ok but we waited 40 minutes for 2 wraps and the waiter also did not understand the order and my friend had to eat something she did not want to avoid +40 minutes for a salad. I will not go back there. It is supposed to be a place to grab a quick bite... There is nothing quick and they are stingy with wipes.

Dora: The Guter Junge bowl was really delicious, the atmosphere and the service were also really nice. I’ll definitely return! :)

Caroline: Love this place. Never disappoints. Every bowl I’ve had has been excellent

Anna Makharadze: Nice vegetarian bowl. My fav is Fresh Bowl. Red Bowl on pic. Price is a little bit high

Luka S: good food but charging 5,50 € for the tiniest sweet potato soup I have ever seen

Ariana: It was good. I had the avocado tomato panini. I didn't understand the hazelnuts in the panini but it was all the ingredients were fresh. I also took the Mexican bowl to go. The Ginger smoothie was good as well. All good nothing spectacular Dietary restrictions: Vegan

Galit G: This is by far the BEST vegan restaurant I've been to in Berlin. It was my second time here with my husband and we even brought our vegetarian and meat-eater friends and they loved it. We enjoyed the 6 and 5 course menu and were so full by the end of it. Every dish has its own unique flavour and the alcohol menu attached to the dishes is amazing as well. Both of our experiences were great, in terms of food and amazing service. Will definitely come back!

Oscar Maarsh: Great for a special occasion. We had the 7 course taster menu with the drinks pairing. All very tasty all vegan dishes with some complementary extras thrown in. They offer a very flexible menu system whereby you can choose how many courses you want, which courses you want and which courses to pair with drinks. Service was excellent, our waiters were lovely. We sat outside and it was a nice quiet street corner, perfect for a relaxed and romantic evening.

Anton “TheRojam” Müller: The stuff is awesome, nice, friendly and funny. You could be spontaneous, if needed. They explain every dish and the corresponding drinks. Nearly the whole team is involved bringing you the ordered courses. You can chooses between 3 to 7 courses. Starter, Soup, main course, predessert, dessert and a finishing course. Suitable alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks are served on demand. Sometimes you’ll also get an eatable greeting from the kitchen stuff. The courses are changing from season and depend on regional availability. Even the food is not cheap, it’s worth every cent or penny and decent delicious.

K C: Fantastic dinner and wonderful staff. Excellent meal, tasty and good service. We went for the 7 courses (with wine pairing). It’s a bit pricy but worth it!

Tom Ruys: What an amazing way to spend an evening! We got there without a reservation and spent a great time at the bar with some delicious cocktails and a fun and skilled bartender. The food was next level and all vegan! The staff was truly great and the vibe was very relaxing!

Sahar Ben Shushan: It was a nice experience to be there, I am not vegan. And I usually do not go to Chef restaurant. But it was great though. As any other Chef restaurant, the dishes are tiny and overpriced.

Samantha: Excellent place to bring non-vegans to make them believe in the flavor magic of a plant based diet. The menu was delicious and presented so beautifully. The service was top notch - extremely attentive to our needs and perfectionistic about the presentation of our food and drinks. Loved that they had alcoholic and non-alcohol drink pairings. Atmosphere felt fancy but not stuffy. Definitely coming back again, what a treat this evening was.

Hereward Burgers: Eine total Erlebnis / a true experience! Service and hospitality very nice. Menu super, take the 7 course menu if you are hungry. The almond based ‘blue cheese’ is incredible. Every course is a surprise and a homage to vegan haute cuisine. Wines and cocktails top. Higher price range but you will not be disappointed.

Midzung Kieu: Absolutely overrated. I honestly can’t explain the thousand good reviews— either people have too much money or are completely clueless and just following the masses, or the reviews are fake. Unless you have a few hundred bucks extra and are curious, go for it. We were so hungry afterwards we went straight for the pizza place nearby. No matter how good or quality your food could be, you don’t have to be so stingy with the portion. Every dish feels like a tiny spoon. Even the amuse bouche is the tiniest dumpling in the world. And it didn’t even taste particularly good, like a simpel dry dough really. We found some dishes quite salty, and the first course tastes just like a vegetable stock. I felt so frustrated I have to write this long review. The drinks are also not that good, very watery, don’t justify the price either. Such a waste of money really.

Maria Zachariassen: This was my absolute favourite place in Berlin. Even if you’re not a vegan or vegetarian like my boyfriend, you’ll still love the food as they have such good flavours in all the dishes. This is the only fancy vegan restaurants I’ve been to as there’s not many out there, and it did not disappoint!

Crunch Kantine: what do users think?

Vasily Kuznetsov: Healthy and tasty vegan buffet with the options to get one plate or eat as much as you want. Both very reasonably priced. You can also get just soup or just salad for even less. Don't forget to top it with freshly made vegetable juice - it's delicious. Unfortunately cash only but oh well... It's Berlin :) (Mike: we've been away for several months, but we'll be back in a couple of days; see you soon)
Response: Good news....happy that you will be in Berlin again soon Sir:))

Jonas Thomson: Amazing healthy mostly vegan food! Very good and friendly service!! So happy we found this place, definitely coming back!

Britta Kuttig: Really nice place to eat, the owner was super friendly and the food was really tasty and a lot of variety, I think 14 dishes.Definitely will come back

Jared Madere: Best food I’ve ever had in my life unbelievable the cakes are unreal the chocolate has incredible orange rind ~ also the beans with rosemary all the food so so so so good

Anne Jungers: Very tasty food made with a lot of love. Relaxing vibe, friendly staff. Reasonable price. Heaven for vegetarian, vegan people.

Rese M: It is a really great place! Very good food and a good variety. The quality is great! You really get tasty healthy food for a very good price!

Lorna Brook: A real gem! Tasty fresh and wholesome vegan food and a big plus the owner is a total darling!

Clara Tumin: I love crunch kantine. The owner is super friendly. The food is really fresh and healthy. And with the new cookbook you can also recreate some of the tasty dishes at home. Definitely recommend going there
Response: Thanks for the lovely review Clara, I am glad you enjoy Crunch....see you again soon.

Wouter: Much love for this healthy buffet. Sprouts, greens, curries, lentils, nice bread, soup, great juice, etc. Go for it!

Mariya Adonyeva: The buffet if quite good. There were various dishes (some of them quite specific - spicy, sour and bitter). The man who works there was really friendly and attentive. This place is not fancy but has a cozy atmosphere
Response: Thanks for the kind words Mariya. If you are still in Berlin, either you or your friend left a red scarf behind on your chair. It will be here when you wish to collect it. See you again soon. Mike. Koch/inhaber at www.crunchkantine.com

Cookies Cream: what do users think?

Jeroen Sipsma: Great place. Went there the third time and I was never disappointed. Creative cuisine where vegetarian is the standard. Great tastes and combinations. Wine is a thing they understand and bring to life with their dishes. A great non alcoholic variant is offered which is home made and pairs with the dishes. Service is natural and honest. Nothing is a problem which can't be fixed. When you enter you feel like entering another world. Should go for a special night out. Vegetarian options: All vegetarian with easy access to full vegan menu.

Wesley Wong: Cool atmosphere, great service and that's it. Maybe it's an off day, but I'm wondering how they got a Michelin star. We got the course meal without wine pairing. The dishes were either ok or a miss, nothing to rave about. And for that price, water really should be included, instead they charge 7.50 euros for a bottle of water. Overall it was a very disappointing experience, I do not recommend.

Lars Arnvig: We had a great night at Cookies Cream when we visited Berlin in December 2022. We "settled" for five dishes incl. the wine menu and everything was perfect: the food, the wine, the staff and the setting. It was a really good tasting experience. And worth every euro. We left full and happy and hope to have the opportunity to come again another time.

Leonard Wossnig: Fantastic food, of course only vegan, exceptional service, and kitchen staff who (like everyone else there) enjoys their work! Highly recommend the 7 course menu, it’s well balanced and both pairings are a great fit (wine and non-alcoholic are available)

Valentin Liebhart: Summary: nice vegetarian restaurant with cool design. Dishes in different quality but esp. the signature dishes a bit disappointing (Parmesan dumplings)

Diego Chacón: Amazing experience, I went with my wife for our anniversary and we had delicious food, absolutely recommended. I don't give 5 starts just because the person who was in the entrance was not kind. When you go to this kind of places the whole experience should be special, and that wasn't

Medina Selimovic: Exclusive feel, High end, but with a modern flare. Atmosphere is great, but the experience and food was wonderful!Recommended dishes Parmesan Dumplings with 3g Perigord Truffle, BBQ Carrot with Cashew Cheese Buttermilk Oxalis Pumpkin …More

Shanna Hermann: Still our favorite fine dining restaurant in Berlin! The food, the wines and the people make this place simply fantastic. It's so authentic and playful - we love it!

David Hacker: I don’t like writing bad reviews and generally i believe in “If you don’t have anything good to say, don’t say anything at all”. Well, so let’s start positive. The experience leading up to the dinner is fun and exciting. The concept is something i like as well: this industry needs to innovate and try new things. The restaurant space itself was quiet disappointing to me. The rugged and industrial “designed” restaurant felt more like an afterthought to a warehouse. Very berlin i guess. It is also quiet cramped with very limited space in between tables. It was packed with customers and very loud imo. It was also quiet warm in there. These are all things that made me feel especially uncomfortable considering we are in the midst of an pandemic. They did only let people in that got tested, but i still think it was not necessary to fill the space like this. Even without corona this would have been an issue. The food was overall disappointing to me. The dishes overall lacked flavor and expression. I felt at times basic seasoning was missing. The presentation seemed excessive compared to the overall result. Besides the beet root dish i did not like much. The wine pairing was only good. Service seemed stressed and rushed with the dishes. For me a no-go! After mentioning it they slowed it down. Food was introduced and that’s it. I missed a feeling of passion and proudness for their trade in their overall attitude. Overall very disappoint considering the price and prestige coming with a star. The quality was just not there. This is purely my opinion and based on many visits in all sorts of fine dining venues around the world as well on my education in this industry. Casual fine dining is a niche that can be done a lot better.

Valentina Paetsch: A great experience; friendly and attentive staff, quick service, tasty and unique dishes...we got the 7 course menu with wine accompaniment, we got one vegan and one vegetarian version and both were exquisite. Would highly recommend for a special occasion!

Daluma: what do users think?

Alex: My favorite health food focused restaurant in Berlin! There are many options for those who are gluten free, have celiac disease, or are vegan/vegetarian. The interior is very clean, peaceful, and has a modern aesthetic. There are regular tables to sit at but also a platform where you can sit on a cushion- if you are a fan of floor seating like I am :) I recommend the truffle miso glazed salmon; it is a dish unlike any other I have ever tried before, and it has me coming back multiple times a month.

D U: Interior is amazing, almost nth bothers ur eyes and u can feel the balance of colors and objects there. Except sticky tables and a lot of old crumbs on lamps and floor. However place is still nice and has definitely tasty breakfasts/brunches. Enjoy;)

Irina Dimova: Love that place for delicious and healthy food. Price a little higher. Also I would like to note the stylish interior But the staff is a bit incompetent and also don't understand why the tip should be included in the bill?

PB LR: - The breakfast was tasty. - At the beginning the tablet was not working so the waitress told me it was not possible to order even by paying by cash... - They offer exotical coffees but there was no cream draw on my Charcoal-coffee latte (cf. photo). I was quite surprised compared to other coffee shops.

Barbora Hlaváčová: Best healthy food in Berlin!😍 the probiotic meal with kimchi, edammame, broccoli, hummus and other superfoods was DELISCIOUS! Wonderful culinary experience😋 as a dessert cocoa&nut purée and coffee which was tasty too. Special tastes of the food👌🏼 The service spoke only English and was very kind. ‼️The only thing that was surprising that they wanted to pay the food WITH TIP at first even before we got it and could know how the experience was.

Keren Kolnik: Super healthy and definitely tasty! Chill and unique ambiance. Weird to pay the tip before the service... liked it!

Houman Kaveh: Please try the miso salmon and also probiotic study dishes!! To be honest if you’re tired of all fast foods, try it! need couple of days to detox and stay healthy, try it! Btw great staff😁

Marysia Malinowska: Pretty place with tasty food, however the amount of ginger in my mint was way too big. I literally had half of a whole ginger root in my tea. It is simply a waste, not looking as an eco friendly and sustainable behavior

Ali Homaee: Super delicious and kind staff 😋Hey, if you are looking for matcha, yeah you can find in Daluma 😍

V C: Superb vege food that aims on probiotic and aimed at pro-gut type of food, which isn't common or widely advertised these days! I'm not sure how it got such a small rating (maybe too many hangover people?), but speaking of hangover folks - the toilet deserves at least 4 star rating for this place. Good job!

DALUMA: what do users think?

Bull Dogg: Decent breakfast and lunch restaurant with about ten breakfast options and as many lunch options. When we came there at 11am on a Saturday several breakfast options weren’t available because they didn’t have eggs, which seems odd for a restaurant where three out of ten breakfast options feature eggs. We were offered a lunch option instead and it was rice/salad/salmon/avocado/kimchi mix that frankly wasn’t very good at all. The salmon was extremely dry and so was the wild rice. It was served with a mustard vinaigrette that didn’t fit at all with the dish. The coffee was nothing special and more on the sour side. There are juices in plastic bottles or fresh squeezed orange juice. The staff is friendly and spoke German or no German, which is common in Berlin. For a breakfast restaurant we will look for other options in the area.

JJunghyun U: When I entered the store, they always greeted me warmly, and I am always enjoy with the music Yves selects according to the weather and mood of the day. Also, thank you for his friendly service, always asking if the drinks and food were okay. Also his Matcha Latte tastes great!

Deya D: Elegant atmosphere, amazing food! My everyday go to for coffee/food! The juice cleanses and the skin care line are an absolute must-try!!!!

Irinа: The best place if you want to eat healthy but super tasty, try healthy drinks and try Daluma skin and bodycare. Food is delicious, service is 5 stars, waiters are super nice and make the best matcha ever. Fast service and very enjoyable atmosphere. Good place to bring a laptop and work. Recommend to visit!

Der Kalkman: I would love to give this place a better rating though, but there were unfortunately multiple points that are making this impossible: first, there is no such thing as a service there (tables outside were dirty and we had to bring the dishes from the previous customers by ourselves inside. No one was cleaning or sanitizing the table. The staff, well, they welcomed us with „You don’t want to order anything right? I am not going to take any order within the next 5 minutes, come back than“. That left us a bit speechless but we still stayed. It took them a very long time to serve in the end 5 really very easy basic meals, 4 came „faster“ and the fifth one when almost everyone else was already done. There were also no cold beverages available. And our table had no sun protection, too. Last but not least it was also very pricey but to the quality of the really simple food: I was not too impressed, to put it in nicer words: I had a Shakshuka, for me I had the taste as it were cheapest canned tomatoes with some sort of yoghurt and random fruitparts. I could actually not taste anything there, what can I say: Sorry to say; but this was not good or satisfying at all. Hope this is not the standard at Daluma! Anyways, still wishing you the best and definitely some improvements!

Sophie Weilguni: If you are in Berlin this is the place to go 🥜🍒⚡️ for healthy smoothies, lunch bowls, snacks and one of the best avocado toast I ever had 🥑 💓 cool place with a great concept and good vibes only 💫✨ recommended by @backtoplants - download now in your App Store for healthy recipes 🥦

Klara Spoerr: I would love to be able to rate this place higher. Daluma always comes through with a good selection of healthy food, which is a great premise for a dining experience which leaves you satisfied and guilt-free! Their menu alternates and changes, which is good but makes you miss your favourites from time to time. I do visit this place a lot and my favourite aspect is the flexibility of waiters and chefs, as one is able to request changes and additions to the meals, almost making all dishes customisable to a certain degree, keep that up! My reason for still being so critical is the price. I hope that in the future prices will be slightly adjusted and especially hot drinks and additions like avocado or hummus won’t be at such high cost. water however is available without extra charge which is great. i hipe to see either the expertise of the meals(which are just to simple for the price) improve or the price increase.

Lisa: Great lunch destination for healthy but satisfying food. The food is great. Nice service. Nice interior and fancy people.

Sofia Padelis: Gorgeous decor, nice atmosphere, nice enough juices and great staff. The biggest is the bad music they play really loud...I wish it was either silent or good music. The food is also not amazing but nice enough. I do not like the toilets at all- dark and mixed gender so feels less safe

Nata_lie Nat: Great guys were today. Take away for smoothies.I found the music a little bit loud. Otherwise the wood furniture is super luxury and relaxing.

Oliver Römisch: We had 2 Burgers and sweet potato fries. Burgers and fries were delicious and juicy. Unfortunately, Buns and Patty were just warm, thus after some minutes of chewing the first bit, the rest became cold. Fries were served hot though. The "belly-space" at the tables is limited, so if you have not trained for a triathlon for the last year, it can become a little claustrophobic taking a seat.... Heating is not available so prepare for a cold meal when it's also cold outside (we had a 1° C that day)

Jana F: Loved the different patty options. My chili bean burger was tasty and the sweet potato fries were very crispy! It takes a bit to get the burger, but it's worth the wait. Will come back!
Response: Thanks a lot Jana❤️

Joana Silva: The burguers are absolutely delicious and everything is homemade. I appreciate that it’s not your typical beyond burger, but homemade patties with legumes. The sweet potato fries are also wonderful and the staff is incredibly nice and kind. I can only recommend!

Hanna: Great vegan burgers, I tested mushroom and lentil pattie and it was full of umami! Also very crispy fries! Bbq mayo was very smoky and delicious as well!

YN W: I don't understand the good reviews for this place at all. As someone who has visited a lot of vegan restaurants, this was one of the most disappointing food experiences for me. We tried different burgers and they were both tasting weird and the patties were very dry, the burgers were also quite small. The fries were the worst I've had anywhere by far: tiny, way overcooked and tasteless, it felt better to just leave them. I wouldn't recommend this place

Juliana Jaen: Excellent real vegan burger. And the fries are amazing!

lilach daniel: We waited 30+ min for our food. They are more focused on Wolt deliveries than they’re with the costumers that are inside. Food was oily but tasted good, fries were crispy. The beepers they gave don’t even work! There’s no bathroom, no place to sit comfortably and no fresh air, as the restaurant smells from oil To be honest wouldn’t recommend to sit inside maybe it’s better when doing take away

Dirk Jan van Lonkhuyzen: Really good. Delicious burger and great fries.

Sandra N: Abysmal experience. Ordered the Oyster–Shitake burger. Patty was ice cold and sauce just slathered on a lettuce leaf with a huge chunk of tomato. Definitely gave the impression of absolutely no care from the kitchen. Cutlery was dirty. Overall one of the poorest of culinary vegan experiences in Berlin; save your dimes and go to the many other impressive vegan eateries in Berlin which show more care.

Sebastian Grünberg: Good vegan burgers and plenty of well tasting French fries, but be prepared to wait some time!!!! It was not especially crowded but we had to wait for our food roughly 40 minutes (!). However, it was worth the waiting and due to the extra long Time we got a nice dessert for free. Would come back, but if you are in a hurry, maybe not the place for (fast) vegan food.
Response: Hey Sebastian! Thanks for the review and the kind words. Happy you loved the food. Sorry you had to wait for a while. Sometimes, even if the restaurant doesn't look super busy, it's actually post-peak time, and the team must recover from a large peak. Waiting times are usually much shorter than what you describe. Hope to see you again soon!

KIM999 Vietnamese Vegan & Veggie Cuisine: what do users think?

Karin E: Lovely place, friendly waitress and amazing food. Unbelievable vegan delicacies that taste out of this world and super prices. Highly recommended! (We ordered menu 7 by the way)

Caelan Megrath: I have never had a crispier piece of vegan duck in my life. The vegan salmon and tuna sushi is outstanding. Watermelon man cocktail was beaut. Top glass keep up the work. It’s a small setting so would recommend booking ahead.

Raman Joshi: A delight for Vegans, totally recommended. I tried it’s home delivery and was always happy with the food so visited there. They have quite big vegan menu, everything I tried was up to the mark. Also a small and cozy ambiance adds up to the experience.

Cemal Can Ozmumcu: Wow! Every dish was vegan or vegetarian, and they were top notch! I couldn't even believe that what I ate was not duck, but a vegan substitute. It was quite crispy (to make up for the taste?), and cooked alright. There are a lot of options here, from sushi to soup and all. For the beverage, I drank Ipanema which had a balanced ginger and lemon flavor (along with some other), and it was quite refreshing. I highly recommend this place to my vegan and vegetarian friends.

Nico: Great food and soup! Unfortunately we had to wait rather long for our food to come, but i guy was that happens. My Apfelschorle (apple juice with soda) taste rather flat. But i would go again!

Sofia Ron: I was at Kim999 two times out of 7 days of vacation in Berlin but honestly If I could I would’ve go more. The food is amazing. I usually don’t eat vegan food that often and it felt exactly the same as non vegan food, which was cool. The prices are very fare and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Totally recommend going there and I also recommend ordering the Mango Lassi drink

Tássia Latorraca: Lovely staff but the food is even better. Definitely the best place to eat in Berlin. I’m even thinking of moving in because such place is not easy to find elsewhere in Europe. Veggie and vegan people need places like this!

sophie isabel: Excellent sushi for vegetarians and vegans. Amazing pricing. Even your non veggie friends will love it. I recommend the tempura rolls. 10/10

Kjartan Abel: KIM999 is a hidden gem in Berlin. It's only a short walk from Alexanderplatz, but it's well worth the effort. They serve authentic Vietnamese cuisine and delicious sushi that you won't find anywhere else.

Adora Wang: Very fresh ingredients and relatively fast service, even on a busy evening. While it is delicious but there’s nothing “wow”.Waitresses are all very friendly, but they look all very stressed and hectic - relax, it’s fine we have to wait for 3 minutes. :-)

MontRaw Restaurant: what do users think?

Benjaluck Fai Yuttisee: Cozy little gem. Good amount of food and drinks options. I would describe the food as unusual, high quality Mediterranean. The portion for me is perfect, not too small, not too big. Each component of a dish is well-prepared. The taste is very well-balanced. The service is very nice.

Anna-Lena: 10/10 would recommend! The service was good, the food excellent. My mom had the Butcher’s Choice, this evening a 250g steak, perfectly cooked as my mom wished. The octopus was the best I had so far. The staff were so nice and such gentleman. Both portions were good size. Not overpriced. Adam, the manager I think, checked on us regularly and made sure everything is good. The restaurant is small, but has good atmosphere. The decor is simple, but fits the vibe. They staff mainly speaks English, but the German of Adam (our waiter of the evening) was really good and my mom could order on her own without my help. Overall a pleasant dinner. Would eat there again, when I‘m in town again.

Sushiliah Devi: This is one of the best Mediterranean restaurant in Berlin. We ordered a range of raw food and they were all sumptuous. Celebrated my husband’s birthday there. The staff is so friendly and they serve with a smile. His made do birthday cake and Limoncello was on the house. I loved the ambiance of the place.

alexander laskin: Absolutely amazing dining place! The food is exceptional! Every dish on the menu is an interesting and well-balanced combination of flavors, all is very tasty and artistically presented. Professional and very friendly staff, insightful with offering the food and the wine pairing suggestions. Adler Fish and Octopus Alla Maghreb were the highlights of our table. We have been traveling through major cities in Germany for almost two weeks, dined in more than a dozen places. The MontRaw restaurant is absolutely above everything we visited so far!

Elizabeth Kwan: Love the appetizers, top notch! Lamb as the main dish was delicious, super juicy and tender, very soft that the meat falls off the bone easily. My friend ordered the seafood plate, also delicious! Would give a 5 star rating if the dessert was as good as their appetizers and main courses!

louise chan: Delicious Mediterranean cuisine and great service. The food was delicious especially the octopus. The dessert we got also tasted amazing. Only thing is the price is slightly on the steeper side. We managed to call and get a reservation last minute on a weekday but when we arrived the restaurant was quite busy so i would recommend booking in advance. The Australian waiter gave us good recommendations and was really helpful throughout our meal.

Oscar Kwok: Loved their Octopus and Lamb Chops! The atmosphere was great and our server Xander was very friendly and introduced each dish to us in detail which we appreciated. It was quite busy here for a Tuesday night but I guess I am not surprised since the food is good.

Alya: Amazing food. Every bite is full of different flavors and the taste will make you travel in time. My favorite was the starter salad and the main course fav was fish and the chocolate mousse as a dessert. Hughly recommended. The octopus however can be crispier. The squid and beef tartar was lovely. We celebrated our friend’s birthday and they were kind enough yo add candles to the cake. The space inside is narrow and can be quite noisy but it was fine with us. We had dinner inside and went outside for the dessert. Thank you very much for this lovely experience. I hope you open other branches internationally including Dubai where its blooming with new experiences.

Hias Amazing: I went there alone on a Sunday night without a reservation shortly before their closing time. Despite the time, the service was very welcoming and attentive all the time. I had a very tasty CHARRED EGGPLANT as a starter and then the OCTOPUS ALLA MAGHREB as a main. Both dishes were served quite quickly and tasted delicious with nice oriental flavors.

Eve Schu: Very tasty food, but way too little. I left hungry even though I had a full starter for myself and a main, which is usually more than enough for me.Favourite is the eggplant starter!Food: 3/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Stay Healthy Berlin: what do users think?

Sophie Totzauer: Best poke bowl I ve had so far. The sauces are amazing the quality of the food is great☺️ I don’t understand the bad ratings... maybe they changed their concept ☺️

mohit Mohit: What a pleasure to have such a quality place in the neighborhood. Just luck came (and Google!) On this, but what was found. Excellent, quality, vegetarian food in a clean, elegant location. Wide selection of healthy, fresh and interesting dishes - I had an 'active stay' bowl and immediately felt fitter, thinner and younger :) There are also really good smoothies as an option

Jaime Avila: We ordered the salmon sandwich, however, we received a salad sandwich with 4 (literally 4) small cubes of Salmon. We paid 8€ for each sandwich. Recomended if you're looking for a sandwich made with lettuce and carrots.

Antonio J: Yeah stay healthy but they prepare the meals with the mask in the neck or without it at all. Not recommended during corona

Marcel Sestak: Never again, every single time they are 1,5 hours delayed, even if we order 2 hours ahead, completely incompetent amateurs!!!

Alex Rybak: Bowls are good. Smoothies are even better. It's great to have a place like this in the neighborhood.

partolo: 1 employee there do NOT engage other than that, food is on point and really good and healthy plus the cashier lady is really nice with handeling customer service

marwolver23: New Restaurant in Wilmersdorf, U Blissestraße, beautiful service and healthy food, especially #BOWLSI LOVE IT

hiba akroush: 2 hours now!Where is my food im starving!!! 😡

Alex WPunkt: Ordered food and had it delivered. Food arrived on time and was presented by a friendly driver. Food looked very good and tasted just as good! Meat is ok, but would have expected more for the price! 4*

DALUMA: what do users think?

Brian T: I stopped in for a late lunch. I ordered the salmon, avocado, poached egg toast. It was delicious, with beetroot, edamame spread, and a sturdy but thin slice of German bread. I would go back as a great option for a light lunch. The seating is limited to high chairs at bar counters, but otherwise great.

Sesame Sprinkles: This is a bistro offering healthy food alternatives including juices, sandwiches and salads, even desserts - most of which are stored in a fridge opposite to the counter. We were happy to find a place inside KaDeWe's food court that offers a few plant-based dishes. Our vegan pasta was made fresh and ready within a few minutes. Staff was friendly.

Irinа: Very chic place. The staff is educated and attentive. My favorite dish is Acai Bowl, it’s amazing. Great place for a healthy lunch and coffee.

Joshua Thiele: Very nice place. Its located on the restaurant floor of the KaDeWe. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The place is new and looks very nice. The food is completely vegetarian and tasted very good. I never had anything like it but it is definitely tasty and healthy. So I would recommend checking the place out if your close by.

Ben Molen: amazing find in the labyrinth that is kadewe. friendly and helpful staff, interesting menu, and amazing skincare and health products. great pit stop whilst shopping

Pedro Constantino: Started going over here to get my regular peanut smoothie, tried the food and never wanted anything else. great place.

Leonarda Crnčić: V basic and nothing special smoothie bowl, for 11€ I have expected to be made from the fresh and not frozen fruit..

J. Renx: Very healthy meals indeed but seems something is missing, which I can't tell. No comfortable seats are available. Only at the bar with high chairs

Deya D: Wonderful lunch options! Coconut stew is absolutely delish!!!!!

Irina Dimova: Tasty as usial 😊

Mana Restaurant: what do users think?

milawka nurgalieva: I've been to this place twice. Tasty and portions are big. When I've first time been here Tofu was very soft and great. I think almost 5 euros for "home-made lemonade" where it is just guava juice decorated with lime and mint it's a lot and doesn't make it "home-made". English-friendly Vegetarian options: 51 spring roles

Marc Auf der Heyde: An absolutely stunning restaurant with lovely staff and a fantastic aesthetic and vibe. I am a loyal meat eater, and only went here to treat my mother to her birthday dinner. However, I was pleasantly surprised by all the dishes we chose, if I had closed my eyes I would have struggled to tell the difference between the pate we ate and a duck pate. Wish I was kidding, but truly a remarkable experience for someone like me! The burger was probably my favourite, but what especially impressed me was the care taken for each individual component of the dish. The potato wedges for instance were cooked to perfection and lacked nothing in terms of flavour. Without a doubt the best vegan experience I've ever had, and would gladly come again to try the rest of the menu! The prices were also extremely fair for something slightly more niche (though maybe not so niche anymore), which was an added delight considering the increasing prices we're experiencing. All in all, 10/10 for Mana restaurant, may they live long and prosper!

Shy: The perfect: service, design of the place, seasonal elements in the menu, great 90s music. The very good: taste (omg the tiramisu! 🤤) The not so great: 1. We felt like some dishes on the menu were missing a protein (And we’re really not protein fanatics). 2. The music was SO loud, I couldn’t even read the menu without covering my ears 😳 but Overall we enjoyed ourself and would come back!

sunny grosso: wonderful- lovely staff and atmosphere. and the dishes are done with so much respect for vegetables, beautifully cooked artistic but not weird and creative but sauces and creams galore- i would eat here weekly if i lived in berlin!

Roi Tal: The brunch buffet is no longer available. We still had a great time with the normal breakfast menu. The drinks were great, avo bagel was amazing. Service was very good as well, the staff is very kind. We will visit again!

Daniela D: What an amazing restaurant! It's really one of those places where they can push vegan to a level where you won't miss animal products in your diet at all. I had amazing scrambled eggs (made from tofu), wonderful baggle (with carrot that had a similar taste to salmon). They also have a great variety of drinks like pumpink spicy latte (not a strong flavour tho), matcha latte and an azafran latte (quite a nice option). The prices are totally worth the food, I think the average of each main dish is around 10/13€ each. The place is quite nice, with lots of plants and friendly staff.

Evgeny Ignatik (Jack): One of the best plant-based restaurants I visited. Tasty food, amazing deserts, lovely atmosphere, music, staff.Recommended dishes Tofu Scramble …More

Nadya D: The burger and tofu scramble were good! Recommend to try fake salmon! Incredible close to the real one))Loved the vibe :)

Canny Chiang: Good vegan food. I ordered a scramble eggs, croissant, tiramisu and coffee latte. Everything is vegan, no butter, no milk and no eggs. Scramble eggs are made from tofus. It tastes actually really interesting, tasty and interesting. Personally, I am not vegetarian, but the scramble eggs is absolutely good despite the small portions. Croissant is also good made without butters. Tiramisu is not my cup of tea.. carrot cakes replace the normal finger cookies on the bottom plus something replaces mascarpone cheeses. It tasted very heavy, sweet and full. Usually tiramisu gives light tastes and that’s what I like it about. The carrot cake has no flavor of coffee but simply carrot cakes…. Coffee latte tastes a bit different. I also use oat milk at home but it doesn’t smell right. The service is good. They have child chairs, baby friendly.

Patrik Riddle: almost a fine dining experience here. Super tasty black bean burger! The prices are slightly higher but totally worth itRecommended dishes Black Bean Burger, Black Bean …More

CousCous Café & Bistro: what do users think?

Enisha Eshwar: As of now, my absolute favourite place in Berlin. It is always the small places that truly surprise you. Amazingly, tasty food. I love the couscous bowl with veggies and avacado. It is run by a very sweet person - Gabriel who does all the work himself. What really amazed me is- i visited this place one day and on my 2nd visit after a few days, he just saw me and remembered what I ordered :) How amazing is that! I've found my happy place :) If you go during peak lunch hour between 12.30-2, you will have to wait a while. Plan accordingly or be ready to wait. You won't regret it.

Sasha: I had the falafel and avocado burrito - amazing food and really good value for money!

Samantha Grunow: Overall a bit disappointed in our experience. The service was excellent, the food was okay, but neither were worth the price (of the teller) - the man at the counter explained the menu and was very kind. The food also was relatively yummy, but we were disappointed in a lack of "umph" we somehow expected from the reviews we'd seen... The falafel were nice and fluffy but the outside was more like a skin than a crust, so there was no crunch, and the couscous had nice flavor but we also ordered grilled vegetables (€4) and there weren't many in the dish. Overall I payed €14,60 for one plate with couscous, 3 pieces of falafel, and some grilled veggies. I felt like this was a reasonable price for a nice meal, but what I got was fairly average, and definitely not worth more than two burritos (which I could have gotten for under €12) - overall I wouldn't recommend to go out of your way but would happily suggest stopping in for another option from the menu if you're walking by.

Jessica Ibarra: It's a great local cafe with delicious food! My husband got the couscous with chicken. I highly recommend the falafel teller. The owner is friendly and speaks English, which was a plus for us!

Roberto Arsiè: My favourite place in the area for a quick and tasty lunch! The halloumi - avocado sandwich is amazing and I must have eaten 1000 of them without getting tired :)

Filip Machat: Nice bistro with a lot of options for vegetarian, vegan, and some gluten free options. Very reasonably priced and delicious. Had the falafel and sweet potato burrito, really liked it.

Borja Latorre: Great tasty and healthy food with plenty of vegan options. We had the pumpkin-avocado-grilled veggies burrito and the falafel sweet potato plate and it was delicious and the portion very filling. Maybe a bit expensive but the quality is worth it

Will Fischer: Delicious food, but the service went above and beyond. When my girlfriend had a coughing fit, he was out with a friendly glass of water in no time. Really a kind, gracious gesture that meant a lot to us!

Alex C: Great place to get lunch. Not vegetarian (as google says) but plenty of vegetarian options.

Łukasz Pudło: Delicious, fresh food, I advise you to visit for vegetarians and gluten-free people Vegetarian options: Delicious Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free
