I understand times are difficult but that is a very poor excuse. Edit: The below response is almost completely incorrect. I offered the owner the opportunity to fix the issue. He laughed at me in a mocking way and told me to leave. This back and forth continued for some time. I threatened to call the police and pursue legal action and at this point he threw my money on the ground. I called him a grub and he spat at me as I walked out the door.

bebo khal: Overall experience ok, since the repair was done after a lot of struggle that I mention below, but 4.9 rate is very overrated for the performance I got in my case. I had a phone that went in a bootloop. I went to this repair shop although it was far away from where I live because I found they have a very high review here on Google. In the begining I was promised the phone will be fixed in couple of days then when I called them to check it was postponed till a full week passed. Then I called again and I was told that the phone is working fine. I went to the shop to receive the phone and once I was testing it, it went in bootloop again, so I have to leave it there again because their diagnosis was incorrect. Then I left it for around one more week to get fixed at the end. One more thing they broke my screen protector while opening the phone and all what I get is sorry. Generally if you break something by mistake you should fix it or replace it since it is your mistake.

Unfortunately, my display broke after a fall from a great height, but was still usable thanks to the protective film. Daniel C-W: The guys here replaced my smashed phone screen without judgement or question and within an hour. Very professional and a nice and relaxed shop vibe. Unfortunately the replacement screen didn’t work properly but was happily replaced again on the next day. Definitely recommend this shop - a little more expensive than with apple, but I happily paid for the convenience of same-day service.

The Detective: Excellent service! Competent staff with superb time-price ratio for the service. I have serviced on separate occasions my MacBook Pro 2017 and iPhone 13 Pro Max.
Alejandro Heredia: My AirPods Pro were working fine but they started making a buzz noise when I moved while listening (I assumed an issue with the microphone loopback). After troubleshooting with an Apple representative via chat support the initial diagnose was the rubber tips were causing the issue (maybe a software issue due to the release of the Airpods Pro 2, because those don´t use rubber tips). So they opened an appointment with this store so that I can take them here. The representative from Comspot took them, diagnosed them and told me they were probably going to be fully replaced and it was going to take 2 days or so. It´s been 2 months and 4 days now and it turned out to be the same situation for other customers. I called to ask about the status of the repair order, and they told me they don´t know, that they will call me back and then nobody every called me back. I called again the next day, same thing. Today a representative told me again that it should have taken 2 days and he didn´t understand what´s going on. Update: Yesterday they called me back finally and I was able to pick the device. The store fully replaced the device for a new one at no cost. They explained that another customer had the same issue and they confused the repair order with mine, thinking that I already picked up the device. But still there was no communication of any issue at any point until at last.
J: Please listen to me DO NOT use these repair services. I made the mistake to repair my laptop here. It came back with no internet, dim screen and one speaker side not working. Not to mention it took them 3 weeks to give me my laptop back.They repair workers were laughing at me as I left. One of them had the audacity to demand I give him a good review as I was leaving the store. Horrible staff. Unacceptable.

Paid less than 30 € for another few years of having my phone, three months warranty. Really nice guy, fast, professional, and good value.

Fidelio Tata: Amazing shop! Had WLAN and Bluetooth Problems with an iPhone 6. Agreed to have WLAN antenna replaced plus a new battery for €70. Originally given a 4-hour turn-around time, but when I said that I am in a rush, they agreed to 2h. When I came back the bill was only €45. Turned out they only had to clean the boards and antenna and only charged €10 for this (plus €35 for the battery). They even offered to refund €10 for cleaning if it does not work. My phone now works perfectly! What a great work ethics! When was the last time a merchant charged you less than agreed upon. They said that they did not want to exchange the antenna because they felt that cleaning would suffice and it would save me money. I wish those guys would sell more than just cell phone services! Thank you!

Megi Mustafai: I accidently dropped my phone (Samsung s6) in water and it stopped working completely, even after keeping it for 2 days in a bowl of rice. I was told that there was a chance the phone would not be working as it was very damaged. Id have to pay 10 euros if it didnt work (for the service) and 55 if it worked. They cleaned it thoroughly with alcohol and I received it in an excellent state after 1 day. They were friendly and informative. I Would definitely recommend this phone center to anyone facing the same problem.

I came there with my cracked phone glass one Saturday afternoon, and their friendly Mitarbeiter repaired my glass, fixed my battery which was wobbling around (and I didn’t even know it until he pointed it out to me), and gave me a discount at the end, because it took a bit more than 1h to repair… I highly recommend this place, I am definitely coming back if my phone needs some more work. Braddie Broder: This is how a proper repair shop should be run. Friendly and professional staff which explain you everything so there are no surprises afterwards. The repair was done well, nothing out of place and even my glass screen protector was undamaged, compared to Apple who broke my screen protector and damaged the rubber seal. Handy doctor even offered me back my old battery. The price for the repair was also really fair and it was done within one hour. The only downside is that you can’t pay with a foreign bank card but I wont take any points away for that.

When I arrived I explained my urgent situation, plus that I had no other phone, and one of the staff left the shop and spent an hour trying to find a local battery replacement. With no luck on that, they eventually ordered me a new one, which came next day, and the repair took one hour. Fantastic service!

I do not recommend you fix your phone here I arrived with a broken screen problem and a microphone that does not work well because my phone fell hard on the ground. The seller was very nice, helpful and courteous. Unfortunately, a week after I paid over 100 euros , when I took the phone out of my pouch it was already with a small crack. And today it has gotten worse and bigger throughout the phone. When I came today to claim that no good work was done I was told that it was not their fault and they could not help me I do not think and believe that this is how the customer should be treated...
