Sherif: Great facilities and warm welcome by staff. However Consultation cost 30€ and was done in literally 2mins, where the Dr didn’t bother to get up from their chair to examine me or answer any of my concerns regarding treatment thoroughly. Was promised when booking to receive a Laser Testschuss which didn’t happen. Felt robbed.
Olga Al: A great place, really, I am glad I found it. Got botox injection against bruxismus and threads by Dr. Bawadekji, I am happy with the results. Also nice English-speaking staff, it was a very good experience overall.

Aisha Yasmine: I went for nasolabial fillers with Dr Yary. My nasolabial lines are asymmetrical. One side is a lot more pronounced than the other. Regardless Dr Yary put almost whole the syringe on the side which has a barely line. Upon complain he didnt want to admit it nor take responsibility for it. I feel like the doctors are incompetent and price is not reasonable for a place like this.

Very professional and hygienic, the advice was detailed and I felt very comfortable during the treatment. The result turned out to be very good, as expected. Recommend and will be back. In Berlin the place for such treatments!

Vanessa Wachtmeister: The booking process needs a desperate review. I have been trying to come in for several months now. During my first appointment, I came in and took time off work only to be told that it was too early to receive Botox from my last injection (something I feel like should have been asked prior to my arrival). Now my appointment has been canceled and rebooked 3 times only for them to cancel my appointment the morning of. I’m leaving the country now for 3 weeks and now I won’t be able to get this done. I am in pain from clenching my jaw constantly and I really needed this treatment to feel more comfortable.
Alina Haravska: Really good treatment, have been already to Charlottenburg m1 8 times, and always was very content.
Nofar Lev: Did Botox between my eyebrows and the effect was completely gone after two months! I did 3 times Botox (not in M1) in this area before and the effect was gone after 6 months. It might look cheap at first but you must do it more frequent with M1 - which doesn’t make sense. After talking with few other plastic surgeons about it they told me there are two options : non professional doctors or they mix the product. Will never come back there and will never recommend!

July: I am very happy with M1 Beauty Mitte. Incredibly friendly and courteous staff (doctors and receptionists), felt super comfortable there. Easy to make an appointment and luckily you get a reminder a few days before which it is a really nice touch. The consultations were helpful and the results were what I wanted :)

Mimi Gray: This is my third time at this fantastic clinic, I had my cheeks filled for the first time with the wonderful Dr Rodriguez, she was so gentle and reassuring and the results are super. Lucie: Critical: ValueI was there for whiting teeth. It costs 99 euros and at the end you can’t see a difference or just a few. For this result, you can use a whiting kit at home as I do. So It’s better to go to a dentist for this if you want an efficient result.

Yana Pavlova: Words cannot describe my experience and gratitude to Dr. Sinis for my very first plastic survey. I have been researching for a few months the best place for eyelids lift, blepharoplasty, before coming across Prof. Sinis. It was my strong intention to get more tight and fresh looking eyelids. Since this was my very first surgery I was very cautious and definitely scared, therefore needed to feel I can trust the specialists. From the very begging the communication was smooth and I felt this can be the right place for my surgery. I received detailed explanation of what can expect and quickly planned my consultation. I’ve traveled all the way from the Netherlands and definitely do not regret! During the consultation, Dr. Sinis carefully examined my eyelids and clearly showed me what results I can expect. He also explained the process, recovery time and changes that will occur. His calm approach gave me the reassurance I needed. At the day if the surgery I was nervous but Prof. Sinis and his team made sure I feel as calm and possible and that I have everything needed for my comfort. Everything went smooth and with a few hours it was over. After a week I was able to see the results and was … better than I imagined. Prof. Sinis conduced the post operation check and gave me additional advice on how to recover quickly. Now 1 months after the blepharoplasty, I am in LOVE with my eyes.

Beatrice Laurence: I had breast reduction surgery with Dr. Bodo 1 year ago. I am so happy with the results so far. My breasts were large and pendulus after nursing two children and gaining and losing weight. I went from a E to a C and my breasts were lifted significantly. I feel so much more comfortable now than before. The healing process went smoothly and my scars are so minimal. Dr. Bodo an her team are doing a great job.

Ron Ashraf: It is a nightmare to setup an appointment. This can only happen in Germany. You cannot call to setup an appointment. You have to send e-mails back and forth for days to setup an appointment. When you call you are faced with extremely unfriendly woman. In other countries the lady on the phone will be fired on the spot but she can get away with being rude to the customers who are paying a lot of money. Avoid this doctor.

This is especially true in times of Corona, when many administrative clinic employees are in the home office. We explained this to you in a friendly manner on the phone and offered you two appointments by email. But I do not tolerate disrespectful or misogynistic comments at my team at any time. Anyone who behaves like this cannot expect to be welcomed.
Andreia Melo: First you sent two emails and you never heard anything back from them. (They mention in their website you can contact them by email) Second you call them, they ask you to hold on a bit, no problem, then they say they will call you back... you waited for an hour and nothing. Until now nothing! Communication is the first and most important thing in my opinion... apparently they aren’t great on that! (And yes I’ve the email and call in my phone records) Update: I spoke with someone on the phone who ask me to hold on, after a while they told me they would call me back and turned of the phone. Nobody said a word about the need of having a consultation, either in good or less good English. I never got any call from tour clinic. This is insane and I wouldn’t expect such a thing. Instead of apologising they make up some story. I really appreciated your way of dealing with people who shows interest in having a consultation (reason why I was also calling).

My employee explained this to you on the phone and offered you to make an appointment. Not everyone on my team speaks English as well as you, and this may result in misunderstandings. We constantly work on improving our performance but mistakes may happen and we have to ask for indulgence. The fact that you rate me and my team negative without ever getting to know me personally shows that you are not meeting your own high standards for respectful and polite communication.
A. R.: All round great experience. The practice is beautiful, the team is very nice and attentive and Dr Bodo takes a lot of time for the patients and lists all possible ways to leave the practice 100% satisfied. For me, the most competent and cordial doctor in Berlin!

Sabrina Hoppe: In December I had an operation performed by Dr. Yary was carried out. Both the preliminary discussions and the stay in the clinic and the follow-up care in the weeks after the operation were great. I felt in good hands at all times! All employees are very nice and attentive. dr Yary always took a lot of time for me and answered all questions well and patiently!

It’s been 4 days since then, two of them - working days, and there’s no sign of order being sent. Or is it because you’re packing 200€ worth packs for July 1st? Come on, it’s delivery from Berlin to Berlin. I got vitamins ordered from USA in 1 (ONE) work day.

Barbara Hodor: I have tried out the whole Klarskin product line and I can recommend it from the bottom of my heart. My personal favourite is the Radiance Powder which really made my skin glow from the inside out and gave a good start of the day with all the quality ingredients that it has. The Serum is a must every time when I feel like my skin is even slightly dehydrated, one or two drop makes my whole face feel like silk. Lastly the Reforming Liquid was a good alternative for my daily routine whenever I traveled and didn’t wanted to take the powder with me, so instead having to mix that I just drank a shot of the RL.

Manuel: I have been undergoing dermatological treatment for a long time and was now looking for a new dermatologist. Unfortunately, my request was rejected by Dr. Schröder was not taken seriously at all and the examination was accordingly superficial, so that I now feel even more insecure than before. If there is something that is important to me in a doctor, it is that I am taken seriously and that I get a good examination. Bottom line, I waited two months for an appointment only to be dispatched in 3 minutes.
