Margarita Govedarska: I came here for a piercing exchange multiple times already (in “emergencies”). I trust the piercer and don’t make the sizing decisions on my own, which is a huge mistake as every time I come out with a smaller barbel than it should’ve been. I have told them on the spot that I am concerned with the jewelry being small, to which they reply “you’ll get used to it, or just come back again.” I will not come back again!!!!!! I have had to go under a local anesthesia on my lip because they’ve put a piercing so small that it sunk into it. Similar things have happened to my other 4/5 years old facial piercings due to jewelry change in this place. For piercing service - I understand the comfort they provide. But the quality of the job they do is, from my experience, inadequate. Service: Nose piercing

Robin Molteno: both myself and a friend got pierced here. if the interactions and experience you have while getting pierced matter, go somewhere else. if you only care about technical proficiency, the place is great. we interacted with 3 staff; 1 was nice. front desk was quite curt/dismissive/rude. the lady that first did our piercings and took our calls was aggressive, and cold in-studio. a place like this should really be more aware of the significance of what they do, for those that support them. even a fake smile would meet that need.

I had no booking but i only had to wait 10min :) the only flaw is that there was a lot of piercing jewelry already sold out but other than that, great! I highly recommend

She explained everything to me and the 2 piercings were done within 15 minutes. I would highly suggest getting the aftercare product if you don’t already have something to clean your piercings with. I use mine 2-3 times a day.
Ly Christine: I had an appointment today but they were late this day because one of their colleagues was sick. However Gino was very quick and professional, he asked me if I wanted gold or silver and pierced my two lobes and a helix. Then he gave me some information about cleaning etc,. I am very happy with the result so far. The shop was clean and nicely decorated. Also the prices were not so expensive and everything was fine so I think I would definitely come back in the future. Would recommend !

Jung Woo Yae: A really cute place with so many choices of piercings. I’m sure you can find something you wish for out of endless options. I literally just got my nose pierced as well and I really recommend Martin!! He is such a sweet talker and can make anyone feel comfortable before the procedure. If you ever get a piercing, please check if it is Martin who does the piercing. I read lots of reviews here saying the staffs are unfriendly but this is absolutely not true! Everyone was quite smiling and warm! Very much recommended!
Jon-Luke Cogger: The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I had an infected ear piercing and they cleaned it and took care of it for me and welcomed me to come back for check ups. I also brought a broken chain into the store and even though they don’t offer a repair service the lady at the till offered to take a look and was able to hook the chain back together! Veronika Skočaj: Was in Berlin for a weekend, a local acquantaince recommended the place and I went in for a nose piercing. While the piercer was very professional, made me feel very comfortable and the piercing was painless, the tip of my nose piercing fell out upon my return home a couple of days later without any apparent reason. I went to get it fixed in Slovenia to a very reputable and serious piercing studio and the lady had to replace the whole thing, scolding me where I got such an outdated patent. (Saying they haven’t used this patent in the nose for the last 30 years) She told me I have to replace it for a shorter one after 6-12 weeks - I did not get this information at blackdoor. I was kind of shocked and I feel bad writing a bad review because the experience was initially nice, but I guess high standards are more important than friendliness when you get yojr body pierced. Martin Espinosa: Very good service from the staff. In the shop you can find a great variety of piercings (different sizes, shapes and colours) I highly recommend the place for all piercing lovers. They are very serious about the cleanliness and hygiene of the place as well as the instruments used for piercing.

Wmo Funk: Martin was great. He helped me with an infected and very painful piercing. He is very knowledgable, and has a great manner. Unfortunately there was a German woman with dark hair that is quite rude and impolite to deal with. I will always go back to Martin.
Free: Cool place if u search for anything specific like a piercing for any bodypart or or any kind of jewlery ur most likely to find it here in a pretty good quality. Only downside there is so much stuff that u need to search through alot of stufd before actually finding anything becaus eit is huge with hundreds of items in the windows but the staff seemed freidnly and welcoming to help you find the desired item you need definitely should chevk it out if your searching for piercings earrings or rings etc.

Syd Ramirez: I would not recommend this place for piercings. They pierced my nipple with plastic and steel, and left the bar way too small so it did not heal properly, and now, months later I am left with a very irritated and only partially healed piercing. If you are going to pay the full price, at least get the right jewelry. I am lucky that the piercers at Titanen on Motzstr. took pity on me and replaced the bar with titanium when they saw how irritated it was.

Ruben: Great first time piercing experience, 5 stars doesn’t do the place justice. They take their hygiene very serious, the shop feels more sterile/hygiene than a surgery room in a hospital. The staff is very professional, I was pierced by Isabelle and she took plenty of time to explain the procedure and after care and answer any question I had. She was meticulous in prepping (sterilizing) the room before the piercing and took her time to make me feel comfortable and at ease. She pierced my tragus and I hardly felt a pinch. From start to end Dahn made me feel less anxious, less nervous and his professionalism was awesome throughout. It’s not an easy moment (getting your nipple pierced) your mind goes through so much in the minutes before. Dahn explained everything in detail and calmly and was patient with me even while I was making my nervous jokes. He gave me a sugar cube incase I fainted before and afterwards he gave me all his time to explain further the next steps. Highly recommended this piercing shop - People are lovely and you feel comfortable and in safe hands straight away. Jabb Oaken: We went there without an appointment and we waited for maybe 5 minutes. The staff is super nice, professional, patient, kind and understanding. The gentleman piercing us did an excellent job both in doing the piercing and explaining the aftercare in English. Super positive experience and worth every cent, we will come again for sure.

Marta: My girlfriend and I got pierced by Anna a couple of days ago (nipple piercings and rook). It was my first real piercing (apart from ear lobes) and Anna made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She took her time explaining the piercing process and the aftercare, so we were well informed. I loved the entire experience and felt very well taken care of. Now I want to go back for more! :) The studio itself is very clean and professional. It was a great choice. The aftercare appointment is included in the price, which is amazing. Would highly recommend this studio and Anna.
Bahr Sido: Worst costumer service ever had, rude Reception, unprofessional communication, bad attitude, Think three times before you go to this studio, on top of that they gave appointment and I confirmed it, but when i went there they said there’s no appointment, plus they they kept saying stuff like i kicked a bike outside in time i was basically unlocking my own bike, so lying, unprofessional attitude, and awful communication.
