Agnieszka Krol: Thank you for a year together. Ola has a lot of experience with horses, we entrusted our daughter to her without fear. The stable, horses and the whole stud are very well maintained. The only thing we missed was a little more communication, maybe setting training goals and monitoring progress, but we understand that the school is just getting started and there was no time for that yet. We will miss Buckow.

A Kak: Over the years I have had the opportunity to ride in various schools, but in none of them I have made such rapid and significant progress as here. The stable is beautiful and clean. The horses are well-groomed and relaxed. The main rule: the horse comes first.

Alistair Hart: Reitschule Klein is ok as a riding school, but I don’t like them as a business. 1) They only accept cash payments 2) They don’t give receipts 3) Many of the people around the stables are VERY grumpy. 4) They only do long contracts with long cancellation periods. As children are very changeable in whether they want to continue with a hobby, that leaves you paying many hundreds of Euros for a place that isn’t used and that they could easily immediately fill (it took us long enough to get to place in the first place) So, it’s 140€/month for a 40 minute group lesson each week. Since our daughter stopped riding with them, we’ve had to pay 700€ !! If that’s not 1 star worthy, I don’t know what is.
Response: Good day, It's a pity that you write a negative review after we unfortunately had to remind you several times about open posts. When you signed our contract for your daughter, the notice period of 2 months was known and is mentioned in the terms and conditions. We think this is a completely normal deadline and you will certainly find it in other contracts in sports clubs or riding schools. It is correct that the monthly contribution is always paid in cash in the first riding lesson of the month. However, our on-site riding instructors are happy to issue receipts at any time. We always have plenty of receipt pads on site just in case anyone wants one. Unfortunately, the fact that our riding lesson lasts 40 minutes is also not true. Our riding lessons are 45 minutes long. With the contract you have your fixed riding arena once a week for 45 minutes plus preparation or follow-up of the horses and ponies in the stable. If I were in your place, I would also be annoyed about paying a lot of money for months for a hobby that your daughter didn't really take advantage of. Riding as a hobby is an expensive sport. This is not a question. Every week our ponies were ready for their daughter to start on Saturday. Unfortunately, it's not our fault that they keep canceling. Thomas Erhardts: (VIDEO SHOOTING riding school small) We have had a consistently positive experience at the Klein riding school. Lea was totally helpful from start to finish, reliable but also flexible and accompanied our video shoot. We found Lea and all other employees to be very nice, open-minded and competent. Before we started shooting, we took riding lessons with one of the models. Lea gave the model security and made sure that everyone felt comfortable. The equestrian facility offers a beautiful and varied backdrop. It is so close to the city and yet you have the feeling of being in the country. Just perfect for us! We felt we were in good hands at all times and hope to continue working together!

Thomas Kuse: A small and fine riding school in the heart of Berlin; quiet location, directly behind the harness racing track. Our two daughters look forward to seeing the horses again every week and learning the adventure of "riding". They particularly enjoy helping out in the stable afterwards, so they get to know the horses and their personalities even better. Communication with the management works very well, someone can always be reached via WhatsApp.

WannaBe UG: Please never go here! Kids who want to have pony rides will be scared and never want to ride pony’s again! Nobody smiles, everyone is rude and unhappy. Kids are treated like machines, come, sit, go. Nobody takes care of kids feeling while the ride before the ride nor after the ride. Our daughter almost fell down from the pony cos the seats are very bad but even this was considered as our mistake. Nobody said hello thank you or see you later nobody asked how your child is feeling nobody tried to help kids to like and feel comfortable during the rides. We drive two hours with 4 kids and due to their ride behavior all of my kids did not want to have the ride. All kids started crying... thanks a lot 😡 great customer service guys! Zero competence ! Zero ! Extremely disappointed 🤬

Will never go there again and will tell of of my thousands of friends around not to bring their kids there! The word experience of my life.

annea goette: So friendly. I called them because I was looking for a new farm and I saw their site on the internet and got an appointment the very next day!! I was really happy because they actually said that they would no longer accept new riders. When I arrived at the barn, I was greeted in a friendly manner and everything was explained to me. When I had questions, I was helped immediately. I really have to say that almost everyone on the farm is extremely personable and helpful. Even the little kids. After a department ride, I was assigned to the advanced riders. I had a few difficulties there at first, but the riding instructors and the children encouraged me with very kind words. I continue to ride there and even managed to take my sister with me and get her excited about riding again. I am very much looking forward to the further things that I will learn there. One last thing, the price at 28€ for 1 hour is such a fair one!! My last farms near Berlin asked for 35€ for 45 minutes.
Kathleen Kuminowski: Super symptomatic horse farm. So far we have taken part in the pony tour for our horse girl several times and the large guided tour around the paddock is the most unique thing around Lichtenberg/Hohenschönhausen. Great. A backdrop almost like in the village ⭐️🌟💫⭐️🐎🐴🐎🐴

Jeffrey Beardsley: My daughter has been training here for the last three years...both jumping and dressage. While there are few English speaking instructors...the overall experience has been excellent. I especially love the restaurant overlooking the training area...makes watching the lessons even more enjoyable.

Jeannine Kaehl: The restaurant with its terrace is very nice, has humane prices for delicious cakes and fries. Due burgers from the neighbors also make a great statement! A very friendly and courteous couple runs the Casino "Capriole" with love and commitment and extreme hospitality!!!
Simone Sturm: As a returnee, I know the club from the 90s/2000s and am happy that a lot has improved a lot. Attention is paid to the well-being of the school horses/ponies (large boxes, daily in the paddock in the herd association). You have enough time to familiarize yourself with the horse before the lesson (clean and saddle yourself). The riding instructors pay attention to safety, which I find very important, and provide individual support. Everyone has a different focus - so everyone can find "their" riding instructor. The cohesion and the willingness to help in the stable are great. Communication with the office is very good via email. The telephone availability is not so good - but you always get an e-mail answer to your AB message. Overall, everything has always worked out for me - you just have to check your e-mail inbox regularly.
Matthias Busche: My daughter rides in the riding club Onkel-Toms-Hütte and is very happy there. She loves each of the numerous ponies as does her riding instructor. The staff are sometimes gruff but all very warm and always willing to help. I accompany them from time to time and always have a good time on the grounds of the riding club. My daughter would love to spend every day there. So if you are looking for a riding club in Berlin that is easy to reach, whose members are friendly and offers a large selection of school horses, I can only recommend the OTH riding club.
Nina Lange: Super cute ponies and big horses. Also great riding instructors. The school horse riders always help each other. Generally great atmosphere, even if the paddocks could be a bit bigger.

Melanie Schreiber: This riding school is the best thing that could have happened to me and my daughter. We work here with a lot of patience and friendliness. The farm is a dream for every horse and horse lover. The focus here is on species-appropriate husbandry in the oven stable and learning to ride. I love this farm, the horses and am grateful to Stacy for this paradise and for learning how to ride.
Andi W.: The riding instructor has patience with the children. The horses are well cared for and well trained. If you plan to work together for a longer period of time, it makes sense to get opinions from neighboring riding stables. It is better to leave cars on the gravel road, as the last 200m of dirt road are tough and when it is wet they are a challenge that cannot actually be mastered without all-wheel drive.

You yourself are always friendly and are very patient and calm with your students. We also find the natural environment - especially for your horses - very appealing. You can tell that you do it with a lot of love and dedication - you have committed yourself and your animals and students. Your accessibility to make appointments is also positive, which is understandable and normal, especially in a family business. Just keep doing it.

Scientific consulting: Extremely disappointed by this Verein. They do not foster further development of the children. Apparently your child gets placed on a waiting list and is told it is the next person to come in a group, and other kids get promoted. Upon questioning, there are "several of the same waiting lists". Talk about highly unprofessional. I used to recommend this place to others but not anymore.

eall45: Well .. a plus for the location, otherwise not recommended: - The school ponies are held on relatively small paddocks - no grazing possible - totally dull in the mouth - there are always several ponies in the clinic, from eye inflammation to laminitis everything is there - extremely old ponies, some even over 30 years old, are in school mode - Not infrequently the school ponies run up to three times a day, in my opinion too much - Almost all horses / ponies have saddle pressure or bucking and now for riding lessons ... - Beginners are taught in large groups - The correct aids are not taught properly - certain things are explained too early and wrongly to the children (for example the easy seat) - almost every riding lesson goes through a pony

Carmen de paz: Worst experience in a riding club in my life, and I have done this for years all over the world. A complete mess. Rude and absolutely disrespectful instructors, beyond words. If you are a foreigner, especially, avoid this place. After less than half a year I had to cancel my membership - which they were quick to offer when it came to paying. It is sad that a place and horses like that are in the hands of these people. They do not deserve them...

Diethard Winter: Very pleasant, child-friendly atmosphere. The arrival ritual with feeding the goats is both inviting and relaxing for the kids. The ponies are calm and balanced animals. The older girls are nice and helpful and are lovingly instructed by the boss. Since the price is also okay, we like to come back here with our granddaughter Leni,

Stephanie Musiol: Highly Recommended! We have been looking for a horse farm for a long time where our daughter, who is only 6 years old, can learn to ride. Here it is possible. Our daughter loves the ponies and the super nice riding instructors, who make the lessons and handling very child-friendly. The facility is very clean and well maintained; the atmosphere very relaxed and informal. Children feel at home here. Keep it up!!!

Ricarda Berndt: We went to the leading pony ride for the first time today. I felt like family, welcomed right away. Which also gave my daughter a lot of confidence. Great well maintained BEAUTIFUL horses and ponies. Super nice young girls who explained a lot to us and the riding instructor also provided me with answers to all my questions. My daughter will learn horseback riding and everything that goes with it there with full confidence. 5 star plus.
