Hilton Berlin: what do users think?

Brittany Albers: Clean comfortable room. Bathrooms could be refreshed. Good location to tourist attractions. Good breakfast. Parking is available for a fee (36 Euro for almost 2 days) and there is an app (not Hilton) that you can download and reserve and pay with. Not actually sure what a "reservation" means, you do not get a specific spot assigned.Rooms: 4/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 …More

Aleksandra: I loved my stay there! The staff was really friendly and welcoming, breakfast food was amazing and the location of the hotel is perfect. The room and bathroom were clean, nothing to complain about. I also loved the swimming pool, was lucky enough to have it all to myself one morning. Would 100% recommend.Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Romantic, Quiet …More

Julien Garros: Good hotel overall. The room could be a little refreshed for the price and the corridor are a little dark/old. The room card is necessary to go up by elevator but to be honest it’s super annoying. Breakfast is super good and the lounge is super comfy. Food at the downstairs restaurant is not that great though. Will go back.

Emanuele Leone: Very convenient location. Close to restaurant and city centre. Staff very friendly and professional. Concierge desk and porters very helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel need more restaurants on the site. Room service and executive lounge, good but not perfect.Rooms: 4/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 …More

Marguerita Abou Ali: Spent two nights at this hotel, the staff was accommodating. Breakfast has many options, with a view of the dome however the coffee was disappointing. The rooms are spacious but would need a bit of renovation. Overall good stay.Rooms: 4/5 | Service: 4/5 | Location: 5/5 …More

David Lukas: Great view, nice lounge, good service and a not-to-miss fabulous breakfast! Location is splendid with walking distance to several attractions. They are pet friendly and we brought our cat (at a fee). Rooms: Clean rooms with minibar, bathtub and good beds. Silent rooms and neighborhood.

jihyun jang: Perfect location to go everywhere in Berlin, nice staffs. On the first day i had really late check-in after midnight, but still no problem and received a good service. Breakfast was also good, and room was big and cleaned everyday.

Larry Barron: One of the best hotels you could stay at. Stayed here for 3 days and everything was perfect including the breakfast and bar.

alexi makris: Stayed for a week and was most definitely the nicest hotel I have ever seen or been served at in Berlin. I have Been travelling for the past 19 years to Berlin and always staying at the so-called “best hotels” this one definitely blows the others out of the water.

G. A.: Nice and pleasant atmosphere! Perfect location! Nice and friendly staff! Extensive selection! Delicious cakes (Adlon is recommended) If you have time, you should at least enjoy a little break for a drink or coffee.

Park Inn by Radisson Berlin Alexanderplatz: what do users think?

Steve Branco: I enjoyed my stay. I thought the location was convenient. The accessibility to transportation all through the city was readily available. Check-in and out was an easy process. My room was cleaned and maintained daily and efficiently. I had an issue with the toilet but spoke to maintenance who fixed it the same day, which resolved the issue. I would stay here again the next time I am in Berlin.

Paul S: I came to Berlin for photo shooting and booked a room with panoramic view. No need to say that these rooms are more expensive than the standard ones, which is ok. What is not acceptable is that the inner side of the windows were dirty. I was able to see the face grease of previous occupants “printed” here and there on the windows. Outer side of the windows were dirty as well and could easily be cleaned as there are two sets of windows, for safety reasons. I understand that the safety window is hard to clean and involves special equipment. The room was clean and wide, but the service could be better for this price range. I had coffee in the room, but the room service didn’t change the cups. What was I supposed to do ? Wash it with body soap ?! There was only one set of pillows, a bit sad if the long and narrow type of pillow is not your thing… It was an interesting experience and if you don’t plan to shoot photos from the room and are ready to do the dishes, it’s worth a try. Personally, I was disappointed and will book another hotel next time I come to Berlin. I might use the panoramic roof of the hotel which is accessible for an additional 6 euros…

Catherine: Rooms were clean and bed was comfy. A little unusual with glass partitions between toilet and shower. Excellent location for tour buses and Christmas market. Did seem a little low on staff at breakfast and in the bar. There need to be more lifts or better staircases serving floors 1 to 20 as a queue of 20 mins was not out of the ordinary at busy times. Breakfast was buffet style and better in ground floor restaurant than on Floor 2 where it overflowed to at weekends.

Anna Aaltonen: The room had a magnificent view and was easy to reach with a fast elevator. The breakfast was good with cold and warm, salty and sweet alternatives. It was not too crowded at any time, because the restaurant can host a lot of people. In the late evening the bar was nice and spacious. Music was not too loud, so you could sit and talk with a normal voice. The luggage room seemed to have a safe procedure, which we appreciated. All important sights were easy to reach from Alexanderplatz (we used the U-Bahn, train and bus) and there were good restaurants on a short walking distance in the area.

Michael C: If you wish to check in early, you should not report to the reception desk. They will ask you for 25 euros in payment. When I used the machine to check myself at the entrance, they did not charge me. I find this very odd. In any case, the stay in its whole was pleasant, the room was spotless and ample, and it was reasonably priced. The gymnasium had some beautiful new additions. The most important aspect is located towards the center.

Ladislav Mácha: Accomodation for the purpose of business trip. Room quite small, but except the fridge had everything needed. View from the room is very nice. Breakfast above average from my perspective - plenty of possible choices. Location very good with usage of hotel parking lot.

Kim Brown: I stayed here as part of a marathon tour package - I did not personally select this hotel. The location is excellent, and there was even a small Oktoberfest happening in the square outside of the hotel. The breakfast was also excellent. The room was small but relatively clean. As others have noted, the wifi was not strong. But I was a bit surprised by the bathroom setup. The shower walls were see-through and only protected by a curtain. The toilet was encased separately by frosted glass, but the “door” to the toilet didn’t even seal. It was kind of like a swing door. Not an ideal setup for friends unless you are okay hearing everything.

P G: A place falls and stays with staff and unfortunately - the staff at the check in counters was just chaos. Long line at check in ( self check in at machine failed); then check in staff took airline crews from the middle of the line first; no upgrade despite high status level. Housekeeping came one day early and said reception told them we checked out one day early. She can three times if we really didn’t check out ( while I was in my Pyjamas…) Had to go to the airport at 4.45 am for one of our party members; none of the lifts worked. Had to call reception they said it’s under maintenance ( in German and I speak German) after I told them I need to go down with luggage they said I’ve to carry them Down myself to another floor from where I could take the lift again. I told her that they’d be heavy but she didn’t car and neither gave any solution or help from staff to bring the luggage down. Key card later the day was deactivated by staff even though check out time Has been confirmed before in writing. Once again staff not apologetic; fixed it but didn’t apologize ( card let me go to the room level but didn’t let me open the door). Hotel is just Chaos. Corridors on floor to room are easterly low; at 180cm there was space but the ceiling looked like less than 2 m. Room Itself was decent in size but no bathroom door ; toilet door is a swing door. Good luck you hear every toilet busy of your travel companion and hear everything from the bathroom; even reflects through mirror and window so you’d to actually close the window curtain ( not just the one to the bedroom; but also the ones along the room door). Doors to alexanserplatz are closed at night - good luck walking around the hotel at night to use metro or train.

The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin: what do users think?

Jonathan Ibraaheem Marshall: Lovely rooms, stylish and comfortable with a thoughtful design. A great idea having a walk in closet with plenty of storage room. Bathroom was great with plenty of space and nice amenities. The only downside was the chaotic and busy lobby, no real greeting for guests and for this standard of hotel you would expect service to be better and more personalized. Perfect location well placed for visiting the Berlin sites.

Polina Surina: Amazing experience in NY eve! The best hotel in Berlin! And in Germany. Room was nice, 🛌 super comfortable. Bathroom ♥️ Service is outstanding! Super professional Team working. Reception! Breakfast, bar ❤️ oyster fresh Champagne good temperature) Special thanks to Mr. Richter and William who made our stay very special and unforgettable. Girls Team)

Christina Scala: The hotel itself is beautiful. Staff super helpful! Bar was amazing! Piano player and all. Super fun. The room was what you expect from the Ritz. There was mold in the shower. Not what you expect from a ritz. A Marriott titanium platinum member, I would expect more .

Paige Neilson: Fantastic hotel and staff. Best ritz I’ve ever stayed at, will definitely be back! Alberto took care of us and made it such an incredible cocktail experience every night. Fabulous champagne hour in the lobby! 🥂

John Mccleskey: I have reservations here and reached out to management with a question. Typically, luxury properties reach out to ME before I arrive to see about questions and other possible services I may be interested in. This hotel cannot even be bothered to respond to a question I have about my stay. Does not give me a good feeling but I’ll update after my stay.

P. W. Golda: As an ambassador Marriott member, with having enjoyable stays at RC properties worldwide, I didn’t expect to witness such low level of service and quality at a Ritz Carlton hotel. The Marriott website and app showed 4 types of suites available during our stay at the RC Berlin, yet we didn’t receive any upgrade - not even to a better room. The hotel doesn’t care much about the loyalty the guests. The reception tried to sell us a suite instead of upgrading us, as it was vacant either way. Not even a higher room category was provided, despite 10 types or rooms/suite in total being available. The person at the reception had an unkempt appearance, too. The bathroom in our room had fungus between the tiles in the shower room and the shower head didn’t work, at all. The room seemed quite outworn and in need of an urgent renovation with an objectionable odor. No streaming functionality on the TV with our mobile devices. We got confirmed the late check out set for 4 pm and we activated the do not disturb button, yet the housekeeping knocked twice on the door and one entered our room between 1 and 4 pm on the day of departure. This is unacceptable. Even though the breakfast seems alright, also with vegan options being provided, the service isn’t able to provide basics orders. In the first morning, they forgot our avocado toast order. After letting the staff recheck on them, … well 30 mins. later nothing still happened. We gave up on them, as the breakfast service was over by then. In the second morning, we ordered coffee for the second time, which also didn’t show up ultimately - after 20 minutes of waiting. A neighboring table had to literally point out to the waitress to “get released from the dirty crockery and plates” remaining not cleared, as no one came to take them away. The welcome reception at the breakfast restaurant was the best best. A lovely and very nice, warm-hearted lady of color - who simply outdoes everyone else - she is such a hard working and caring person. Brilliant and flawless performance by her. She is the reason it’s 2 stars not 1 star. We felt bad for her that she works with so many unmotivated and reckless persons, who apparently do not care about their quality of work and standard of services provided to the guests. As for us - we will never stay there again. It was our third and herewith the last stay at the Ritz Carlton Berlin. You cannot provide such a poor experience whilst charging averagely €450 per night. There are way better hotels in Berlin, that still deliver the 5* experience flawlessly. And there was also a fire alarm at 5 am in the Saturday morning…of course, as it seemed without a proper reason afterwards.

netgeek77: We got to Berlin early in the morning a couple of days before Christmas. We were appreciative that the hotel let us check in early and upgraded us. The staff who checked us in gave us a quick tour and walked us up to our room. The concierge was extremely helpful with our concert tickets and other questions. This was beyond what I expected from a luxury hotel. What the hotel fell short was in breakfast. During our entire stay, we had to wait for at least 20-30 minutes for someone to come get us coffee/espresso. And when we tried to order omelet, avocado toast or other items, the staff would not write down anything, and subsequently they would get it wrong 8 out of 10 times. This degraded the entire experience equivalent to a 2 star hotel.

Alice Guth: Incredible experience. Wonderful service, everyone was so friendly. Alberto was so kind and we loved his champagne show in the lobby! I hope to visit again soon!Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 …More

Berlin Marriott Hotel: what do users think?

y s: Lovely pleasant stay. We stayed here twice this year and both stays were great. Reception very friendly, that is what I expect from a high rank hotel. The lounge was a bit busy in October but there were many selection of drinks and we were satisfied.Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 …More

Shannon T: The location is close to most of the historical sites people want to see when they visit Berlin. It is also right next to Tiergarten park, which is lovely to walk through. If you travel more for nightlife and food then this might not be as ideal a location. Staff were all polite and friendly, and the continental breakfast has a good variety of options. The pool/sauna/infrared seats are nothing to write home about, but are still nice to have access to. The rooms were spacious and were kept clean. Given the nightly cost I would have expected better quality bedding, towels, and toilet paper.

Valerie Roy: Surprisingly good. The hotel is newly renovated and they had done a great job. A lot of attention to detail was paid to the finishings and the overall look. I was pleasantly surprised.

Ebony Grigsby: I absolutely love staying here. The staff is always helpful and polite. The location is great for catching the sbahn and u bahn is right around the corner as well. Not to mention lots of great landmarks so close or in walking distance. Great food options in the hotel and around. There is an indoor pool too. Rooms: Rooms are spacious and have all the basic amenities. During the summer time, the ac is amazing. Walkability: You have so much in walking distance to this hotel from public transportation, mall, monuments and more. Food truck area is right around the corner.

S B: Maybe the best Marriott hotel I have ever seen under this brand. Well above par, regarding other Marriott hotels. Newly furnished, neat and clean, great lounge… I love it!

Grand Hyatt Berlin: what do users think?

Mick E: Excellent quality hotel situated at Potsdam Plaza, a good central location. Good size rooms, good size beds. Air con is quiet and works well. Staff efficient and welcoming. Good choice at breakfast, all edible and nutritious. Swim pool situated on roof (indoors), was a little cold but bearable if you keep swimming. Worth a revisit.

Benjamin Banhammer: Fantastic hotel with absolutely giant floors. The bathroom is just unreal and contains a wet room with a beautiful tub and shower. The staff set out treats for us and responded to every request immediately. Great location nearby everything with a quick walk to all of the touristy and historic areas.Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 …More

Soph Meldrum: Great location and lovely hotel. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Most can speak very good English as well. The breakfast buffet is great with lots of choices and nice outdoor seating. The rooms are great and showers very nice. Only thing is the AC is very weak and room was warm.

Joe W: Stayed during the marathon weekend. I’m sure they were at full capacity but the high quality of service did not diminish. I’m very impressed as everyone is still struggling with staffing shortages. Kudos to the management team. Incredible place to stay in Berlin generally and especially during the marathon.

Julia Smith: Very modern hotel. Customer service was excellent. Sushi was top quality and impressive with fresh table side grated Wasabi. The cigar lounge and bar attendants were very knowledgeable and professional.Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Romantic …More

彭國棟: Service is good especially the people in Vox are very friendly and nice. We did enjoy our breakfast very much during our stay but unfortunately we did a minor complaint upon checking out. This gentleman is not really meet high standard of this hotel represent. He did not say sorry when system can not print out the detail of my expenses and promise to email the related information which I did get till now.

Anastasia Edsell: This is a modern, well-located, luxury hotel that hits all the right notes. The rooms have an incredible marble wet-room shower/tub, convenient and warm lighting set-ups, USB ports in the headboard, comfortable beds, good coffee and tea selections, crystal-clear TVs, and plenty of space. Even a room without a view is a luxury experience. The spa consists of a sauna, kept quite hot, a steam room, a cold plunge pool, and several interesting shower options. Other guests seemed not interesting in following the sauna rules and entered in their wet bathing suits, something management could look into improving. The relaxation room had extrêmement comfortable chaise lounges with cucumber water available to refresh yourself with, all while looking over the Berlin skyline. The best part of the pool is the view and the incredible rooftop terrasse with real grass. The ambiance of the hotel is incredible. That, the room quality, and the proximity to public transport and west Berlin sights, makes this hotel a truly excellent place to stay in Berlin.

Marcel Corbeanu: Big hotel which seems clean and tidy from outside. Located in a very nice and quiet area, the hotel has a big lobby with restaurant, as well as a terrace outside. Located in a new and modern area of Berlin, this hotel looks good!

The Westin Grand Berlin: what do users think?

Benjamin Wenisch: Once a great hotel I used to enjoy to stay - for my personal taste the renovations have made the hotel rooms feel cold. The rooms are nice nevertheless. However, the level of service and attentiveness has decreased drastically over the years. Definitely not up to what to expect at the current prices asked. Found alternatives at the same price levels with much better service for my stays in Berlin. Willing to return if the level of services increase again.

Joseph Hani: The Westin Grand Berlin is one of the most beautiful hotels I have visited during my stays in Berlin. The reception and the staff (thanks Sacha) were really attentive and caring! One of my main criteria is the modernity of a hotel, and since its renovation we can say that it is successful! The entrance is resplendent with the tree of lights and its large hall. The rooms are great and spacious! The King Room has an impeccable bedding and the view from the room on the monuments of Berlin delighted us! Our stay in this hotel was wonderful!

Bill Hill: The location of the hotel is great. It is not far from several attractions in the middle of Berlin and it is easy to walk to restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were well outfitted and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was very good and had more than many typical European hotels.Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 …More

Kevin Wisneski: Great place but get an inside room if you want to sleep with the windows open. Hotel is located at the most well-known intersection of the entire city, so it can be loud. Rooms are very high class and modern. Always a great experience.Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view …More

Acryliq _: This hotel was great. The room we stayed at was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The hotel is really close to many famous landmarks which is a plus. Very easy to access food because their is a restaurant right down stairs. If you don’t wanna go downstairs room service is always an option.

Ирина Воина: A really great hotel. Large rooms, clean, comfortable, the staff works really well, like reall German. Delicious, varied and plentiful breakfasts. The location without any clarifications is very good. I am satisfied and grateful.I recommend.Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 …More

LIDIA Ś.: Location is great right at the heart of Berlin and near to everything . The rooms are modern and stylish. The big disappointment is breakfast and food offerings. Also the staff is not knowledgeable, they have charged us for breakfast even though we were offered complimentary breakfast as a titanium Marriott Bonvoy member. The lady at the reception was rude once we have pointed out the mistake. It doesn’t feel much of a 5* hotel because of that.

360 MAGAZINE: Recently, renovated Westin Grand Berlin is a magnificent property in the downtown area. The area is ideal for business travelers or someone trying to make a lasting impression. We stayed in one of them suites on the sixth floor. It had 1.5 bathrooms, 2 Samsung televisions mounted, and a large room had a sofa bed for additional guests. Amenities: buffet breakfast included, fitness center, and cocktail lounge. Double window balconies came in handy whenever you need fresh air. Certainly, they would stay at this property again, mostly due to its proximity to a plethora of finishes and shops.

Regent Berlin: what do users think?

M: While it is an amazing centrally located hotel, there are some downfalls to it: the WiFi is slow to non existent in multiple parts of the hotel. The rooms are old and our bathroom taps were constantly clogged. On our final day the tap handle just broke off! HOWEVER, we would gladly stay again! The staff was amazing, the breakfasts were delicious and the location was superb yet quiet!

Robert Lomison: The room was filled old world charm within walking distance of many historic sites. The staff was extremely helpful and the food in the restaurant well prepared and tasty. First class in all aspects.

Hala: I was very disappointed. The staff were extremely rude and unfriendly and the food was horrible. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I will make sure not to go to this hotel ever again.Service: 1/5 …More

Nicholas G: Very friendly staff. Hotel and rooms were clean but very dated. I thought the spa and gym were tiny but normal sized for a city hotel. The location is perfect for everyone who wants to be central. Walking distance to the Brandenburger gate and Gendarmen market.

Victor Goetz: The room was very nice, I learned the hard way not to trust the staff.we were deceived by the staff on the amenities. We were given services and without prior disclosure charged four times the value. I will not stay where I cant trust the staff.Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 1/5 | Location: 4/5 …More

J C: Professional and helpful reservations team. Breakfast was included in our room rates. Buffet plus hot entrees (to order): eggs, side dishes, pancakes (the best), waffles, omelettes...etc. Excellent selection of fresh fruits. Very happy with it. Windows can be opened and some rooms have balconies. Hotel within walking distance to the museums, Rausch Schokoladenhaus, and malls with supermarkets and pharmacies. Will definitely stay here again.

Maritim proArte Hotel Berlin: what do users think?

chaine1 Mosta: I stayed in this magnificent hotel with very nice services that I left today at the end of the morning. The hostesses were welcoming, attentive, helpful, smiling; that makes you feel comfortable. the same for the rest of the employees and in particular those who take care of the restaurant where we have breakfast. The only downside, at the end of the morning when returning our room cards, we came across a young dark-haired man at the reception who made us very uncomfortable: no hello, no goodbye (where did the politeness go) , closed face, hard look in his eyes and unsympathetic . We really felt like we were bothering him. Too bad to end on this bad note.

Lanny Martin: Great location, fairly good rooms, great lobby space with lots of art and modern ambience. But… beware the bartender at the Checkpoint bar. Extremely rude. Not so much to me, though I would say (generously) that he was “surly.” But the way he treated some other guests, including a drunk one who fell asleep at the bar — after that same bartender OVER-SERVED him — should be an embarrassment to this hotel. The shame is that the bar is otherwise a great selling point of the place: very modern and comfortable, but ultimately customers remember service, good or bad.

No Name: We loved everything about this hotel. Stayed in a presidential suite which was an extra treat. Wonderful treatment from the front staff to the cleaning crews. Everything is up to date and can only recommend. Excellent location to spend a few days or more in the city.

Josue Gutierrez: A well located hotel in Berlin if you want to be close to tourist attractions, a few minutes walk from a train station. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM and ends between 10:30 or 11:00 AM, the rooms are comfortable and clean. the staff is very friendly at all times.Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet, Great value …More

James Lucca: Comfortable stay with a decently sized room. Nice pool area, and convenient location to all amenities. Downside was the air condition which never seemed to cool off the room. Woke up sweating every night.

aphraim cruz: Great location, walking distance to shopping areas, tourist attractions and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and answered any questions we had. The breakfast was okay but not worth the price, unless you really eat allot to start your day.

Aleksandre Chrikishvili: Decent hotel, well located, good amenities including the swimming pool and lounge. The hotel itself is not the newest one with all the advanced features that modern technology has to offer but its a good quality 4 star hotel with fairly reasonable prices.

Guy Van Damme: A wonderful hotel in every way Great location - in Berlin-Mitte - within walking distance of the main sights, restaurants, and shops. A private underground parking garage. A great, extensive breakfast. The room: spacious, large and good bed, wifi and internet, lots of storage space, safe, bar... in short, excellent. Friendly staff.

Maxim Crucovschii: Centrally located, polite and cooperative staff. Small but nice pool. Excellent place to stay in Berlin. Enjoy.Rooms: 4/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 …More

Michelberger Hotel: what do users think?

Charlotte Rosell: Second time staying here and it’s only getting better since our first stay in 2015. Love the atmosphere and vibe, and the quirky details - from the copy on their no smoking signs to how the rooms are decorated. Staff is super nice and welcoming. Cocktails and coffee superb. Location perfect. Can’t find a single thing that disappoints here and will probably never stay anywhere else when in Berlin.

René Schellekens: The third time I’ve booked a room in this hotel. It’s quite a unique place. 24/7 reruns of The Big Lebowski for instance. Nice rooms friendly staff and at a very convenient location. A good place to lounge around during the day and the evenings. The feel of a hostel without being one.

Roger Edwards: Very funky hotel. Close to everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very laid back and cosy. Stayed for three nights and had a great time. Breakfast was a first German experience for us but the food was spot on 👍 Would definitely stay there again. Thanks for the welcome 💖

Ben Slater: Had a lovely stay here - with a trendy laid back Berlin aesthetics, interiors & vibes. Room was simple but well designed. Staff were friendly and efficient, and breakfast was top notch. Great central location - would recommend :)

Nicole Georgiakaki: The room (3rd floor ) was super cold. The heating was not working. The TV was having only 4 channels - none of them free channels. Clean but very small room. Breakfast was the same all days with not so many options - only for vegans

Andres Hernandez: Awesome location. Small but cozy rooms. Great food and nice cafe. The lobby is comfortable. Amazing service.Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 …More

Cho: Worst hotel experience ever. Its winter and radiator not working with a very thin duvet. Woke up at 5am as it was too cold so had to ask for extra duvet. Then at 8am cleaners start to clean other rooms and and corridors where sound insulation is so poor that i can hear everything and then a clean even came into my room…. (She knocked but i thought it wasnt my room so didnt answered but at 8am really??) + renovation work starts at 8am too. Ridiculous stay + only found out once i arrived that there is renovation work going on and looks like this

cyril kavanagh: Cool hotel. Great location. Lovely Staff. We booked the BIG ONE - a massive room suitable for close friends / families. 2 toilets. There were beds for 8 people.

Hotel NH Collection Berlin Mitte Friedrichstrasse: what do users think?

Ákos Szilágyi: Nice hotel with spacious rooms. The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is great, close to public transportation and all the main attractions of Berlin. Even though the train tracks are next to the hotel the noise level was fine.

Tanya Kronfeld: Good hotel in good location close the public transportation. There is coffee machine in the room. All is clean and the stuff is very friendly. I would like the hotel to be more indulge. There was no bottle of water in the room as I regular to. (It supposed to be there near coffee machine but never was) There is no shoes cleaning machine in the lobby. We took breakfast in the hotel one morning, it was good, but nothing special. I still recommend this hotel for your stay in Berlin

Yael: Great hotel, modern, perfectly located. There is literally everything nearby: pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, shopping, and most importantly the S and U are just in front. You can get to anywhere in Berlin in minutes, it made it super easy for us especially since we were there for a short weekend. The room was clean and comfortable, contemporary design. Breakfast was really good with lots of choices and everything was fresh. I had to remove one star because unfortunately the service was not great. At reception there was always either a line or nobody was there. And the staff was not very friendly especially at breakfast. Also the lobby floor was always dirty, I did not like that. Otherwise everything was great, we had a lovely stay.

Juhyun Schoebi: Very good location (this hotel is all about location). However, the room that we stayed for the first night smelled like cigarette + old motel. It was unacceptable for the price we paid (250 euro per night). We went to the reception next morning and told them the story. They changed the room and luckily the second room was normal and fresh.

Yousef Shoaib: Visited Berlin during the new year event, luckily we have chosen this hotel in the heart of Berlin. Near to everything with transportation network that will help you go anywhere. Enormous places can be reached walking on foot too from the hotel location. The staff were very friendly and helpful from checking in to the checking out time. Stayed in XL room and family room which were spacious and enough for our family.

vijaya: All that I can say is, the stay was good. Room was spacious enough. But I had problems with coffee machine which had only espresso. And safe locker was not working . I had to ask cleaning staff to get another bathrobe and shower cap. It was not automatically replaced. Moreover the pancakes had to be self prepared for the breakfast. All I can say is, it was ok😐

Waldorf Astoria Berlin: what do users think?

Anonym: The WA Berlin is definitely one of the best Waldorf Astoria Hotels. The staff is very attentive and is really going the extra mile for their guests. The rooms are beautiful and spacious and the view over the city is stunning. The hotel has a prime location in walking distance to public transport and several shops and restaurants. The staff was super helpful in finding our way. The breakfast was amazing, with a mixture of buffet and a la carte options. We had a really great stay at the Waldorf and will definitely come back!

sut -sej: The best hotel I had the pleasure of sleeping in. Advantages: - large, luxurious and clean rooms - panoramic windows with a breathtaking view on Berlin - delicious and varied breakfasts - very helpful staff with individual approach - very comfortable beds - excellent location To sum up, the hotel is worth any price and guarantees the highest quality guest service. Thank you for an unforgettable stay! Best Regards, Damian S.

Brooke Chambers: I enjoyed my six days at the Waldorf Astoria Berlin. Amazing way to kick off my first international trip since the pandemic. Superior service, staff, and in-room dining was brilliant. The extra touch of a fruit platter at my arrival was a nice touch! Keep up the amazing work.

An Tran: We had a very pleasant stay here at the Waldorf Astoria Berlin. Everyone was very nice and helpful, especially the staff at the breakfast restaurant. Rasmus was the person we interacted the most and the service was awesome! It can’t get better than that! Thank you so much for everything!

Angelo Edades: During my first few stays, I had MAJOR issues with staff who were just rude and unprofessional. Over the past few years during stays that were either last minute or booked in advance - it has been perfect. Rooms are always nice, both standard and upgraded corner rooms and location is perfect. The area has a lot more personality than Mitte. Concierge can be slow if you need their help at check out from your room. Breakfast is also great. There’s non-egg options for those who don’t like too much egg like myself. The service overall is understated but there when you need it. Definitely a 5 star hotel who isn’t afraid of fixing this mistakes and improving themselves. I would stay here again even if it’s just for the comfortable rooms and beds.

Yizhong Gu: The best hotel I have ever stayed. Everyone was so nice and helpful and caring. The room (junior suite) was absolutely spotless and very roomy. The location is also so close to the train station. This is a 10 out of 10 hotel!

Monica Phillips: Gregor and his team made sure, that our stay was phenomenal. The hotel is super clean, staff is very attentive, every last detail is spot on. Loved our (upgraded) room with view of the Emperor Wilhelm Memorial Church, the breakfast service, the pool and spa area, and felt right at home every time we came back from our ventures in the city. The hotel is centrally located and easy to reach with S & U Bahn (train), and we will certainly be back! Thank you for making our anniversary special!

Polina Surina: Was at Christas Eve. What I like about hotel -restaurant and bar. Service, people super. -bellboy great -reception polite -room spacious What I don’t like: - view from the room. For that price on Christmas was very 😔( hotel was not overbooked) -toilet doesn’t work properly - shower doesn’t work - no robes in the room -furniture is sad( - waiting time for the luggage was 45 min( to bring from the room, found out the reception simply forgot)

Soho House Berlin: what do users think?

Ed Moss: Had such a beautiful day, our host Javad was super welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Great atmosphere. We had an incredible sushi lunch with a view over the city and the waitress looked after us all through the day even when we moved at different times.

Paul Wiesbrock: We ordered breakfast. Then the waitress was not to be seen again. An hour later we asked another waitress. She said she would check on it and didn’t come back. The third waiter then reacted and told us that the order was never put through. Now we have ordered again and are waiting for 30 minutes for our food. It’s been 1: 40 hrs since we first placed our order.

Christina Mallet: I was a member for a couple of years and decided to cancel because of terrible service resulting in major embarrassments when bringing guests to dine. One example: I had an associate from Vienna come for brunch and we waited a hour for our order in a very empty dining room. While we were waiting, all of the service staff sat down at the big long table across from us with plates of food but it wasn’t our food, it was theirs! We watched our waiter eat and chat with his colleagues, which felt really awkward because just prior to his breakfast, we had asked multiple times about ours. It’s really nice that employees get to eat at work and at a nice long table but I’m not sure it’s the best policy to have that happen in the main dining room when guests are waiting for their food. It was a major embarrassment and it’s just not worth it to bring business guests to SoHo house Berlin. I can get bad service all over Berlin, so why would I pay to belong to a private club that operates at such an abysmal standard? Also, when I wrote to cancel my membership I got a one line response confirming my cancellation but there was no ask as to why, which seems like a missed opportunity for them to at least try to salvage a membership. I will say that the reception staff were always incredibly professional and attentive, it’s just too bad that doesn’t carry over to the dining.

Milla Varajärvi: What a hotel! Excellent service, beautiful building - and the decoration follows the cool and interesting style which is typical for Soho House.

Christopher Muschal: Pretty good Bar in terms of Style and Atmosphere. Lovely Spa. Lovely rooftop and service. What a special place. Audience seems quite annoying though: people in bathrobes at the breakfast-table living their peter pan to the full, entitled ladies that order takeaway-food for their entire pedigree and people in many genders loudly screaming across the room at my beautiful morning get me aggressive. Benedict was amazing though. The pool crowded with hipsters must have way more of a sperm count than anywhere else in Berlin. Rooms are really well equipped and leave you with the element of surprise. Location pretty good and close to tram. Lofts are a dream.

Aleksandre Chrikishvili: Absolutely cool place in Berlin for swimming on the rooftop, having delicious breakfast, and a good cup of coffee. Great as a place to work if you are a soho member and visit Berlin for few days.

Lars Kramer: Always a good experience- nice Italian dishes at Cecconi - love it. I can highly recommend it.

Sheraton Berlin Grand Hotel Esplanade: what do users think?

David Simkins: Stayed at this hotel for a conference. Modern, in a decent location, but a little faceless. Conference facilities were good and my bedroom was quiet, clean, and had a comfortable bed. Most of the staff were friendly and efficient. So why the 2-star review? On my second morning I slipped while getting out of the bathtub and hit my head on the bathroom floor. I’d just taken a shower and the base of the bathtub was slippery, with no rubber mat provided. When I had recovered I reported my accident to a staff member at Reception, showing him my facial injuries. He showed no concern whatsoever but immediately offered to provide a rubber shower mat for my room. Although this helped next morning, why aren’t these provided as standard? Later on I thought it strange that no one noted details of my accident, so I asked the Concierge if it should be reported. He was very nice and clearly concerned by my injuries, but then the staff member I had initially spoken with returned and abruptly dismissed my question. If this hotel does not log guests’ accidents then how can it identify trends and put in place measures to prevent a reoccurrence? Was the staff member’s approach consistent with corporate policy? I have written to Marriott requesting an explanation and await a response. If you’re staying here I recommend asking for a rubber shower mat on check-in!

Seb Ur: Everything is a little bit old school and it is not like it was to be. There Re better 5 Star Hotels in Berlin. We had an Event with full Service and I can say the buffets were great and with a lit of variety for lunch and dinner. However who expected the same for breakfast saw an disappointment with just an average breakfast buffet.

Yahya Y: Super depressing hotel. Rooms very old. Room carpet is black from dirt. No room amenities. Small shampoo bottles never replaced.. Room service not even 1 star hotel. Room cleaners open the door and walk in without knocking even if you are sleeping. Lots of hair on my bed which was disgusting and no answer from reception or house keeping after tons of calls.. had a shirt in my bag and after cleaning the room my shirt was out of the bag and on the floor for some reason.. I have no clue how this thing is star rated let alone 5 starts. Way cheaper 3 4 star hotels with better service and better location. Never again. Not this sheraton not any sheraton.

Aoon Mujtaba (Aoon The Traveller): One of the Best hotel to stay in Berlin. Had stayed in many 4 and 5 stars hotels in Berlin and will rank this much in top 3. Embassies are very close along with other neighbourhoods of Berlin.

Sandra Główczewska: Arrogant receptionist. We arrived around 2pm and politely asked the guy at the reception if we can check in, his answer was if you are lucky you can check in after 3pm. When I said what does it mean if you are lucky, he continue to say he has a lot of work so If we are lucky we can check in after 3pm (the audacity) My friend was asking if we can leave bags instead of answering he turned his head to other people and invited them to reception. Someone should teach this guy manners, people like that should not work in customer service, moreover we were 3 people in the room. Reservation was made 2 weeks in advance with note that we need extra bed. I had to call reception 2 times to remind them to bring extra bed and 3 rd set of towels. They brought it after 4 hours after we checked in. The bathroom was very dirty!!! If you value the high quality service definitely would not recommend this hotel although you want to experience luck of manners and bad quality customer service.

Ranny Haiby: Had a pleasant stay. Modern and well maintained facility. Staff are efficient. Location is not bad. Some restaurants and bars at walking distance, and nearby train station to easily get to the rest of the city.

Scott Eriksson: The room was fine and the location was good, but two of the 3 days I was there I didn’t get room cleaning because it was late in the day when cleaning came. The lounge is open til 11PM but when I went down at 1030pm they said the kitchen was closed. These are basic things that should not be a problem at a hotel like this. It’s why you pay the price.

Classik Hotel Alexander Plaza, Berlin: what do users think?

shir blumberg: Perfect location, big rooms, amazing shower with perfect pressure!! Great noise proof windows - was so quiet in the room... Nice staff, the only disadvantage is the two sperated beds instead of one double bed, but this was known prior to the booking so nothing to do on that. There is mini bar in the rooms which was important to me. Great value for price, for Recomended for your visit in Berlin

Caitlin Robin: Just back from my stay at this hotel for 3 nights, and it was perfect for what I needed! Great location, clean and modern room. Would happily stay here again, felt so comfortable here

Violeta Mihailescu: Excellent location, between 2 train stations, very easily accessible from airport by public transportation, very close to the touristic area/ walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, the staff very helpful, speaks English very well. Work out room very nice. Very good experience.

David Glasswein: just returned from a vacation on that hotel. We took the suite room which was amazing! Huge! Great location, close to everything, the room was very clean and the service was good, they have some construction work outside (zero noise but it effect the view), we were compensated nicely without any argue. I will reccomand to anyone of my friends.

Romain Moï: Nice stay. Super well placed. Nice staff. Comfortable rooms. Can be better: bedsheet would be better than quilt for warm summer.Rooms: 4/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 …More

George Nita: Nice Hotel, clean, breakfast could be better.Good is that is close to the best steak house in Berlin like 3 min walking :)

yevvv.h317: Very comfortable hotel with a great location. The personnel is also very nice and polite. To recommend!

Sepideh Eslami: Such a bad service and very rude customer service . Very hot room no air conditioning. We had to open our windows. Such a noisy place.could not sleep at night We have been there for a week no fresh towels No tissues no body wash Every day I had call the housekeeping office to get the stuff we needed. I would never come back there again.
