Linh Phan: This is a small park yet the scene in autumn is very spectacular. It can be very crowded in the weekend. A lot of people go here for a barbecue and picnic.

It is crowded usually. Not a very big place but it's a good place to have some rest under tree shadows and with sounds of playing children.

Jaik Me: it was nice before when they were allowed to make grills there. They are quitting all the grill places in Berlin, that's not nice... Also, the Hund Platz is closed from 13:00 to 15:00, and one woman from the building is always shouting from her window when any dog bark, that's weird. Berlin you are losing your soul...

Honest People Are Scum: Very underground park with obscure delights. Almost impossible to find without consulting ancient parchments. Sometimes you get lucky and the glimmering portal can be ascertained after intense tantric concentration but you need to approach it from the west at sundown during a full moon. Bring a capsule of horse's blood for protection and don't forget to cleanse relentlessly with the milk of pregnant pygmies. Bring a ball of thread and a divining rod to navigate the labyrinth. Don't be lured in by the sirens that sing from the depths from cannabis nebulas.

Amanda Majorowicz: Beautiful park close to the canal with a view of Museum Island and historic buildings. There are lots of trees to keep shade, open grass areas for dogs to run or people to gather and play frisbee. There is a wide cement/sidewalk area to walk or sit along and watch ferries go down the canal. Drinking is not allowed technically (but people do it anyway) and there are places where you can grill. Perfect small central location to have a small party :)

Fariba Fathi: I like here. It's a big park in the city with different locations and design. There is a nice rose garden in it. There are lots of seats and tables for relaxing, playing and so on. Also in top of that you have nice view of city.

Christian Kmiotek: What a strange place. Remembering WW2 as those concrete towers were built for anti-aircraft artillery. Now you can have a panoramic view over Berlin as the inside and outside was filled with millions of tons of war debris. Nice to see that now, trees are growing.
AuxiliumVeritas: Beautiful park. I love the little streams with the small bridges, path, benches and fountains arranges around it. The sheer nature is absolutely beautiful here.
Monty Mario Stephan: Inside the park there is a garden called Rosengarten. A beautiful and clean place to sit and spend the day, or to take pictures.
Carlos Payes: Totally worth coming up here. Specifically at sunset. You are on top of the city surrounded by nature and an amazing park. This is the last thing I did on my trip and cant wait to visit on my next trip to Berlin.

Chiamaka Ikeanyi: A good park for relaxing and engaging in fun experiences with friends. Skaters and tennis players would have fun here; the park covers a large land mass so more space for people. Children are not left out; there are places for them to play.

Karl Vetter: Nice park, a lot bigger than I expected. There is a restaurant there serving food and a kiosk you can get snacks and drinks. There is a kids play area as well as a beach volleyball area

There are at least 3 separate playground areas (there may be more), tennis courts, basketball courts, skate park, duck pond, fountains, paths, and a cafe. One of the playgrounds had a zipline that our kids loved. Felt pretty clean and felt tucked away from all the normal tourist areas. Highly recommend a visit.
Eva Cambedda: Lovely❤️ went there for a morning run around 8am. It was full of people running, walk-ins, reading, playing with the dog, going yoga, stretching, work out ecc. Very nice atmosphere. Clean, quite, energising.

Terence Hill: this is a very nice Park and one of the oldest public parks in Berlin. It has a few small Lakes, Mountains and some beautiful Water Fountains. The Märchenbrunnen is really beautiful and in the summer a pretty popular place to hang out. There is a path where you can jog or hike up the Mountain to get a really good view of the City below. Two small artificial mountains, which are made of demolished WWII bunkers and rubble from the ruins of buildings destroyed in the war, offer of a spectacular view of Berlin's city centre. They have become known as "Mont Klamott" and "Kleiner Bunkerberg"

Kelvin Pothin Wolff: People sunbathing, children playing and families relaxing. Such a good vibe!
Palash Maske: A pretty park to chill or walk around in. Nothing very fancy.
CZMaestro: Definitely not for everyone. I'd give it 5 stars for authenticity and vibe, but since it's such a specific vibe I've gotta bring it down to 4. Though all parks are technically family friendly, I'd say you'd have to have a pretty unique family to hang here with your kids. In some ways, the most Kreuzbergian park in the city. Lots of artists. Lots of drugs. Not very well kept, but still very pleasant. A really cool place to watch the sunset with friends with a pizza and some cheap drinks from the Späti. The one thing that gets to me are all the drug dealers which lurk in and around this park and position themselves in the bottlenecks where most people have to walk at some point. Just unpleasant being asked if you want drugs EVERY time you come through. But those sunsets are fantastic, and because of the big funnel in the middle of the park, you can sit in a big area with many many people and all have the same clear view of the horizon.

Stephanie C: Large park with a eclectic mix - from druggies, artists, students to families with grandparents and children. Best not to cut through the park at night. Although we saw police patrolling in the day and felt safe, I can’t imagine what it’s like at night! Cute petting zoo with lots of room for the animals to roam in.
Leandro Machado (TioSolid): Great place to bring kids and family. Lots of green and open spaces where you can walk or sit and relax. They have a very nice bar in the middle of the park too. The only downside to this park is that the lighting isn't very good at night. The place is kid friendly but you will probably find lots of people smoking weed (and also selling it), so be aware of that.
Nammyoung Hong: Of course I met lots of weed dealers in this park. But they are harmless:) Still you can enjoy the nice sunset inside the green space.

Terence Hill: It's a Fun place to visit. You can ride your Bike or chill on the grass. Bring a Beverage and get a Tan. :) You can grab a bite to eat. The Food was really good and was the Beer. During the Summer it's very popular on the Weekends As a kid I used to Fly from this Airport.
Islam Mansour: It is a brilliant 😉 place to hang out with friends or enjoy different sport like cycling, inline skates, skate board ⛸️, flying kites have a picnic with the family, grill during sunny days too. Love of the concept of utilizing the old airport for such a beautiful social place.
O. David Popoola (Oluwasedago): I love this place. Formerly an airport, now used for recreation purposes. Shows are held in the Concert area, while the runway is used for flying things like kites, or riding bicycles etc One thing I also love is separating the grilling area from the other areas, so you can grill without disturbing others. Its a massive place and entry is in different areas and free. Parking on the street adjacent to it is free, however, parking spots are hard to come by.

Shaharia Azam: One of the largest field for people to spend leisure time in Berlin. It was an old airport. Now it's abandoned and this huge field is now one of the most popular spot to spend your time. People go there to do skating, riding bike, flying kites and so many stuff. If you are in Berlin, definitely you should go to this field specially in a sunny day. It's amazing.

VATER DES KAISERS: Berlin without the Treptower Park would not be Berlin. A muss in the summer. Very diversified designed. From the beautiful beer garden to small cozy ice cream parlors as well as Soviet Memorial over relaxing large lawn. It is one of the most beautiful places in Berlin... PS. By the way, the corn and latte tasted excellent👌!
romain saussaye: One of the nicest and cleanest Park in Berlin. The place is huge, easily accessible by common transport and car (free parking near the island of youth) You can either visit the soviet monuments, stroll by the river sides, take some sun or even take a deep if you are brave enough.

Uttam Sadyq: Beautiful place for a weekend promenade. The park was s decided into two parts: one is nature a site with lots of huge trees and picnic places. The other part is an alley of tall trees and a huge monument of Soviet epoch. There’s also a big lake just behind the park (or may be it’s part of it).

B Dalela: Beautiful garden/ park to walk around in. I must have walked at least 5 km in and around the park and saw ponds, bridges, monuments, beautiful autumn colours and happy bouncing dogs playing fetch. Brings sheer joy to your heart. And all of it is free. But bring some cash/ spare change in case there's someone singing to make some money and you'd like to donate. You can't hear the traffic even though it's in the city. Loved this place.
Praveen Mehrotra: The extension of Tiergarten includes Victory Column and some very nice art work. On other side it is bound by canal. It has a very nice cafe too. Green and with all amenities it is perfect place for day picnic and morning walk. On a sunny day people can be seen relaxing and enjoying sun.
Dora Rauch: A beautiful, very large park located in the central part of Berlin. An ideal place for a long walk, morning jog or bike ride. It is not as pleasant in winter as it is in summer, but there are many places here, so there is a place to go. Entry to the park is free. There are no restaurants or cafes here. There are interesting animal sculptures in the park.
Oscar Conrad: Tiergarten is always an environment where you can go with your child and have a good time. It looks like an oasis of calm and quiet in the city this way. Whether you play on the lake shore, climb fallen trees, discover animals and insects, or rent a boat from cafe am neusee and take a stroll in the lake... there is always a different alternative for the little ones... every season of the year is beautiful... especially if you go in the rain. and you will enjoy the smell of wood...

Busenaz Mackali: It impresses with its nature the fact that the bicycle path and the pedestrian path on the street side are closed due to the bicycle race narrowed our walking space a little, but it made us say that no place in Berlin is narrow :))
George Kiritsis: Beautiful park with a lot of trees and water inside. You can walk through it or ride it with a bike, it is always pleasure to see that kind of places and all this nature inside the city.
El. Sterg: A great visit to the zoo in the afternoon and at the Christmas lights in the evening left us absolutely happy! Two star minus for the impolite and disgraceful steward at the Christmas lights entrance who wouldn’t let us enter 15’ minutes earlier than the time slot written invitee prepaid ticket although there wasn’t any queue! Absolutely bad behavior for 80euros paid for the spectacle!

TJ C.: A great place to spend the Sunday. There is flea market around noon and probably also to afternoon - very crowded but interesting to walk around. Several bands are performing around the lawn and you can just grab some food and enjoy the music!
Kristina Kunz: Nice park with a great big playground plus basket ball hoops. Public toilets are also available and there is a kind of a biergarten at the entrance. Lots of space to bike, skate or scoot around.
Kajal Kapoor: This is one of the biggest and best flea markets in Berlin! I’ve been to a good amount of Sunday markets during my time I lived in Berlin and this one is by far the most worth visiting. It has a variety of stalls of antiques, handcrafted items, and delicious food to try! If you’re thinking of one to go to- make sure you hit this one!
Ronke On demand: Visited on a Sunday. Really had a great time with the "drop the mic" many outstanding performances from ordinary people. So entertaining. Lots to eat and drink. Also a lot going on with the market.
Aidan Deaves: We went to the flea market on Sunday in summer and the experience was spectacular. It’s pretty crowded but there are many stands with interesting things such as jewellery, vintage clothes, glasses, and handmade stuff. It also has a big array of food stands with few seating areas. I also recommend going to the karaoke that starts nearby in the park at around 3pm on Sundays.
Shy: One of my favorites parks in Berlin. It is quiet during the week, has a big playground for kids, swings (for adult too 😉) the wall is always filled with great graffiti art, and the market on Sunday is great fun (check the food stalls!). It can be pretty crowded on Sunday because of the market, especially on a warm summer day, but then you can enjoy the street performances and music. Tip: get a yummy smoothie from the juicery (5 minutes from the park), sit on a bench (extra points for a picnic blanket) and enjoy your life.
Prague Vibes: Park with long walk ways and different venues. I've been there on Sunday to visit the flea market. It's an amazing leisure activity, you can find various objects for yor flat, select a vinyl for your collection and check out hand made design goods.
Adrian Crăciun: This was a pretty big park, it has a lot of grass surface that you can chill on. There are also a lot of playgrounds for kids with slides and all sort of things as well. On one side of the park, on top of the hill, there is a part of the Berlin wall still there. It's a nice place to visit. There are lots of things you can do here and also lots to see. I recommend it for anyone visiting Berlin.
Chhavi Sharma: Happening park with people playing Music and various games. Has dog sitting area and an elevated place to walk. A lot of street art, you can watch live street art on the walls. A lot of people are there in summer evenings and weekends, playing games, barbecuing etc.
Voyager en Style: The park itself was really cool to visit, also to see the wall. I love the blossom trees! But it’s too bad you need to wear a mask outside. This I really didn’t like! And I was expecting a little bit more. The park is big but the space between the food trucks was so little that it felt unpleasant. They could have easily used more space for this!

Anastasiia Shaposhnikova: The park is great. There is something for everyone: a secluded place for reading, or a sports field for athletes, there are also many playgrounds, or places for family recreation, also a good place to walk with dogs or just enjoy nature and dream.
Mia Spiridonovska: One of my favorite parks in Berlin! Great place for sport and chilling with friends/family. Part of the park is a natural reservation and a wonderful view at sunset.
Lisa Tam: A long boardwalk runs along the edge of this former airfield turned nature preserve. Lots of different sights and activities along the way. Includes abandoned airport buildings, a skatepark, playground, benches and viewing points.
krystian g: Yet another great place in Berlin, but don't expect much. It's a former airfield with few tormac tracks inside, you can bearly find trees there, lack of proper lawn, so forget about picking. I could find a proper playground there, so avoid going there with small kids, they will be bored to death. One basketball pitch, which is open to the public, can't remember about any barbecue spot. Basically it's a piece of land, where you can ride your bike or do Nordic walking, nothing spectacular, it's not a typical German park.
Leo Nawroth: A bit triste in summer, the grass is burned and there isn't much to see. You can watch a small group of sheep. It's probably more exciting in spring.
Myroslav Artiukh: This is a good place for skating, playing volleyball and walking. You are only allowed to walk on metal walkways, but there are a few sport activities for everyone.
Florian Weissbach: Big and slightly uncared-for park with fantastic football / basketball court.
Ramon Pallaske: Lovely place and one of the hidden gems of south-east Berlin. You can see cows and sheep and wild birds. Excellent to wind down and if you go towards the Adlershof area there are playgrounds and skate parks. Come in the summer, spring, autumn or winter, it's always nice. The walkways are in great condition so you can easily go for a jog. Try the bakery that is really close by.
Atte Sallinen: Decent place to have a walk but nothing major to look at, just the empty field
Mahzabin Kazi: A good place for walking, jogging, cycling, skating, relaxing. Peaceful environment. A beautiful sunset can be seen in the evening.

Steven Wollburg: Fantastic Park with East German Spirit.Looked better years ago.Its visible that the Berlin Government spend not much on Parks now.Very sad.Teddy Thälmann was a real Antifaschist.

Zuzumi Manju: It's big and in a great location BUT it's always full of broken glass. Watch out with bikes getting punctured and with kids getting hurt.Best to visit in winter under snow, and spring with a camera (but no picnic sheet) for taking pictures of the cherry blossoms.

Roman Mazur: I really like the place, it's near by and looks so beautiful. Every morning you can pass by and have some positive emotions because of these trees, loans and sculptures. Also there is a perfect place to play with your dog (or obviously any other pet you have). And let's not forget that there is a dog's pool over there. How many other pools for the pets can you find in your neighborhood?! I bet not many:-) There is a place to play the ball: football or "beach volleyball". Completely separate topic is a small artificial lake in the middle. This is so peaceful and calm place. If you need to think about something, there is no better place. Yes, it's not big, but populated with ducks, birds and gorgeous color fishes (bass I believe). I literally can observe how they are gracefully swimming for hours. Fishing is forbidden, thought. The thing I like is to go there with the acoustic guitar or ukulele and play a bit, don't much care about listeners, just spend some time and feel rejuvenated afterwards. The friend of mine like to go and draw amazing pictures. Highly recommend the place, I'm sure you will find something for yourself in there.
Tomás Fonseca: An Ok park next to the Greifswalder ring bahn stop. Behind the oversized statue there is a small park with a place for children to play, a small lake and a couple of table tennis tables that are usually occupied. A nice place to have a drink in the grass at the end of the day

Tomás Rodríguez Soto: The escultura “Der Spreekieker” by the artist Gertrud Bergmann is a home of Alfred Braun in Berlin, pioneer of radio diffusion in Germany. Braun fue además actor, director de cine, teatro y radio así como guionista. La escultura está ubicada a orillas del Spre en el bello paseo del "Iburger Ufer". The sculpture "Der Spreekieker" by the artist Gertrud Bergmann is a homage to the Berliner Alfred Braun, pioneer of radio in Germany. Braun was also an actor, film, theater and radio director and screenwriter. The sculpture is located on the Iburger Ufer directly on the Spree.
