dog: The have very little cat products, when I was paying, no one was at the counter, waited for 3 minutes finally the guy arrived, still checking out with the slowest speed. I’m not very impressed at this store, won’t come back again

Natalia Filvarova: Excellent pet store that has everyone you might need! They have a huge cat and dog selection as well as a bit of stuff for rodents and birds. You can also donate things to local animal shelters. It’s of course welcoming to your four legged friends so you can come together and choose the best treats and toys :)

dog: Love this store! It’s huge and so many new products I haven’t seen from other shop! Even my dog was excited to go everytime!
Sigute: Great aquarium section! Anything you might need for your fish tank, from decorations including driftwood pieces and rocks as well as castles etc to large selection of fish and plants. You can also buy aquariums here.

Burak Atsu: If you are a cat owner avoid this place. For a flagship store the selection is ridiculously small. Cant even get a proper leash or items of quality. Everything is china produced low quality stuff. I didnt want to order stuff from internet but I have now no other choice. Do your pet a favor and go somewhere else.

It is a small Fressnapf but to be honest the cat selection, which is what I needed isnt much smaller than the Fressnapf XL that I have been to in the past. The staff were friendly. I will go again if I want to buy something in person rather than doing a big online shop.

Julia Scheffer: The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Even though it is a rather small store it is well stocked and there is a wide product range to choose from :-) There are a lot of different dog treats, meals and toys. You can also pay by card when you spend more than 10euro.

Eric Willinghan: They always have so many great food choices... I can find all the special foods my cats and dog need... very nice place.
Mellissa McConnell: Nice staff, clean store, easy to get to, and a really large selection. Also you can take your animal in with you. It’s kind of a trap though because there’s a “candy aisle” full of unpackaged treats and chews right next to the checkout, which seems a little cruel to make the animals endure while waiting in line.

The only thing that makes me sad is that there are much more anatomically incorrect or even harming collars and harnesses for dogs and cats. I wish to see there more appropriate attire for pets that are anatomically right

Mahboob M: One of the biggest petshopes that I ever seen! I went there to buy food, for my cats. The shop have everything! Almost all necessary supplies for dogs, cats and birds; such as beds, houses, toys, various foods, collars, etc. I give 3 stars cause animals art not for us to buy and sell. They sell live birds and bugs, fishes :(

Ahmed Hasan: A huge place for shopping for your lovely pets. From cat-dogs and all other animals, you’ll find everything under one roof. Very helpful staff and guides very genuinely without any sorts of promotion selling. Easy shopping and checkout process making the whole experience good. They even have fishes and live exotic animals along with rats and hamsters. You can easily spend over an hour and end up shopping a lot for the lovely pets. Prices are reasonable and the stock variety is huge compared to fressnapf.

Response: I understand the disapointment, when you come to our store with a credit card and the system dosn't work and you don't have cash with you. For us it was also very disapointing and we feel sorry for our customer but it was nothing, that we could change. Normally you can pay by cash, creditcard or EC-card, but at the moment in whole Germany were in many stores the same problem, that the system didn't took credit cards or payment by your phone. At the moment you can only pay with cash or EC-card. I don't understand and it makes us really sad, that you gave us only one star, just because of a problem, that we couldn't change. May you think about deleting this rating or change it. Thank you so much and we hope to see you again in our store! Have a nice week! Reply: Yes, because of a problem with the card readers. New ones are ordered, but we are waiting for it. Every store who has these kind of old card readers has this problem.

C. E.: Great little dog shop with all sorts of snacks and nice harnesses/collars. My dog is crazy about the Himalaya Käsestange and deer antlers from here. Got him a nice collar which they happily made a new hole in to fit him perfectly :) Very friendly and helpful service, would definitely recommend!

Frank Rog: Small but fine pet food store with heart and mind. There is also a pet boarding facility here. I like this shop, drive from Neukölln to Schöneberg to buy food for my parrot.
Katrin Schmidt: I have rarely experienced so much love and passion in such a small space. Good atmosphere paired with friendliness, immeasurable love of animals and expertise top all shops of this kind in Berlin! Interns are also very welcome there. Keep it up.
Brownie Koca: The internet rating is wrong. The lady seriously wanted to sell me large sunflower seeds (for my nymphies), which were intended for parrots. When I asked if there were other shops nearby that had something for large parakeets, I was turned away. If you want to buy food for large parakeets, I recommend another shop! Very impolite. Too bad.
Response: If you want to buy sunflower seeds from us, you can choose between the black ones from Bulgaria, the striped ones from Hungary, the white ones from Kenya and the peeled ones (originally also striped from Hungary) Cardi would still be there for more delicate species. Figure-hugging ones can also get sunflower seed free. I would like to apologize that the selection did not seem to meet your requirements. And I'm also terribly sorry that the colleagues I mentioned were too far away for you. leni _like: cute little shop, we always buy food for dogs and cats there (Rinti brand), you get good advice on whether the animal has diarrhea or a sensitive stomach. You can always get tips here too. There is usually something for the four-legged friends to try and the sensation of the shop window (mouse house) is always a pleasure to look at. All in all a good price-performance ratio, the only downside for me as a vegan is that the operators see animals more as farm animals and also eat them, but that is a matter of opinion and does not detract from the good service.
