My therapist is more thorough in taking an anamnesis than I have experienced anywhere else and she is so precise and skilled in both the manual treatments and the exercises that are given to you. Ja Klaudia: Kuma and Yuval are doing really good job. They are always kind, patient and happy to help you with your health problem. I struggled with my back and after few sessions of exercises and advice things started to get better. After completing two full rounds of sessions I feel much better. I can recommend the practice to everyone.
Jobriath Toon: Keeps phoning to change appointment times. My last appointment was cancelled and I never got an alternative date. I was told to bend my toe which has a painful hallux and hold pressure on it but when i saw my Orthopaedic specialist, he said that this was wrong information and the last thing I needed to do!

Charumati Haran: Had an excellent experience seeking physiotherapy here. Dr. Tim Heinrich is super-friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable (and speaks English perfectly!). He advised me so I could build an exercise regime and improve my overall health in the long term. Would highly recommend.

Constance Compton-Stewart: Do not respond to emails or phone calls. As I had mentioned in our Skype appointment (Corona peak season), I was informed by the doctolib app that this would be covered by my insurance, which I later discovered it was not. I am in touch with their customer service and they have asked me to get in touch with my insurance company and the praxis (which I have to no avail). Although the Skype appointment was fine, I feel that the lack of communication is unprofessional and in this circumstance unfair.

Hans Weckerle: Went to the Physio Center in Moabit for manual massages. Very accommodating and competent staff. The treatment there is different than most other practices. You can take your time when moving in and out, as the time was not taken into account. Needs were great, almost too much of a good thing. I will gladly come again.
Super Andi: Worst physiotherapy in the world, with a total of 5 treatments I had every time a different employee from moody and unmotivated to hypercommunicative everything had to offer. The treatment was hardly symptom-related and was performed completely differently by each practitioner. The highlight was that I had to change the room during a treatment because the employee in the other room liked it better. Finally, the treatment duration was not correctly adhered to, so that the staff could take a break on time! The only plus: short-term appointments (why good?) Conclusion: The Physiocenter Moabit deserves the title "Worst Physiotherapy in the World"

Angela Räbiger: I have on 2.11. got the transfer, due to a death and still have to work, I only got around to getting appointments on site on November 23rd! The first appointments were canceled by calls from the practice! The referral is no longer valid because the treatment has to start within 28 days of being issued! I was there within the deadline to make an appointment, what can I do about the fact that appointments are cancelled? I am really stunned! Sent away despite the pain, unbelievable!

Olaf Herrmann: Danger! Danger! Danger! -Evil cost trap- !!!309.20 EUR additional payment for 10 appointments - almost 900 EUR in total!!! You really feel sorry for the competent, nice staff, who treat you very well in a nice atmosphere. It is very important at the beginning of the therapy not only to pay attention to the invoice amount when presenting a co-payment agreement, but also to ask for hourly rates and to compare them with the health insurance companies and cooperatives. This did not happen in my case and before the bills from the private individuals were back, the next bill was already in the house and the third prescription was already fully in therapy. With 28 sessions, you can expect a wave of costs of EUR 865.76, which you will remain seated on. This is a total to be educated on when calculating rates are simply set that exceed the rates of the insurers by nearly 100%. So if you can spare the thaler for it, have additional insurance or have yourself properly enlightened beforehand, you are in good hands and will be well looked after.
Karl-Friedrich Warnke: great team!! From the reception to the physiotherapy, all the employees are super friendly and very communicative!! Appointments are also made very patient-oriented!!! The treatment rooms are very clean and well-kept, as is the guest toilet!!! Keep it up please!!!

Patricia Tiffany Wang: I get physioterapy here, my physiotherapist gives me really good manual massage theraphy, advice and guidance to make exercise and reduce the my pain. The team is so nice and friendly. They have a service dog, the dog is so cute and friendly, sometimes she greets me when I come there. The place is really clean and neat. They offer some relaxing massage too like shiatsu and for any wellness too as yoga class. I must admit that my pain on my shoulder is geting better since they give me treatment. I recomend this place for someone who look for a good physiotherephy in Berlin.

Daniel Singer: I can only say thank you to the practice! After a BSV in the cervical spine and inadequate treatment in another practice, which I do not want to name here, I decided to join the Physio Top Rehabilitation Center team. Team really has to be written in capital letters here, as the cooperation between registration, doctors and therapists really went hand in hand. The staff was very friendly and dealt with my complaints individually. Of course, due to staff shortages, appointments can sometimes be postponed, but the registration responded immediately and quickly found a solution with me. In conclusion, I can only rate my stay as positive. After only 2 EAP (10 appointments each) I had almost completely regained my motor skills, the pain was significantly less and the doctor was even able to take away my weeks of vertigo. I can only recommend this practice, especially when you think you are at your wits end.
Michael Stephan: Even if it was a while ago, I would like to say thank you to Physio-Top-Rehazentrum for the really good and effective EAP. All the therapists and the wonderful doctor here are dedicated and upbeat, so it was a pleasure to go here. The patient is important here, not the money. My special recommendation, especially for those who need or have been prescribed an EAP.

Sascha Brejora: Neat and modern ambience, friendly and professional from the registration counter to the treatment room. Careful and knowledgeable anamnesis, large and super-friendly team, as well as very well-equipped treatment and equipment rooms. In addition, as a patient, you are not only treated at the highest level, you are also challenged yourself and provided with practical instructions for everyday life. Personally, I was treated by at least six different physiotherapists for various complaints and felt that I was in the best of hands with everyone. Absolutely to be recommended.

A neat, attractive atmosphere rounds off the treatment time. The only drawback, the waiting times for registration are sometimes very long, especially if you have big problems with it. Joel Dunmore: I was suffering from a slipped disc. After visiting a doctor, an orthopaedist, a neurologist and an osteopath, I went to David at BlauHochDrei. This was the first time that anybody genuinely took the time to understand my problem, listen to how things were developing and adapt their recommendations accordingly. David got me on the road to recovery. Highly professional and a real gentleman.

I have to add as well that all the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. I am truly satisfied by the service and the therapy they offer and i recommend this center.
