Abdo: Best music store in town. You can go there and spend hours with the instruments trying and testing everything you want. The staff is very friendly and helpful and musicians themselves. I bought 2 guitars there at once even though I could have brought them online.

Hasmik Gasparyan: Very nice atmosphere and good service. They are so patient with all wierd habits of musicians to spend hours playing on the instrument in a separate room with all necessary acoustic devices, then coming back and saying i need to think about it. It's really amazing. Even not being a musician i wanted to buy something after seeing their atmosphere full of music and inspiration. Will probably return back for their small calimbas or ukulele. Btw, in the ground floor found nice presents for friends - music boxes for old-school lovers
João Gabriel Ferrazza Dias: Amazing!! A huge store, full of options! I focused more on the first floor, dedicated to pianos and keyboards, where they have headphones that you can use to test the instruments, and on the third floor where you can find guitars and basses and where they have rooms where you can test the acoustic guitars or plug the electric ones and test it in different amps. They also have a sale section on each floor, where you can find some exclusive deals with great prices. The store is located near from the Moritzplatz subway station, really easy to access. If you like music I highly recommend a visit!!

Gian Luca Baldi: I felt so sorry for a such great shop like that, with a good instruments selection and a good position but ruined by its arrogant staff. I asked for a test of an expensive electronic drums, a board placed on the seat told that by asking to the staff there was this possibility. The reply was terrible: we are not here to joke, this is not a rehearsal room, so you might not test expensive instruments because if you damage them you must buy it. I don't question your policy, but how do you think you could sell mainly expensive stuff if you don't let to test them without being under threat? Are you sure that I can't afford it? Are you sure that I'm a joker and not a musician?
Fabian V: Super nice music store with massive selection. Staff is friendly and it's a lot of fun to try out the different devices and instruments. Prices are good, too. Can fully recommend it.

It has a great collection of musical instruments and devices (microphones, cables, amps, Party Equipments, etc.) categorized in different sections. If you are a music lover, know how to play musical instrument(s) or want to learn a new instrument, it's a good place to spend a few hours, part with some money and invest in yourself! Have some fun there.
Екатерина Пономаренко: I am a regular customer of this store, but something happened today that made me give one star to this store. I went down to the first floor to pay for my order. It had to be handed over by workers from the upper floors in order for me to pay on the first floor. I approached a female cashier with red hair and a nose piercing. she asked me if I received my order, I misheard her question, because I'm just learning to speak English and it's a little stress for me, and I answered “yes”. After she gave me the check and said "thank you", I said that I didn’t receive my stuff and she should give it to me. It happens to everyone sometimes, doesn't it guys? After that, she started yelling at me and after the order was handed over by the employees late, she aggressively threw it on my table with a receipt. Please be more careful when selecting employees. This rude person has no place in your store.
Mikdog: Great place, largest music store I think I’ve ever been to. Lots of instruments available to be demo’d. Not sure how Google Maps knew this but I typed in ‘buy Midi Fighter’ and it pointed me to Just Music, and they had a single unit not even on display afaik, for sale. A rare find.

Eyal Harris: The place seems small from outside, but they have most anything you could look for. I went in to search for a stand for a bass guitar, and the shopkeeper was extremly nice and helpfull. Would recommend!

Busker Paris: When I visit a new city, I always try to find guitar shops because it's the best way to meet musicians. If you go to Berlin, this is the best acoustic shop you'll ever find. Matthias is such a nice and smart person, he's very professional and he's never the last to make some good jokes. I had a good feeling with this shop and I bought a very good guitar that he sent me to France, very well packed and well set. Thanks!!

Ralf Derwenskus: I went to the store with an idea to learn to play the guitar. Even as a complete beginner, they really took me seriously and gave me a lot of time and patience. It was a bit like families and competence. Anyway, I'm out of the store with a firm will and a guitar and will be back for my first trial lesson. Really nice and highly recommended. Take your time, the seller does the same.
Cliff Hanger: Have given up because of the very good reviews my amplifier here for repair. It was a big mistake. At first I was told that one would need a week for the repair. After three weeks, I called the first time. I was told that two "resistances" had been found, but the repair would take another week and they would then report. After another three weeks I called again. Now the responsible employee was on vacation for a week. Since nothing happened again, I called again. Now the employee was never to speak. I tried it daily, but the ominous employee was never there. He would still call me that day. Which of course never happened. After then daily calls and a total of 10 weeks I went there to pick up my amplifier. The coworker was by coincidence in the business and showed for my displeasure no understanding and one became even rude. The amplifier was exactly as at the time of delivery in place unchanged. Nobody cared here. Absolutely not recommended! If you run your business that way, then it does not surprise me that such businesses are going broke. Absolute insolence.

Cristián Varas: They have done excellent repair jobs to my guitars. From a re-fretting job, new bridge, rescuing a guitar that was almost destroyed in a bike accident and more... These guys will do an excellent job with lots of care and love for the instrument. I fully recommend this place if you need any adjustments or repair for your guitars. Caio Donini: They lost me within a phone call. Saw the nice reviews and thought of giving him a call to have some basic info before heading there. Tho the website is bilingual he had zero willingness to speak English over the phone and just went for the approach of "whatever I don't talk prices over the phone, we just operate like a normal business where you walk in and we talk about it". Fair enough, but then I guess I'll stick to other guitar techs I know who are kinder to their customers :)
Hans-Christian Winkler: Great service and highly competent - had an issue with my bass guitar that another luthier could not fix. Took the instrument to this place and 5 minutes in they found the error and had a solution. Your guitars and basses will be in the right hands here!
Akram Baker: Competent and fair. Lutz and his crew will always give you first class service. They will provide you with a fair assessment of the costs and the time needed for repairs and then keep their promises. I have done both major and minor repairs on my guitars 1977 telecaster, 1976 Les Paul Standard, and custom 1995 Furch custom acoustic. I trust them with nobody else. Lutz also has a range of Vintage guitars and his own brand (Luc) for sale. Always worth looking in. Bring time and patience with you, and you will be rewarded for your trust.
gerald parel: I'm a bit surprised by the negative comments. Brought a Washburn N4 to fix. The owner was nice, professional, welcoming and took the right time to ask and check what was wrong. Job was done within a week for a fair price. The guitar plays like butter with the lowest action possible and absolutely no fret buzz. Brought them a shred machine that they treated as a vintage lady. Thanks! Update: Brought 2 partscaster to be fix. The telemaster I built 7 years ago now plays like a dream from Fender Custom Shop. The second one is a Strat I am currently building. Got the neck prepped for bolting and shimmed neck pocket, job done right away with a smile and greets. I got more than I asked. GuitarDoc does make you feel you're going for a health check. You feel better once you're out.

Kenny Lyon: If you're in Berlin, and you play guitar - and have been playing it on the road for awhile, or, as in my case, it came straight from a factory - the chances are good that it could use a visit to the Guitar Doctor. Lutz and his staff (Anthony, maybe?) are fabulous: they know guitars inside and out, and will make your guitar play and sound the way it was intended to play and sound.

We had a lot of great exchanges by email and they finally sent me a new preamp very quickly. Bruno Di Tillo: absolutely horrible experience. Every single guitar was broken, but there's a trick..... you don't see it until you bring them home. Bought an electric guitar there, in store the guy was nice and I bought it. eventually went home, when I saw that the guitar had horrible pickup wiring problems that would've cost me twice the amount the guitar was worth to fix. Came a day later and the guy told me he would not refund me at all giving me 50€ back from a 400 purchase. I did manage to convince him to switch my broken guitar with another one, which WAS ALSO BROKEN !!!! I'm afraid I'll never go back. complete scam

Oscar Meyer: U are not allowed to try anything, unless they think u will buy it on the spot. What kind of musicstore is this. Re: we are a group of serious musicians, who study music full time, and we own several expensive and less expensive instruments. The fact that you have the audacity to assume otherwise is outrageous. We snapped a picture of a bass we were intrested in after we had already been told off. A friend of mine asked if he could try a guitar which the expediant first seemed keen on but then your store manager rushed to say otherwise. As musicians, music lovers and music store supporters, we were merely dissapointed in the way we were treated.
Response: You are allowed to try everything in here, if you come with a real interest. Of course not to just pass by your time with a big group of friends, take pictures and then wanting to play. There was definitely no shouting, but perhaps it was pointed out that the instruments please don't just be touched and "banged on". should...... It goes without saying that guitars have to be tried on before buying, but communication should be......

The shopkeeper is unfriendly, his shop is only open sporadically, there can be no question of cleanliness here and at the prices that the good man pays for purchase: spare yourself the journey! Wanted to sell my Akai XR20 to him. He looked briefly on ebay classifieds for the sales price there (about 150-180 euros), texted me full and finally offered me 35 euros! No further comment.

Peter Schiedges: For several years I've been trying to convince the good owner to let me have a look in his shop, as I'm always attracted by the things in the window. On eBay, etc., I occasionally spend money on music electronics. But he just won't let me. It's no use, he has something against me. He just doesn't want me to go into his store. When I ask him if he has anything online I get a different answer EVERY TIME. The last answer: No, no, I don't do it online. OK. I give up. keep your stuff I really won't try again.

Carsten: Really bad store. Dirty and littered. And this is exactly what the items on offer look like. The owner always tries to rip you off. His purchase offers are a bottomless cheek. Just stay away from this store. I prefer to sell my stuff myself on eBay and Co. The positive reviews here are probably all fake. They are written in the same bad German that the owner speaks. Tip: If you want to sell something, go 2 house numbers further. It's fairly fair there.

Markus Klug: After a long time I finally found a shop where you can get usable saxophone sheet music. As the name suggests, it's mainly about the saxophone, but you can also find little things for other instruments. The store is clear and not overloaded. I also took the chance and spontaneously tried a saxophone demofer. The Lord advised me in a very friendly and calm manner. The atmosphere is really pleasant. I paid about as much for the sheet music as if I had ordered it elsewhere on the Internet. Repairs are probably made there too.

Guido Hegemann: It should be a clarinet. So I got smart on google and became aware of this friendly-looking store. Rarely have I been "advised" with such disinterest as we are here. So disappointed and disbelieving out of business and yet to the competition at Moritzplatz. It's a shame! Still 2 stars because the store itself is nice. Maybe the saxophonists are better off here.

Heck Heckel: The advice was as good as the website is made. Very friendly seller. I bought the SeleS by Selmer Axos Alto Saxophone on September 26th, 2016. I am very happy with this purchase. I also bought a mute. A pack Papers were included and there was a discount on the music stand and saxophone book. When I saw the website, I thought, this must be a shop with thousands of square meters. But I was amazed when I entered, I got a great deal of good advice .And I think that's the greatest asset that makes this store. Thanks again and keep up the good work.
