Vlad Solodenkov: We have a winner in the "Worst parking lot to ever exist" nomination. Ramps so steep and turns so tight that any wide and low sports car will scrape and beg for mercy. Can't imagine how driving an SUV would feel. The most stressful experience I had with parking during my 13 years behind the wheel.

Han Dir: You know the parking problem in Berlin is the same problem, like every big city in the world has. But ok, Berlin is more bush-league village than the other big cities of the world and in the other parts of the city, the "Kiez" it's normally no problem to find a public parking on the street or at supermarket places ... but in Wilmersdorf it's a little bit tricky! They have too much shops around, too much restrictions for all the bikers, rolling walkers and the famous Wilmersdorfer widows all around! And of course all the well educated and best employed bag-snatchers from Eastern-EU and Maghreb are looking so carefully for your personal wellbeing, so you be best recommended with the parking lot on top of Wilmersdorfer Mall, the Kant-centre. Please drive to the top level and enjoy the spectacular round view while sunset or just have a amazing sun bath for 2 EUR per hour! The 3 high performance-lifts will bring you after 15 min waiting directly to the transit mall with all the important shops. But take care for your money pocket ... you know. For leaving the parking lot you need more time, because alltime you have one of these SUV overpowered Wilmersdorfer widow in the line, forgetting pay the parking fee. For this they have a parking ticket machine just in the exit! Nice service.

Table S: In this region of Berlin, this parking garage is a valuable relief. Old and no longer the prettiest, but awesome for the people of Wilmersdorf. Slightly cheaper hourly rates would be even better accepted by drivers.

Hello Unknown: definitely the worst parking garage I've ever seen: -Totally incompetent staff who don't even know their own offers and give out false information -pure rip-off, the prices are exorbitantly high -super dirty and unclean, the whole car park stinks and is polluted with beer cans and bottles -staff give false information, make you pay more, and create trouble We stood there for about 15 minutes at the exit with 3 cars behind us who also put pressure on us and are not let out because the staff is too incompetent to know that we are allowed out with the contract we have booked. then we should go to the checkout after 10 minutes, where they then realized that they were wrong.

Oliver PB: Parking garage is good, payment rather bad. On parking deck 3 only card payment that does not work. On the 4th floor, it only worked with a lot of luck for 10 euros. Paying becomes a game of chance. It's best to take lots of small change with you!

Emily Greene: One of the worst parking garages I've ever seen. The prices are way too high, in the stairwell there were drops of blood on the steps, there was a man lying on the steps asleep with beer bottles everywhere. It stunk completely and you didn't feel safe at all. Once and never again. I prefer to park in the Contipark in the Wilmersdorfer Arcaden, even if I have to walk a bit more.

Jérôme Gries: Sorry, but with three parking levels, the machine only works on one level. That's a no-go! Unfortunately, you can't get out of this car park without cash, you can see from the machines that no money is being invested here. Really sad, then rather park outside on the street and pay by app with minute-by-minute billing! The flow system was also not installed for simplification, but only to count every marked minute. It doesn't matter whether the next hour is 1 minute or 15. If I've paid at the machine, I always have plenty of time to leave the parking garage.

Shuttle to airport drives frequently. Our flight was delayed and the ETA was scuffed. But no problem they wont charge you even when your flight was delayed whatsoever. Arek Bochnak: This is a well-organized car park: you book easily online, it automatically recognizes your license plate at the entrance, buses to the airport run on time, easy departure. I recommend it and will use it next time.

Umer Mahmood: I parked my car here for a full one month. Booking, checking in and out was flawless. The shuttle serive was superb. I was really happy that the bus to and from the airport had enough space for luggage since I was travalling with family and we had 3 big and 2 small bags. The shuttle service was on time and droped us right in front of Terminal 1. In short, it made our journey very easy. One suggestion: I couldn't find the loading/unloading area for baggage, maybe it could be marked better. But maybe its just me.

Ludovic Douay: The price is quite good even on short notice especially for a well sorted indoor parking. I advise to put the license plate so that you don't need to put the QR code (but it worked very well anyway). The transfer was very quick, waited 5min on the way in (at 4h) and 10min on the way back (at 14h). The only minus point was the lack of any garbage.

Andre Bergmann: Unfortunately it doesn't serve its purpose. Why do I park a vehicle in a multi-storey car park for several weeks? Primarily to protect it from the external circumstances (security, dirt, vandalism, etc). Admittedly also because of a bit of comfort, because of the proximity to the airport. When I picked up my car after 3 weeks, it was so dirty that I had to be really ashamed on the way to the next car wash (see pictures). After I pointed this out to customer service, the only answer I got back was a cheeky one, saying it was due to the construction sites around it. No sign of an apology. Next time I'll park on a side street instead of paying 80 euros (+ car wash) for this one. UPDATE: Now that I've read the owner's response, all I can do is shake my head. I don't even want to get involved in this imaginative writing. Only this much: It is not true. I have never received such an offer.
Response: We offered to pay for the cleaning costs as a gesture of goodwill after you submitted a receipt for the vehicle wash. Unfortunately, you did not respond to this offer. You wrote this review instead. We would have paid for the cleaning as a gesture of goodwill, although we cannot do anything about the external circumstances (force majeure as a result of neighboring construction sites). If you are not satisfied with the customer and service orientation for taking over the cleaning costs for your vehicle and you write a negative rating without reacting to our goodwill offer, it may be better if you park on the side of the road in the future. But with the code from the mail we were able to open the barrier without any problems. See how the driveway works. It's a shame that the bus no longer stops directly at the terminal. Lars Busch: Entry with license plate recognition didn't work, so you had to take a ticket. After talking to the support, I drove out again and paid €6 (in cash, unfortunately there was no receipt). There is therefore no refund, according to Easy Airport Parking! You can not understand whether there was parked! Although I consulted the support! Customer friendliness is written in small letters here. The customer has to pay for errors. There is no solution to the problem either. Too bad, unfortunately not recommended! wolfgang wendt: We booked with Easy Airport Parking for the first time. The initial statement that you are taken directly to the terminal and picked up there again is not correct. Tomasz Jakowiecki: Excelent, calm place to relax and visit Berlin. You can sit in the marina and have morning coffee. Sunsets amazing. Everything clean and in proper (German:) order. People at the reception nice and helpful. Price for the stay is more than satisfying. Only campers allowed!

Marcin Podwojski: Lovely place. Great location. Small, yet very clean bathrooms. Unfortunately I was unable to find a place for gray and black water disposal. Only German speaking staff.

Fant Winter: Just an extremely cute place. Yes, it's quite narrow and there's no waste disposal to drive over - but you're right next to a small marina, there's a pizza maker who knows his stuff (they also have delicious ice cream), you have every opportunity to explore Berlin, it's total quiet in the evening, there are tables and chairs for all camper guests right on the water, you can get the pizza from next door on the plate - it's just fun to be here. We spontaneously extended before the first night. There is a toilet m/w and a double shower for couples (or strangers who don't have a problem with it) 1€/5min per shower. There is also a rental sauna, cassette emptying and fresh water are included. Gray water only via mobile containers. Electricity? Is there an extra charge for each seat, I didn't ask (I'm currently testing my solar system). Conclusion: Absolute recommendation, you should respect the rules of the operator, he also has a few other little things on his mind. Reservation possible from 5 days, otherwise call from 10 a.m. and not before! Standing tight is required (still 1.5 meters clearance), if you can't do without an awning: look for someone else.

Jeanet: Very small spots. The campers are a maximum of 1.5 meters apart. But you do have a beautiful terrace on the water or behind your camper with table and chairs. Sanitary not really clean, and showers (2) weirdly arranged in sauna part 1 room with 2 showers. The sauna room can be locked, but if someone uses the sauna, it is not possible to shower. Owner pays little attention to camper spots and terrain. He sells fences and all possible places are full of samples of fences. Garden / house reception look unkempt. But it is a wonderful place to stand for a few days. Beautiful view of the harbor and the river from the terrace. Nice ride to Berlin by bike and public transport within walking distance of the motorhome. Good pizza joint on the harbour. For the money, the camper spots and sanitary facilities should be better taken care of

Federico Di Pane: A decidedly negative experience. They have a very small camper parking area, close to the lake, if there are 7 campers that's too much. In my case, they moved me to a parking lot at the beginning of the road, with tall grass, only with electricity. The water unloading and loading service is practically non-existent, they have a hole in which you cannot unload except with an external tank, ah I forgot that in front of this "unloading" there is a camper place that is always occupied, so in fact there is no the possibility of getting there with your own vehicle. I paid in the parking lot across the street as if I had been in front of the lake, a good 40 euros per night in order not to have no filling water or draining the gray. The bathrooms are obviously subject to an extra charge, and consist of a shared shower for 2, where you risk having it together with other people. Strongly not recommended, plus the managers do not even speak a word of English, in 2022 in a European capital, shameful.

Alba Dedola: Camper area that would have potential if exploited better (like really offering the services they say they have) and prices appropriate to what they can offer. The pitches are also nice, each has its own pretty terrace, with table, chairs and fountain with drinking water; pity that the spaces are quite right and that when they run out of seats facing the lake, they propose, for 40 € (!!!) a parking without even electricity, on gravel in the road towards the entrance, right in front of the tram routes. It would be worth it if they asked 10 €.
Response: Dear guest, you have probably also noticed that you have stayed in one of the most expensive residential areas in Berlin. And you probably also know that a parking space in Berlin costs €3 per hour...without overnight stays and without electricity, of course. And that a parking space in Italy now costs €80 per night. But you don't have to worry, a planning application for a city villa is currently in progress for our alternative parking space... as with so many parking spaces in Berlin. Then they no longer have a problem with the “high” fee 😉. As long as our guests motivate us to continue as before, the marina will remain public for a while. We would also like to take this opportunity to inform you that due to the increased energy and wage costs, our parking space will remain closed for the first time from November to March. Marcelo Seguti: I rented a Peugeot 308 to travel for Christmas. I did not suffer any damage to the car, the car was only used to take us to where we needed to go, all other days it was parked in an enclosed covered space. When we went to return it, we were charged for a scratch that we did not have, we asked for old photos of the car to see if they did not already have these scratches. We were simply told, the scratch is there, you have to pay. We asked for important documents to pass to the insurance and they did not have this numbering. What to do now? Pay everything and pretend that nothing happened?

M j G: Terrible experience. We booked a rental car online for a weekend vacation. The pickup location was this branch. This branch was closed on the day we went to pick up our car. No email, no phone call beforehand and no explanation as to why they were closed, nor was any sign on the store (it just had their regular opening hours). Because of this we ended up having to cancel our weekend trip, since we couldn’t go without a car. Money wasn’t refunded to our credit card until almost 8 weeks later. No apology was ever offered. And there was another couple who made a reservation too who was also left stranded by this rental location. They ended up booking a train to their destination.

Nacho Rodriguez: Hired a 9 seater in February. Went to pick it up in July. They didnt have it, I got an 8 seater instead. It was that or nothing. 24 hours later they called me offering a 6 seater saying that the van I got was one I couldn't have, and needed to return it immediately. Didn't you have time to make sure to have the hired car for my pick up? Europcar never again. As a side note, the staff there was very nice and tried to be as helpful as possible.

Andie Zhang: The space was great for our workshop, the room is big and light, the outdoor terrace very big, though it rained when we were there so we didn't really use it. In the fridge is unlimited Fritz cola drinks, water, and there's Nespresso and tea. The staff were friendly, the lunch restaurant is right downstairs and with good price. Overall we were very happy.

A C: Cars not parked in designated "sixt" rental spots don't appear to be rentable. It is possible to rent a car with <20km of fuel range which will not get you to Munich. There is no "supported petrol station" for refueling the car anywhere near the airport

Florian S: This car park is really awesome, because you can park here for free at Schönefeld Airport with a sixt share car as long as you only pick someone up (otherwise there is a drop-off fee) It's five minutes, but it pays off quickly when you see the parking prices that you would otherwise pay.

Tom: Parking very easy to find, but with relatively few designated parking spaces. In a pinch, I think you can also use the other parking spaces on the site (there is no other option). Short walk to the terminals.

Dragan Bacivan: You'll get a better experience renting direct from landlord. Upon check-in nobody was there to greet and hand over keys as it was done via lockbox. Then upon checkout someone comes and counts every single item, finding anything to pin against you for damages. Awful and shady. Deposit. We're expected to pay deposit and cleaning fee (€216) immediately however after checking out I have not heard a peep, and have not received me deposit for weeks. The problem lies with a loss of human touch from having Wunderflats as an intermediary, a "broker." When dealing with a direct landlord directly, you get a "gentleman's agreement" and respect for another person.

Sam Lees: !!WARNING!! if you are a non-European expat (perhaps on a Blue card) seeking interim accommodation while looking for permanent accommodation DO NOT USE Wunderflats! Wunderflats advertises your place before the end your tenancy making it impossible to find permanent accommodation with a tenancy that starts at the end of your contract for the simple reason that booking requests for your accommodation will come in up 3 to 4 months in advance! Only use Wunderflats if you are here temporarily or you have alternative or permanent accommodation lined up following your stay with Wunderflats. I am now trapped into paying an extortionate amount of rent and am faced with moving into interim accommodation that comes with a 1 month break clause while I search for more permanent accommodation.

It is generally possible to extend your stay, already directly after moving in. EK Santander: I am appalled by the level of customer service from the Wunderflats team. I initially sublet my apartment from March.01.2022 - Dec.31.2022 however, my tenant cancelled his tenancy early (Sept.30.2022). Wunderflats refuses to change the invoice to reflect the change in tenancy and sent a debt collection agency. Even after explaining the situation and sending proof from the tenant, the apartment owner and me that the subtenancy is over Wunderflats refuses to change the invoice. With the quality of hiring and the level of customer training at this company I am sorry to say that I will not be recommending this service to anyone.

Sebastien NKL: I have parked my mobile home at Womoflex every winter since 2015 and can recommend it to anyone (especially Berliners) who wants to protect their vehicle from winter damage. The prices are fair, the halls are very well maintained, dry, and what really impresses me the most is the reliability and friendliness of the staff. I parked the mobile home twice in Gransee and once in Velten. The hall in Gransee is very practical as it is located directly at the train station. The location in Velten is more difficult to reach by public transport, but you are closer to the city. I hope to be able to continue wintering my camper with you for the next few years! persaeid: I have been charged an additional fee of 50 euros for something I didn't want, without an invoice, or even a description . my initial invoice was for 125€, but then they returned the money because I didn't had the same credit card. They offered me the same invoice so I asked several times for the same amount, they said yes it is the same price, but one week later they overcharged me and don't answer my questions. I am still waiting for an answer from your customer service. Please don't rent a car here, because they are scam artists. You did answered my email and questions, and returned the money. Thanks. sasan gharibi: Warning, Warning, Warning, Warning Scam Report. I rented a car for 9cent/min and after 2 days got a shocking email about a damage report and in detail a flat tire. I talked with support and solved that issue and explained to him that wasn't my fault and never happened during my rent time. Nevertheless, I got today another shocking email about paying a 350 € as a damage bill. I am pretty sure it is a way of scam.

Nilay Ghosh: I have booked the car for 7 days. The rent was forcefully ended by Sixt in 3rd day. Then I had to book the car again for 3 days. At the end I paid for 3 days extra and only could use the car for 6 days. Even after calling and reporting this incident, no money has been refunded. Now thanks for refunding the money for 3 days booking. However, I could not use the car today and I have billed for today as well. I took the car on 17th May for 7 days. Therefore I supposed to return on 23rd May. First booking was cancelled by Sixt on 20th. I had to rebook on 20th again for 3 days. Therefore 20th is counted twice and I ended up returning the car one day before and had to cancel my plan. Can I get back one day rent?

Sebastian Michaels: Do not book with Sixt Share under any circumstances. Sixt Share tried to attach damages to my name again and again and I did not cause it. The same happened to some of my colleagues multiple times. After I tried to solve everything on a legal basis I am still in negotiations 3 months later. Presumably the very low Sixt Share fees compared to the competition should be compensated by such actions as I assume. It is an absolute catastrophe and can no longer be recommended. I have now finally logged off and after several reminders they eventually deleted my personal data.

Amro Ali: Very efficient and very cost effective way to move around Berlin. The cars are well taken care of. The only downside, is that sixt cars are not always available on the very ends of the business area while the cars from competitors are always available.

It also happens that cars I reserve are parked in parking lots and I walk a long time until I realise I can not access the car and then have to find another then sixt charges me for creating another reservation

Rebecca Ellis: Very nice hotel. A little bit out of the centre, but the subway is about a 3 minute walk away, and checkpoint Charlie is about a 10 minute walk so wasn’t a problem at all. Also a Lidl almost opposite which is very helpful. Room was nice and clean, staff super friendly. Breakfast was very limited but delicious all the same. Really enjoyed our stay here and Berlin was such a great city

Excellent service with good price. Comfortable parking. Typical german breakfast with delicious coffee. Excellent choice of TV channels from 20+ different countries.

Cle123 Cle123: I’ll be honest, the rooms are clean which was a big plus. But I am giving this place a 3 star because there is no fridge or no microwave in the rooms! How in the world do you expect someone to stay in a room for a week with no cold beverages? You are forced to drink warm water if you go to the gas station and save it. I called the front desk and they told me “There is water in the bathroom sink and it’s drinkable.” That was the saddest thing a hotel has ever said to me and I travel A LOT especially for work. Please be a little more classy since people are supporting your business, thanks

Ross Woodward: Modern clean Holiday Inn Express hotel in good location - less than 10 min walk to subway/underground, close to bus stops, about 1 hour transit to airport on public transport, 30 mins in taxi. Friendly staff, room clean, breakfast had good choice (European/continental style) although could do with more coffee machines as waiting a while when busy. Mattress was a bit hard for my liking and compared to other Holiday Inns however the bed was bigger (Queen size) than some HIX. No AC in winter only option is to open the window (although you need to sign a waiver to have it opened more than tilt mode) which left the room hotter than I like during the night despite being -2/3 outside! Bathroom was a wet room style which was fine and modern but meant the shower water flooded the floor around the toilet if not careful. Overall enjoyable stay and would happily return.
