A dish stands and falls with the freshness of its ingredients, especially, when it comes to fish and seafood. When we cannot get our hands on products that are fresh enough, we choose not to serve the dish on that day. We buy the whole fish to be able to judge the quality ourselves before we serve you. In our restaurant, we want to welcome you with the Latin happiness that runs in our veins.
