Marc Sabat: The listing "garden centre" is completely off the mark. This place is a tiny shop with special, small plants. It is lovely and fine, but NOT a garden centre! The fault lies with google which seems not to have a category for "plant shop".

Udo Krüger: Mr. Brenke eats from the subject!!! Every question is answered (even weird ones if you don't have a green thumb) Store is always clean and tidy, so if you need something for the apartment or balcony you're in good hands
Frank Brunn: Large garden center that is still run as a family business. Excellent selection of cut flowers, plants and trees. The service is very friendly and courteous. They also fulfill special requests. The quality of the flowers and plants is high. The price for the quality is more than justified. The floristry department also leaves nothing to be desired. A large selection from Potwerk, manufacturer of ceramic pots, is available. You feel in good hands in this family business.
Frank Arnold: The plants all make a very fresh and well sorted impression and it also looks very neat and tidy overall! You can grab every plant almost blindly, which saves a lot of time. That's a lot better than the direct competition in the neighborhood (flowers Müller). There are also parking spaces directly in front of the door. New favorite plant market ;)
Bernd Höch: As always, great advice. You notice that nothing is talked into you here, but that what is necessary is sold individually.

Kate Wirth: A friend introduced me to this plant haven and now I don't think I'll shop anywhere else. There are so many beautiful plants to choose from, separated into indoor and outdoor, with helpful tags stating how much sun they will need. The prices are also really great, much better than smaller specialty plants shops. Lots of affordable pot options too.

I bought 3 of the spheres and got them shipped all the way from Berlin to New York. Cost me some $ and had to wait for a while, but boy it is worth the wait and every $ I spent. Leona Labruyere: We live in the US and needed flowers sent to our family in Berlin for an unexpected funeral. Having been in Berlin visiting a couple years earlier, we walked past this flower shop and I made a mental note that I liked the way their flowers looked. Fast forward to now and needing flowers. I did a google search, and came across several websites that reflected that Grünschnabel is one of the best florists in Berlin! I visited their website, and it was nice to see that they offered an online shop with photographs of the variety they had available. It was very easy to place the orders that I needed and to pay through this system. Just in case, I also sent them an email. The challenge with our orders were that one recipient lived outside of the Berlin city; we needed a special delivery to that area. Ivo from Grünschnabel replied immediately, and they worked quickly to offer this delivery service for us under the circumstances. The flower arrangements were absolutely beautiful, absolutely stunning! And our family outside of the city area was VERY surprised to receive flowers because it typically cannot happen. It made them very happy, and helped during a very challenging time. We thank the team at Grünschnabel for helping with our situation from such a distance. We will spread the word to our friends in family in the Berlin area to use them, because their service and flowers are simply outstanding. We would recommend Grünschnabel to anyone looking to order flowers! We thank the team at Grünschnabel for all of their help.
Even Rodahl: We bought the flowers for our wedding here; not an expert, but thought the quality of the bouquet and flowers for the tables was really good. The guests also enjoyed them a lot. Everything was ready to be picked up on time, and communication clear. Also helped that they spoke English. Highly recommend to check out for events! Ruchira Bafana: A perfect location for Sunday brunch. This location is really a hidden gem, feels like visiting the royal family. Gorgeous garden, beautiful greenhouse, quite crowded on a sunday with nice weather. The price for the brunch is higher than most of the other locations but the food is value for money. Everyone will find something delicious. There is only a pick of fruits and one dessert available. But in that moment when you see the offered cakes, you are definitely tempted! Take a walk through the beutiful garden and enjoy.

Daniel and Philipp were very straight forward and helpful in finding the right plants for my place. They took their time for me, even though it was a busy Saturday afternoon. I liked the uncomplicated atmosphere in their store and the large choice of plants which helps a lot in picturing how your place may look like in the future.

Jürgen Drensek: My little conservatory became an oasis again. Yes, the plants may be a bit more expensive than in the garden center. But they are not turbo-bred, but were able to develop slowly but vigorously in the countries of origin. The old conservatory, also designed by Exotic Green - Die Palme, "survived" 25 years for me. And I don't have a green thumb at all and I'm terribly unreliable when it comes to watering... ;-)

Maurice: First of all, I would like to thank Palmen24 for the great customer service. The trunk of my ordered Arcea palm tree (250cm) was delivered broken, which must have happened on delivery. I contacted customer service and a replacement was sent out the SAME DAY. A day later I had my trunk (this time undamaged) in my apartment. In addition, of course, there is the palm tree itself. I like having a lot of guests, and I often do. Almost everyone asks me how often I have to water the palm tree and how it copes with the German climate. This proves that the product looks and feels 100% like a real palm tree. Basically it's a real one ;). The palm tree is an absolute eye-catcher and the center of every party! Who would have thought that there were real leaf palm trees for rent including delivery and assembly in Berlin. Very flexible, nice service in an all-round package without stress. With real plants at events you often have the problem that you hang your head in strong sunlight, or that you are busy watering at events lasting several days. I think I'll get another one for the living room, because you can't just rent them, you can also buy them and unfortunately I don't have a green thumb. Thanks again to the whole team. Thumbs up ;)

There are also e.g. home decorations and knick-knacks here, but on a smaller, more pleasant scale. Otherwise everything that the hobby gardener desires. Prices like elsewhere, the very friendly, competent advice is to be highlighted. We love shopping here.
manuela preusse: Also open on Sunday at noon, opposite the Dahlem domain. I mean the Pluta Nursery. Here you can buy beautiful trees such as pine, shrubs and balcony flowers. The pictures convince themselves.
Marja Rottleb: The Pluta garden center is always worth a visit, the relaxed atmosphere and the competent advice (in my case from Mr. Tyralla) make shopping a great event for all garden lovers. I had my fall shopping delivered straight away because it turned out to be a little more than planned. Everything went smoothly and the plants arrived safely. Now it can green and blossom on the terrace. Always my pleasure!
Ingrid Cordova Moya: After the purchase of a beautiful maple tree, the delivery followed 2 weeks later. Unfortunately, the tree was in a miserable condition - dried up, broken branches, lying flat and squeezed in a transporter that was much too small. I will never buy from Pluta again, let alone have it delivered.
Christiane Erteryaki: I have always had very good experiences with this garden center but two days ago a slim long haired blond lady who looked like she had just got up was also unkempt. She didn't even respond when I said hello. I had the feeling that she was totally annoyed, even in the morning when the day was just beginning. Then she listlessly scanned the goods. Raised the flowers and let them fall back one flower has already broken off??? So impossible. If you treat the plants that customers already have on the cart in this way, then you have to consider whether you are doing the right job. I was really angry about that. Despite everything, a beautiful plant center, where you can sometimes find something special for your home or to give as a gift.

Secondly, when she input the numbers of different flowers to the calculater, she input a wrong number and charged me more. When I told her this, she ran away quickly, took back a price-board and said besides the quantity, the price was also wrong, and because of this I should give her more money. Thirdly, When I gave her 10 Euro for the additional pay, she returned me more than10Euro. Finally, she found she was wrong again and took some Euro back. I just want to ask her: where have you lernt Mathematics?

GL: Lovely small plant shop where you can find the most exciting types of succulents and semi-succulent plants, that you can’t find anywhere else!!! Every single plant is part of a small “scene” that includes a nice pot, stones and sand, and usually a small person or animal very funny figurine, that you can buy as an addition. Just LOVELY!!! The owners are very competent and helpful. Get into this shop and I guarantee you won’t leave without some new friends for your home!

Gala Ioannou: Lovely small little shop with very unique tiny little things everywhere. Unfortunately, the costumer service was disappointing. I am writing this as a response to a long wait and a lot of unanswered messages, on email, instagram and website. I understand that it is a small business and I appreciate the effort, but it could have been done better.
Response: Hey Gala, You ordered a tiny tree on December 11th at 16:45. As I explained, hand made pots are ordered by request and availability of the potter. Additionally, the tree you ordered needs time to grow and look the way you want it. As I said, this process could take between weeks and couple of months. Therefore, I offered you a different pot to make it much quicker but you said there is no time pressure and would like to have this particular pot and tree. Our online availability such as on instagram, can certainly be improved but we are a small plant shop and not one of those big companies with an own communication department. We don’t think it’s fair to get a bad review for bad costumer service especially when we welcome every costumer that walks in the store with our full heart and time. Now back to repotting :) Philipp

Julia Schürmann: I am very disappointed in my 1st wedding anniversary bouquet. Apart from the fact that the bouquet wasn't put together nicely (I know tastes differ), but it can't be that a bouquet for 30€ starts to wither after 2 days. It's small and looks like I put it together myself with street flowers. It annoys me. I know that everything has become more expensive and people are happy to pay for quality, but unfortunately it is not here. The flowers are in enough water, have space in the vase and yet they look like they've been rotting in the vase for a week. As I said, my husband bought the bouquet on July 7th and today is July 9th. I don't think it should be like that.

(more than 60 purchased plants speak for themselves) Many of the plants come from our own propagation and all are sold in the appropriate substrate. Customized substrates can also be bought directly, or if you want to mix your own mix, you can also use the "Erd Bar". You should also take a close look at the cachepots, they are definitely worth their price. In addition to everything to do with plants, there are beautiful prints and works by constantly changing artists, and there are always new little things to discover in the shop. So always worth a visit! Last but not least, the owner convinces with her experience, know-how, friendliness and noticeable love for plants and her shop.
