Andreas Landes: We founded a GmbH with Mr. Thon and have only had the best experiences. Through his detailed advice on drafting the contract in advance, we were also able to save a lot of money that we would otherwise have had to spend on a lawyer. We always got appointments quickly, e-mail traffic was just as quick, and both Mr. Thon and his two secretaries were very patient and gave us good advice on our "special requests". With the entry in the commercial register, everything worked perfectly. I can only recommend, great!

Michael Brayshaw: We have used Schwenke protection for various legal contracts and notarizations. The solutions were pragmatic and cost effective, which is not always the case with many notaries. The support from the lawyers and the employees in the back office was quick and friendly.

If necessary, we were also helped at short notice. There is a lot of know-how in the area of "start-ups", which is of great advantage especially for founders.
Andreas Partz: Dear Mr. Schwenke, As a notary, you and your employees earn more than many others, but services such as sending PDF files should be included in the notarial fees. Receiving invoices for 4x €1.50 for an object with which you have earned €3-4k does not feel good and means that I, as a notary, will no longer consider you in my selection for certifications.

I have emailed my review three times, but have never received an answer. Obviously you are not interested in dealing with criticism, you just want to give the impression that this is the case.

Andreas Lemke: Very unprofessional behavior as the appointment was almost canceled despite long planning due to personal sensitivities. Perhaps the profit for a simple company foundation with its own shareholder agreement was not lucrative enough. Lip Stark: Required a notary to be present during the signing of a document, and Mr. Mitchell was supportive in the matter. I received good support over the phone and got a quick appointment where Mr. Mitchell walked me through the steps and gave me additional advise.

Chris Pechi: We have been to Mr. been green. He is customer-oriented and likes to answer questions in a nutshell. Things can also be done at short notice and at reasonable prices. The operators are a bit brash (Berlin charm) but solution-oriented. He is now our first point of contact for notarial matters.

Irene Lehr: Unfortunately, the first non-binding consultation (1 hour) without prior notice and further services with Ms. Laaser-Hager turned into an extremely expensive affair (734.47 €). This notary is apparently more interested in maximizing her fees than in the welfare of her clients. You should therefore be warned against a consultation, especially since there is a threat of enforcement if you object to the completely excessive costs.
