Maria Stein: I asked you about Olaplex compatible care and you sold me a strengthening hair mask for 17€ (travel size). Please inform yourself better or admit that you have no idea. The hair treatment with Olaplex leads to hair breakage (because of the proteins)

Adamou Meryl: I was at Steglitz today, after reading the nice reviews on Alessandro I went there to meet him specifically ! It was worth the long trip. He definitely is a jewel! Great advice, patient, knows his work and a great personality ! I am a black skin woman and he knew how to direct me towards the best products ! The range for black women is not that varied and that is not his fault! He gave me the foundation I had bought in a small container to be used first in my own lighting and if satisfied open the foundation and if not return. Boy your are the beast for this no coin wasted!

Memar Memaran: I Purchased Dr Dennis Gross Triple correction eye serum from Douglas, Kurfürstendamm, Berlin, Germany. Whenever I came back to my country, Canada, and opened the package I found It was empty. I have asked them several times to refund my money but they refused. I could never trust them again.

Klaudio Wirkowski: I walked in to possibly grab some samples. I’m looking for a new fragrance and wanted to wear it to see if I like before buying it. The store wasn’t too busy and the First Lady I talked to gave me something I had already tried and directed me towards the cashier who supposedly had more samples behind the counter. I politely asked for some samples and the lady behind the counter made me feel very unworthy. It reminded me of the scene in Pretty Woman when Julia Roberts walks into the boutique on Rodeo Drive. Maybe it was my attire or the way I looked, I’m not quite sure. I do know that I was shocked when I left that store and will never ever go back.
Beatrice Hammerl: Worst ever. Service simply awful, the one responsible for make up didn’t have time to give me advice on make up, which is generally ok if they have some clients there already but the third consultant just wasn’t willing to give me advice because it was not her „area“...well that’s why I went out without buying anything. I would if they would just have tried to consult me on make-up although she was “specialised” in Parfums.

J Abwoli: FAKE hair!!! Sold so expensively with the claim of being 100 percent Indian hair. I wouldn’t mind spending on something original but this was a total rip-off. The hair is so thin, sheds like crazy and nothing real about it, just synthetic! The quality is not any different than the hair sold on Amazon.

Isabel: the store might look small from the front, but it packs a punch!! so many amazing hair care products, and the first time I went, I got an amazing recommendation for a vibrant and long lasting dye. the staff is very friendly and approachable. love it!

However, they sold me a fake hair saying that its human hair and i gave the hair to do it in clips then when i went to collect the human hair, it was almost half of the hair i bought! So mischievous. And I felt really bad. Just to let u know guys my expierence
Response: Hi Hiwot, we can't tolerate something like that. Blaming everything (fake hair) that's not possible. I remember you very well, you have very short hair, you want a full head of hair, but you don't want to spend a lot of money. You didn't write that you came to the store for several days and had a long consultation, but also got a special price. In Germany it is common for a pack of weft to have a weight of 95-100 grams. If you should come to Germany at some point, I can explain it to you better. yasgeremal
Filioleata Florence: My favourite cosmetic shop in Berlin, they have all the natural products my hair needs and their personal is so helpful and kind. I highly recommend.

Ute Mitzkat: This perfumery will not exist for long. Nothing is sorted anymore, no specialist staff, no donors and there have been no samples for months. Even in the shop windows there are no perfume presentations, only model posters. Very disappointing.

Abhinav Mittal: Large-sized Douglas store and if you have something in mind from Douglas collection, you are most likely to find it here. It is a double storey building with perfume collection on the upper floor. On the ground floor you can find cosmetic section which is crowded with girls trying on things. Friendly staff, which are happy to help you with your quest. Since a lot of people are visiting this place, some of the staff members can be unfriendly at times as well. They also have sale of few items and some combo packs.
Andreea L.: They must have the most uncaring and borderline incompetent staff out of all Douglas stores. They expose these flashy brands but there is never (not exaggerating, never!) someone to be able to answer questions. If you bother any of the 3-4 women (sellers) chatting, they look at you like ur the last piece of human. And if you want to know prices it takes them 5 mins to go to the cashier desk and check the prices. It is appalling!!! This is no flagship store, the stock is not replenished, it s overcrowded at the entrance and the staff is a joke
Larisa Palchinskaya: Good experience, this store is huge but not crowded and the consultants are helpful and friendly. Plenty of cosmetic testers were available.
Mørningstar: Bigger branch and has variety of products that some other branches don’t have. This one is bigger than the Alexanderplatz branch.
Wael Kamel: Not everyone speaks English but their selection of beauty products is quite extensive and better prices than other stores.
Jessine Hein: The employs try to sell you the most expensive product while having absolutely no knowledge and instead misinformation on ingredients. The employ I was asking a product for that I know is very good yet very affordable, told me it was extremely bad for the skin and that I should instead buy another „natural“ product. This was complete misinformation, as the product that I was looking for was recommended by a medical esthetician, and the product the Douglas employ was trying to sell me was about 5 times more expensive. She carried on to keep recommending me products I should buy instead of the ones I came for, all of them were multiple times more expensive. When I asked her about the bad side effects that she claims were caused by products I asked for she said she didn’t know. It’s clear they are not there to help but to sell you the most expensive thing they can.

Art: Really good perfume shop. I bought Channel perfume that was cheaper than the one in the original shop. And after doing a member card the price ended up being 40% lower.

Keyline Okomo: I bought a human hair lace wig at 200£ which was good but the one I saw last time was fraud it’s not human hair lace wig ,it has bad texture and it’s 150£ it’s obvious that it’s fraud and that’s stealing from customers I bet the original price of the wig is at best 50£ they are overcharging ☹️
Response: Hello, in Germany you are not allowed to sell artificial hair as human hair, if you have bought LOW class human hair. Please inquire about the difference first. But that also makes you liable to prosecution. and comparing the price with abroad is not professional. Kind regards
