Hjoni Moon: Worst customer service ever. No communication available, workers trying to avoid the responsibility to others. I ordered 900€ worth oven plus accessories, in total I paid 1200€ approx. Informed that will be delivered in 4-5 days, ordered a two weeks in advance. Until one day before the delivery date I wanted, I didn't get ANY information form Smeg. So I called to the store and only information I could get was "the delivery company will get you in touch". And couldn't get any phone calls. Of course the delivery guys came later than promised date, without accessories. And now got a phone call from "Rhenus Home Xpress" and the person who I talked to me were extremely rude, so I decided to write this here. Such a great money to invest for the worst service, now even hate the brand itself, even I was using this same oven in my country for years.
Response: Well... Our version sounds different: A gastro oven with accessories was ordered. The oven was available at short notice, the accessories were not. That's how it was stated. The information was probably not understood correctly, communication was not that easy in this case... The oven was delivered as advertised, the accessories will be delivered when they arrive. After repeated requests for an assembly appointment from the stove, man is simply ignored. After each call, it is said that we will call you back in ten minutes. The staff apparently always have time for all other concerns, but unfortunately not for my concerns, maybe because I have already bought and paid for it. Scott Marcantel: Called to get a adapter to a water faucet for a washing machine. The gentleman I spoke with would not relent asking about the model information for the washer. I was only needing to fix the connection to the out put. My call was disconnected twice. Not helpful service.

Will consider coming back now and hope service will improve in the future. Original review: AVOID!!! Do yourself a favour and buy your electronics elsewhere as the staff in this shop is slow, incompetent and rude. I called ahead to buy a VGA to HDMI adapter. They didn't have it, rudely explained that I should buy a "proper" monitor with good signal instead of converting a lower quality signal and reluctantly ordered one for me saying that it would arrive the next day and they would call when it arrived. They called 2 days later in the evening when it was definitely too late to pick it up. When I went there on DAY 3, they had ordered a HDMI to VGA Converter which was not what I asked for and told me yet again that I should buy a proper monitor. I had to argue with them yet again, took the overpriced converter home and then realised it was the wrong input / output direction so completely useless for me. NEVER AGAIN. I now ordered the adaptor I need online for a fraction of the price. This shop is pointless!

Olaf Juhl: I ordered online. The goods and the price were good. But a delivery time of four weeks ("immediately ready for dispatch" LOL) spoiled my mood. Then the invoice that was enclosed was also not in accordance with the accounting (no sender address and tax number), so I cannot use it. Therefore rather disappointing 😒

Yousof Mardoukhi: It has been since 2018 that I shop my electronics at Cyberport. Mostly I do my shopping online, but there were a few occasions I did my shopping at this branch. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They are dedicated and pay attention to the customer's needs. I financed my products twice, and they spent almost an hour with me going through the formalities and explained to me attentively and carefully the content of the documents; patient and helpful. I must mention that they have excellent customer service in case your products malfunction.

Giulia Valenti: I just came home from a big shopping at cyberport and i had a great experience with Sasha , prepared , funny and so so so helpful!! Can't say about repair service (hopefully i won't need it) but hopefully will be as good as my experience with him at the shop ☺️ plus my order was fast available for pick up at the shop ! So i haven't experienced any delays or complications! I strongly suggest !

Ernie Wang: I would not shop from them again. I bought two AirPods which were both faulty, which I ended up having to return them. I spent 30 euro on a screen protector for my iPhone (normally cost 10 euro) which was supposed to be "Good quality". It had an air bubble in 5 days then cracked in just over a week. I reflected this to the store manager who was extremely patronising with made-up statics saying I was "one in thousands who has this problem". He was basically shouting at me in front of other shoppers, trying to get me out of the store. It was a very bad shopping experience. I would not go here again.

Farzan Mohajerani: In my opinion, Saturn is one of the best electronic shops in Berlin. You can find almost anything there. There are dozens of good sellers who guide and help you and speak very good English as well as other languages. I bought a cellphone with an O2 contract during Black Friday there which had an extremely good deal. Definitely check it out if you are looking for an electric device. The first floor is mobile phones plus audio and other stuff. The second floor is home appliances, and the third floor is laptops and related.

Mikhail Mazurovskiy: A Saturn employee (a blonde guy with ear gauges and blue eyes) was talking to some random guy and laughing while I was waiting to ask for his service. When they were finally done after 10 minutes, the employee took out his phone and started talking (not work-related talk at all). I was standing just in front of him, and he was trying to escape me. After I finally talked to him while he was chatting and asked to give me a phone so I could buy it, he told me that it was already too late and they were closed (it was 20:57). This employee didn't want to do his work and was the reason I didn't buy the phone and went out dissatisfied. I won't buy the phone in this place and from now on will try to avoid the store.

GLIS: Hi, BE CAREFUL FROM SATURN to order anything online to your apartment, there is no possibility to CANCEL THE ORDER immediately. Order number: 165046893 After 2 weeks of calls and emails, they told me that they cancel the order. ‘But when I call their call center, they said the order is not yet cancelled and they dont know where the order go!!! After 2 weeks , i cant get my money back more than 1,700 EUR !! They dont have the option to cancel the order, OLD FASHION process. (Not surprise ). Shame!

Lolam Sai Prasanna: I went to Alexanderplatz Saturn to buy an LG OLED TV. But the representative was really bad he made me wait for almost 50 mins. It took him 40 mins to complete one deal and he said he will be back in a minute and never returned back. Luckily other representative came and he made it quick and completed the buying the tv in 10 mins. It was really a bad experience.

Petite Mermaid: Specialist shops like this have become rare in the meantime. Contrary to what you would expect, the price-performance ratio is right here. I have used the repair service a few times, including original plugs. Very friendly and competent staff, reliable, no hidden costs, repairs at the agreed price. A call will be made as soon as the device is ready for collection. I was told in advance what can be done and how much it costs. Nowadays, electronic devices are often designed in such a way that repairs are (apparently) no longer possible, at least that is often how it is communicated, which I find extremely regrettable. That's why I use the opportunity if something can still be repaired and doesn't have to go straight into the garbage. And then EP is exactly the right address. Unfortunately, this throwaway mentality is politically desired and, in my opinion, totally absurd and superfluous. Unfortunately, many small specialist shops go bust because they can no longer keep up with the "big ones". The branch in Greifswalder is very easy to reach by S-Bahn or tram, there is another branch in Berlin. EP also sells large equipment. The shop is quite small but there is more on the website. Clear recommendation!

TIM Roemer: Here you can get help! I called about my broken washing machine - they gave me free tips on how to fix it myself. When that didn't work, the spare part was ordered and installed for 5 euros (!). Other dealers would probably have asked for a multiple for arrival and repairs. I will stop by here first for all my electronic devices in the future. There should be more shops like this again!

Dirk Hauser: Its a typical Saturn Store as you expect. The variety of items and departments go from Samrtphones to Computers, Printer, Samrt Home, TV and Hifi, small and big Household Electronics like Fridges, Laundry+Dryer all the way to Gaming. The staff is eitherway over worked or as usual useless in providing sufficent guidance or advise when it comes to any product. I always ended up with better info by doing online reseach before and after visiting a store. But if you know what you need and dont wanna buy online its a sufficent place to get it fast ithout waiting. I recommend checking their website in advance though not all stores have the same stocking as they range dramatactically in store size from 400sqm up to 4000sqm and more. Plus you will find local "clearance" sale items that are limited to the very store/location you check out. As I'm writing this review in English don't expect most staff capeable of helping you in English, Turkish usually no problem anything else is usually a matter of where you visit. Alexanderplatz is far better than Gesundbrunnen location and likewise for any other.

Private Private: You find all what you need, it's great 👍

Dorian Alt: Bought a google pixel 3a here. The phone's camera went defunct within the warranty period. I brought the phone to the market twice, and each time it was returned to me saying saying the camera had been repaired. Each time it wasn't. Third time then they refused to repair it, saying I was not eligible for warranty because the display had a scratch. So thanks for keeping my phone for a solid 2 months and not doing anything! Essentially, classy German service culture: promising a lot, but making up excuses once you need something.

Trell!: Staff were lovely despite me not speaking German and found me a cheaper adapter alternative! Huge store with massive variety.

Christakis Psyllides: This place has virtually everything electronic. Great selection and decent prices as well. Knowledge of the staff can sometimes be a little varied but overall pretty good as well. They do not sell any Apple products including all associated brands such as Beats etc. Recommended.

Daniel Cutter: Saturn ist a chain of stores that sell electronics. Period. They are everywhere. Prices are usually acceptable. Often lower than Amazon. It's always worth comparing. Saturn and media Markt are owned by the same company. Prices and special offers are often identical.

Mbong Gilys: I paid more than a £1000 for an hp laptop with guarantee and it wont turn just after 2 weeks. They will not give me a new laptop and will have to service the laptop I just bought which means they will open it up. Hence the laptop automatically becomes seçond hand after two weeks . Its been more than a month waiting and I cant work because of this . This is so fustrating , and won't advise anyone to buy gadgets from here even with guarantee unless you don't care about time and money

Grace Nakimura: I was a return customer and I am never returning again. Twice in 6 years I had to return a defective product. Both times I was treated like a criminal. One woman told me I shouldn't be there because "headphones should be replaced every six months anyway" (!?) and the man who served me more recently was rude, sarcastic and was trying very hard to intimidate me out of requesting a replacement product. This treatment of customers is exactly what sends people to AMAZON. I can return anything there within warranty without fear or having to beg and persuade the staff to do their job! Never again.

Demian: I've been in quite a few times over the past few years... the staff in the shop are rude and unhelpful and they sell bad quality products. I bought a canon printer which stopped working after a year of very light use (around 20 single uses) and most recently bought a phone there that wouldnt recognise sim cards. I took it back and they said the sim card reader was damaged and therefore not part of the guarantee even though I had not damaged it. Definitely not going to bother going there again! buy off the internet!

RyuCZ: Big place with all kinds of sortiment, most articles are displayed and there is always someone willing to help. They don't have sport electronics like HR measurements etc.

To the managers of MediaMarkt: Teach your staff that the NORMAL behaviour is to "not to ignore" your foreign customers when talking to a local person for six minutes, and instead look at them with a smile and assure them that you have seen tham and are not prefering a german speaker to a foreigner.
