Both Christian and René are first-class trainers who respond to all needs and design the training for everyone in such a way that it also suits their sporting level. The price-performance ratio is top and many courses are offered at different times, so that really everyone can take part. I highly recommend this boot camp. Keep it up you two!!!

Gonger Official: In itself the park is really good, but it is used more as a playground by small children, which in itself is not so bad if they didn't leave their garbage all over the place. Through the garbage come the most intrusive wasps I've seen in my life. They face each other more times in a few minutes. If there weren't any rubbish lying around there wouldn't be a problem. The park is nice as it is used but not. A playground is less than 100 meters away.
M C: Very nice to just do sports. You can get some fresh air and do a bit of sport at the same time. Unfortunately not everything is explained hence a star deduction
Instagram: Eskalabe: In itself a great facility for training, but you will be disturbed by children no matter what time of day, this is a "sports facility" and not a children's playground, so 1 ☆ star deduction. Just FYI, 50m away is a playground where the little ones can play. be bltzgwttr: I'm here for a relatively short time, but I'm happy to award the 5 stars for three reasons: 1. Piggy threshold is low 2. Trainer is hot 3. Tiring and LOTS of fun It's amazing how ambition grabs you, the concept works! Marcel corrects mercilessly and competently and whenever you think: “It's easy!” You are guaranteed to do something wrong 😊 I usually find it difficult to train in groups, but not only are the other participants nice and normal here, but also the trainer always gives you the feeling that you are right there as you are. I think the atmosphere is very good and I really enjoy going there. You can come to the trial training without obligation, there are different times, the price is around 10 euros for 60 minutes of training depending on the course booked and you get something for it. Groups are not too big, there are tools, ropes, balls, mats, dumbbells, etc. The training consists of three parts: warming up, circuit training, 🧘🏽♂️relaxation. Of course, stretching is never neglected. Circuit training is always different. You usually train with a partner and change them a few times during a training session. There is NEVER pressure to perform but motivation at most. The group is never missing from one person, so you don't have to feel stupid (very pleasant). A sense of achievement quickly sets in, and the 💪muscle sore the day after is guaranteed. Booking and payment is online and is unproblematic. No corrosive gag contracts like in the gym. You can book whole or half camps (16/8 dates) and even enter previously known absences and accumulate them in order to book further camps. The booking includes access to the website with a good overview of all courses, 🥒nutritional tips and challenges that help you to achieve your 🥇goals. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jacqueline Simpfendoerfer: Sam is a really good trainer, attaches great importance to the correct execution of the exercises and brings a lot of variety to the training. I have knee and back problems, thanks to Sam I am able to exercise without pain. Each camp has a new focus, the group is super friendly. Clear recommendation.
Annette Clavin: Sam is extremely knowledgeable and personable. Which makes for a great group. The demanding training for EVERYONE is just fun and super effective. I've rarely felt fitter.
Restaurant Bastard: Those who like to cook and eat generally live on the pleasure side of life. Recommended sport? Bah! Compensation? Nope, don't bother me. And then, a decade later, you thought, well maybe, it's getting out of hand, a little movement, well, well, well. A careful trial session. And then the trainer easily moderates Sam through sweaty rounds, you laugh (really) and you don't quite remember how you made it to the end of the training session. Ling Vu: Great place to train. Not as crowded as some other calisthenics parks in Berlin.
György Gajdos: Tidy, new, many exercises are possible, the floor is soft and springy. It is also not crowded, and well connected - 50m from the nearest underground station (Hallesches Tor, U6).Very good overall. It is not secluded , not separated with vegetation/bushes from the busy main roads so one can train mostly only after dark. (Also I am using my own gymnastics rings, so I can't complain about lack of possibilities, might be different if you don't, but I would say there are plenty of varied bars, lathers, for dips, pull ups, body rows, muscle ups, handstands, abdominal and back racks).
chamoto2: Great new calisthenics park, it's got pretty much everything you need: different sets of pull up bars, straight and curved, parallel bars for dips with different heights. Really nice soft astroturf perfect for exercises on the ground. Only thing missing would be a single standing pole for human flag practice but other than that, fantastic!💪🏽

If the weather allows it in winter, you can fall back on the open space of the facility. The "equipment" (numerous stairs, various bars, railings ...) of the location also offers many additional training opportunities. Unbeatable as a winter outdoor training area!
Jenny Lippold: It's a great workout that pushes you to your limits again and again. Absolutely balanced, always challenging and with a great team. I'm getting much further here, where I've stopped at others or didn't feel like it anymore. Keep it up!
