Jabb Oaken: We went there without an appointment and we waited for maybe 5 minutes. The staff is super nice, professional, patient, kind and understanding. The gentleman piercing us did an excellent job both in doing the piercing and explaining the aftercare in English. Super positive experience and worth every cent, we will come again for sure.

The piercer put fake jewelry on my ear in 10 different positions so I could look at all the options and gave me plenty of time to pick the piercings out. It was also easy and quick to book an appointment. Lots of fun and they use only high quality jewelry.

J P: I did the nipple piercings and I had a good experience at this place. They are very professionals and they ask me to come back in a month for a check. Only payments by cash. Also you need to know they don’t speak very good English and you need an appointment to get a piercing or tattoo
Syd Ramirez: I would not recommend this place for piercings. They pierced my nipple with plastic and steel, and left the bar way too small so it did not heal properly, and now, months later I am left with a very irritated and only partially healed piercing. If you are going to pay the full price, at least get the right jewelry. I am lucky that the piercers at Titanen on Motzstr. took pity on me and replaced the bar with titanium when they saw how irritated it was.

The pierced area, especially the nipple undergoes a natural transformation after getting pierced, so a perfectly fitting bar can become too small after a certain time. That's why we request our customers to come back for a check up, so we can see how it goes. Did you come for the check up? Did you get in touch with us? If the jewelry caused your problems you would've been more than welcome to talk to us so we could've change your barbel. Cheers

Claire Honerman: I would recommend this place! He was super professional. I mentioned that I am really bad with needles/can faint, so he had me lay down and hold onto a stressball. He talked me through the whole process and kept the needle out of sight. He also made sure I was okay before I left. Super friendly and nice piercer!

M.: They wanted to pierce my septum at 1.2mm maximum, they insisted they'd only use a curved barbell as initial jewellery (hello silver boogers look), the piercer insisted there was no guarantee of it being straight (seriously? Why are you even piercing if you can't pierce straight), his method for finding the sweet spot was to aggressively grab at the inside of my nose, repeatedly, with the clamps (ow!!! Also what the hell!), and finally the cherry on the cake: he told he "It makes no difference to me whether i pierce through skin or cartilage, haha". I walked out and you should too. I have had over 20 piercings performed by 12 different piercers in several countries, and the stuff they tell you here is made-up garbage. A friend got her nipples pierced there and when she reported one of them was not doing well, his response was "Maybe your nipple just doesn't like the piercing!" - no attempt at troubleshooting jewellery, aftercare... They speak with very misplaced authority based on a frankly dangerous know-it-attitude.
Response: Hi Rune, sorry for the late answer, we were on vacation the shop was closed. Usually we‘re open for constructive criticism, but I don‘t really get the point of your review. To me the it sounds like a big missunderstanding, because our piercer doesn‘t speak english fluently. It is indeed just fair and honest to tell you there is a small chance for piercing a Septum not straightcause he is a human being and no mashine and that doesn‘t mean he is not able to pierce ist straight . For the second point you mentioned, I think he tried to explain that each and every individual has a different anatomy and based on this there a different spots to place a piercing. So it is if wished possible to pierce a Septum through the cartilage . Professional piercing means more than pierce through skin like a mashine, it means finding the right spot where it both looks great and heals good depending on the individual anatomy of the customer. I‘m sorry that your experience with us was not like you expected it to be, but please stay with your own experiences and not with something a friend told you. We do our best to help our customers within the healingperiod and if it‘s needed we change the jewellery but in most cases it is better to stick with the first jewellery you got until the piercing is fully healed. best regards Brust oder Keule Team

Natalie Zenao: I was really nervous about getting this piercing (having had several in the past) this one I had wanted for a long time and did extra research into finding a place that was all the things you look for in a piercing shop + more. From start to end Dahn made me feel less anxious, less nervous and his professionalism was awesome throughout. It’s not an easy moment (getting your nipple pierced) your mind goes through so much in the minutes before. Dahn explained everything in detail and calmly and was patient with me even while I was making my nervous jokes. He gave me a sugar cube incase I fainted before and afterwards he gave me all his time to explain further the next steps. Highly recommended this piercing shop - People are lovely and you feel comfortable and in safe hands straight away. Qiao Wang: Staff are friendly. But it's just too rush, they looks like they don't have time for you. Also the hygiene is doubtful. They don't show if the needles are new from packages. The pencil for marking is also a normal one maybe used for everybody. I had a tongue piercing 3 years ago, i know how it should feel, but this time it bleeds and very very painful afterwards. I think the needle just broke a nerve or hit on my tongue tie. Anyway it's not expensive but cannot compare with my tongue piercing experience back in Canada. I will maybe recommend them for some external piercing but not the tongue. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update: Ok, but I didn't see them have been disinfect, or been told that the marker is new. That's something you should take time to tell the customer and not just blaming what we stated is not true. But I will believe that you were too busy that day so you do it fast and forgot to tell.
Response: Please do not write untrue reviews here. All needles that we use must be scanned beforehand. This process is initiated before each piercing. Always in front of every customer. We also use disposable markers that we throw away after each customer. Before a tongue piercing is done, we attach great importance to the preliminary inspection of such piercings. So please spare Google users such unnecessary reviews and delete your untruthful reviews immediately!

She explained everything to me and the 2 piercings were done within 15 minutes. I would highly suggest getting the aftercare product if you don’t already have something to clean your piercings with. However Gino was very quick and professional, he asked me if I wanted gold or silver and pierced my two lobes and a helix. Then he gave me some information about cleaning etc,. I am very happy with the result so far. The shop was clean and nicely decorated. Also the prices were not so expensive and everything was fine so I think I would definitely come back in the future. Would recommend !

Lejla: I haven't gotten tattooed here, but it's my regular piercing place. Magda is the piercer and she does a terrific job. She is very careful and considerate while piercing, puts a lot of emphasis on aftercare and informs you about everything you need to know regarding your new piercing. I have had many piercings already, but would recommend her as well for anybody who's first time it is, she really does an amazing job. Last but not least: the equipment and all is clean as to be expected 😊

Margarita Govedarska: I came here for a piercing exchange multiple times already (in “emergencies”). I trust the piercer and don’t make the sizing decisions on my own, which is a huge mistake as every time I come out with a smaller barbel than it should’ve been. I have told them on the spot that I am concerned with the jewelry being small, to which they reply “you’ll get used to it, or just come back again.” I will not come back again!!!!!! I have had to go under a local anesthesia on my lip because they’ve put a piercing so small that it sunk into it. The consultation beforehand was very helpful as he shared important thoughts and limits in order to make my idea look good on the skin. Execution was quick and painless with an excellent result. Robin Molteno: both myself and a friend got pierced here. if the interactions and experience you have while getting pierced matter, go somewhere else. if you only care about technical proficiency, the place is great. we interacted with 3 staff; 1 was nice. front desk was quite curt/dismissive/rude. the lady that first did our piercings and took our calls was aggressive, and cold in-studio. a place like this should really be more aware of the significance of what they do, for those that support them. even a fake smile would meet that need.

Bella Pea: I visited AKA as my piercing got infected. The women who consulted me was very aggressive in her communication and made me feel very uncomfortable. She swapped my 2mm bar for a 1.6mm as they didn't have 2mm in stock. She said it would be fine, but now I know that it will take months until I can go back to a 2mm and the stretching will cause more irritation and will be painful. Very unhappy with this service. Left the shop almost in tears.

In fact that I wanted to find the best measurements to have an idea how it could look like I was asked to wait for about an hour, which was totally fine for me. I came back in an hour because I live close by and had to wait again for more than half an hour and left..I was really disappointed the way I was treated and the way I feel rejected. Not coming back, that’s for sure, what a pity guys..

I’m from india and went there in the morn and discussed the details and fixed an appointment for the evening & inspite of reaching on time, as decided, I was turned away Cz I wanted to make a few changes to my tattoo font! It’s gonna be on my skin and I think I should’ve been given some consideration! A 15 min delay in finalising was their reason for taking my advance and refusing to accommodate me ! Tatiana Riesen: The first time I came to Wilma's studio was because of an infection in my tragus piercing. He gave me the best advice and gave me a super good feeling! The venison was removed and I came back later to check and never had any problems again. I got my conch piercing done by him and it healed really well! If I needed a check-up at short notice, I was given an appointment right away. Wilma is super nice and it is really important to him that you feel cared for. Thanks for the great advice!

Free Expression: Great work, Ivan is a great Oldschool traditional Tattooer and cool guy, great private shop. Cosy, clean and most important for me super calm and private I liked it to get tattooed in such an environment. Tattoos hurt but when its not so stressful (as it is in street shops with a lot of people around) it less exhausting. I could see the difference and I prefer calm 👍🏼

Olga Petrova: I'm glad I found such a great master and his salon is awesome. what I especially liked and why I've chosen him, is that it is not a bunch of masters and all in a row there with tattoos together and so on, but he's the only one there and is personally responsible for his work. Michael does everything thoroughly, professionally. Disinfects and stuff like that very seriously, cool approach to the job. The piercings are great and there's a good selection of what you can buy. Innan: I came with a friend and we both had our ears pierced. He had his earlobe pierced whereas I received a helix piercing. Michael was very informative briefing us all about the process itself as well as the piercing care. Both our piercings didn't hurt much and now heal very well. Also, I chose a small minimalistic golden helix stud and am very happy with it. To sum all up - I can only recommend this place if you are choosing where to have your piercing made!
