bebo khal: Overall experience ok, since the repair was done after a lot of struggle that I mention below, but 4.9 rate is very overrated for the performance I got in my case. I had a phone that went in a bootloop. I went to this repair shop although it was far away from where I live because I found they have a very high review here on Google. In the begining I was promised the phone will be fixed in couple of days then when I called them to check it was postponed till a full week passed. Then I called again and I was told that the phone is working fine. I went to the shop to receive the phone and once I was testing it, it went in bootloop again, so I have to leave it there again because their diagnosis was incorrect. Then I left it for around one more week to get fixed at the end. One more thing they broke my screen protector while opening the phone and all what I get is sorry. Generally if you break something by mistake you should fix it or replace it since it is your mistake.

The problem at the beginning was that you gave us a wrong error description, so we've ordered the parts that were not really neccessary. After our diagnose we had to order some other parts, because we didnt have the spare parts on stock for this "old" phone model. For the long duration of this process, we decided to replace the battery for free, because the old one wasn't good anymore. And because of the broken tempered glas we offered you 10€ discount. All in all we thought that this was a good deal for both sites. We hope that you come back to our store, if you have any issues with this or another phone. Feel free to contact us if we can help you. 8rambl3s: Literally a thief. Sells sim cards which do not work and then spits at you when you insist on a refund. Disgusting behaviour. I understand times are difficult but that is a very poor excuse. Edit: The below response is almost completely incorrect. I offered the owner the opportunity to fix the issue. He laughed at me in a mocking way and told me to leave. This back and forth continued for some time. I threatened to call the police and pursue legal action and at this point he threw my money on the ground. I called him a grub and he spat at me as I walked out the door.

Ramona Hacker: After 5 years, the battery of my iPhone SE (1st gen) was not working well anymore and I was already worried I might need to get a new phone. Found this shop, called to see if I could pass by any time (I could), went there, took 20-30 minutes for them to replace the battery (waited there, was even offered some coffee) and put on a new protective sheet for the display. Paid less than 30 € for another few years of having my phone, three months warranty. Really nice guy, fast, professional, and good value.

Fidelio Tata: Amazing shop! Had WLAN and Bluetooth Problems with an iPhone 6. Agreed to have WLAN antenna replaced plus a new battery for €70. Originally given a 4-hour turn-around time, but when I said that I am in a rush, they agreed to 2h. When I came back the bill was only €45. Turned out they only had to clean the boards and antenna and only charged €10 for this (plus €35 for the battery). They even offered to refund €10 for cleaning if it does not work. My phone now works perfectly! What a great work ethics! When was the last time a merchant charged you less than agreed upon. They said that they did not want to exchange the antenna because they felt that cleaning would suffice and it would save me money. I wish those guys would sell more than just cell phone services! Thank you!

Daniel C-W: The guys here replaced my smashed phone screen without judgement or question and within an hour. Very professional and a nice and relaxed shop vibe. Unfortunately the replacement screen didn’t work properly but was happily replaced again on the next day. Definitely recommend this shop - a little more expensive than with apple, but I happily paid for the convenience of same-day service.
Anton Kriel: My wife dropped her phone and we wanted it fixed before our flight in 2 hours time. They were super friendly and helpful and they fixed the Iphone 7 screen in 15min plus added a screen protector for free. It is pricey but worth the service you get.

Tristan Siefert: A pixel failure on a iPhone 12pro‘s display came to my notice late in the evening. Through Apple’s Support App CTDI Repair Lounge showed up as a certified service partner with free appointments the next morning. From arriving in a modern very welcoming well kept shop with super friendly and helpful staff to leaving with a brand new display not even 2 hours passed by. They dealed with all the procedure through warranty with Apple when you can have a nice stroll along Ku‘damm area in the meantime and taking your phone home with you in a blink of time. Full recommendation without a doubt. Why cueing up at Apple Store or other big shops waiting days for repair? Thank you very much appreciated service.

Ash Berkley: Absolutely exceptional service here. I dropped in with a software issue and even though they deal with hardware mostly, they were more than happy to assist me. I went in twice in 2 days after the Mac store was too busy to get an appointment. The guys here at CTDI allowed me to sit and wait while my computer took its time doing something technical I did not understand! Genuinely interested in assisting me. Really appreciate their time and highly recommended.

Amy Weidner: After a frustrating visit to cyberstore (where I was left waiting for 20 minutes and then told my phone reset would take 3-5 working days to fix) I then went across the road to this great store where I was helped immediately with a smile and less than one hour and only 35 euros later my phone is fixed. I would highly recommend and the great customer service there makes a huge difference!

I was told that there was a chance the phone would not be working as it was very damaged. Id have to pay 10 euros if it didnt work (for the service) and 55 if it worked. They cleaned it thoroughly with alcohol and I received it in an excellent state after 1 day. They were friendly and informative. I Would definitely recommend this phone center to anyone facing the same problem.

Braddie Broder: This is how a proper repair shop should be run. Friendly and professional staff which explain you everything so there are no surprises afterwards. The repair was done well, nothing out of place and even my glass screen protector was undamaged, compared to Apple who broke my screen protector and damaged the rubber seal. Handy doctor even offered me back my old battery. The price for the repair was also really fair and it was done within one hour. The only downside is that you can’t pay with a foreign bank card but I wont take any points away for that.

mymornin: Super service! Outstanding I would say. I found them online when I needed my phone screen fixed. They fixed it in less than an hour, even although they were closing soon. Super friendly service. Lowest price I could find i all of Berlin. My phone looks like new and I have a 12 month warranty! Amazing! Thanks for this super nice service. (They even helped me with my SIM Card when they were already closing!)

Somar Abdo: I repaired my phone here 2 months ago. At some point, something was wrong with my screen. I came back to the shop and they gave me the best service. They fixed my screen in 60 minutes. Now my everything works again. Great shop with great service
