Canny Chiang: Good service! I went there to repair AirPods. It didn’t take long at the entrance. A staff asked about the service you need then take you to the place. In about 10 mins, one staff came and assisted me. They repair was done in a good time. I was told it may take 2 hours yet it’s done in 40 mins. Overall I’m pretty happy about the visit experience.

Maybe Sometimes: Racist Apple Worker! My girlfriend and me visited the Apple Store to buy new Apple Watch bands. Next to us was another Asian couple looking at the apple watch bands too. After we both parallel looked at some bands, the Apple Worker suddenly said to all 4 of us that we can’t all just look and touch every band, we have to make an appointment. The other couple and us were confused. So I had to explain him that even though we are all Asian, that we are not one group, we are separate couples and don’t even know each other. So the Apple worker assumed that just because we 4 people are Asian, that we are one group. Instead of asking beforehand if we are together. Definitely the worst experience in any Apple Store I visited as a loyal Apple customer in my life. We just wanted to leave the store at that moment, but still we wanted to buy new Apple Bands and did buy new ones. No matter what, any customer should not experience this racism ever! I’m really sad about Apple and their worker in this Berlin Store.

Mariyka Yemelianova: I want to thank Thomas, the cool and super friendly assistant who went an extra mile for us and helped solve a rather tricky return/exchange issue. I had bought an Apple Watch the day before and only at home did I realize it was not the one I was asking for. I was frustrated, of course, but when we came back the next day, we were reassured by the staff that they would fix the mistake. We had to wait a little, but in the end, the patience was rewarded and my dream finally came true! 😍⌚️🙌🏼

A lot of time has passed since then, and I still have not solved the problem. Gabriel Garcia Bustos: Visited knowing what I wanted to buy. The staff was kind, helpful and able to speak in English. The transaction was simple and fast as the stock was available. Overall, I spend more time waiting than buying. I wouldn’t go with no knowledge of the products as it gets really crowded and noisy.

Tim Wagstyl: I was just at the Apple Store for a Genius appointment. Because of reasons I had no control over I was 13 minutes late. A very unfriendly young Apple employee told me that it was canceled because I was late. 13 minutes! He pointed out that there was not way to even let them know that you’re late. Also he informed me that another appointment wasn’t available on the same day. This is customer service at its worst.

Chris: Absolutely excellent service! Buying experience is great with time to try and touch everything before you buy it and the return policies are similar to shopping online (14 days from day of purchase) just without the hassle of sending packages around yourself. Repair service is great too, in August 22 I replaced the battery of an old iPhone X to give it a second life, a defective iPhone 13 Pro (camera malfunction) of my wife was replaced after a quick check, my old 2017 MacBook Pro with the known keyboard issue was repaired in 10 minutes at no cost (a key was stuck). You can think what you want about Apple products, but rather than buying Windows and Android devices every 1-3 years because they break or have no more support I pay a premium at Apple to get devices that run and are supported 5+ years. I completely can't understand comments about unfriendly staff, because even during rush hour times staff was always polite and they tried to answer even the most technical questions about Apple products. Just don't walk in the store to get a product repair without an appointment, make an appointment in the Apple support app first and everything will work like a charm.

Katharina Suckale: Excellent customer service! I go to to Gravis for the last 25 years, and they always consulted me very well regarding my computers, iPhones and any accessories. They are also very helpful in the technical service. Whatever problem I had, they always help if it was at their center at Ernst-Reuter Platz, Kulturbrauerei and in Friedrichstraße! And the advantage is that in other cities they have also a technical service! Just loving it. I would not go anymore to these huge MAC Flagship stores, which may look pretty but that's it. And I don't want to know what they spend on electricity and heating.... Thank you Gravis that you are there to support!

Benjamin Ahlers: avoid if you can.... terrible service, seemingly deliberately unhelpful. we ordered a macbook with our company account. now only our boss is allowed to pick it up cause he placed the order (with the company account). So since he is away we cant pick it up. no workaround whatsoever. like talking to a stubborn maschine. now we will be cancelling the order. what a waste of time. at least i feel better after writing this review :) Hope u guys can sort this out. soon.

F R: I went there twice. First I bought an Apple Watch and it was smooth and easy. Three days later I repaired my iPhone display and it took a day and staff was very nice and friendly and even sent me an email after my visit regarding a question I had regarding my Apple Watch with a possible solution in link form. Great service. Great people.

Lena Grekova: I had experience with Gravis twice. First, when my husband needed to repair his macbook. There were a couple of problems, including the keyboard (few keys were sticky, it happens to some mac models sometimes). The repairing itself took around a week. He asked me to pick up the macbook and when I checked it it turned out that they have changed the keyboard to german! Previously he had english and when we handed it over for repairing no one asked about it! Of course, German keyboard is a no-go for us, I asked to change it to engl/international. They apologised and agreed to fix it. The lady told me it will last no more than a couple of days, in worst case scenario a week. Now it's already two weeks and they called only yesterday and told they ordered the keyboard. Second experience was with my iphone 5SE. The display was broken and I wanted to repair it. First they said it would cost 140 euro and it was okay, but then the lady ran to smn else inside the office and then got back to me and told it would cost 300 hundred euro! Of course, I didn't agree to it. Then I came to another service where make my phone repaired in 1 hour and for 80 euro only! The first impression about Gravis was good but now I won't recommend it and won't go myself there. They have the licences and all that stuff but it doesn't add nice service and speed, only the price increases.

Karan Tibdewal: The service was quick and reliable. However I had to visit two times before my Mac was repaired the staff was very friendly and they all speak English which is definitely a plus! They also tell you the rules and what is required before hand and mail you once you can pick your laptop up.

Alexander Gechis: Even when it is official mac store, they may not repair your stuff for free. Had a problem with my Mac and went to this service. After diagnostic they said that they can repair it for around 200€. I agreed and on the next day I got a mail from repair manager that there was a mistake and price for repair was increased almost two times. I found it strange and asked to return my Mac, so after it I went to official Apple Store and they fixed all problems FREE, including some extra problems which I did not know they could be fixed, because this components of my mac were still on warranty (it was a surprise for me because I used it more than 2 years). So if you need warranty repair better not use this place.

Anastasis Giannousakis: The service department returned my computer with a hardware error after a repair. When I brought it back to get it fixed again, they didn’t acknowledge their error and charged me with an expensive repair. Staff is friendly (apart from one person).

Priyanka Jain: Bad customer service. They have kept a lot of items for some reason behind the counter. Which means you will have to wait in the long queue to answer your queries regarding those products as you can't check them by yourself. The staff is also a bit lazy.

Julian Brandt: Service is still a bit unorganized since the store just opened. However, the interior is beautiful and really nicely put together. Had a quick conversation with a sales person who seemed a bit inexperienced und not necessarily fully trained on the “apple-experience”. Pickup of pre-ordered products worked seamless and quick though.

Nazlı Yıldız: Visited this store to buy a product. I made an appointment beforehand and already knew what I was going to buy. So I expected a smooth purchase but it was even better and faster than I expected. I was welcomed at the time of my appointment and the staff was very helpful. They answered my questions and provided my product within minutes. Other than that, the store was well designed and organized like almost all the Apple stores, and the location of the store is great, you can’t miss it.

Mick Treffers: Apple doesn’t have any processes in place for international exchange and the customer suffers. Bought a braided loop band in the US, sold and size advised by apple support, exchange was possible i was told there if the fit ended up being not right. This in the end was the case and wanted to exchange to a size smaller when returned in Europe. ‘Ow we can’t exchange that - you need to go back to the US. I’m sorry but for a consumer Apple store = Apple store, service should be the same. Very disappointed after being a faithful Apple user for around 20 years.

Camilo Consuegra: I toke my computer with Apple Care+, to be repaired on my camera. They required an appointment which I did and the day of it they were very fast in attending my request, they did as usual check the computer and everything. Once they checked it, they were clear with all the technical explanation about what they must do on it and the time they need. I receive my computer as new, they fix some other issues and ports besides the camera and the battery, they send the email to confirm I can pass by to pick It up before I was expecting and the service again was fantastic, I have to say much better service than the Apple Store in the US.

Wael Kamel: Always a pleasure to visit this store, somehow it feels special versus the one in Ku’dammes, Susi was very helpful. I had an item arranged for pick up. Took me about 4 minutes and I was out of the store. There’s a reason I only use Apple.

Sven Piechottka: This store is always overfilled with people. I‘ve been there a couple times in the last years. Today, I just wanted to hand in my old iPad for recycling, queued up for 15min only to learn that nobody can take it and I should come back next day. The people there are always nice, but Apple, if you‘re even too understaffed for stuff like that, your fancy marketing starts to look hypocritical.

Michael Grisam: Worst Service ever. I booked an appointment to repair a pre-specified damage covered under apple care. Spare parts were not available. Staff was absolutely incompetent to help and to be frank arrogant and rude as they suddenly canceled the appointment. Then I went to the management, they did neither offer another appointment nor a replacement phone but advised me to contact the online support.

Marta Chadalska: Over 3 weeks ago I had a genius bar appointment because one of the buttons in my apple watch was not working. I was told I would get a new watch within a week. Two weeks later still no news so I went back to the store and asked what was going on. First they couldn’t even find my case (no one ever had given me ang case number) and then they said they were looking into my case (so in the end it doesn’t look like they are exchanging it for a new one) and it’s not possible to predict when I will get my watch back - so the genius bar guy straight up lied. I still don’t know when I will get it back and no one seems to care. I am shocked how far the customer service experience is from their brand image they promote. DON’T OVERPROMISE AND UNDERDELIVER!

Ryan James: Boo hiss! Was happy to buy a refurbished iPhone 5s with "98%" battery life, and was happy with the purchase at first. After a few months, the glass screen started separating slightly up near the power button, and the battery soured quickly. On standby, I'm lucky to get 5 hours of the thing now, have to charge twice a day. Obviously not quality a refurbish.

Rosie Rosie: Terrific store to deal with. We went in to sell two Iphones that we did not need anymore. We were there a total of 15 minutes while they needed to check the phones for any defects and theft. We could see them being real thorough. They are very professional, friendly, direct and fair. While we were there, it was a non stop of people coming for various reasons. If your phone is in great condition, I would deal with them instead of getting a trade in at the Apple store or to try to sell privately. Highly recommend.

Tim Küster: A wide range of refurbished devices. The customer support is really great and they will help and accommodate you if you have problems. A very clear recommendation if you also value comprehensive advice and customer support for a device.

Adi Wen: I had the display and battery of my iPhone 8 replaced for €120. Pros: nice people and quick fix Negative: is not the cheapest store on Frankfurter Allee. I thought then the built-in components are also better, but well: The touchscreen responds much more sluggishly and imprecisely to inputs than the original. Sometimes not at all, especially at the edges. I didn't notice an improvement in battery life (previous battery still had 78% capacity). But the cell phone always turns off at 6-10% battery. So the quality here is rather poor.

Mark Kotenko: Very nice place for tech lovers. Lots of devices on exhibition, and available to interact with. In some categories there is not enough of variety, like TVs, otherwise very wide assortment. Prices are absolutely ok, a little on top of internet shops.

Victor Dzhangirov: My gf and I wanted to see colors on an LG monitor. It happened the monitor was connected to an apple tv that was turned off. I've asked an employee to turn the device on, he answered he doesn't care.What a wonderful service!

Aniruddha Pandharipande: I visited the biggies like Saturn/Media Markt, for understanding DELL Alienware but never got any response neither I could find any Dell accessories there, just by a flick tried Cyberport it was really pleasing experience, the only point I am rating one star less is the delivery time which definitely can be shortened.

Florian Hubertus: Unlike Media Markt or Saturn, Cyberport tries to portray itself as more sophisticated but in the end it’s even worse than those chains. You have to queue sometimes for 30 minutes for assistance and if you get it it’s a nightmare of ignorance. I had to go there three times to pick my broken phone up, for which they wanted to charge me almost the price of buying a new one iPhone XS). After the second time going there I said I won’t come back and they should ship it to me for free. The guy said he would leave a note so I don’t have to pay the 40 euros for the estimate. In the end I went again cause they were harassing me with e Mails and texts. The Gus this time completely ignored my complains and opinion, it was such a disrespectful behaviour. Don’t shop there.

Joseph Abdallah: So I was there to purchase a RTX 3080 on Saturday, November 20th. Before I even asked a staff member to get the graphics card out of the security case, I noticed the security guard watching me and my daughter as we made our way through the store. We didn't have any product in our hands, I didn't see a reason why we were being watched. This me very uncomfortable, so I decided to leave and to purchase the items online from another retailer.

Jeyan Çınar: Do NOT come here. They're only nice if it's your first time because they're probably giving you an unnecessarily expensive contract with services you didn't ask for. It took 5 visits and endless phone calls to (partially) fix a simple problem, they were pretty hostile the whole time. I wasn't even aware of some itemizations until I visited another branch by chance, where they ended up almost halving my monthly payments.

As we informed you during your visit, there was a problem with the billing at the beginning. Unfortunately, in January 2022, these led to a problem for many o2 customers. However, these were remedied for all clients. You haven't lost any money. We also wonder which shop is said to have halved your bills. Your tariff is still set up as discussed. Olly Altukhova: I can't believe it, but two times in this store I was cheated out of a contract! This is some kind of horror! The first time I came to cancel, and the guy who worked with me had the contract terminated. Because of many reasons I couldn't come up and didn't really check the account, but then I realized that they kept withdrawing money and didn't terminate my contract. The second time I went to reduce my rate and somehow resolve the overpayment for the second contract I don't use, I got twice the bill I had before! It feels like they are just trained to cheat! What is going on with you O2? How do I get rid of what your employees have imposed on me now? Why do I have to pay for it? It's insane!

M L: Man this is the most ridiculous service ever. The man working there is only helpful when you are signing the contract, after that, no help AT ALL. They just say to call the hotline, which is IMPOSSIBLE to reach. Usual stuff...

Urban Monk CG: Very bad experience, after I asked for one contract for 19 euro, I got a bill for 117 the first month , when I went complaining they told me it was a mistake of the system and that they could offer me a discount for the next 6 months which does not solve the problem. junha Hwang: Never go. I think he thought he was a foreigner and he did not speak German. It is so unkind to talk English until the end. Salvatore Wenak: I bought a prepaid O2 German SIM and needed help to activate it. The staff were great. I simply walked in the 02 shop, sat down and started registering my SIM using their WiFi... Its a long process and when I got stuck (must use German postcode 5 digits only). The staff did it for me. Great service. THX SELO

You then wanted to pay your overdue bill, where we informed you that the systems are not working at the moment, as is the case in all other shops. You should understand that we cannot give you an exact time when the systems will be restored. The fact that we then continue with customers with other concerns is probably obvious. What was amazing for us was your statement, quote: "You are racist." If you had only waited 10 minutes, the system problems would have been resolved and you could have paid your bill. In the future, please use the bank transfer method. Our house ban remains in place.

Sahil Sachdeva: Horrible Service. Employees are stuck in the processes instead of solving problems. Their own technician was on vacation and the only way to begin a repair case on the day of the appointment was to hand over the device for 3-4 weeks for it to be repaired in Hamburg. Who exactly would give away a device for a month? Why cant a case be opened and the device brought in when the technician is back from vacation?
Response: Hello Sahil Sachdeva, Thank you for your comment. We’re sorry to hear we couldn’t solve your request. Every repair must follow a procedure. First step is a failure analysis, to detect what part is exactly damaged. We are not allowed to store any spare parts so we have to order the right spare part directly from Apple. This takes up to seven workdays until the spare part is delivered. We are not allowed to handle the device back to the customer until the whole process is completed. This takes round about two weeks. That’s a standart procedure in every serious company, that deals with Apple Devices. I hope we could explain the procedure to you and you’ll give us a second chance to help you with your issue. Max T: I came to the store with a non working MacBook Pro, the instore team provided excellent troubleshooting and support, even tho they are just in a temporary location atm. Their lead technician took care of my MacBook and they finished the repair the next day. As my device is still within the Apple Care warranty, it was completely free, which i found amazing. They also assisted me with my interest for an new iPhone with some AirPods while my MacBook was troubleshooted. Their friendly and knowledgable approach together with great prices really convinced me to buy from them and not driving to the Apple Store at the Kurfurstendamm or Saturn. If you are around and need help with an Apple Product or need something, u should really visit this store in Steglitz.

Majd ben khalifa: Highly recommended! I brought my phone here , with little hope that it would be fixed, since this is the second time that I damage it with water. To my surprise, the phone was actually fixed, and for a for a very fair price. It is nice to go to a shop that you can trust completely, usually it's not the case with electronics repair shops. Also, the guy is super nice and friendly. Thank you for such a great experience!

David T: Wonderful service. At another repairer, a so-called "authorised" Apple repairer" I was told my IPhone could not be fixed. However Dr Handy fixed the phone within 2 hours, v reasonable price. Plus he is so friendly. My German is not good so he was happy to speak "Denglish" with me.. Whilst waiting: A great cafe a few doors down where i could have a delicious soup lunch whilst waiting... plus a 2nd-hand English book store round the corner.

Shane Allen: Replaced an iPhone 5s screen assembly for me. Pricing was not competitive and the glass he used was low-quality. If I don't clean the glass every 5 minutes the touch functions stop working correctly. Work was done quickly, however and he was friendly enough. I would not choose to return here due to the price and quality of parts.

Alexis Gerome: Simple little neighborhood shop. Friendly staff, work fast. My iphone died on the evening, I went there to repair it at noon, and by 5pm it was done. Paid 60€ in total, so I guess worth it in comparison in buying another phone.

Ak Traveller: Excellent Service. My Sony phone's power button suddenly got pressed and was not clicking anymore. It could be due to the cabin pressure while I was in the plane..who knows..but I was able to get it repaired in a few hours. Ofcourse it is no more waterproof or dustproof since the glue had to be cut out. But the entire part was replaced. All in all it costs me 58€ since my phone was a bit more complex. Usually you can get things repaired within 40€..depending on ur phone's issue ofcourse.

Lisa Pisa: Only been here once, but from my experience the service was great! I was given friendly, helpful and honest advice (which ultimately saved me over 100 euros in unnecessary repairs). Thankyou!

Daniel C-W: The guys here replaced my smashed phone screen without judgement or question and within an hour. Very professional and a nice and relaxed shop vibe. Unfortunately the replacement screen didn’t work properly but was happily replaced again on the next day. Definitely recommend this shop - a little more expensive than with apple, but I happily paid for the convenience of same-day service.

Anton Kriel: My wife dropped her phone and we wanted it fixed before our flight in 2 hours time. They were super friendly and helpful and they fixed the Iphone 7 screen in 15min plus added a screen protector for free. It is pricey but worth the service you get.

Pier Fumagalli: VERY HELPFUL AND KIND!!! They fixed my wife's iPhone in no time when I thought it was COMPLETELY dead; the new screen is not as bright and colourful as the original one, and it would have been nice to have known before the repair (hence the four stars, rather than five) but overall a very positive experience. Yousof Mardoukhi: It has been since 2018 that I shop my electronics at Cyberport. Mostly I do my shopping online, but there were a few occasions I did my shopping at this branch. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They are dedicated and pay attention to the customer's needs. I financed my products twice, and they spent almost an hour with me going through the formalities and explained to me attentively and carefully the content of the documents; patient and helpful. I must mention that they have excellent customer service in case your products malfunction.

Giulia Valenti: I just came home from a big shopping at cyberport and i had a great experience with Sasha , prepared , funny and so so so helpful!! Can't say about repair service (hopefully i won't need it) but hopefully will be as good as my experience with him at the shop ☺️ plus my order was fast available for pick up at the shop ! So i haven't experienced any delays or complications! I strongly suggest !

Ernie Wang: I would not shop from them again. I bought two AirPods which were both faulty, which I ended up having to return them. I spent 30 euro on a screen protector for my iPhone (normally cost 10 euro) which was supposed to be "Good quality". It had an air bubble in 5 days then cracked in just over a week. I reflected this to the store manager who was extremely patronising with made-up statics saying I was "one in thousands who has this problem". He was basically shouting at me in front of other shoppers, trying to get me out of the store. It was a very bad shopping experience. I would not go here again.

Helen Stange: Ramon was very friendly and helpful, also able to fix my phone within a few minutes and explain what the issue was. I’ve been to this location several times and it’s always been a positive experience. Ramon and I spoke German and I heard him speaking English with another customer. Given the central location I think it’s great that the staff can speak multiple languages :)

Markus Lange: I can only recommend this shop, went there to habe my pods repaired - customers agent told me a cleaning would suffice and it did! Instead of charging me 75€ for a new pods the carved 20€ for a deep cleanse! 13/10 would again

M. M.: my expensive Apple laptop, purchased not even 3 years ago, was held here for serious hardware problems for 3 weeks. Yet, none of the 3 manufacturer defects have been repaired neither under warranty nor on a goodwill basis, according to this shop. In the end, they still charge you a €59.99 fee for not having done anything, not even an attempt to contact Apple to request an exception to the out-of-warranty strict rule. The product problems are covered by Apple's service programs and are very well documented in Internet forums! Horrible customer service, very poor communication, pushing customers solely to make money, but when it comes to caring for customers then they are just hiding and bouncing excuses to the manufacturer. Apple customer service, in turn, suggests that if any goodwill request, this must come from the local repairer. I have now had my laptop repaired by another polite and reliable service point with no questions asked and no delay. It's a shame that such a popular brand with nice products can sometimes be represented by a bad service partner

Noemi Savaresi: I had really an horrible experience in this shop. If i could give 0 star, I would do it. Also bad experience with the manager who sold me another Ipad instead of the one that I've ordered and I had to go back to the store and she couldn't even give me back my money immediately and give me the correct order. I never had such a bad experience and how has been managed has been even worse.

Frank H: Update December 2019 I met a friendly staff member first but had to wait at the checkout forever when due to a misunderstanding the store manager (beard, glasses, stressed) thought I was the next waiting for an appointment. I mentioned that I only wait to pay for an accessory because only one register was open, to which he reacted in an impolite and aggressive manner and yelled there's only one. It at least looked like there were two. His staff member was very friendly though. Update November 2018 After picking up my MBP from another keyboard repair at the Apple Store I thought let's visit Gravis and ask if they have useful accessories to keep away dust from my MBP. The staff member was impolite and not helpful. I don't know where this overall notion Gravis would deliver better service than the Apple Store comes from. original review 2016 I've picked Gravis over the Apple Store to get my horrible MacBook Pro (2016) keyboard repaired as they offered an earlier appointment. I had to queue for a while because even for the guy at the repair desk selling things seemed to be more important. He pushed the poor owner of a broken iPhone to buy a new one instead of paying more than 200 Euro for a repair. This made me angry because the repair guy could have easily asked a colleague to do the sales pitch and continue with his original job. When i it was my turn way over 30 minutes after my original appointment, the sales/repair guy just told me it would take at least two weeks to get the job done. Why wouldn't they warn customers beforehand? In the end, I walked away with no result and dropped off my device off at the Apple Store. They were able to replace the top case and logic board in less than three days. Overall, I would say never buy MBP 2016 or 2017. It's a waste of money. You will end up using a Bluetooth keyboard, as the keyboard issues will return again and again.

Frau Cienskowski was super helpful and extremely kind, was a pleasure to be served by her and she really turned my unpleasant situation with my broken Mac into a positive one! Will definitely recommend to others as well and if I ever have issues again I will come back here.

Mary: They've changed my iPhone 6 battery within one day (they have an Express Service) for 40 euros (30 euros for the new battery and 10 euros for the fast service which is fair enough.) Brought the item around noon today and I already got the mail at 4pm saying that my phone is ready to pick up. Super quick. The employees were really friendly and helpful. Also the shop itself is nice, big and bright. I can only recommend them if you'll may have any Apple issue in the near future!

Philipp Merten: I am not one to write reviews normally but in order to save you trouble: Do not trust these people with your device. I handed in a broken MacBook and did not get a receipt and indeed not asking for it is on me… But after returning two weeks later (and stating the serial number, model and date) I am told there is no trace of neither my laptop nor the leaflet I signed. When initially turning in the laptop I was handed the hard drive and told I should simply order a 20€ adapter online and do a backup from it since that came me cheaper than a 60€ data backup and two days waiting. After 10 minutes of research at home it turns out adapters would actually cost 120€. You would expect self-proclaimed “IT-experts” to foresee that… Presenting this situation today I was treated not only with with astonishing indifference but also with a new surprisingly higher quota for a data backup: up to 200€ and 5 days waiting. If I were conducting a business, I would not scam clients out of their device (without even a receipt!!!) and then add insult to injury by asking a higher quota and longer service time. You could call that unprofessional. Or you could call it plain stupid. Because that is how you steer people away from your business. So my recommendation to you: go to another IT service provider.

Valerie: We were advices by Mr. Wieprecht who really went out of his way to support us. We were undecided as we came to the shop, but thanks to Mr. Wieprecht we learned what we needed and what to look out for. I’m sure the shop equally benefited from his experience as he certainly made us not just decide on the computer but also on a couple of extras. Thank you very much!

dylan doyle: I've been there for an apple repair, the Apple Store is constantly busy and you need to make an appointment a week before. Well here is a bit similar, except that you have to wait at least an hour before a tech can talk with you. Even with 10 customers waiting, only one person to care about. And the store is quite big, with many people from the store passing by here and there, caring about their own destiny, I guess. Not recommended if you are used to Asian tech repair, and having sensitive nerves.

Carla Mortensen: I have just had an excellent experience at this store. This transaction included ordering a special color from another store, trading in my own phone, migrating my data, and checking some of my applications. I worked with three different staff members and found all to be professional, personable, with excellent English skills and very thoughtful of an older tech user. I will use them again in a heartbeat.

Ece Topcuoglu: The worst customer service I've experienced in Berlin. All of the staff were extremely rude, they yelled at me for not speaking German. Spend 40 mins just trying to find someone who speaks english. When I did, he was also extremely rude to me. I couldn't get my problem fixed. Tally McNally: I went here a few years ago, and got the impression that people were friendly and wanted to help me. This time, I felt everything they did was for a financial gain. I understand they are a business, but they were rude and unhelpful. I wanted a Tab key to be repaired, and after a week of no news, I called and they said it could not be repaired under warranty. I asked for any sort of ball-park estimate, and was told on the phone they would email it, this time to the correct email address, as they had marked the wrong one for me before. Again, no news. I emailed them this time, and they said for an estimate they would have to charge me 60 euro. I asked if they had done such a repair before, because I don't want to get an estimate for a Tab Key and end up having to pay some exorbitant price, and they ignored me. I asked them if they had done similar repairs in the past, and how much they ended up costing, closer to 100 euro or closer to 500 euro, or even more, perhaps depending on what type of damage? Still no answer. At this point it had been over a week, so after several emails with no responses, I agreed to pay the 60 dollars to figure out how much it would cost to fix a Tab key, and they included other repairs, including 160 euro to repair my drive, which I explicitly told them I did not want. Finally they sent me the estimate of over 380 euro for the Tab key repair. At this point, my computer has been there for 10 days and nothing has been done. I can pay 60 dollars for the privilege of picking it up, or 380 to have the tab key repaired. They were rude and sophomoric in their responses, and on the phone they had said they would send some sort of estimate. I felt cornered into committing to the 60 euro fee by their refusal to answer to any other requests, and they used that as leverage against me. This has not only been a huge waste of time, but a huge waste of money. I will never go back to this store, and I cannot recommend it for repairs.

Martin Post: Good selection of Apple products and peripherals and a friendly design similar to Apple's own stores. However, the service is disappointing. More than once, I had to wait until two or three clerks were finished talking about whatever was more important than a paying customer. Also, a lot of head-scratching when I asked non-trivial questions. There's a lot of room for improvement here - but frankly, I had the same experience at other GRAVIS stores ten years ago. Looking forward to the Berlin Apple Store.

L C: My passport was thrown on the floor. Not sure if they did it on purpose or not, but no apologies whatsoever. One time I changed my phone battery there, one person wanted to charge me 80 Euro, whereas the other woman told me it was 30 Euro. Be aware not be be scammed there.

R. D.: Very nice owner, I needed a new battery for my iPhone. The work was done by the nice gentleman within 20-30 minutes and my cell phone battery was replaced and like new. No data, etc. had to be deleted. The price was very fair and the battery is a high-quality battery, so no cheap components! All in all a very good experience, attractively priced, friendly, uncomplicated and competent. Gladly again !
