Anouschka: Horrendous. Avoid at all costs. I called and politely requested that they come and drain a pipe in the kitchen that is clogged and connected to the dishwasher and sink. The advertised price is 49E and 35 Euros per additional hour. I confirmed this. The man on the phone said, no, he would charge 89 E off the bat. When I tried in my German to politely explain that it is only one pipe that need draining, so he could just drain the sink, he told me to call someone else because he was not interested in discussing the matter. Had he presented a logical explanation or said that he could have a look upon arrival, I would have been fine with that. He, however hung up on me. I had been very polite through the conversation. I would say these people are unprofessional, arrogant and not worthy of clients. If they cannot bother to explain their services or offer to explain upon arrival, I do not see how they can be trustworthy. It may have been because I have an accent when I speak German and you can tell I am a foreigner, but even so, it is uncalled for. In that case it is discrimination pure and simple.

Paulina Gimpel: I've had the Rohrblitz with me twice, once for my shower and once for my faucet. Both times I was given very reasonable and inexpensive suggestions and never insisted on the most expensive solution. Update: April 21, 2022: An alternative date was offered in another two weeks, which is remarkable given the 24/7 service. Update from April 22, 2022: The appointment (approx. 1 month after the first request) was canceled by telephone with reference to this evaluation. In addition to other insults, I was told that I didn't "have all the cups in the closet" and that you could do something completely different. I took that as a threat. Thomas Grusdat: The craftsman from this company solved our patio door problem quickly and very well with ingenuity and a talent for improvisation. And that after a craftsman from another company had already waved him off. Since the company was commissioned by our landlord, I can't say anything about the costs.

Florian Schmidt: We asked the company to move a radiator in our apartment. First a colleague had to look at it on site, for which he charged € 130 (not offset against the actual offer). The Valk company contacted us immediately via an intermediary and shortly thereafter the fitter responsible (Mr.R.) with the promise that he would come by on Saturday. After the problem with our spa was recognized, both men took care that we received a new pump on Saturday. Mr. R. had to go to Gross Machnow. The new pump was installed immediately and everything is fine again!!!! We were very, very satisfied with how quickly we were helped and informed at all times by both Mr. Valk as well as the fitter. Thank you again.

Henryk Plaasch: Service: Gas hob connection First contact by phone was friendly and professional. Request was accepted immediately. Pictures of the situation could be sent afterwards by email or Whatsapp. An appointment was made for the same week. The installer then came punctually within the agreed time window. The connection of the gas hob was carried out quickly and professionally. The invoice issued can be settled in cash or by bank transfer. The price for the work done was absolutely fine. I can wholeheartedly recommend the company.

Murat Kçk: Had a problem with the heating and hot water. The gas and water company that our property management works with only gave us an appointment in 5 days. I had to look for an emergency solution and I have the number for Augustin Gas and Water from the Internet. I told him my problem. Ullrich von Lichtenstein: I hired the Augstin Gas company to connect our new gas stove. I got an appointment very soon. Augstin was very inexpensive in comparison to Berlin. The work was carried out as agreed. So I can only recommend this company! There is nothing to complain about!

Arne Meier: Better to take another company. The only thing that comes quickly to the Augstin company are the invoices. Originally called about leaking water drainage. The company came, did something and said that the drain was tight. But of course "without guarantee". Unfortunately it wasn't tight. But nobody from the company got the bill to solve the problem. After that I called often and went to the store. Unfortunately without success. They were totally rude on the phone. At some point, much later, they came a second time. The drain is still leaking. The bill came back very quickly.

He took 200€ cash to get materials about three weeks ago and now fails to respond to emails or let me know what is going on. My fault for being trusting but seems I'm not the only one he is taking money from and then not doing the work. Maybe this will help you get in contact Matthew!First review // great service I contacted Matthew on a Sunday, with a small but niggling issue, initially he couldn't make it to us till the Monday, but to our surprise he was able to come by the same day and solve the problem. This service was great and we will look to Matthew for further help soon.

Cos Mic: 23 Feb Update FORGET IT IF YOU NEED HIM AGAIN. Although I read some comments about Matt not responding I ignored them. When he was supposed to come again and finish what he started he disappeared. My messages were either not answered or he kept promising to contact me but never did. The last time I saw him he asked for MONEY to buy stuff he would need to install at my place. NEVER seen him since... NEVER been scammed so badly... My original review: Matt is truly unique, especially when most handymen are either in a rush or pay little attention to your needs. He really stands out by being exactly the opposite. Professional, caring, an overall very good value for money service.

Ingrid Lezar: Needed an urgent repair for a leaking heating pipe and finally got help from Sanitär Lamprecht. The repairman was there within an hour and done with the work within about an hour. Both the telephone service and the repairman were friendly and professional. I had to have cash ready to pay on the spot. The amount was in the same range as the originally speculated amount. This came to much less than an after-hours service would have cost -- our only other option to get an appointment at short notice -- and they could come immediately during the day instead of at midnight.

Sandra B.: Hands off! The company was sent to me by the property management. Dates are not kept, the hours and services written down do not correspond to the facts. Age-old and partly defective, electricity-guzzling devices are used, which are supposed to ensure drainage after water damage, but only eat electricity that is harmful to the environment and even annoy the neighbors due to the extreme volume. I was accused by the Lamprecht company of the property management of delaying the progress of the work, although three times the fitters did not appear at the agreed dates. The fitters enter the apartment with dirty work shoes and do not have even the most necessary tools, such as tape or ladders, with them. The Lamprecht company has apparently not heard of leaving the apartment almost as clean as it was found. The walls are still wet after four months and several "repair appointments", the water pressure is almost non-existent, sockets are broken due to repeated fuse failures, etc. I could go on and on here listing what went wrong. If minus stars were to be awarded, I would award at least minus 5. Service, service, reliability and competence work differently.

Mir Egal: I ask everyone to go to another company! This company Lamprecht is a rip-off company! I was lied to and insulted as a liar, wrote up an hour more and almost doubled! They come by, talk for an hour and work 10 minutes on time and then it's time...oh no, only the 10 minutes are calculated and cost the journey! And after 2 weeks a letter of 500 € comes where I think, is it still okay?! And then they say they signed it, why didn't they look up?! And if you don't pay, we are a company that is a member of Creditreform. All outstanding claims are passed on to Creditreform for processing.

Wille Felix Zante: To make it short: we are very excited. After a short planning visit, during which the room was measured at the same time, there was an extensive consultation, selection of tiles, choice of equipment and then a detailed plan and a transparent cost estimate with alternatives and additional options. The plan was presented in a 3D view on a projector screen. The assembly and construction largely went according to plan - which was announced in detail beforehand - only the supply chain difficulties and corona diseases among the craftsmen thwarted our plans. In this respect, one should expect significant delays, but these are unpredictable. However, new appointments were always found in a timely and uncomplicated manner, the craftsmen were consistently very friendly and very competent - there were always inquiries and good tips and advice were given. Mistakes and accidents, which can hardly be avoided in an old building, were corrected and repaired in an uncomplicated and short-term manner. What amazed me the most was the precision of execution and planning. During the construction work, I kept having doubts - would there be enough space, would you hit your head or your elbows? None of that happened. We now have the most beautiful bathroom ever.

Ulrich Seibert: the drain was clogged, the company came to dig through it, two days later the drain was clogged again, it can happen, but then I was allowed to pay bills between 300 and 400 € twice! And I was told that the second time, I threw something down the drain and that's why it's clogged again. Response: Our fitter was on site on May 28th, 2020 to clear the blockage in the kitchen line and cleared the blockage. On June 12th, 2020 the kitchen line was blocked again. Drainage tests (line flushed with water) were carried out both times and everything drained away. He was a long-time customer and had had the same constipation problem repeatedly since 2014. It was repeatedly pointed out to him that the pipes in some areas of the property are sagging, which will lead to blockages due to the collection of sewage in the sinks. The customer was personally present at both appointments. Our services were therefore correctly invoiced and the proof of work was also signed by the customer. We should also mention that our customer did not want to pay his bill for € 386.00 gross and we first had to involve our lawyer before the court decision that proved us right and our customers to pay our bill, and also to pay our legal fees. Martin Huber: We can only recommend Scheimann. We had the shower converted to make it barrier-free and had a new flow heater installed. The advice given by Mr. Scheimann was always competent and service-oriented. The employees were always there on time for the agreed appointments and very friendly. When wall tiles still had to be laid for the shower conversion, this was possible despite the company's high deadline pressure and was organized in an uncomplicated manner. Short-term special requests were also taken into account (e.g. a different joint color than discussed). The shower has become modern and stylish. We were very satisfied with the performance and will continue to commission Scheimann if there are further measures to be implemented in the bathroom.

Svenja Schirk: Actually, I wanted to talk to the manager about the lack of performance - but Ms. Z. told me on the phone that he would not be interested in it even when he was not on vacation. Since the end of July, work that should have been carried out in one day has been the subject of complaints - it has not yet been completed. Parts we gave the company to paint came back covered in dust and scratched. Covers are missing, appointments can be reached without calling 1-2 hours late (appointment today should have been at 1 p.m., now at 3.45 p.m. there is still no one - and this is not the first time). After long weeks of waiting patiently, complaining again and again, etc., I got angry and called them. But instead of understanding for the unacceptable situation and support, there was only snippy words, absolutely unprofessional behavior and in the end they just hung up. We are glad that we only commissioned a small amount of work. We actually wanted to place all orders there and these were the first test. failed! There will be no further orders from us. Sometimes Clients aren't aware that there is significant work that need to be completed prior to a project start including architectural drawings, drawing revisions, material selections and ordering, container permits and deliveries, and scheduling the teams, all of which are licensed and insured. I would love a world where we could confirm a project today and start tomorrow with unlimited team availability and instantaneous project plans and material availability, but unfortunately, this is not the case with a construction project. This is something we take the time to explain on every inquiry as it turns out we are ready for a project much before when a client is ready to make the necessary decisions before starting their project, as simply all the details haven't been thought through yet. Before committing to a project, all estimates we provide are free of charge before any deposit is required.. It is only once a project is confirmed and significant costs directly associated with your project delivery will be incurred that a deposit is required. As these are direct costs associated with your project that need to be paid upfront. As such, the 40% deposit we charge is received typically 4 weeks before your project start date, and for longer projects, it is not uncommon that we divide this into 2 payments of 20%.
