Delhi 6 Restaurant - Berlin: what do users think?

Syed Hamid Akbar: I was sick and looking for a place to go and eat something good . So found that place. Food was very tasty 😋. They even put less oil as per our request. Atmosphere is hood and space is amazing. Definitely recommend.Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Naan, Dhal …More

Hannes: Great Indian restaurant - while they offer some of the more European-Indian classics, you will also find some Indian specialties on the menu that taste delicious. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the clean, spacious, and nicely decorated outside seating. Service was warm and friendly. Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian and vegan options Kid-friendliness: Kid seating available, while there is no kids menu, we did not have a hard time finding many items from the main menu for our (sometimes picky) kids
Response: Thank you very much for the great feedback! We are very happy about it and hope to see you again soon! Your Delhi 6 Team

Ruchir Naphade: Awesome food and ambiance! So far the best Indian restaurant I’ve visited. Super friendly staff! Also the best thing is place is open till 11:30 and you can order till 11:30 so there is no need to think about kitchen closing time.
Response: Thank you very much for your great feedback! We are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us! See you next time! Your Delhi 6 Team

Manesh Modi: Had lunch here after a long day doing Berlin walking tour. Warm ambient with Indian decor. The cocktail names had an Indian twist. The food was good and service was prompt. Prices were reasonable. We did indulge in the Gulab Jamun with Ice Cream and nuts and it was worth it.
Response: We hope you enjoyed it and we may welcome you again soon! Your Delhi 6 Team

Aishwarya Murali: Love the ambience, the food is incredible. Probably one of the best Indian food I’ve had in Germany. Hospitality there is amazing and I shouldn’t forget to acknowledge the fact that their music playlist is cherry on top! Would love to go there again! ♥️
Response: Thanks 🙏🏽 Your Delhi6 Team

Kartik Agrawal: It was a very good restaurant! The food was delicious (we took veg food). The only problem which occurred me and made me give it 4 starts because if you order a water bottle the cost of it is €5.40!

Adnan inayat: After reading all the reviews I was pretty convinced that this is the best Indian restaurant every existed in Berlin but I was expecting too much. We first ordered chicken tikka and lassi in starter which was extremely sugary and had no taste except sugar. Chicken tikka was so far off from the authentic food were used to have that we were shocked. Even making this home is extremely easy and you can’t mess the basic stuff. After starter it took them total 38 mins to serve us our main course which kept disappointing us. Butter chicken had no butter and the chicken was just not made in a tandoor which is traditional way of cooking butter chicken but it was more of a tomato gravy with some chicken. We ended up spending €85 for 3 person and we felt like that our money was stolen from us. This place is selling German food disguised as Indian food. Please don’t fall for fake reviews and don’t try this restaurant

Vinay Gangwar: Warmly welcome by staff which are most of indians. Nice ambience with indoor and outdoor sitting options. Ordered one veg thali and chola bhatura thali. Only rice was not cooked properly except that every items is good in taste.Food: 4/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Response: Thank you very much for your feedback! We are really happy about it and hope you will visit us again soon! Your Delhi 6 Team

Shashi Yadav: Friendly staff. They received us very well. We ordered different kinds of dishes veg and non veg. Rotis and bhature was ok. Unfortunately they dont serve dry tandoori items. Meat was not cooked properly, but they changed it immedietly when we asked them. Veg dishes also tasted decent they prepared as we requested.

line guldborg: Very tasteful and delicious food. I would recommend this absolutely fantastic indian restaurant to anyone who visits Berlin. I had one of the vegetarian dishes and it was really tasty and well spiced. I would go there again :) Also very good service and plenty of food.
Response: Thank you very much for your great feedback! We are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us! Your Delhi 6 Team

Vedis Indisches Restaurant: what do users think?

Angelica: The food was delicious. There are several vegan and vegetarian options, not just the classic ones. They also offer pappadums with three different sauces (one of which is vegan). The staff was really nice, one guy noticed that our table was wobbling and fixed it without us asking.

Diksha Gaur: Flavourless dishes soaked in fat. Along with undercooked bread. I have been ordering and dining at this restaurant for a while now. But today the food quality was purely disappointing. I ordered kadai paneer and chicken lababdar along with tandoori methi paranthas. Both the dishes had exact same base gravy with too much oil and absolutely zero taste and flavour. After having their food so many times I know what their methi parantha is, but today they sent naan with sprinkled methi. And that was undercooked which just doesn’t taste plain but is also unsafe to eat. Inconsistent food a lot of times. Hope they get back to what they used to be.

Bhavik Dhall: Great food. Very nice service. Would definitely recommend :)We tried dal makhani, tandoori roti, samosas, and gulab jamun. Loved them!

Rahil Pednekar: Surprisingly we haven’t heard about this lovely gem. One of the best ambiences in a restaurant I could find in Berlin. ❤️ The cocktails were amazing, the food was just INDIAN and there was nothing to complain about! Seriously, would definitely visit again soon! Keep up the good work!🥂

Dan: Arrived without a booking with a large group (16) and they were able to accommodate us (on a Tuesday evening). The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food is okay, and the portions are large enough, but certainly not the best curry in the area by a long way. The prices are a little high for the offering, but not exorbitant. Good selection of vegetarian options (essentially the same as non-vegetarian options, just with a veggie alternative to the meat e.g. paneer) Vegetarian options: Great selection of vegetarian options (essentially the same as non-vegetarian options, just with a veggie alternative to the meat e.g. paneer)

Mariano De los Rios: This was an amazing place to eat at. The taste was fully delicious, the set up of the restaurant is really nice as well. People working here are super helpful so in customer service I would say they are amazing. I have shared some pictures here and you can see how good they look, starting from the naan which was huge and had An amazing taste and then the butter chicken as well. The quantity served was super good and barely finished because I was satisfied almost before finishing. I got impressed by how nice their bathroom is so sharing a picture of it might help understanding how good they are with this personal touches from India.

Parm Bindra: The place inside is super cool and in summer is nice to be outside.

MARIA MODELLO: Amazing experience! I booked a table on Wednesday night to celebrate my boyfriend birthday, it was a surprise and he loved it! TOP Food, service, atmosphere and especially the kindness from the entire staff! The main manager pampered us with his attention and advice on the menu We ordered a main course for 2 people and had some drinks (see the Martini in the picture 😍) The food was very tasty and particular, it’s not like other Indian restaurants in town. I totally recommend to try and get a bit spoiled with a fancy gourmet restaurant, the price is just 😉

Muqsit Pirzada: Amazing and authentic Indian food with the occasional twist in a few dishes such as the kaju katli Raspberry parfait. A regular here and looking forward to each new menu of chef Manish with bated breath

alka parmar: Omg the food was so good, it’s a fine dine restaurant with really (REALLY) authentic Indian food. Totally worth the price. And location is also very convenient, it’s walking distance from Brandenburg gate.

Mrinal Puri: A feast to remember! The service was top notch, right from receiving at reception to ending the meal, you will made to feel royalty. The ambience is worthy of a high end restaurant with equally matching cutlery. The drinks were fancy and tasty. The chole kulche were yum, though could do with a bigger serving of kulcha. The mutton in roti was good as well. The chicken curry could have been better, while the roti basket was a good choice. Recommended for a pricy and fancy date night in Berlin.

Pradeep Baradur: Authentic Indian taste. Enjoyed the food. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Must visit.

monika gupta: Amazing food quality.. Best combination of Indian spices.. Starters were just melting in mouth.. I recommend pink pearl for non alcoholic drinks..Giving one star less just purely because soya chaap in Main course was a bit chewy but overall wonderful experience.

Naama Sunshine: Best indian I had!The butter chicken and the Panir dishes were the best! Our waiter was so nice and had great advices! We enjoyed so much!

A V: Upscale Indian restaurant with very good food and service. Serving up high quality, classic Indian dishes. You won’t be disappointed here if you are looking for a delicate Indian food experience, but at the same time also don’t expect to be blown away. The cuisine is sticking to an Indian culinary experience that is tried and tested, which may surprise some for the restaurants positioning in the upper price echelons.

Sandeep Gupta (sandyish): All that you need! Good location, good ambience, good service and most importantly good food! A must visit Indian restaurant in Berlin! Michelin Guide mention is totally justified!

Giselle: Amazing experience! I went a couple of times during my stay in Berlin due to work and the food was incredible.

Yuval Ginzberg: Quiet place with great relaxed atmosphere.Dishes are in medium sizes and with perfect flavors. Prices are reasonable and for sure who likes Indian dishes will enjoy.
Response: thank you, sir and good luck best regards and namaste

ALI Junas: I spent my last hours in Berlin in this restaurant and it was such an amazing place to end a trip. Friendly staff. Very delicious meal in good portions and very fair price. The whole table in the picture costed me 17 euros and 4 euro out of it was only for coke. So you get a meal which is really more than enough with great taste in a very good looking and chill place for only 13 euros.

Jaco Knetemann: For the food I give a 5 star rating but for the service a 2. The food is very good and is also served quickly, prices are also good. The service is not really good, they let you wait a long time before responding to you.

Aneta Ziolkowska (Kelpii): Probably the most welcoming and charming service that I have ever experienced in Berlin. Visiting this restaurant makes you feel welcome and not just an object of revenue. We had fun and laughed a lot. The restaurant is a family business and Banty treats you like a good friend. The food was so far the best Indian food in the city and the atmosphere made me feel relaxed and joyful. Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options Dietary restrictions: All ingredients such as gluten are marked in the menu and the service is knowledgeable about all the ingredients in each meal

Anandah Sutton: So good! Visited back in June and still remember how delicious it all was. I believe we ordered the samplers which is a great way to test out a few of the many things on the menu. The puffy bread was awesome. Loved everything and definitely recommend.
Response: thank you , best regards , namaste team

Tirupati Chauhan: I am very happy to write this about my recent visit to Namaste Restaurant ♥️ More than anything I witnessed such a warm welcome and hospitality at the restaurant. Mr. Banty was very attentive and presentable. He is truly an asset to the restaurant. I will come back here with my friend to experience more wonderful hosted dinning 😊 The staff speaks fluent Hindi and I felt very conference eating there. All the best to the Namaste Restaurant and Team♥️😇

Yassaman Zahiri: It is definitely the best indian restaurant in Berlin, it really has the taste. A very pleasant atmosphere with nice relaxing indian music, best service ever offered by Banty, his food suggestions and the most delicious food ever. We are super satisfied with our order which was Chicken Pakora as a starter, Lamb Roganjosh and Lamm Tikka as our main courses and of course Mango Lassi as a drink. Sincere thanks to the family who run the restaurant!

Indian Village Berlin central: what do users think?

Fernando Sarael: Excellent and friendly service. Nice and cozy interiors. The food is OK - I think they toned down the Indian flavors and spices to appeal to the German palate. Ordered the Tandoori Chicken and the serving is very generous -- one order is 4 juicy cuts of tender chicken! One order is big enough for two people. This place offers value for money, huge serving size for the price.
Response: Dear coustmer, Thank you very much for visiting us.we hope you enjoy your visit in our restaurant and welcome’s you next time. Thanks a lot. Your Indian village team

Brian Morenze: Very good atmosphere. Authentic Indian taste and good service. Both indoor and outdoor seating with accessible bathrooms Good portions at reasonable prices
Response: Dear coustmer, Thank you very much for your feedback.we hope you see again in our restaurant. Your Indian village team

M Hussein: 3/5 Overall Experience 😇 4/5 Garlic Bread 👌🏻 3/5 Mango Lassi 👍🏻 3/5 Service 👍🏻 2/5 Basmati Rice 👎🏻 2/5 Chicken Jhalfrezi (Spicy) - It sounds more like a mix vegetable with 2-4 pieces of chicken 👎🏻 A cosy (touristic) Indian restaurant next to Alexanderplatz who offers variety of Indian dishes alongside drinks.

Foodie Kismat: The food is much better than some of the other Indian restaurants in Berlin. Woud totally recommend Kadhai Paneer as it was really tasty. Also, we tried Bhatura which was very soft and thin so I can recommend that too. Staff is very friendly too! 🤘🏼 4 stars because we didnt like the Dal Makhni (it is not typical Indian Dal Makhni if you are expecting that) and the Indian Tea. Would be a must visit place if they can work on these 2 things :)
Response: Dear guests, Thank you for the feedback and your visit to our restaurant. We look forward to welcoming you again. Your Indian Village team

shruthi shankar: The best Tandoori chicken i had in Berlin in my 4yrs of stay here... The staffs were very friendly and the service was really good.... 😊 Me and my girls had a great time dining in this restaurant... Definitely go back just to have this Tandoori chicken..... Of course Chai was a disappointment like any other restaurants 😅😅 but food was. Delicious... Giving 4* just cos Chai was bad... Else the restaurant deserves 5*s,...

리사 가야금Lisa Gayageum: I ate lunch menu. It‘s really good and reasonable price. The soup is sweety. I ordered chicken menu and it’s pretty soft. I love it. The staffs are friendly. I would like to visit there again and again.

Hossein Sepehri Shamloo: Amazing food, super fresh and tender, with a high quality. A bit pricy but with such good meal no problem at all. Super friendly and kind staffs, highly recommended.
Response: Dear guests, Thank you for visiting our restaurant. We look forward to welcoming you again. Your Indian Village team

Ajay Kumar: It was an excellent experience and a beautiful restaurant. We were thrilled to order almost every dish on the menu and they all turned out to be super delicious. There was a wide range of drinks and food to choose from, particularly good cocktails. I would like to specifically thank the waiters, who were very friendly and always responded to our requests, even though the restaurant was quite busy with guests. I would highly recommend and would myself look forward to visiting and dining here again soon.

Claudia Wagner: The food was excellent! Original with a home cooked feeling! The people are genuinely friendly and the prices are value for money! Honestly one of the best experiences I had in a restaurant internationally!

Bellatrix Lestrange: I still cannot believe I could eat authentic Hyderabadi DUM biryani in Germany, actually anywhere in Europe. Not the bland excuse of an biryani with raisins and almond slivers ,but the real thing with loads of ghee, real Desi flavours, masala and succulent, juicy tasty meat. It is priced a bit steep ( €19,90 ) at least on delivery platforms, but trust me it is worth every penny. Please never stop making this or compromising on the indian-ness of your biryani.

Christian Heinrich: Very good, freshly prepared food. Portions are just right and do not overwhelm or imply mass production. Lentil soup tops even the excellent garlic soup. Bhatura is crispy, still not too fatty. The mutton cashew curry is super creamy and the palak paneer takes the cake with wonderful seasoning.

Marco Druzetich: One of the most incredible and tasty Indian meals I’ve had in my life. Better than anything in Europe or the states. The butter chicken was fragrant, flavorful and the chicken was tender and cooked perfectly. Incredibly friendly service and great value. Would highly recommend.

Darshan Gohel: The welcome by the restaurant owner was very warm and friendly. The services were prompt and the quality of food is better than any Indian restaurant in Berlin we have tasted so far. The place is kids friendly and the staff took care the kids requirements very well. The prices are reasonable and quality is sufficient. Overall we have a home like experience in the resturant. Must visit.

Imer Itez: Nice atmosphere. I liked the lighting and the 3 gods on the wall. Service was great, chef garson is really friendly and makes the experience better. I think service makes a big portion of eating out and he provides that w his attention. Food is amazing. Sauce is really nicely done and you can ask for more rice. The combination made me eat like half a kg rice:) Overall I am really happy and will deffinetly go here again.

Peter Stadin: Great Indian 🇮🇳 restaurant with decent prices and servings that would be sufficient for most. Delicately spiced dishes and friendly and helpful staff who speak excellent English. A place I tend to return to when in Berlin. As a snack while waiting for your food you will be served papadams with three delicious sauces. Be aware, the green sauce is spicy enough to knock down a horse! 🤣

Kyrylo Sledz: Great place for fast lunch. The quality of the food is really good, additionally, the portions are huge for a very reasonable price. There is a lot of places, so you can always get a spot during business lunch. The staff is usually nice and responds fast.
Response: Thank you very much. We expect you at the next business dinner Your AMRIT team❤️

YCryus: It is so so good! Very spacious good for bigger group, food is so flavorful and nice portion, highly recommended. Would come back again
Response: Thank you for your review. Our portions will definitely fill you up, that's true. Your AMRIT team❤️

Kunal Kushwaha: The dishes have the taste of original Indian Punjabi food. I really enjoyed and loved the food. The staff was also helpful and friendly. The atmosphere and the cleanliness adds more stars to them.Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Tandoori, Chicken Curry …More

Franco Pecchio: Open till late, offers cocktails and Indian food, many vegetarian options. Service quick, helpful, gentle. Atmosphere modern, with soft light and a green wall among the tables two light columns, modern music a bit too loud for my taste. We had vegetarian dishes, the dhal was very spicy, the others were normal. Paid with card and the waiter insisted for tip. Recommended to those not in search for cozy restaurant because, in the end, this is a chain well managed that offers a standard pleasant experience of Indian food (not mixed with local offers).
Response: Hello Franco, thank you for your time and detailed review. We always love to hear our guests impressions. Looking forward to seeing you soon. Your AMRIT-Team♥️

Alex Wesson: Huge space with good vibes for late night dining experience! The food can be made Spicy as well and has a great amount of heat!

Jos Poortvliet: Excellent food. Ask for recommendations and don’t take what everybody does ;-) Also, share. Just pick one dish per person and share. Don’t be so German, it’s an Indian restaurant and if you let yourself you can get a pretty good Indian food experience. But to get that: share dishes and don’t pick meat. Go for the vegetarian stuff. The meat is good - but you’ve had that before ;-)

Sandesh Man singh Basnet: I really liked the ambience of restaurant and staff we’re really friendly. I ordered chicken madras and rice with mango lassi . The food came on time and tasted really good . It was authentic Indian dish. In desert i ordered mango tango which was really tasty . I high recommend Khusi for hygienic and authentic Indian restaurant.

Miskuu: If you love spices and color on your plate, then I must recommend you to go visit this place.... The food is extremely exquisite, take it from a foodie who never compromises for taste and quality. And the host was a charming delight making sure the customers have a lovely time...

Purak Ahmadpanah: This review is based on take away service. Service: Based on limited contact with staff, everybody seemed very helpful and polite. Preparation: Food was prepared in less time than was estimated when order was placed. It was impressive how quickly everything was made considering the restaurant was half full at point of pickup. Food: the chicken soup was absolutely delicious. The other dishes were also pretty decent. I think the prices are a little high for quantity and quality, however I think if dining in, that would be justifiable with the added ambiance and service. I think Tandoori should always be enjoyed in restaurant because it is best served sizzling hot, however it was still tasty. A small note to the management, one of the dishes we ordered had raisins in it, which was not written in the description. It may be good to add it. Also the website suggests that PayPal payments can be made, which is not an option at point of payment when placing an order. All in all, a positive and enjoyable meal. Next time we will dine in the restaurant for the full experience.

Erika Rosen: My favourite Indian restaurant in the area. Tasty food and I love that it’s big enough for you to be able to get a table even if you drop in unannounced. Great Palek Panir. Be careful of the green sauce they serve before the meal. It’s VERY spicy.

Chris: Chicken Tikka was really good and tasty.Lots of place outside and inside. The service is really friendly. One of the best Indian restaurants in Berlin 😀

KOTO: Used to love this place and ate a min of 2 times a week pre pandemic so it was really a disappointing experience when I finally got to go back again.. I ordered a yogi tea and lamb vindaloo which went for 18.40 euro huge price jump due to inflation - The waiters were not very attentive. Had to get up and get the honey for the Yogi tea and they did not provide any sauces when the lamb dish arrived.

erik ahlström: DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY WITH WOLT!!! My naan was missing and the food arrived cold. Chicken tikka masala was alright but I can make a better one myself with Jamie Oliver’s easy recipe

sohaib bodla: The food is tasty but the place is over priced, the portions are also not generous. The service is quick and people who manage and serve are very friendly. The walls are very nicely decorated with needlework on the cloth. I liked their mango chicken curry.

We especially enjoyed the special bar drinks like,Cocktails wow, wine great and lovely selection of beers. Love this place and will continue to visit.[HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ANAND – Indisches Spezialitätenrestaurant.
Response: Good day, Thank you for your positive review. Kind regards Your Anand team

Pallavi Mitra: They offer very good sunday buffet through out the day. You will get plenty of options from starter to dessert.

Anto K Sebastian: Friendly staff. I think it’s a favorite restaurant for the locals. Hence, to make a reservation would be wise. We were fed well and reasonably charged. Great hosts. Child friendly. Not far away from Friedrichstraße Station. Butter chicken- recommended.
Response: Good day, Thank you for your visit and thank you for your positive rating. Kind regards Your Anand team

Adnan Shahriar: We ordered Samosas, Papdi Chat, Pani Puri, Chole with Aloo Paratha and Vegetable Biriyani. The appetizers, or the samosas, papdi chat and Pani puri were great. The papdi chat was awesome. The samosas were really good. The pani puri was adequately falvoured and crispy. But I did not like the main dishes that much. They were okay, not too bad but not so tasty as to compensate the money that had to be spent. The taste was average. The people there were really nice and friendly and cordial. The place was decorated really beautifully and the music was good.

Hari shankar Giri: Amazing restaurant. The food was delicious and the staff like Abhishek, Komal are very polite and friendly. Hope to eat again very soon!!

Preetam Kabade: Highly recommended for authentic Indian food.Taste is excellent and staff is very friendly.
Response: Thank you for your positive rating 🙏🏼

Mohammed Rafsan Hussain: Indian restaurant. They also offer buffet. We ordered Chicken biryani, Dosa, Chule Bhatura, Cola and Mango Lassi. Chicken biryani was delicious but quantity was small with respect to the price. Dosa and Chule Bhatura were delicious and spicy. We loved those. Unfortunately we are not happy with Mango Lassi. I tried Mango Lassi in several Indian restaurant but it was not good enough like what I had earlier. People were cooperative. Though due to busyness we have to wait for a long time having the bill.

Kapil Bali: A good range of indian food one can choose from the menu. Timely served, nice food and the waitress who served was courteous.
Response: Thank you for your positive rating 🙏🏼

Teresa Geimer: Four of us loved this restaurant! We only had five dinners in Berlin with great restaurants all around. This was the only one we went to twice. It was that good. A huge menu of food and drinks. And the best menu I ever saw for telling you what is vegan, vegetarian, has wheat, nuts etc. Wonderful people too!

Naeem Sulehri: Nice desi food. I think it was the best spicy and desi food i have eaten so far in Germany. It gives almost closer to desi taste. Mango-shake and tea was also very good. Gulab jaman were not very tasty but fresh. Garlic naan is more like a pakistani bread it’s not like a naan but tasty. Lumb meat was tasty but In chicken i didn’t find that desi taste.
Response: Thank you for your wonderful review! We are glad that you enjoyed our food so much. Feedback from our guests is very important to us. Your AMRIT team❤️

Asif Ali: Had a wounder full experience at Amrit Restaurant… it’s a Punjabi restaurant, Halal food as per their restaurant manager he is a Turkish … very good person Food was tasty and good. Dry items like tikka were good to try. They have Thali, Masala tea as well + juices drinks. Staffs were friendly and taking good care of the guests… they have indoor and outdoor dine-in as well It’s a good experience there.

Cocktails are amazing and there are many options for vegan, vegetarians and even gluten free. Love the place, would definitely recommend!

Ruth Kling: 10 stars from us!We had dinner here for the second time in just a few days, everything is just so delicious, and the staff is very, very friendly! I wish we had this restaurant at home, in Buffalo, NY...

AMRIT - Berlin Kreuzberg: what do users think?

Anna Mel: Amazing food, awesome staff and very nice environment (a little loud but it’s still nice). My husband and I had never had Indian food and the waiters gave us some tips and we absolutely loved everything we had! We ordered the bread and they were amazing, our favorite was the garlic naan and batura! We ordered some lamb with curry sauce and duck with a creamy nut cream, both tasted amazing! Drinks were also great. The dessert we got (brownie with ice cream) is a must, very delicious! Great price for an amazing service and tasteful food!
Response: Thank you Anna for your great review. We are very happy that your first time in India was such a success. We hope that we can welcome you again soon. Your AMRIT team❤️

Nima Maloumi: The food is tasty, not totally authentic and indian spicy but one of the good ones in Berlin, the vibe is really nice, both indoor and outdoor options,Outdoor has fresh atmosphere, staffs are really friendly and well tempered,Above all the price is really reasonable.

Radmila Zas: The ambience is good, smells nice, as of the food, I didn’t like it much. The korma was a bit spicy to my taste, considering that I ate it many other Indian places it’s usually less spicy. But big portions, mango lassi was good , naan was a bit dry. It’s ok to try but price -quality is not the best. Friendly staff
Response: Hi Radmila, Thank you for your review and honest sharing. We always love to hear what our guest are saying so we can get better everyday. Your AMRIT-Team♥️

Siddharth Roychoudhury: Had food here today with my wife our order was Samosas ( perfect ) Chicken pakodas ( perfect ) Veg biryani ( perfect ) Butter chicken ( this was sweet but you can tell your server to make it spicy ) Jhinga masala ( this was made in ghee … and simply superb ) And this was all desi style like just the way we Indians like it , the spice level was perfect , gravy and all were perfect, we thoroughly enjoyed the food, our server was Aman and he was really amazing When ordering if you want it Indian style spicy just mention desi style 😉
Response: We are delighted you enjoyed your entire dining experience. Thank you very much for your wonderful and thoughtful comments. It will be our pleasure to welcome you again for another amazing meal. Your AMRIT-Team ❤️

Elisa Steinhofer: Staff was so so friendly, especially our waiter Sam, such a nice and kind man ;) The food came so quickly and was so delicious as well, can only recommend. Really loved the atmosphere even though we were seated near the kitchen so it was a bit louder than usual but we were busy eating and enjoying the food to actually notice it much. We were treated like royals. Had a really nice date, loved it. Would definitely come again! Vegetarian options: A lot of different vegetarian options, even vegan ones. Really delicious
Response: Elisa, we are very happy to hear that! Thank you very much for your excellent feedback! until Next time. Your AMRIT team❤️

Asma Boussabat: Good location with a nice outdoor seating . Friendly seevice and good dood in a generous quantity.
Response: Asma, thank you for your nice feedback. We're glad you liked it. Your AMRIT team❤️

Lotus Restaurant Berlin | Dosa in Berlin | Charlottenburg: what do users think?

Disht Advani: We are always happy to return to Lotus, our favorite Indian restaurant in Berlin. Food is delicious, staff is amazing and the whole atmosphere is nice! The quality is amazing in the restaurant. The ambinece could be better but it was fun. Looking forward to the next time :)

Anastasiia Vahina: If you wanna try typical Indian food- go to this restaurant, everything was delicious and not expensive, so this restaurant recommended to visit 😊

Mashaal Veera: Einmal Masala Dosa bitte! Top place! 55 authentic! One of the best Indian restaurants in Berlin with really good South Indian food too! You need to be here on Sunday and try out the Sunday brunch!

Pallavi Mitra: Their sunday south indian brunch plate is really good. It consists of 1 masala dosa, 2 idlis, 1 bara, 3 types of chutneys, and 1 dessert along with masala chai/filter coffee. Perfect platter!!

Rajeetharan Sanchayan: Nice atmosphere.Good hospitality.Very tasty foods.Lam was so soft and tasty.

Varun Anand P: A great alternative in Berlin for the Sarvanaa Bhavan fans. (+) located quite decently near the well-connected Charlottenburg station and Kantstraße, though one may have to walk a little. (+) food is high-quality, richer and much better than Sarvanaa Bhavan. (+) it offers a special South-Indian breakfast menu. (+) the staff is attentive. (+) nice, spacious interiors. (-) toilet/restroom is below-average. (-) seating arrangement is cramped. (-) scarcely illuminated seating ambience.

rutu mistry: New review: I am updating my review to 5 star. We ordered Punjabi cusine this time. It was yummisious. 😋😋😋 All dishes sabji, naan, dal makhni everything was just perfect and according to our need. Right spicy, right softness of planner, Right cruchiness in naan. MUST VISIT place for all Punjabi cusine lovers. Old review: I would say it was Good restaurant but not too great. Dhosa was also better than other restaurants we tried till now in Berlin. But, my suggestion would be: they must add maysor masala dhosa and other common dhosa option in menu. Brunch platter was good for south indian lovers. Platter has half malasa dhosa, 2 idli, 2 mendu wada, shiro(India sweet), and chutney/sambhar.

Trell!: Arrived here looking for somewhere to watch a world cup game and despite me being the only person to start with they were more than happy to accommodate. More people arrived later. They recommended a nice lager to try and my waiter spoke perfect english. Had chicken korma with rice and plain naan and it was delicious!Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Marylaine Dujunco: Friendly and efficient staff who served us with a smile. They give complimentary salad. Tasty meals. We got samosa (2 pcs, just forgot to take a picture before starting to eat), chicken curry, chicken tikka masala, mango lassi. Clean restrooms. Great location. We had dinner here before watching Arise. 50 euros plus tip but very full (2 pax)

Osnat Peretz Shemesh: Great Indian food. Lots of vegan options that are clearly marked on the menu. The cocktails are also wonderful

Mirjam Haasnoot: We were really ravenous and very happy with the salad starter we were offered. Good food, fast service and conveniently close to the theater. Good option for a meal before the show!

Harshit: Great tasty and they give lots of complimentary food like rice, salads etc. paneer kadhai was tasty.

Prateek Zare: Visited on a new years eve without reservation. No issues to get a table and service was really quick. Food was very authentic as well. One of the very few Indian restaurants that provide authentic taste. Garlic Naan is a highly recommended.

Alexandra Lazarova: Had a good dinner there but a guest cutter his jacket on one of the table due to the wrong arrangement of the space in the restaurant. The table are too close to each other and the service I wound say is not the best.

Gurpreet Singh: One of the best Indian restaurants in not only Berlin but in Germany. Real authentic food. Excellent ambiance. Extrem friendly staff . Perfect pricing. A must visit restaurant. Vegetarian options: Vegetarion Till vegan. Indian specialty. Kid-friendliness: My son had birthday- they even organised a cake with Wunderkerzen as a surprise.

Kåre Schmidt: Asked for curry to be a little spicy but got it bland. Was offered chili sauce but eventually had to fetch it myself. After that, tasty Indian food heaven.Food: 5/5 | Service: 3/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Aapka: what do users think?

Ugam Kumar: In my opinion, this is the best Indian restaurant in Berlin. Their menu is very wide ranging and the food is delicious. I particularly like their butter chicken for main course and gulab jamun for dessert. The place has a big spacious outdoor seating which is great for summer. Highly recommend.

Lucia Rodriguez: Your typical Indian Restaurant, won’t blow your mind but won’t disappoint either. Cocktails have a good size. The butter chicken would benefit from having more chicken, I got 6 small pieces. The rice was very abundant and the Lamb tandory was well flavoured and had a very good amount of lamb.

Clare Mahoney: Our server was very helpful and courteous. We ordered the garlic and the cheese naan, both of which were delicious. The mango lassis were also quite good, overall a great dinner experience!

Diana Viartola: Great food, not expensive at all and really nice stuff. They got us a super spicy sauce for free!! Definitely will be back here.

M. L.: This was unfortunately the worst Indian food I ever had in my life. The food was not fresh, ingredients came from tin cans, the meat was old and dry also not from good quality. Everything had an extremely sour taste. The Indian spices which I like so much and you can find normally in every Indian restaurant were not balanced and missing. The mango lassi was the most liquid I’ve ever seen before. And the best in the end, I had a bad feeling in my stomach all night long after this dinner. So absolutely not recommendable and there are many more way better Indian restaurants around Berlin.

Julis Stellim: Not bad. All dishes look the same. Even waiter cant tell wich one is, so you have to guess... quite spicy. Not bad food. Quite fast.

dem Vergangenen zu: Another excellent Indian restaurant in Berlin. Amazing food.Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

chandana ojah: The food is really tasty. I tried lamb curry, which was amazing. I have been to a few Indian restaurants in Berlin. This is the place I liked the most.

Nikhat Noor Qureshi: A nice and cozy place for Indian meals. The ordered dishes (Chicken Khumbi i.e. Chicken with mushrooms, and Chicken Jalfrezi) were served with a portion of rice and salad. One platter can serve as a complete meal for a single person, depending on your appetite. Flavourful food, customization (scharf) was possible. People (Germans & Turkish) were also enjoying chickpea curry, samosas, and pakoras here 😋.

Adilina Sheikh: The food was nothing special. It was good. The bathroom was very clean. We asked the waiter to recommend chicken dishes, he had a rigid behaviour and later he told us he was vegetarian and then somewhat reluctantly gave his recommendations. This behaviour was usually from my perspective.

S: Been here twice now. Incredible value for money! Wonderfully, intense flavours, friendly and fast service! Vindaloo medium spice with chicken is the bomb! Thanks and keep it up, guys!
Response: Thank you very much! We appreciate your comment 😊

Christy Duijvelaar: Small but cosy Indian restaurant. Mostly used for picking up food, but upstairs a relatively quiet and nice place to eat in. Had a good vegan mixed vegetable curry with papadums and a large beer for 13 eur, so good value for money in Berlin these days.Food: 4/5 | Service: 4/5 | Atmosphere: 3/5 …More
Response: Thank you very much ✌️

Ranjith S: Tastes good but the rice portion is small as compared to other Indian restaurant. Otherwise would have given five star. The service and staff is friendly. The location is good as well. It has a outdoor seating as well. I ordered chicken curry.

Miji TRENKEL: Average Indian food, ordered take away came pretty fast, generous serving size. Ordered rice, samosa, chicken tikka costed 14.5€.

Jimbo Jackson: Authentic Indian food, basic and cheap but some dishes on their menu and the affordable prices make me always come back.Food: 5/5 | Service: 4/5 | Atmosphere: 3/5 …More

Jamie Matthews: Friendly family owned restaurant. Great tasting food, cosy atmosphere and cheap prices. Highly recommended.

Dave Fell: Fantastic service, wonderful food
