Tamsin Wilson: Went here 3 years ago and had the best service ever but this time the woman was clearly agitated and frustrated to be doing a set of gel nail extensions and was aggressively pushing my hand towards the lamp when it was time to cure the gel, I accidentally knocked my thumb and smudged it slight and this woman grabs my wrist so hard as if she was my mother giving me into trouble!! The woman getting her nails done next to me and the nail technician looked shocked at how she grabbed me so hard!! really ruined my experience in such a gorgeous salon put me off coming back. My nails were nice in the end but I’ll be going elsewhere after that.
Zeba khalil: The Cure nail studio people are very professional and . I highly recommend their service. They look after your needs individually. I am so happy with the gel manicure I got done by them. They have a very friendly service. They are very courteous, they offer beverages as well! If you are looking for quality time to pamper yourself, this is your place to visit.

Maryam Ardalan: The nail work was pretty good and clean. Also the girl doing my nails was so gentle and sweet. Some more communication abilities in English or German would be a beneficial since I basically could not talk a word to my nail artist but it’s alright and for sure can be improved. It’s a cash only store and I loved the fact that they had a PayPal email for people like me that are always out of cash. 😋 I will come back for sure.
Emma Jbr: Horrible place! The worst Experience ever. The staff is extremely impolite and the guy got agressive when I tried to pay with card. I left crying. The guy who did my shellac left me with painful bleeding around my nails. He did a mistake while taking down my appointment details and when i insisted he just accused me of lying. Yeah sure, lying about a pedicure ?? I told him I ll sit down and wait for my friend to call and explain to him in German but he kept insisting I pay immediately. I am sitting in your waiting room trying to solve the problem, clearly not trying to leave. This is surely the worst service one can hope for. They don’t speak German well, so they don’t take correctly the information for an appointment then accuse a client of lying to get a pedicure, ridiculous ! And they don’t speak english either! Update: one hour later my fingers are still bleeding. This guy really wasn’t in a good mood and took it all on my fingers!
Ilenia Ferrara: 2 stars only for the kind of help they gave at first. Place is very nice looking and so close to the subway! First manicure I did, asked for a gel and they did a shellac. After 2 days 3 of my nails were totally broken and I asked for help and have to say they were very nice and gave me a voucher. Went back and they finally got me a gel but fixed the broken nails with just a little bit of cheap nail glue. This happened a week ago and guess what? 2 of my nails are broken again. Never ever had this service, been doing my nails for years and I am honestly so disappointed. Also, no English, not much of German, only cash in 2022, and prices are very confusing between treatwell and the price list in the shop. Service: Manicure

Carla: They were so nice and professional! Prices are reasonable, their work is amazing. The nails turned out incredible, I’m so happy I went! Chairs are so comfortable, staff speaks German and they also understand English (they make the effort to make you feel comfortable), you can pay by cash or PayPal. They really took the effort to make my nails look amazing. I recommend this place so much!

shamael ansari: Really bad for nails! The lady did mine in a great rush, with shaking hands. The result was slanting filing and very uneven gel nails! The edge of the nails was completely even like it was self done at home by a beginner. The nail was visibly slanted and they filed it again while I was leaving!

The treatment takes 30 mins and I was able to book it but when I arrived about 18.45 they said that they close already and asked me to come back tomorrow which is Sunday although on google it is said that on sunday they close. Please provide the correct version of the opening and closing hours on google.

Yana Dragula: Oh girls don’t do a mistake, don’t book an appointment. I literally never had worse treatment, quality/price ratio and manicure in my life. If you are from Ukraine you might understand what I mean. My manicure was done in 25 minutes(????) my cuticles looks like no one even touched them and the shellac was tried to be done so quickly that my nails are flat right now. On a big nails it cracked before I got home. Also crazy unhygienic. They also ask you to clean your nails in the middle of appointment (?) in the bathroom. Never again.

Amanda Park: This place (despite the name) does not speak any English… I asked for a simple gel manicure and before I knew it they cut my nails so short they are sensitive at the tips. On top of this the staff were very unwelcoming and charged an extortionate amount. No apology for their mistake either. Avoid this place at all costs

I made a same day appointment here for a gel pedicure at the recommendation of an acquaintance. Walked into the smallest nail salon ever. Pedicure chairs were so close together that you couldn’t even really move around or put down the tables attached to the armrest. Tons of dust and dirt behind the pedicure chairs. Crowded, many people waiting to be seen, and weird vibes overall. The nail salon is supposed to be a relaxing place and this felt tense. Pedicure Basin next to mine was absolutely filthy but the tech still began filling it up with water without cleaning it, and the customer assigned to it refused to be put there and asked to move. There was a piece of trash in my pedicure chair before I sat down. Waited maybe fifteen minutes before the pedicurist came over to give me the gel color two-page book—extremely limited and poor selection of gel colors. Then once they said a gel pedicure would be 50 EUR I had to go, it was too much. Do yourself a favor and go over to Linh Nails at Hackesher Markt, which is my usual spot.

Eric Barry: I’m sorry to say this is one of the worst manicures I’ve ever had. Little English is spoken, and apparently my German wasn’t good enough. But my nails are completely uneven, jagged, and have bits of skin till hanging off. The price was decent at €10 but I’ll have to get these fixed somewhere else.

Last few times my appointment was always running late, today I was waiting for 25min,!.. girls from reception weren’t bothered by that, but one of the nail artists stopped doing her work and actually came to me and was apologizing (and my appointment was not even with her), and she was asking if I want to drink something and was trying to make situation better.. also 2 months ago I had my worst experience yet, my nails were done so poorly and my french already started peeling after 3 days..I have got the next appointment free of charge, but it was so complicated, to get a removal and appointment for nail art.. I guess the constant rotation of girls working there is also not helping the situation… you should be pretty careful with which one you are making the appointment. Giving 2 stars because I really liked going here, but this was my last time unfortunately..

Little Lona: Easy to find and get there. I was welcomed very warmly! All the girls are very nice. I had my nails done by fenna, I showed her a picture of what I wanted, she gave me her honest opinion on how I should do it and even stayed longer so that I would have the perfect outcome, as I wanted to do normal nail polish and she suggested shellack. When it was not possible to do exactly how I wanted in the end after trying a few options, she was very honest about it and told me she would rather not let me go out unhappy, so we came up with a solution that I was just as happy with!! Thank you so so much, I’m very happy with the outcome and was very nice that you stayed longer so that I would have perfect nails!

Louie Lou: I love that gitti has vegan nail colors that are also waterbased - which means less harmful ingredients! The nail colors are so easy to apply and dry super quick - especially for me important as I struggle to be patient when doing my nails ;) I have yet to try out the nail polish remover but I already loves that it smells of lavender. Overall a very great company with fast and great customer service and lovely products.

Erin Grueber: Absolutely love the Gitti colours, and because of the water-based formula I even feel good about using them on my kids nails when they want a beautiful manicure! I especially love that I can paint my nails anywhere I go, without the smell disturbing others around me. Highly recommended!

LadyFata Incantata: I have been using these nail polishes for some time and I can confirm their great quality: they are very shiny, they spread very easily and last on the nails until you want to remove them to change color. A very serious company, it tries to take care of the relationship with the customer a lot and deserves to have infinite advertising and dissemination! Gaia

Anna V. Liebethal: After I met Gitti, I sorted out my nail polish and frankly, I became addicted. In particular, the plant-based polishes have done it to my nails that are not entirely smooth. But the water-based ones are great too. Especially important as a mum: easy to apply and quick drying. Great colors and ethical and sustainable. ❤️
